Really loved the resort. I was happy with the service provided by Bill Radhoff but i called again to ask a question and my question was never answered. Also, there was a representative of cheapcarribbean who hung up the phone on me but overall i was pleased with the deal and the resort and may try using the same company again. Thanks Huma

My wife and I just returned. Had a great time at Grand Palladium Rivera resort and Spa. We arrived at noontime and were told the room is ready instantly. Had great service during the stay and smiles everywhere. Loved being able to use the incredible spa facilities. The salt water pool was so enjoyable! Will return one day

I took a vacation to DR, Punta, Cana it's a really beautiful country, but when going make sure you brush up on your Spanish everyone speaks Spanish. At first it was OK, but when everyone spoke Spanish and very little I mean very little English it was a little different, because there were several tourist who only spoke English and I just felt as though there should have been some translators, especially when we paid just as good money as those who spoke Spanish. Also when a resort says check in is at 3pm then they should stand by that. We arrived at the resort at 2:30pm I did not get into my room until 5:40pm, big disappointment. Also only 2 out of the 5 hotels were open VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! overall the trip was OK!!, I stayed at the Barcelo Bavaro Palace Deluxe, what was so deluxe I don't know, nice room, but just OK!!!

We booked our vacation through Cheap Caribbean for the first time on our last vacation to the Riviera Maya and must say we are very impressed with the service and professionalism provided by the staff. From the booking process to the tour companies you partner with, everything went well which isn't always the case with other travel sites or agencies. The only hiccup was that our flight going to our destination was canceled but that was beyond anyone's control. Our travel dates were September 7 to 13 2009 and we stayed at the Catalonia Maroma resort. On our next trip to the Caribbean, we will definitely use Cheap Caribbean again. Rowen Prasad

St.Thomas, USVI07-28-09Wydham Sugar Bay ResortOur stay at the Wydham Sugar Bay Resort was an amazing experience. The second we arrived at the airport on St.Thomas I fell in love with the island. We were extatic that there were not that many people vacationing at that time so we had a lot of freedom at the hotel and no waiting for anything!!! It was a great way to celebrate my anniversary and my graduation. The best experience was our trip to Coral World. The Sea Trek is worth 1,000,000 times more that the money that it cost us. A life changing experience. My mother, who is deathly afraid of water and does not know how to swim did not want to get out of the water after the sea trek was over! THANK YOU CHEAP CARIBBEAN FOR EXPOSING ME TO A PART OF THE WORLD THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE WENT TO IF IT WAS NOT FOR YOUR GREAT DEALS!!!I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THIS EXPERIENCE!THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!

I just returned from Frenchmen's Reef in St. Thomas. The hotel was beautiful but it is important to make sure that they are in full operation the time of year you go. I went from 9/10 to 9/14/09 and most of the facilities including dinning areas were closed except for two.and there was absolutely no night life. Dinning was expensive and I would suggest one look into the food plans available.Kathleen White

My husband and I got married in Barbados at Coconut Court in September with 25 ouf our family and friends in attendance. This was our second trip on BOB - the Best of Barbados, and now we have 25 other converts to Cheap Caribbean! Make sure you have your Johnson airport to hotel vouchers (and hold on to them until they ask for them) because they get really upset if you don't have them on hand when THEY want them. When we checked in with their rep and they didn't tell us to give them to the bus driver so I put them away). They weren't very nice when I had trouble locating them (while juggling 2 boys, guests and luggage), but we were there to get married and weren't about to let grumpies ruin our start. Coconut Court made sure that everything for our wedding was absolutely perfect. Petra Thomas was the ultimate wedding planner and if you consider getting married on that island and DON'T go to Coconut Court for her services, you are really missing out. We had visited Coconut Court last year when we got engaged and met Alvin, the Cheap C rep. He was less than stellar last year and lived up to his name again this year. His service was disappointing and confusing. We know that from now on we can go through the hotel or deal directly with the companies that offer excursions as opposed to dealing with him. His efforts were minimal and my guests and I felt like we were an inconvenience. That was disappointing. Cheap Caribbean has been INCREDIBLE with booking all of my party. Once I got through to someone, I felt like I was the most important customer. Never did I feel rushed or pressured. They bent over backwards to try to accommodate us. That means a great deal to me because I spent months telling people about how incredible BOB was and how spectacular Coconut Court would be. They trusted me. Now, I wouldn't be surprised if all 27 of us don't show up again next year! Look out, Cheap C reps, we will be back!! Thank you so much for this golden opportunity. We are not rich or have an extravagant lifestyle. To be able to have this chance at visiting such a beautiful island, experience the local flavor and not go broke doing it was an incredible blessing. Our wedding week was the best week of our lives and I am sure my guests will agree that they enjoyed themselves as much as we did. Forever Customers,Terri and Greg Lehman

My Daughter and I had a wonderful time at Club Ambiance in Jamaica. We felt very safe and pampered by the staff. It was like staying with Family. The grounds were beautiful and the food was great! Leaving the resort for tours however, I would recommend going with a group tour as some of the locals can be very aggressive to hustle you for money. We were quite happy just enjoying the amenities and entertainment at the resort. Looking forward to a return trip to Club Ambiance! Peggy Aldinger

Airport connections were excellent and getting picked up for the resort were very good. The Tamarijn resort was very nice. The rooms were clean and service was good.We had some trouble with the concierges in try to book daily events and dinner reservations. This could have been just a misunderstanding. I would be willing to book future vacations using your site. I woud appreciate in advance knowing that the resort is a.timeshare place. There was no pressure in having to sit through a sales pitch unless you really wanted to do it. I appreciated not being disturbed during my vacation. Sincerely yours,Martin Sosnicki

Felicia WhittenNew York, New York09/05/2009-09/10/2009Breezes Bahamas I had a WONDERFUL time at this resort. This was my first time traveling alone, being on a plane, and leaving the country. Brave right? lol. The resort is amazing. The decor is beautiful to say the least. I felt right at home...that was how cozy the atmosphere and people were. The view from the hotel room was beautiful. The room itself was very nice, with a bathroom that I would want in my home someday. The workers were very couteous, and attentive to the needs of their guest. There were a few pools...which were situated right next to the beach which had crystal clear water. Breathtaking! There were two specialty restaurants...in which you were automatically given a reservation to on during your stay. Besides that...there were buffet options available to dine thoughout the day. The food was scrumtious! Activities were planned all day, everyday...so their was really no need to leave the resort. They even had a nightclub...which I frequented often. If you wanted to do so, their was a help desk in the lobby to plan off site activities. I have nothing but good things to say about Breezes. I was skeptical about traveling alone...but on my next trip to the bahamas...I will stay their once again. I have recommended it to all of my friends...so it had to be good. Good food, great people, fun times...what else could you ask for?

Good morning Caribbean Jim and staff, I wanted to send you a brief email thanking for you the services you provided on our recent trip to Jamaica. We are fortunate enough to have access to a really good travel agent so we don't use online travel services as often as most people. Although we always review our options form a cost and customer service consideration. And let me say, Cheap Caribbean.com wins high ratings for both. We were looking for a trip to Jamaica on short notice and you had some great offers. We were very pleased with the entire experience (that you could control). The resort was wonderful, staff were great and the food was very enjoyable. The airlines - well that is another story. We begrudgingly took American Airlines - best offer available and that was a poor experience. We had a canceled flight out of Houston to Dallas and had to instead catch a flight to Miami and then to Montego Bay but because of the canceled flight, we basically lost 1/2 day of vacation. That is tolerable if that were the only issue. On the return trip we flew out of Miami and there was another mechanical issue that resulted in another delay of almost two hours. While at the airport, we spoke to a few other travelers who apparently routinely take American and they say that American always has mechanical issues. Again, this is not something you can control but you might consider negotiating some better offers with other airlines. We like to flight Continental but their fares are always much more than the other airlines. Again, thank you for a wonderful experience and I truly look forward to using Cheap Caribbean.com again for future trips. You did everything you promised and we were very appreciative. Thank you for a great experience and we would definitely recommend your services to anyone who is looking to travel to the Caribbean. Greg V Faldyn

My vacation to Puerto Rico was not a good one. First of all it was very EXPENSIVE. The resrt that we stayed on thru Cheap Carribbean. com was approximately 45 minutes from anything and the taxi rides were at least $100. a ride. We considered renting a car but all of the road signs were in spanish. We ended up moving away from the resort and went to hotel closer to downtown Puerto Rico. It also rained.

ChabrierCity: New YorkState: New YorkTravel Dates: 9/26/2009- 9/29/2009Resort Name: Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort Montego Bay, Jamaica The resort was absolutely beautiful, and the wait staff were kind and helpful. Since starting a new job in January, I hadn't had the chance to really go on vacation, and needed a quick weekend getaway. I'd been to Jamaica before, but hadn't stayed at an all-inclusive resort. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was immaculate, the food was great, and the excursions were just what I needed. I'd definitely go again.

My name is Vanessa Tamayo and I live in Mt. Royal, New Jersey, but my fiance and I flew out of Philadelphia on Wednesday, September 23, 2008 to Montego Bay Jamaica. We stayed at Riu in Montego Bay for 5 days and 4 nights. Overall our experience with CheapCarribean was great. The customer service was very helpful and they were always ready to answer any questions I had about the trip. The wait time on the phone wasn't long and I received all of my e-mails with my confirmation on time. At the hotel we were treated very well. Any questions we had were answered and the staff made us feel at home. The only thing my fiance and I weren't too happy with was the food at the resort, we expected something more. I do have to say we were impressed with the breakfast buffet, that was awesome. Other than the food I have no complaints about the hotel. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. This was my first experience with cheapcarribean and I was very happy with the price and the service. If we come by a great deal like this again i would not hesitate to do it all over again. Thank you for all your service. We had a great time!

Honeymoon tip. When you check in to hotel, ask for room closest to beach on highest available floor. Dont pay for any extras just because you are newlyweds. Tell clerk when you check in, that its a special occasion and you would like the best available room at the next room category, in quiet part of hotel.

This was a beautiful hotel, the pool was large, and sparkling clean, and the beach was wonderful. This hotel did not seem at all crowded, and there were lots of pool and beach chairs to use. Our room was not only spacious, but immaculate. Even though we did not have a waterfront room, we had a great view of the city lights at night and the mountains beyond. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us maps of San Juan and tips on where to go and where to eat. This is a great location with several fast food restaurants right accross the street, and hotels with casinos right down the street in walking distances. You can take the bus to downtown San Juan and all the shops and sights for 75 cents. Also, only 5 minutes from the airport. Everything about this hotel is first class. You will love it!!!Frances and David Hill

We made our first trip to Mexico the last week of September & stayed at the very nice NH resort. The facility itself only being a little less than a year old was in excellent condition & the room was very nice & comfortable. The staff was very courteous & accommodating. The food at the various restaurants was very good as well as was the service. The very nice lady that worked in the water sports area set us up for a snorkeling trip in the National park (reef) at Port Morales. The snorkeling was excellent & only cost $2.00 a piece & $6.00 to get there by taxi. We met some very nice folks from different parts of the U.S. & enjoyed visiting with them & playing pool volleyball every afternoon. We went with another couple on the shopping trip to Fifth Avenue in Playa Del Carman, the two & half hours they gave us was not near enough time. I suggest you get a few couples together & arrange for a van to allow for more time shopping & dining. Being there during their slow season (resort was only @ 15% capacity) has it's advantages, no crowds & very relaxing. The only real disadvantage was that the not all the restaurants & bars were open every night. We had to practically beg for the Sports bar to be opened up for Monday Night Football & as soon as the game was over they ran us out. The Lobby Bar wasn't opened at all until the night before we had to leave & that was because they had a group of 100 coming in.In all, we were very satisfied with the trip & look forward to our next! Lawrence BuchertSeaford De. 19973Best of Barbados Sept. 21 - Sept. 28 at Coconut Court Beach Hotel Had a great time in Barbados, arriving Monday Sept. 21st. While the weather was getting cool in the north east, it was nice to relax on a warm beach in Barbados. Coconut Court has a beautiful wide beach with lots of palm trees. So you can enjoy the sun, or relax in the shade. The ocean water was nice and warm, and on the South side of the island there was small waves. We went to relax, but also for adventure. We snorkeled with turtles and fish over wreaks, and had a very nice lunch. We also zip lined through the rain forest, which is something I always wanted to do. And, we took a day to site see, and another day to shop. There is so much to do in Barbados, there just isn't enough time to get all our rest in, so I know we will have to go back. Something going on in September that we missed is the hatching of turtles. We talked to other that seen hundreds of baby turtles headed to the ocean, so my next trip will be in September, and I'll be looking for baby turtles. ThanksLawrence Buchert

Hi fellow travelers! We just returned from 5 nites at the El Dorado Royale on Riviera Maya and what a delight it was. After much research and reading hundreds of reviews we selected this resort for a group travelling for a 50th Birthday celebration. We could not have been more please. It boasts a gourmet experience and it delivered 100%. We have all travelled extensively worldwide and due to career opportunities have had incredible food in many different countries, both elegant and remote. This was a huge treat. We really had to pinch ourselves at how wonderful the scenery was and none could believe how each meal and the service were both delicious and fresh and the service most gracious. Altho gratuities were included we recommend carrying plenty of dollar bills to let the staff know how much they are appreciated. They took extreme care to make us feel welcome, learn our names and celebrated my birthday as if I were family. We really had no desire to leave the resort but did sojourn into Playa Del Carmen one afternoon for a bit of shopping. It is charming and wecould see where the nitelife was probably great. However, we were glad to return to our resort and our waiters who seemed to remember everything we ordered and how we liked our goodies prepared. We would use CC again and definitely recommend this adult-only resort and would try any of the (gourmet) Karisma properties with our entire family. Thank you cheap caribbean for making this such a special vacation.

Dear CheapCaribbean,My wife and I traveled to the InterContinental in Puerto Rico on October 2nd to the 6th. It was a wonderful experience and very affordable. We got upgraded to a comfortable room on the 11th floor with the most comfortable bed and pillowsI have ever had at a hotel. The hotel staff were professional and very accomodating. American Airlines lost my bag somewhere along the trip and the Concierge at the hotel bent over backwards trying to help me. We had been warned that the hotel's pool was to be closed during our stay but to our delight, we were told at check in that the pool would open the next day! We were among the first into this magnificent, huge pool and thanks to the time of year, the pool was sparsely populated during our stay! The beach was pristine and we thoroughly enjoyed our daytrip out to the Arecibo Radio observatory and the Caves at Camuy. I would recommend booking through your company to anyone who asks! Thanks for setting up a perfect trip at a price a couple can afford.

Travel dates Sept 18-25, 2009 Hilton Barbados, St. MichaelsSusan Koscielniak & Hank Evans. Salem, NHPictures: Me, monkey Winston & Hamilton the owner of the monkey; View from cliffs both were part of safari ride. The Hilton Hotel was very nice and clean. It is not the most magnificent hotel as far as rooms however, the service is what ranks this as number one for Barbados. The Hiltons beach is absolute beautiful and I think we probably had the best view. You want to stay on side of the hotel that has the alcove beach in front of you. You are directly above the entrance to the pool and beach and above the restaurant. Arrival was fine and we soon found ourselves at the hotel pool bar. We quickly made friends with not only other travels but with the bartenders and servers. Heres a shout out to Doug, Mary, Scott, Donna, Roman, Rimmell, etc. As you read this review youll see a recurring theme here. If lounging at the pool or even the beach they have servers that will attend to your needs. Each chair is equipped with a flag and when it is in the up position a server quickly comes to you for service. The staff was very friendly and we learned quite a bit about their culture and country from them. We even went on a Safari with one of the bartenders and his girlfriend; Ramon & Rimmel. Food was excellent in the Lighthouse restaurant. Daily we feasted on a very large breakfast buffet which contained not only the usual omelets, bacon, etc but also included indulgences like fresh seafood, flying fish, and homemade pumpkin fritters. We actually ate at the restaurant quite a few nights because every night they offered a different buffet theme night such as Italian, Seafood, Mexican etc. We really didnt need much for lunch after gouging ourselves at breakfast. The buffet was included in our package but if not, it is only $25 per person per day and for the amount of food offered I thought it was a great deal. Especially if you bring some back to your room for an afternoon snack. They even allowed takeout for the buffet. The Hilton was a nice hotel but a little off the beaten track. Bridgetown is where the action is and Gay town is where there are several restaurants on one strip. Harlequins Mexican, steakhouses, Bellas Italian etc. There was great music in hotel lounge however they close early. The outdoor bar is good as well, and during happy hour and until 8:30 they bring in singers that played current tunes and some older like James Taylor and Cat Stevens. Locals hang at Smites and also recommend Harlequins. We liked the Mexican restaurant and it was really inexpensive. Be prepared to spend lots of money in Barbados. Average meal was about $100 per person US dollars (if you choose wisely). Also bring lots of US ones. Locals love them and that is how you tip them. $2 per round, $2 per bag, $2 per drive etc.. Oh, and the taxis price can vary anywhere from $10- $25 each way depending on who you get. Arrange price with them ahead of time. This is an extremely small island but everything seems to take forever to get to. US Car renters beware, right side steering wheels, and you drive on the left side of the road now add very few street signs. Our friends got lost with every adventure. Weather: constant 88 degrees with a constant trade wind. It rained one morning, then the sun came out and it was absolutely beautiful. Things I really would recommend doing are as follows: The company that provides pick up and drop off service from the airport also provides free bus shuttles to Bridgetown twice a day. This is a must go where all of the shopping is. Youll really get a taste of the locals there. Boardwalk caf is a really good restaurant there and fairly inexpensive. Safari This is a jeep ride that takes you 4 wheeling through the jungle, up to the cliffs, to hang with monkeys, view the rich estates, and practically view the entire west coast. Then you stop at the Sugar Plantation for lunch. Make sure you do the Range Rover ones. The Nissan guys got stuck in the mud. We learned a lot about the island during this tour. Run punch included! We even had freshly machete coconut juice, frankly it didnt have much flavor but it was a nice experience. Catamaran This was fantastic. We were greeted with mimosas, swam with the turtles (larger than you and me), thousands of zebra fish had a great lunch and lots of free flowing alcohol. By the end of the trip you are buddies with the entire boats occupants. Native entertainment night Cant remember the exact name but they had fire eaters, 20 ft. stilt actors, band etc. Food included with show and lots of alcohol. Dont overlook the locals. Like I said, we hung out with them. They have an excellent school system and most of them are very well educated. We also made some very good friends that we have even made travel plans for them to Mardi Gras in February. This is a very happy go lucky island, the people are wonderful, caring, friendly and there is not much, if any to complain about. One last thing. All the restaurants that are in the magazines in the hotel rooms, stay away unless you feel like fishing out $400 per night. Listen to the locals, they wont steer you wrong. Best Wishes, Susan Evans

This is a beautiful resort! It was immaculate both inside and out. The people that worked at the resort were accomodating and very friendly. It is a very relaxing place to go. My only disappointment was that the indoor bars closed early which forces you to go to the only one that stayed open late.....the outdoor bar. We would have preferred to have a choice of an air conditioned place to relax. The French restaurant was very good. The food selection at the buffet is fair....its not exactly gourmet, but it did the trick. We found that the roasted chicken was the best choice on the buffet line. I would definitely recommend this place for a great value overall.

We used your website to book a Cancun vacation from Sept. 27-Oct. 4 of 2009. It couldn't have been better. This is not prime travel season for Mexico, so there were no crowds anywhere. There was no waiting for anything, the weather was perfect except for one rainy day, the food was great and the accomodations were comfortable..........and the flight was non-stop and it wasn't full!

Lori PittmanRockmart,GA Sept 15-20Excellence Riviera Cancun Our trip to Excellence Riviera Cancun was one of our top vacations of all time. We were looking to get away, relax and be pampered. We read the reviews prior to leaving, but we did not expect such great service. Everyone at the resort commented on the superior level of service versus other all inclusive resorts. Although we rarely visit the same place twice, we will certainly visit Excellence again. Through Cheap Caribbean, every detail was taken care of. It was a truly worry-free vacation.

Sharon Kyc110 Jobs Hill Road #43Ellington, CT 06029 Travel dates 8/28/09- 9/5/09Dreams La Romana, Bayhibe, Domincan Republic Hello, Just wanted to write a review of our experience. We really enjoyed using your website and were able to find the cheapest prices for our all inclusive vacation. The website was very easy to use and I really appreciated the weekly emails on specials/sales. We stayed at Dreams la romana in the DR. It was our best vacation that we have been. The staff at the resort were great, the entertainment was great, the rooms were very clean and the whole resort was a class act. We are planning on going back there. We flew into Santo domingo airport which was 1.5 hrs from the hotel. This was the only drawback. Next time we may fly into La Romana airport which is only 20 minutes from the resort. Thanks, Sharon Kyc

I stayed at Valentin Imperial Maya.....I had the best time every. It's an adults only resort and I didn't have to worry about watching my step or any screaming children. The food was great...no reservations necessary at any of the restaraunts and they were always accomodating. The staff was also very accomodating. They would pick us up from the hotel room and take us to the restaraunts or to the front lobby.....just a quick phone call. I had read other reviews where they said there was this musty smell but I didn't experience that all all. The rooms were great and clean!!! Unfortunately there were some complaints. Sorry. The pool was NOT cold enough. It's suppose to be refreshing but the water was just too warm. Like bath water. Also, the pathways at night is not lit up enough. We would get quite lost every night because we couldn't see where we were going. Last but not least. It seems as though the disco which is outside(no AC) ends early. Friday night we were there quite late but then Sunday night they were packing up around midnight. Maybe it's because it's sunday but I felt that we were on vacation and there's no clocks ;) ALL in ALL....I had a fabulous time ! And the fact that you guys have the option to go to COCO BONGO for a relatively low price is AWESOME!!! I love that place. Michelle Levesque

My husband and I, along with another couple traveled to Negril, Jamaica August 29, 2009 through September 5, 2009. We stayed at Coco La Palm the entire time. We absolutely loved everything about our experience. Booking through Cheap Caribbean was extremely simple and worry free. This is the second time I have used this site and will continue to use Cheap Caribbean from here on out. Thank you so much for making this trip especially memorable!Destini WhitsonBurnsville, NC Destini Whitson, BSMT ASCPCharles George VAMC

Kathryn A. (Lammlein) RemienIndianapolis, INAugust 31-Sept 6Majestic Elegance Punta CanaWOW! We had our honeymoon at Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana. The service and accommodations were wonderful! Joe, our favorite bartender at the sports bar, greeted us each night with a smile and a cocktail. The wait staff at each restaurant were attentive and the food was great! We especially enjoyed 9 doors-we went twice during our week vacation! We can't wait to go back.

I want to take this time to thank Cheap Caribbean and the agent who help me to make up my mind to choose the Tamarijn - All Inclusive Resort. Everything from the initial selection and planning to arrival, stay, and checking out was simple and sweet. I was very please with the Resort, staff, food, drinks, and the connecting Resort (Divi's). I will certainly plan a visit back to Aruba within the next six month and plan to stay at the Tamarijn Resort. If you are going to Aruba, make sure you plan your next trip through Cheap Caribbean.com. Thanks,Kim T.

I thought the room upgrade to Ocean View was not worth any penny. I would have rather stayed on the beach, and/or on the first floor. There was not much of a view, obscured by a building's roof and trees. I had no complaints about the AI portion, but I found the reservation process odd, and I disliked one of the restaurants (the cook your own food locale). I thought the room fit our needs. I found the staff generally friendly. We tipped often, but that didn't seem to change the service, for better or worse. I did get tired of the drink selection, as it was the same throughout the resort (and really throughout the island). I had thought the 7 bars would offer variety, but they were basically identical. I very much enjoyed the pizza grill (Coco grill) and appreciated the flexible hours there. I liked the ability to book different trips and activities right there at the hotel. I wish I had taken advantage of the theme nights/events at the Tam, but the Divi Divi didn't advertise them well. Thank you,Heather BainQuincy, MA 02169

My husband and I were scheduled to leave on vacation on 8/31/09. Unfortunately, due to only 1 woman checking luggage for Delta Airlines and extremely long lines at the security area, we missed our 6:45 AM flight to Atlanta. Since we were scheduled to connect with a 10:00 AM flight to St Thomas, we were unable to take the next flight out due to we would not be in time to get connecting flight. Delta Aorline personnel were not helpful and some were just plan rude! Very disappointed, I decided to call Cheap Caribbean to see if there was anything we could do to salvage our vacation. Janel Cullinan answered my call and assured me that she would check to see what could be done. By mid-afternoon, Janel called me back and advised that she was able to rearrange the trip so that we could leave Friday 9/4/09 and return 9/07/09 without any additional charge. Janel was great and we had a very nice time except for the 2 days of rain (9/4/09 and 9/5/09)-which reminds me, I beleive we had sunshine coverage that allowed for $100. credit for each day we experienced rain...is there something special that I must do to secure this credit? Please pass our many thanks to Janel for her hard work and kindness! I have shared our great experience with Cheap Caribbean with all our friends and family.Sincerely, Anita Armstead

We had such an amazing time on our trip to Cancun Mexico for Labor Day Weekend.. From booking the trip to when we actually got down to Mexico, cheapcaribbean.com stood by their every word.. On Sept. 3 we traveled to Puerto Rico and stayed at the Marriott. San Juan is very commercial rather than resort-like. The hotel was beautiful as was the ocean and pools. The weather was terrible and the casino, etc all closed for almost 24 hours so there wasn't much to do. We returned on Sept. 7. Cheap Caribbean had all our documents prepared accurately making travel a breeze! The trip was a good value compared with other travel agencies. I will travel with Cheap Caribbean again! My name is Alison Pipitone (Harrisburg, PA), and I traveled with my boyfriend to Grand Bahama island from 9/4/09 - 9/7/09. We wanted a quick getaway for the holiday weekend, and our time at the Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach was just what we needed. The amenities - pool, beach, snorkeling rentals, outdoor bars, and restaurants - fit our needs perfectly, and the room was very comfortable. In addition, the pre-arranged airport transfers were right on time and got us to and from the airport in no time at all. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely use CheapCaribbean again in the future!

We had an excellent time on our trip to Jamaica. The only problem we had was the service we purchased to and from the hotel. Thanks again.

Our overall trip was nice. We stayed at the Dreams resort Punta Cana. The drive to the hotel was long and a little scary. The driver was riding tails on other cars passing everyone and traveling at high speeds. I would recommend getting personal travel instead of a group. Our room was nice. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. Dinner on the beach was amazing! The service through out the resort was slow. Room service was extremly slow. THe excursions and things to do at the resort were very pricey. So we didnt do anything outside of the resort. I would book with cheap carribean again. Hello, I am writing to inform you of my great travel experience with Cheap Caribbean. I recently traveled to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic with my boyfriend and we had a great time. When arriving at the airport in Puerto Plata we easily found our airport shuttle using Cheap Caribbean. We received a welcome package that had our departure pick up time at the end of our travel and when to meet with a tour guide the next day. This service was excellent. I wasn't sure how I easy it would be arranging excursions when I got there, but cheap Caribbean made it easy. This tour guide explained all of the excursions and we easily booked our plans for the entire stay we were there. We had a great time and it was due to the arrangement Cheap Caribbean had made for us. Our pick up time for departure was right on schedule and got us where we needed to be with no hassle. Also, the resort that we booked with CheapCaribbean was excellent. There was excellent service and great food. My name is Danielle ZinnaKearny, NJ Travel Dates: 08/29/09 to 09/04/09. VIVA WYNDHAM MAYA- Playa Del Carmen, Mexico- We just got back from a vacation at this all inclusive resort .Everything thing at the hotel went very smooth. As we arrived, we were welcomed with a drink. There were many things to do at the resort including a gym, a sauna, aerobics ,archery, trapeze, windsailing, pedal boats, and bikes to go into town. You really didn't have to leave the resort for activities, if you are the non adventurous type. They put a band on your wrist tio show you paid for an all inclusive- and you have no problem getting any of your drinks at the bar. The service was great. There was several bars to serve you as well including one by a sitting area and one by the pool. They also had a discoteque at night that stayed open until 2 that served drinks. The food was a little different and the everyday food was mediocre. Not terrible, but not the best. They had a restaurant you could eat at most everyday and a grill down by the main pool .There were 3 restaraunts on site that depending on the amount of your stay you could get reservations in. These restaraunts were very GOURMET and 5 star in my opinion.

Marian CoeGaithersburg, MD 20882September 2 - 6, 2009Gran Melia Resort, Puerto Rico Our CheapCaribbean.com was terrific from the time I made the reservation until the time we came home. Our flights were non-stop from Baltimore to San Juan on American Airlines. We rented a car in San Juan because the Gran Melia is off the beaten track and we wanted to be able to see the sites. Even though it was hurricane season and we had some rain from a hurricane, there was enough sunshine to absolutely enjoy outselves. The staff at the Gran Melia were extremely accomodating, even upgrading our Royal Service room to beach front and allowing us late check-out. The grounds of the resort were beautiful, overlooked the ocean, and very clean. The Gran Melia is spread out but there were always golf carts coming by so if you wanted a ride instead of walking to the main area, it was easy to get, but everything was walking distance if you don't mind a short walk. When it rained, they sent a van for us. The food at the restaurants was excellent but we found food in Puerto Rico in nice restaurants to be expensive wherever we went. El Yunque rain forest was about a 15 minute drive. I would definitely book through CheapCaribbean.com again as the price certainly was unbeatable and wouldn't hesitate to stay at a Gran Melia property anywhere in the world.

CheapCaribbean was great!! Even though we booked in hurricane season (so it rained most of the trip) we still got the $100 sunshine protection when we got back for our next trip! The resort was absolutely GORGEOUS! We loved everything about it, and were lucky to get such a great deal! We would definitely book through CheapCaribbean again. Rooms on the Beach is a wonderful hotel. Staff wonderful always willing help. Centrally located with all shopping transportation available. Room spacious and always clean. There is free continental breakfast that don't mean ackee and saltfish but you can purchase for a moderate price . I would defiantly recommend this hotel to family and friends or anyone. Very family oriented. I will be back soon. Big up to the management and Staff for an excellent vacation.mi soon come back man!!!

We recently returned from our vacation to the Valentin Riviera Maya resort in the Playa del Secreto region of Mexico. We were there for seven nights from 8-27-2009 thru 9-3-2009. What a fabulous resort! It was advertised as a 5* property and as far as we were concerned it lived up to all of our expectations. The food was spectacular ( who eats scallops for lunch?) and the variety of food was unreal (Indonesian, Japanese, Mexican, French, Italian, Lobster Specialty, Steak Specialty, and buffets on top of that). All of the alcoholic beverages that were served were top name brands and the service was excellent. The only complaint we had was that the ice machine in our building was broken for the whole week so we had to order ice from room service which with the exception of one evening when it took too long wasnt that bad a deal, but somewhat of a pain. The beach was beautiful and extremely well kept and the pool area, which was huge with two swim up bars, was delightful. All in all a fantastic vacation at an extremely reasonable price. Thanks CheapCaribbean.com for all the help. Gilbert Davidson, Jr.Muskogee, OK

I received an e-mail from Travelzoo advertising the Puerto Rico vacation on CheapCaribbean and was hooked. I checked several other sites to make sure we were getting the best deal and we were. CheapCaribbean handled everything. It was if we had our own private vacation planner. This was my husbands first vacation in years and he enjoyed himself so much he cant wait to go back. We stayed at the Grand Melia in Puerto Rico and it was beautiful. We had rented a car and really enjoyed driving around the island. The bungalow style of the hotel was perfect for us. The only two things that I found to not be perfect was the lack of Diet Dr. Peppers and we got several bites from sand fleas. But I understand that if you put some kind of bug spray on, you will not have the sand flea problem that we had. All in all, this was the most perfect vacation and we will be going back to Puerto Rico, taking the kids this time and we will book thru CheapCaribbean. Thank you for the wonderful service. Kathy J. We had wonderful time at El Dorado Seaside. When we got to the resort it was only 35% capacity. We upgraded to a swim out room and it was well worth the difference. This was our second trip to this Resort in the past 12 mths. and we will be going back. The food and drinks were as great as the Resort staff. We booked this time through CheapCaribbean.com and everything was just perfect. We had no problems with flights, transfers or the Resort. We will be going again in the not so distant future. We had a great time on our vacation August 29 through September 4th, 2009 when it was not raining. It rained Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This was my first booking through cheapcaribbean and I want to thank you for making everything so easy. As soon as we got off the plane the car was there waiting for us to drive us to the resort and gave us a contact person on the resort by the name of Charmaine. Once we got to the resort the front desk checked us in and we had our room right away. The room was nice with a great view over looking the ocean with beautiful sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Charmaine was wonderful and booked are off resort excursions. Jamaica is a beautiful place and since cheapcaribbean made it even easier booking on line I will be using cheapcaribbean.com for all my travels in the future. I also understand that if it rains there will be money-off towards another booking for travel. Thanks again for making your site easy to use. Amie Fuhrer Amie Fuhrer Lansdale, PA 19446

We really enjoyed our trip to Ocho Rios, Jamica we wish we would have stayed two weeks rather than the length of time we did. For one there was so many other things we wanted to do but didn't have enough time because of the duration of the cite we wanted to visit. But other than that we really enjoyed ourselves and is thinking about going again soon!!!Thanks, Kelly

This was our first trip to the Bahamas and we had a great time! It was quiet time because most of the tourist had gone. (stayed from 8/31/ to 9/3/09). We practically had the beach to ourselves. The sea was calm. Our accommodations were very good. The staff was very attentative to our needs. My only regret is that we should of stayed longer. Hi, Here's my review: Simple, cheap and accurate. I've got exactly what I was looking for and what I paid for. It was simple and even when I thought I was missing something, a customer service agent reassure me that nothing was missing and took time with me to review the documents. Great, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend friends to this compagny. Francis

Clay GridleyHolly Springs, GAIntercontinental San Juan Resort, Spa and Casino09/07/09-09/12/09 Review: Great place to stay! If we ever go back to PR, we will stay here again. Two miles from the airport, $10 plus $1 per bag cab ride. Excellent Staff. We were told numerous times everyday, "Have a great day." Nice, clean room. Comfortable beds but need firmer pillows. Our view was spectacular. It looked like the Caribbean Sea came right up to our balcony. Beautiful, lush gardens around resort. The beach is awesome. Isla Verde has the nicest beach around San Juan. Very nice pool with multiple waterfalls and pools, large hot tub. The surface of the pool is really rough. We spent a lot of time at the pool and by the end of the week, the bottom of our toes were slightly cut up. Beautiful place to stay but the food and the drinks at the resort are outrageously expensive. Four drinks at the swim up bar-$50, no joke and they were weak! The local grocery store is a five minute walk and you can get a bottle of Bacardi for $10. We bought our booze there as well as breakfast and lunch. Several restaurants within walking distance. No need to rent a car. Cabs everywhere and the local bus will take you to Old San Juan for $0.75 exact change only!! A $0.50 ferry, plus $3 cab ride, will take you to the Bacardi distillery. If you go to Old San Juan, the trolley goes around town for free. Watch out for the souvenirs, most are Made in China. Not cigars, rum, and many vendors hand-making jewelry. The spa at the resort was a little out of our price range as well. Starting at $120 an hour. I'll wait until I get back to Georgia, were it is half that, to get my massage. We didn't go to the rainforest. That is about a 45 minute drive from the resort. We spoke with many locals and they all said the same. Get away from the San Juan tourist trap and see the rest of the island. Have a local show you around(first we need to KNOW some locals). Besides the high prices at the resort(which we found a way around that), this is a great place to stay and I would recommend this resort to all.

I went to this beautiful hotel for the second time in one year - that should mean something!I love the wonderful service provided by the staff, genuinely friendly, sweet and always (!!!) there for you and your every need.I felt like in another world, where everybody is nice to oneanother - no fights, no arguments - just very relaxing and luxurious. The beach is beautiful, you always get a space there and get serviced from the moment you arrive. The pool in this hotel is my favorite, as it is very huge and filled with salt-water, which I liked very much. The food was very good, but it altered with the amount of people staying in the hotel going down. They'll have to work on this one when it comes to times whe not too much is going on as we pay the same price as always. I stayed in an ocean-front room, which is really worth the money as it is directly by the ocean and not set aback, the sound of the ocean at night is just unbelievable! All in once, I'm going back there in the beginning of the next year (which will make it my 3rd time within a year) and plan to come back as often as I can (afford). Just a great place with wonderful and beautiful, friendly people. Go there! I stayed at the Iberostar Grand Paraiso in Mexico from August, 18th to September, 1st 2009 and before in February 2009 for 10 days. Sabine KirschbaumBoca Raton,Florida 33432

Vickie ChoeArlington, VATravel Dates: August 29-September 2Resort: Magestic Elegance, Punta Cana, Domincan RepublicExperiences: Snorkeling I had a great time at the Magestic Elegance in Punta Cana. Everything was included (room, flight, food, drink, tips, etc.) and it was very convenient. The restaurant food was great, and the service was decent. Although not all restaurants were open every night, the restaurants that did serve were excellent. Also, the free drinks was great. We got drinks while on the beach and at the pool bar. The rooms had a jacuzzi and were beautiful. The beach was beautiful and relaxing. We went snorkeling with stingrays. I recommend this excursion. If I went back, I would probably do more excursions, like the dune buggies. Overall, it was a great price for everything we got. I recommend paying for the airport transportation with CheapCarribbean because it is hectic once you arrive in DR and it will ease the transition.

Name: Alisa WinstonCity, State: North Brunswick, NJTravel Dates: 8/25/09 - 9/2/09Hotel: Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris CasinoOur trip was amazing. It was my first international trip and we had a wonderful time. A few days before we were scheduled to leave for our trip we were notified that the hotel we were staying at was undergoing construction on the pool (due to the hotel's decision to leave this information quiet from everyone until it began). Although we were displeased with the late notice of the construction, CheapCaribbean.com did everything in their power to help us. They were able to get our room upgraded to an ocean front room from the garden view we were originally supposed to have. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The service at the hotel was great with a few exceptions every now and then, but overall the hotel was good. We had no problems with any of the activities that we booked online. The weather was great the whole week we were there and we had no problems with the flight there or back.CheapCaribbean.com made the trip a very enjoyable one and we can't wait to book our next trip through them. Thanks so much!

Karis & Denis Callahan of Washington DC traveled to Hedonisim III in Runaway Bay, Jamacia from August 25-Sept 1, 2009.We had an UNBELIEVABLLY awesome time and are already planning our trip back. Cheapcarribean.com cost us 1500 LESS than the Hedonism site (including airfare). We encountered countless guests who paid way more than us for fewer nights at the resort.

I was somewhat concerned when we originally booked over the Internet. but as it turned out we had smooth sailing to St. Kitts with no mishaps. We did however have to pay an addition $24.00 on our return flight at the airport of which we were not expecting. The would not let us on the aircraft unless we paid the airport tax, and we were of the impression that all taxes were included with the price we paid. I would probably use this service again in the future but would make sure there were not additional hidden cost.

My husband and I just spent a second fabulous week at the Sandos Caracol Eco-Resort and Spa. We really had a wonderful time. The people there are all so friendly. The food is good and plentiful. The restaurants are not "NEW YORK gourmet" but not many in the Caribbean are. The entire resort is spotless. We received an upgrade to a junior suite with an outdoor Jacuzzi! Since the resort is in the jungle, I do recommend bringing bug spray. A sprits before dinner was all that was needed and there was no problem at all. The nightly entertainment is enjoyable. I had so much fun when the band was in the sun terrace! I wish they would do that more than once a week.I had a massage and a facial at the spa. Both treatments were great and with the $20 CheapCaribbean.com credit per service, a real bargain!I definitely would recommend this resort and CheapCaribbean.com to my friends!

On our recent vacation to Breezes in the Bahamas. The atmosphere was good, however the rooms garden view left a lot to be desired. We had a view of some kind of power or water plant. The food was good and the staff was good. I hope Breezes updates the rooms.

We had an absolutly wonderful time on our Aruba vacation. Everything went smootly from the booking all the way to the return home. The Occidental Grand Aruba is a beautiful hotel. its not the newest but it is very modern and we loved it. compared to the Riu which was 2 hotels down from us. the Riu is new and luxurious but their beach is not as nice as the occidental. the sand further up where the lounge chairs are is more course and not as nice as at the occidental. We thought the food was wonderful at the hotel and we ate mostly at the Italian restaurant. that was our favorite. so elegant! impeccable service. I would go back there in a heartbeat. and I would stay at the occidental again.

Sandos Caricos was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. It looked, and was much better than it's promo photos! We were kept engaged and entertained all day, and yet were completely relaxed. My children were all thrilled by their vacation, and that's not always easy, as I have 2 teenage boys and an 8 year old girl. They all made friends with other kids who came from all around the world. The resort was large but safe so the boys were able to wander freely with their new friends. The food was excellent. You should deffinately make reservations with as many of the resturants as you're allowed, as they are all superb. My favorite was the Mediterranean, right on the beach, the food, decor, service - fantastic. All the staff were helpful, friendly and polite. The entertainment staff were amazing. They knew our names, they were great with kids, some spoke 5 languages, and were multitalented. Thanks againJane CroninTravelled Aug 27- Sept2106 Lexow AveNyack NY10960

Our vacation at the GrandPineapple was wonderful! The flights were good, made the connections easily. The airport transfer was easy and we enjoyed the ride. When we reached the hotel, the staff was very friendly and our room was clean there was a safe box to put our personal belongings in. The food was excelllent, they had a wide selection for every meal and the restaurant staff were always there if you needed something. I needed aloe and they were able to get it for me without any trouble. The beach was nice, there were a lot of things to do such as jet skiing and snorkeling. The entire experrience was great! I will definitely go back next year! LOVED IT!!!Demetria Schweizer, Ithaca,NY

My daughter and I went to the Dominican Republic with cheapcaribbean.com. We stayed at the Oasis Canoa from August 26- 31, 2009. The website is very easy to use and they are easily accessible by phone. There is plenty of information about the resorts. The prices are excellent. We booked the Oasis Canoa because it was next to a national park. After booking, we became a little concerned about the reviews we read on another site (TripAdvisor) which stated there were flies on the beach the rooms, food, and service were poor, and there was excessive noise from construction. WE DID NOT FIND ANY OF THESE THINGS TO BE TRUE! We got a beautiful room in one of the remodeled buildings (most are already remodeled) without having to tip. There were absolutely no flies or bugs of any kind, except a few bees near the pina colada machine. Construction noise was minimal to non-existent. The service was excellent in all respects. All employees went "the extra mile" to make sure our stay was perfect. I am a gourmet cook and the food was outstanding. We tried the Japanese, Southwest, and seafood restaurants and all were great in service, presentation, selection and quality. The Gala Buffet on Sunday evening was also great. We were greeted by the chef, maitre 'd, and two rows of waiters. The presentation rivaled any I have ever seen with beautiful displays of many, many kinds of food. Our server achieved a perfect blend of addresssing our needs and allowing us to enjoy our dinner. In addition, the resort was not crowded. We could always find chairs in the shade either at the pool or the beach. Both the pool and beach are wonderful. There are many activities and you are someitmes invited to join in, but never pressured. We took a side trip on a catamaran to the national park which was well-worth doing for the lovely beach, delicious lunch (and drinks) and, best of all, hopping out of the boat onto a sand bar where we were served rum drinks in the water and got see a live starfish. I do not know how anyone could be unhappy or disappointed at the Oasis Canoa. Our flights were on American Airlines and they were on time and convenient. I will definitely book with cheapcaribbean.com again and I will definitely return to the Oasis Canoa! Thanks for a great trip!

Stefan Dull Age 45Ypsilanti, MichiganTraveled September 7-11Stayed at the Rose Hall Resort and Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica. As a first time visitor to the Caribbean, we decided to stay at the Rose Hall Resort and Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica.I selected this resort based on the value package offered and by the positive reviews. It was really exciting to fly in and see the island from the air and the gorgeous blue and green surrounding water. The first thing we did was locate our transport company and we were escorted to our bus by a pretty young lady. This was my first tip request and you soon realize that it is the norm in Jamaica. The busses all have signs saying that tips are appreciated. The thing to remember is that you don't have to tip in Jamaica like you do in the States. A dollar goes a long way to the native people of the island. They are such a warm and friendly people and you can't help but feel for them once you travel around the island and see some of the impoverished living conditions they have. Just try and keep plenty of $singles handy and dole them out as needed. Not a big deal for us as we are God loving people that like to pass on some of our blessings. We arrived at the hotel and checked in. We were greeted with the daily punch of the day.We had a very nice mountain view in our room. The accomodations were very modern and comfortable. We explored our surroundings and found plenty to do and eat and drink. We did make a reservation for dinner at the Palms restaurant by the sea for later in the week. We decided we would do one formal dinner and the remaining three would be buffet.A note on the food. We are not into gourmet food at all. If you enjoy eating at places like Applebee's, Olive Garden, Chili's etc, then you should be fine with eating at the buffet at the Fresh restaurant. We found plenty of variety every day and never really grew tired of the food. Due to inclement weather, our dinner by the sea was moved inside at the Luna Di Mare. This was a more formal dining experience. The food was a bit more upscale than the buffet and we enjoyed the experience. As for the weather, we woke to sunshine every day. At this time of the year, it is typical for the sky to cloud over by 4:00 and then rain for awhile and usually clear up by evening. It was very warm, probably high 80's every day with 100 percent humidity. The water park at our resort was a blast and really helped to keep us comfortable. We did the zip line canopy tour and Dunns River Falls tour. Both of these are perfect excursions for the first time travelever to Jamaica. The only complaint I have of the resort is that the walls of the rooms are VERY thin. You can hear quite a bit of noise coming from your neighbors room. On our first evening there, we got back to our room early at 9:00 as we were exhausted from the long day. Unfortunately, we could not go to sleep as the people in the next room were making "whoopee" and my headboard was vibrating. This lasted for a good 15 minutes and finally climaxed. We went to sleep only to be awakend an hour later by our other neighbors from the UK who were fighting and using the "F" word like there was no tomorrow. This lasted for 30 minutes and I finally got fed up and went down to the lobby looking for a manager. He apologized and said he would move us to an upgraded room. We were moved to the other side of the resort with an ocean view room. NICE!Granted, we could hear music coming from the outside disco but it was not so bad and I would rather hear music than people. I was really surprised that the construction of the resort was like that. I spoke to other people from the Holiday Inn who said they heard nothing in their room. All in all, we were very pleased with our vacation that we booked through cheapcaribbean.com and will surely use them again for our next tropical vacation. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.
