I love Cheap Caribbean for all my vacation plans. Just back from Puerto Vallartas new Riu Palace which was unbelievable. Champagne flows like water! But the best part was the great job Cheap Caribbean does with the planning, giving us total peace of mind. I use them often, and have been whole-heartedly pleased every time! Michelle "Shelly" Tanner

We had a great time at the Grand Oasis Marien in Puerto Plata! We were there for 7 nights, had a very comfy room with ocean view from the patio and the hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful, even tho' there were some who spoke no English which did cause a bit of a problem. We found the food in all the restaurants to be very good with a good variety every night. The shows at night were also excellent but started a little too late (9:45) for our tastes. After a full day in the sun or sightseeing, we were ready for bed by 10P.M. Our only complaint was that the hotel is so big and spread out that you walk yourself to death. We would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone considering it. Thanks,Gail HortonDarien, Ga. 31305 Vacation from 10/2/09 to 10/09-09 at Grand Oasis Marien, Puerto Plata

Cheap Caribbean: They are the BEST! We booked our 7 night vacation (our second) while we were in Cancun we had a little problem. We contacted Cheap Caribbean Customer Service regarding a problem room. They called the hotel directly and ours problem disappeared..Hooray We stayed at The Grand Oasis Caribbean. It was a fairly decent property. The rooms on the 10th floor were nice.Air conditioning was fine. The room was comfortable with the exception of no balcony. I hated that. I am an early riser, my husband is not, so I wouldn't disturb him with lights and TV I had to do everything in the bathroom and leave. It is much nicer to slip out the door and enjoy a sunrise with a cup of coffee on a private balcony. There was no coffee service in the room, you had to trek to the nearest restaurant, and wait for them to open. There is NO decaf to be found! The food was very good. Thursday at the Brazilian Buffet in the Grand actually had lobster with no surcharge. We went at a good time. The place was empty! No lines, No waiting for elevators. The seafood restaurant was great. The Chinese restaurant was a blast, that's where the best staff was found, they were so much fun.The best drinks were found at the bar behind the Brazilian Buffet. There was a lack of music!!The entertainment was good. It did seem as though they wanted you to leave the resort at night and go to the clubs. There was nothing going on after 10 pm. They had Karaoke, the place was full and everyone was raring to sing and having a blast when (after 1 hour) they announced that transportation would be provided to one of he clubs free, bu no return would be provided, the staff left and a bar full of patrons were left.It was a bit of a bummer. The beach was fair, being on the bay side, there were no waves and a lot of seaweed. The pools were nice.We stayed at the Grand Oasis Cancun before and it was much better than this resort, book that one, it was the same price.Getting around was interesting, we did taxis and the bus. The resort is close to the city of Cancun so the buses were extremely overcrowded with locals. This was our second time in Cancun so we had some experience and an idea of where to go and what to do. No matter you will have a great time in Cancun.Trust Cheap Caribbean, they are the best! Kathy and Herb

Wow...........what a spectacular place. Very isolated, but all inclusive means you don't miss a thing. Rooms are spacious and clean with jacuzzi in room. Bathroom is open and not private, but for most couples, maybe that's not a problem. The service and quality of food is exceptional. Even room service is wonderful. The spa was one of the best I've ever been to, in that not only are the therapists trained in proper and exceptional protocol, but you get an aqua therapy session prior to every treatment. You do a lot of walking on the premises being that it is so large, but every moment is enjoyable. Especially at night when you can hear the entertainment, which was also quite good. Seven restaurants and 9 bars..........you can't get tired of it. I was only there 4 nights, so couldn't experience all, but there were several Europeans that were there for 2 weeks, so it was plenty for them. The beach is beautiful, only a minor seaweed problem which I guess can't be helped. Guests seem to really enjoy the non-motorized individual sail boats as we saw so many taking a ride. Would highly recommend this place to any couple looking for relaxation, good food, great service and the ease of all-inclusive. Georgia ThomsonTraveled Sept. 25- 29, 2009 Georgia

Title: Can I Rate The Grand a "Perfect 10?""I have just one word for the Grand.WOW! We just returned from a fabulous 8 day trip and are presently planning our return for next year! Having stayed at The Grand in the Riviera Maya, we went with very high expectations. Bavaro Beach is truly exquisite and in our opinion, it surpassed the beach in the Riviera Maya. Pictures do not do this magnificent property justice. The entire resort is spotless, the food is impeccable and the beach is a relaxing paradise. There were four of us traveling, one of which was my father-in-law who was recovering from a back accident. He walked with a cane and the staff could not do enough for him to ensure he was comfortable at all times. When the elevator was out of order, our butler brought us to the staff elevator to ensure that he did not have to walk up the stairs. Before this trip, my in-laws were avid cruise fans and by the end of the week, my father-in-law finally agreed that the Grand had surpassed any cruise he had previously taken. In addi tion, being a former Italian restaurant owner, he was a tough critic! The decor in all the restaurants was breathtaking. Each restaurant was extremely spacious with plenty of space between tables. (Being from New York this is a welcome change). You can order whatever you want from the menu; for example, two appetizers or two entrees. The wine bottle is left on your table and a second is offered before your glasses are empty. Lobster was abundant at the lunch buffet along with a theme each day and a wide array of salads, breads, cheeses, fruits and desserts. The breakfast buffet is truly phenomenal. You must try the crepes with Nutella....yummy!The Spa and exercise room is located in the same building. The exercise room, which is located on the fourth floor overlooking the ocean with ceiling to floor windows, was adequately equipped with various machines. We enjoyed a couples therapeutic massage which lasted an extremely relaxing 50 minutes. The Star Friends do an outstanding job; they are extremely friendly, not pushy at all and after speaking with them you want to participate. For the first time, my husband participated in more than one activity and by the end of our trip, they all felt like family. We will see you next year Reymond, Miguel & Kassandra (from la familia di Italia!)But most of all, I need to compliment the housekeeping staff. I accidentally left my diamond anniversary ring* in the bathroom before heading out for the day. I noticed my ring was no t on my finger a nd literally ran back to the room. The housekeeping staff had already cleaned but yes my diamond ring was exactly where I left it on the sink. I advised the front desk manager upon check-out and asked him to compliment his staff. We tipped the entire staff very generously as they worked extremely hard to make your trip memorable. By the second day, we were given our favorite table every morning and Nathaniel brought each of us our choice of juice (which he remembered from the previous day). This place is truly special and they have won our hearts! Well be back!"THERESA LO BIANCO

Suzy Rogers Arden NC 28704 All went well as far as your part in flights, check-in, and transports to hotel...however the hotel itself was not my expectations, this was a 2 star at best....we had requested King bed ... ground floor but was told that would be extra and even at that they didnot have one available. Food was only a certain times and was just okay. Alochol was very limited to one beer brand and bottom of the line liquor with no upgrade available. I would hope that your booking agents would have a better idea of the properties you suggest. Thank you Suzy Rogers

Hi thereI just wanted to thank you for the best and easiest vacation my husband I just got back from. We went to the Valentin Imperial Maya from September 20-26. The resort was all inclusive, almost brand new, incredibly clean and the staff was wonderful. The resort includes eight restaurants with morning and lunch buffets, theme nights where a whole production is put together around the theme - we had Mediterranian night - the hostess had specialty drinks waiting for us and the decorations were beautiful. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was waiting for us with washcloths and champagne - what a nice touch. We thought we would get lost in the resort it was so large but quickly found our way and felt at home. It is set so that you are in a tropical area while being in the resort. Other resorts weren't this way. There were trees, flowers etc. everywhere and the sidewalks were even built around some trees - which is a neat touch. It was so nice not to have to either bring mone to dinner every night or have a huge bill at checkout! I had a spa treatment - that I upgraded so our entire week's bill for us at checkout was $25. How nice to leave vacation with money in our pockets. The shops and bars were cute and the shops were competitively priced - much easier than wandering through the streets looking for "deals." The wait staff was extremely attentive and the menus were mixed with good variety. The beach had an area that had been dragged and was perfect for playing in the waves. Although we love children - it was also so relaxing not to have any anywhere in the resort! This trip was all I could have asked for and for my birthday I told my husband I just want to book another trip and try all of the locations you service. So affordable - we payed what we would have spent on food each day - for our whole trip including air! Thank you cheapcaribbean.com!Sherry Kruzman

The stay at the RIU Caribee was outstanding. All of the staff was very friendly and they had great assortment of activities to do. And all of the girls/women there were very friendly. Me and my buddy George had a great time. This is are third time to Cancun in 6 weeks. Its great place to go and the best thing is that my cell phone doesn't work. Thanks alot!

Hi, L had been doing volunteer work in the country and l needed a break so l looked up CheapCaribbean.com I was tired and wanted something all inclusive to take a break from cooking, dishes and housework. Since l was travelling alone l got an excellent rate for singles. I was at the Lifestyle Resort in Corfresi. My check in was super fast, l had a great room with a partial view of the ocean. I had 2 cold beers and refreshments waiting for me in my mini-fridge. L loved the coffee machine too. The employees were very nice and helpful. Food and drinks were good. I was there from the 6 to 9 October 2009. Linda WalkerMontreal, QC.Canada

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya Oct 1 - 8, 2009Joseph SpearMounds OK 74047 -----4.5 STARS. Great hotel!!!! We spent our 1st year anniversary here and absolutely loved it. The grounds were immaculate, the upkeep was prestine, and the services were outstanding. Last year we honeymooned at the Secrets Maroma Beach and found both resorts to be very similar. Upon arrival a large tour bus with guests arrived at the same time so our greeting service wasnt the best, but that was expected with the influx of guests. We were taken by golf cart to our free upgraded room that overlooked the ocean. It was fantastic. The room came with a large jacuzzi tub that overlooked the water through it's one way payne glass. Perfect for a romantic bath with your wife! The food at the resort was fantastic. We ate at all restuants excpet for the Tierra, the steakhouse. I really cant point out which was my favorite simply because I enjoyed them all. The pool was very large and provided enough room to float away from people or mingle around the bar to get to know other couples. A great option depending on what mood you were in. The beach was nice. Make sure to only swim in the marked off areas. There is a lot of corral and rocks else where. We learned that the hard way and cut our feet up the first day. I would highly recommend this resort to couples. If you are in a group of singles, probably not your best choice. Here are a couple things if considering this hotel vs the Secrets Maroma. Valentin is about 2-3 times the size. Be prepared to walk a ways every day. you get used to it quicklly though. Since it is so large, we feel like we got more personal service at Secrets. Every night we had a towel pet on our bed with rose petals vs just a simple turn down service at the Valentin. To us that is no big deal. Both hotels will cater to your every need. The 24 hr room service at both places is very tasty and quick. The Valentin will tell you 45 mins, but every time it took about 25. One thing I liked better about Secrets is the main pool had volleyball in the middle every afternoon. At the Valentin you had to go to the small activities pool to play and would therefore not gather many people to play. When comparing the beachs Secrets wins. Maroma Beach is one of the greatest in the world according to many travel companys. Bottom line, you will have a fantastic time at the Valentin and will leave wanting more. Enjoy your trip!Joe Spear

I recently went ... on a trip to Puerto Rico October 3-7, 2009. We stayed at the Conrad San Juan with (17) of my friends, the hotel staff was exceptional and when I had problem with my room on the Lagoon side they immediately upgraded me to an ocean view room. The hotel is very nice and contemporary. The food is a little pricey but there are restaurants in walking distance for a reasonable amount. A bus ride to old San Juan will cost you .75 and you get there really quick. We rented a car for a day and went to the Bacardi Factory The enterprise rental car is connected to the hotel, however I would not recommend this the drivers are very aggressive and speaking Spanish is a must. I would definitely book again through cheap Caribbean my trips have all turned out really nice..... Thanks Niema WhiteRomulus,MI

BezkorowajnyMonroe, New York 10950 Travel Dates 9/30/09 - 10/7/09 Destination: LifeStyle Tropical Beach Resort, Puerta Plata, Dominican Republic We were quite dismayed to learn a few days before we left that our original place "Sun Village" had to close down. We knew nothing about "LifeStyle Tropical Beach Resort, HOWEVER,We should have known that with Cheap Caribbean we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Lifestyle Resort was absolutely beautiful. A lovely complex sitting on the ocean. Cheap Caribbean had us upgraded to VIP status for the inconvenience. With that we had a beautiful suite, with ocean view, access to the VIP beach, top shelf liquor, parties on the beach and so on. The staff was more than courteous and friendly. They and the management couldn't do enough for you. The food was varied and had nice selections each night. The entertainment was awesome.Ahhhhhhhhhhhh... the VIP beach - we had access to these king size beds w/ curtains surrounding us for shade. Talk about feeling like the rich and the famous. Dioby Sanchez, Cheap Caribbeans representative was wonderful. He arranged sightseeing trips for us and gave us many helpful hints to navigate this beautiful country. This is not our first booking through Cheap Caribbean and we have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! I recommend them HIGHLY as a booking agent. Looking forward to our next trip w/ them. Jason and Maria Haas150 Sand creek Rd Albany, NY 12205 We traveled to Puerto Plata Dominican Republic from 10/3 to 10/10/09, We stayed at Lifestyles resort and Spa.The resort was beautiful, we were located directly on the ocean and after speaking to the consier we were able to switch our room to an ocean view, so that when we woke in the morning that Is what we saw. It was beautiful. Unfortunately after 5 days of being there the heat was just getting to both my husband and I. The one thing that we were completely unhappy about is that the pools were closed at 6pm. We did however find a way to sneak a swim in every night without being bothered by security. The workers in the resort bent over backwards to make sure that your stay was enjoyablethey are amazing people that work so hard at what they do. They bent over backwards to ensure that you were having a great time. My husband and I went on a horseback riding excursion.it was well worth our money.100.00 for the both of us an the trip lasted well into about 3 hours, we were taken into the mountainsit was such a beautiful site to be so high up into the mountains and look down on everything elseit was beautiful. I highly recommended the resort that we stayed at and I can ensure you that your trip there will be a pleasant one, as long as the heat does not get to youwhich it did us. Another thing that we did not like about the resort was eating at night, all of the eateries were located under huts outside, it was so hard to be so hot an enjoy a Mexican dinner or a nice hot Italian dinner while you are burning up from the heat, there was just no relief from the heat even at night. The people were great, the resort was great and as long as you like it hot that this is the place for you.just make sure you tell Happy Happy at the swim up bar that Maria and Jason say hi!!!!

We recently returned from Oasis Cancun. The grounds, the pool, the views, the ocean, the food and the staff were all wonderful. The air conditioning was not working for two days so we were moved to the Grand Oasis Caribbean, which was wonderful - and the rooms had air conditioning. I did not encounter any issues when I arrived and checked into Conrad Plaza - I was very pleased. My son made arrangements to join me in Puerto Rico. He did not book his vacation with CheapCarribean and as a result paid additional resort fees upon checking into Conrad Plaza. He was not so pleased. Also, I appreciated that CheapCarribean requested additional information as I made reservations under my maiden name and booked the vacation under my married name. Hi, I am so pleased we booked our trip with CheapCaribbean.com - everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful time. The flights were on time and hassle free, and our driver was waiting for us at the airport to take us to our hotel. We also enjoyed using the Debit Card on the island although it was initially loaded with the wrong dollar amount US $50 instead of US $100 but our representative from Johnson Tours took care of it. We also took advantage of the coupon book which we used at the Friday Fish Fry and for Island Safari Tours, which was a wonderful and informative tour of the island, including the jungle areas where we saw monkeys. The only issue we had was with the discount dining card. When we tried to use it at the Waterfront Cafe in Bridgetown we were told it was not valid for lunch, even though there was no mention of that restriction on the sheet provided that listed the participating restaurants. Several others on the list were closed. All in all, we had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the package and with the Bouganvillea Resort which was very nice. The breakfast plan was a great deal and I would recommend it to other guests since you get a lot of food and it was very tasty. We will use Cheap Caribbean again! Hi, my name is Marlo Tsai. I live just outside of Chicago, IL. We went to the El Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico on 9/24/09 - 9/28/09.We took a family vacation to the luxurious El Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico and fell in love with the island and each other all over again. WOW, I don't know where to start. The resort is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The landscaping, the ocean, mountain and resort views are breathtaking. The staff, from housekeeping to management are very friendly and helpful, aiming to make sure your vacation is all that it should be. Our rooms were great with plush soft beds, very large bathrooms and balconies that my children stayed on anytime we were in the room. One of the best amenities is the resorts own private island Palamino. With its sandy beaches, it was one of our favorite spots. I love the El Conquistador Resort and I would recommend it to everyone. We are thinking about making this our annual family vacation destination. Thank you CheapCaribbean.com.

This vacation was awesome. Everything we had set up thru cheap caribbean went smooth. Valentin Maya Resort was fantastic. The beach was great, the resort was beautiful, the food was good, the service was great. It's a large resort so you will do some walking but it wasn't bad and then you don't feel so guilty about all of the eating/drinking you do. It was very nice not having to make reservations for any of the restaurants on site. Most nights we didn't even have to wait to be seated. There was enough to do at the resort that you didn't feel the need to go off but you could if you wanted. Beware with the excursions---if you don't want to be gone for most of the day (even the half day ones) then don't go. Most people we spoke with got free room upgrades by asking when they checked in so we probably won't pay for the upgrade next time & take our chances. The golden jr suite we had was awesome but I think we would have been fine with the silver. We would definitely recommend this resort and plan to return again next year

My husband and I were in Montego Bay, Jamaica, the week of September 13 through 19, 2009. We stayed at the Riu Hotel in Montego Bay. Our entire trip was excellent, from the time we arrived until the time we left. The Riu is conveniently only 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel was beautiful and spacious. The rooms were large and beautiful, with mini bars, marble throughout and twin sinks, but with very narrow bath tubs. Unfortunately, our building did not have an elevator and we were on the third floor, which reduced the number of trips we made to our room. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The nightly entertainment was good with extremely talented performers. The two pool areas were spacious, offering plenty of pool-side chairs and changing rooms. The pool bar provided both bar-style and booth-like seating in the pool, with good music and strong drinks. The buffet food was excellent each night, offering a varied international cuisine with many native selections. My husband and I had massages by the sea, which were only $40 each!! Also, we went on a 3-hour boat ride with snorkeling & sightseeing for only $35 each. Our horseback riding adventure provided an insight into the country's native areas and was very interesting. It was my husband's first trip to Jamaica and he loved it and we will definitely be returning. Thank you CheapCaribbean.com for another excellent vacation!! Cheri and Don Henney, Swedesboro, NJ USASept 6-13, 2009Punta Cana, Dominican RepublicResort: Gran Bahia Principe Ambar This was our first trip to Punta Cana, and it was a wonderful vacation. The Ambar (all-inclusive, adults only) was an amazing resort, focusing on pure relaxation. The people were very friendly, the room was georgous, and the grounds were immaculate!! Even though we could partake of any restaurants within the two other sister resorts, we learned quickly to only eat at the restaurants in the Ambar. The food was good (not stellar), with an occational bad dish. We ate at the buffets for breakfast and lunch, but made reservations at the "a la carte" restaurants each night. What they don't tell you is to make all your reservations more than a week before you go. You can always cancel one if you want to go to the buffet, but if you wait too long, you won't get into the better restaurants. Don Pablo was our favorite.

Sandy & Kevin MarksTiverton, RI Travel Dates: 9/10/09 -9/15/09Aruban Resort & Casino Hi, We returned last week from a 5 night stay in the happy island of Aruba and the trip was absolutely perfect. It was sunny every day and the locals were great to talk to and extremely helpful. The food was amazing with varieties for all; we dined at LaTrottaria, Texas de Brazil, Wacky Wahoo, Bingo and Salt & Pepper, just to name a few and loved them all. Noone can go wrong with the shopping downtown and we enjoyed our days at Eagle & Mumba beach and did some snorkeling at Baby Beach too. Other than the election parades that were loud and everywhere on Sunday, the island was pretty hopping and fun. Wish we had a direct flight but for the price we paid, can't really complain about that. We will definitely rebook with CheapCaribbean.com in the future and thanks for a great mini vacation away from home. Sandy

Hi i had a great time in the bahamas when i traveled there 9/10/09 - 9/14/09. We stayed at the Paradise Island Harbour Resort. The only problem we had was the weather, wish it was more sunny than rain. It rained everyday that we were there but that didn't stop us from having a good time. We had no rpoblems checking in at the hotel nor the airport. This was the second trip booking thru your website and hopefully in the future will book again on our nexy vacation..Thank youDiana Turkoane6601 Myrtle AveGlendale, NY 11385

Misti Langley Euless, TX Puerto Rico Vacation 9/9/09 - 9/14/09 Gran Melia - Rio Grande We recently went on a 5 night vacation to Puerto Rico and stayed at the Gran Melia Resort. The flight there and back was non-stop so it was a very painless trip, plus you don't have to go through customs. The resort was beautiful and we had a good experience. The pool was our favorite it is the largest pool we've ever experienced and loved it was open 24 hours. The beach front view was a nice too. Service at the hotel was good, all the employees were extremely nice and helpful. The only issue we had was the extremely long walk from the pool/restaurants/parking lot to the rooms - it seemed like it was forever long to get anywhere. We felt like we had to pack up for the day anytime we left the room because it was such a long walk back. We only ate at the Wet Bar restaurant once and the food was good and prices were reasonable. We rented a car and explored the island. The drive to the main highway from the resort took about 7 - 8 minutes but was beautiful driving through the Trump International Golf Course. On the highway traffic was heavy often going towards San Juan. The red lights were very slow. We went to Richie's Caf which had a great view, laid back atmosphere and great fish and the custard dessert (like flan with diff kinds of alcohol on top) was to die for - prices were sort of high though. However we soon found out that many restaurants had similar prices and had great difficulty finding reasonably priced food. We stopped at the little local caf at the end of the resort road for breakfast in the mornings and thought that was the best deal we found the whole trip. As far as activities, our favorite activity was the Bio Bay kayaking in Fajardo by Kayaking Puerto Rico www.kayakingpertorico.com. The trip exceeded our expectations and provided a very cool adventurous and educational 1 1/2 excursion. The guide Julio really made the trip, we kayaked through the mangrove trees and everyone enjoyed trying to handle the kayaks and we began to see the lights in the water part way through the canal. When we got to the water Julio talked to the group briefly about the plankton and the ecological aspects of the trip, you could see his passion for his job and then we got to kayak around and experience the lights on our own. It was definitely worth it and we would do it again. Just wear lots of bug spray and you should be fine - we didn't get any bites. Other activities we did included hiking at El Yunque. We went down a 40 min hiking trail through the rainforest that led to a waterfall at the end that everyone took a dip in the cool water if they were brave enough. That is a fun and free trip that you can do on your own time. We also stopped at a lookout tower along the way and saw some pretty high views of the island. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the free activities in the rainforest, some hotels sell excursion to those areas, but they are free if you just drive there yourself. We also searched out a place to surf and rented a surf board at a surf shop in Luquillo. Our waiter at Richie's Caf told us to go to Luquillo and we just happened upon a great place (La Pared) to try surfing, no rocks, and good size waves to practice on. The surf shop was expanding and was very helpful. We enjoyed it so much we went back a 2nd day to take advantage of the waves and beach. Lastly we went to El Morro, which was beautiful and is a must see if you go to Puerto Rico. Be warned that traffic from Rio Grande to San Juan is very heavy on the weekends and traffic in Old San Juan is even heavier. The traffic was really the only part of the trip that we did not really enjoy. We both agree we would like to go back again and explore more areas of Puerto Rico and the many activities it has to offer.

It was an early morning flight, but it was well worth it. Grand Bahia Principe Ambar was wonderful. From the time we arrived, to the time we left, we were treated almost royally. The scenery, the food and the service was well worth the price and the ride

Tim and Lori Carroll, Owasso, Oklahoma. We visited Couples Negril, Sept. 8th-12th, and had a wonderful time. The water was perfect the food was great and staff at couples will go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The rooms were very clean as is the whole resort. It was also a pleasure booking thru CheapCaribbean.com. The next trip will be with you as well. Thanks for a great Vacation. Tim Carroll.

Cancun Vacation at the Ocean Coral by H10Share September 3 through September 7, 2009 Leo Cabrera, Atlanta, GAFirst, the positives! This trip had several highlights, but the most worthy of first mention is the hotel. The Ocean by H10 was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our room came with a dehumidifier, flat screen, iPod Alarm/Clock/Radio, Jacuzzi, internet, modern decor and plenty of closet space. The pools at the hotel were huge and beautifully designed. They seemed to be designed to create pockets for groups to gather and socialize. The pools were crystal clear and did not have the typical pungent smell of excessive water treatment. As with most "all-inclusives", there was water, soda and liquor in the room minibar/fridge. For dining, there were 3 buffets, 2 or 3 restaurants, a coffee house, and a breakfast/snack meeting room with wifi. (The lobby had free wifi too). The beach was private and close to the hotel. The beach sand was also cleaned daily and had a volleyball net with private tikki huts and beds with privacy curtains. But even before I was gaga over the hotel, I was totally impressed by the Cancun Airport. The staff and the degree of care they took when looking for your pre-reserved shuttle service was refreshing. The terminal is super cool (and I mean cool as in temperature.) It was also spotless and well maintained. The staff both at the airport and private shuttle services worked together to guarantee the "royal" treatment from the moment you exit the terminal. While it remains true that the folks in the hospitality industry are after your tip dollars, I never made to feel uncomfortable or saw an overt suggestion for a tip. They were friendly, kind and answered all our questions. There seemed to be plenty of excursions to a variety of destinations for all tastes. We chose Xcaret Parque which looked like tons of fun for those with active lifestyles. It is an ecologically themed park which means that certain skin products are forbidden and plastics are avoided as much as possible. They also don't do things like cage birds or put animals behind bars. They park is designed in such a way that the animals are free to roam while keeping guests as safe as possible. Unfortunately, we had a medical mishap in the our group which forced us to cut the trip short. But you often only learn about your physical limitations when you reach them. So while it was sad to leave the park without getting to experience all it had to offer, we were more concerned with putting someone's health at further risk by staying. In the end, after some rest, some soda and some food, we went back to the hotel and had a great time by the pool. I will definitely be coming back to Xcaret Parque. Now, the negatives! While the hotel was beautiful, clean and well managed, there was nothing to do while inside it. Besides the pool and the beach, the staff dedicated little time to creating activities during daylight hours. While a schedule was posted for things like yoga, and water exercises, it was promoted very poorly so there was little participation. There was also no equipment for beach activities; no kayaks, no paddle boats, nothing; just a volleyball net with no ball. There were some evening events like native music and dance exhibitions plus karaoke nights. They were brief in most cases. While the food services were plentiful and clean, there were some shortcomings. First and foremost, was the availability. Many of the restaurants were only available by reservation. And since the restaurants offered the best quality of food, we had trouble finding a place to eat on our last night. The food at the buffets was satisfactory, but not as mind-blowingly good as in Punta Cana. It is possible that our group is biased simply because our taste buds are more attuned to Caribbean-style condiments and flavors such as at Punta Cana. While Mexican food isn't terrible, we Cubans typically don't enjoy it.The beach at Puerto Morelos (south of Cancun) is pretty average. The water was clear but the seagrass was too close to the shore. Also, the water gets deep quickly so you feel like you're stuck in short sliver of usable beach. There was also no beach equipment to use or even rent. Finally, we have the scam of the "upgrade" package. We chose the "privilege" package because it included the following: private beach, private pool, jacuzzi, in-room internet, exclusive breakfast/snack/meeting/internet hall, butler at beach/pool, tikki umbrella or beds at beach... That probably isn't all of them, but they are the ones I remember. So those are probably the ones that mattered to me. Unfortunately, the concierge was usually just one person who could only attend to so many orders at once. Generally, we got our drinks 10-15 minutes after we ordered them. The private pool and beach were invaded by non-privelege guests, and the private pool was not the one with a bar inside it. In summary, I thought this trip was great and the good far outweighed the bad. The inconvenience of not having the bar in the "privilege" pool was no biggie for me. I just felt the concierge staff could have been doubled to compensate for that. In the end, we still got all our drinks. The food could have been better, but you could also argue that this is a matter of taste. From my point of view, Punta Cana's cooks kicked Cancun's ass, twice over!I felt that the upgrade price was worth it just for the internet. Add the snack bar, beach/pool tikki umbrellas and beds and I'm in! Nothing bugs me more than to have to take money to the beach to rent things as simple as beach chairs, umbrellas & towels. The lesson learned is one of value and strategy. Asses what you value as a convenience before you pay the price. Not everyone in my group assed value in the same manner so, naturally, some felt cheated. But if you want to enjoy the best without paying for it, you may consider choosing the standard suite inside the grand hotel. You usually gain access to some of those "privilege" amenities simply by proximity. It is likely that staff is so busy that you won't be denied access. It is a risk. But depending on your assessment of value, it may be a risk worth taking.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a low-effort or last-minute get away.Having not used the Company before, but having travelled *a lot* (including many similar 'package' firms in Europe), I'd readied myself for something to go awry. In the event, I'd be hard-pressed to find anything to fault them on -- price was good, package and hotel were as described, and airport transfers were all timley and efficient.Resort-Specific -- I'd say 3.5/4 of 5 stars is fair. Not into the luxurious category, but nice, clean, and friendly. Worked very well for us -- looking for nothing more than a relaxing break in the sun with two small kids (5 and 3). Anyone who's read (trip-advisor etc.) reviews of the resort will note that the beach here is little more than a token (clean, at least while we were there, but you've only got ~10 feet of sand from the walls to the break -- not a place for the elaborate castle builders certainly). However, having the small water park on-site was a big plus (was a shame our kids couldn't use the main tube slide, since neither met the fairly-strictly enforced 48"height qualification -- but can't blame them for that) -- flipping between that, the main pool, the beach and the various other activity options kept the kids more entertained than had we simply parked in one spot all day. Food was OK and options varied enough to keep it interesting for the 5 days/4 nights we were there. The resort itself is fairly isolated and there are limited day trip options (all 50+ miles travel -- interesting but, with apologies to any jingoistic Jamaicans... nothing I'd class as must see). Especially because of that, it was *very* nice to be there at just about the low-point of the season (early Sept -- taking advantage of the absence of any tropical storms) -- was clear from the comments of the staff etc. that we would have had a very different time six weeks prior (waiting times for most of the facilities, loungers occupied, kids club and restaurants booked closed etc.). If I have one key takeaway (albeitspeculative) it would be to wait and chance the weather, not to come in prime season...ThanksAndy

We recently spent ten days at this all-inclusive. We went for two reasons: a killer deal from CheapCaribbean.com ($2300 total for two adults with air from L.A.), and our desire to stay on a Dominican beach. We were apprehensive about the weather, dreading the high humidity and potential for a hurricane. To our surprise neither was a problem. If we could replicate the price, we would return in a heartbeat!THE PROPERTYThere are two Wyndham resorts side by side: the Palace and the Beach. Formerly this was an Italian village and it still persists to this day. Over 95% of the guests were Italian! Not surprisingly, the only language spoken was Italian...by the guests and by the Dominicans. We didn't have a clue what was being said, but it was kind of nice; we felt as if we were in Italy. The two sites can accommodate up to 3500 guests, at which point we believe that the facilities would be overwhelmed. When we were there it was less than half full, and not a problem. The resorts are not geared towards kids.It is a truly beautiful layout. The sand is a very fine off-white color and there are no rocks or seaweed. The water is warm enough for swimming, and was the clearest we have ever experienced. We waded out 200 to 300 feet and could still see the bottom. Weve seen swimming pools that werent as clear! The only downside to the incredibly clear water is that there is no protection for fish and so snorkeling was not an option. The pools are clean, large, and warm, but in the need of some tile/grout work. The temperature was in the 80's with not too much humidity. The grounds are very nice and manicured daily. There are many palms and local flora. The workers constantly were busy cleaning/sweeping/pruning. Remarkably, no mosquitoes or other insects were present.THE ROOMIf having a great room is important to you, dont go to this resort! Although the facility is only about 15 years old, it seems older. It was fine for us because we were so busy that we used it for sleeping only and the bed was nice, although the sheets were too small.Upon arrival, we asked for a free upgrade from Mr. Ecuador at the front desk, and were given a partial-ocean view room, which we sincerely appreciated. The room was stark, to say the least. It had a small, old Zenith TV with just a few stations in English and poor reception. The shower head was nice and the water was warm and the shower stall did eventually drain. There were stains on the wall around the toilet, which flushed most of the time. They were very stingy with the supplies: two bath towels, no wash cloths, one bar of soap, and the only toiletry was shampoo. We ran out of toilet paper twice in ten days. The electronic door key worked most of the time. The balcony was very nice; however, there was no lock on the sliding glass door. But this was a moot point since the door wouldnt even close fully, no less lock. THE STAFFThe Dominicans were all young, enthusiastic, and highly energized. There is little turnover, so most had been there for a number of years, and there was a lot of camaraderie among them. You could feel their warmth and determination to accommodate you in every way. Tell them you are a Dodger fan and that Manny Ramirez is your main man and they will love you dearly.THE FOODIt was great, as good as any all-inclusive that we have been to. The Main restaurant is a buffet, and there are four other sit-downs. If you like salmon, make reservations at the Italian restaurant. Wherever we ate, however, the food was wonderful (especially the omelets, veggies and pastries), and the service was top-notch.THE ACTIVITIESAside from the incredible ocean water, the activities were the highlight of our vacation. We played a lot of tennis (four courts) and took lessons from Junior, the tennis pro. He was great and charged a mere $15/hour!Additionally, we attended dance lessons (legitimate lessons at several different times each day), stretching classes, water calisthenics, and aerobics. We also sailed and kayaked. Due to the layout of our room and the fact that our balcony door wouldn't close, it was unbelievably noisy up until 11:00 P.M. Since going to bed early was not an alternative, we decided to attend the nightly shows, and are we glad that we did. The Dominicans are incredibly talented dancers and performers! Their productions of "Madonna," "Michael Jackson," and "Circus" were totally professional and were so good that they could play in Vegas. Particularly worthy of note were Manuel and Isabella.

Cheap Caribbean was referred to me by my sister and daughter who are regular customers. As a first time user of Cheap Caribbean, I was very impressed by my agent Eddie Preisler who was very friendly, professional and helpful. I was looking for a five day relaxed vacation, Eddie provided me with couple of options. I chose Puerto Rico and he recommended the Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza Hotel. The Hotel was newly redecorated was at first glance very nice. Unfortunately, I only got to enjoy the first day of my arrival at the hotel. On the following day I sprained my ankle while going down into the Jacuzzi. I ended in the hospital and was diagnosed with a sprain ligament and spent the rest of my vacation in my hotel room. The room only had a shower so I had difficulty bathing. I had to order all my meals from the hotel restaurant which was bad food. Accident, unfortunately do happen. However the hotel management were very negligent of my situation. I received deplorable treatment from the management who were uncaring, and provided me no assistance whatsoever. I had to wheel myself on a desk chair from my room to the lobby and demanded help so I could go to the hospital and eventually was put in a taxi. In conclusion, Condado Plaza is well situated, nicely decorated but needs to work on their customer service and customer care. It is not the place you want to stay should you have an accident. I want to thank Kelly of Public Relations and Eddie Preisler for their assistance while I was in Puerto Rico. My vacation did not go as plan but Cheap Caribbean is top notch. I received nothing but the best of customer care from Cheap Caribbean and would use your services again in the future as well as recommend you to friends and family. Thank you, Jacqueline Nerette

have never used a travel agency that has been this helpful from the search, to the booking, to the travel tips, to having someone at the resort, to the wonderful follow up. This is has been the most stress free travel I have ever been on and it was just amazing how smoothly everything went! I have to say that CheapCaribbean really knows the walk and gives you the best tips to prove it. For example you sent us information on how to find our transfer and were very specific that our driver would meet us outside the airport and not to talk to anyone else. Low and behold you run the gauntlet of time share salespeople who will lie and tell you they work for the airport, but I knew to just keep walking till I saw the Cheap Caribbean sign! Thank you for shaving countless minutes and hassle from our arrival!!! The resort was exactly as written about on CheapCaribbean and we were extremely pleased with our total package. We even saw negative comments about our resort on TripAdvisor a few days before we left and we were able to communicate with Toni and had total confidence that everything would be fine when we arrived. And just as Toni said there were absolutely no issues. The onsite representative from Olympus Tours was a great help to us. Yvette went above and beyond what she needed to do just to make sure our stay was stress free. Her knowledge of the area and the tours were spot on and we had an amazing trip with Mayan Adventures that our girls will never forget. The Sandos Caracol Eco Resort was absolutely amazing!!! We chose this resort for the tropical feel and because it is an eco resort that is reducing its carbon footprint and preserving the native wildlife. Our family loved the animals all over the resort, the buildings were beautiful, the food was very good, the pools were incredibly clean and the beach was great for swimming and snorkeling. But overall the best part of the resort and what we will always remember about our trip to Caracol was the wonderful staff that did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable for every member of our family. I would not hesitate to recommend CheapCaribbean and Sandos Caracol to anyone and everyone.and I have!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful family memories. I am not sure if we can top this trip, but I know that if I book with you it will only get better. Thank you for the great email sales updates, with the great prices you offer I can not only dream, but I can book our next trip too! The one area that could be improved upon would be to offer guest a hit the ground running checklist for the Caracol. The resort just had so much to offer, it took us a few days to plan all the activities that we had right there on site. The hotel did not have any informational material in the rooms, nor did they have a daily printed schedule of activities. It would have been really helpful to have all the daily activities printed in a menu so that we could plan our daily activities a little better. As a side note, I was a little leery about the 100%SPF guarantee. I thought that it might be like jumping thru hoops to get and that we would never see the $100, but we had some sprinkles one morning on our trip, I send an email to the address that was in my paperwork and the next day I had a $100 voucher in my inbox. Like I said dealing with CheapCaribean has been the best on every aspect of customer service. What a great company!!!!! Tracy HausknechtEmmaus, PA Sandos Caracol Aug 26-Sept 1 2009

husband and I just returned from the Ocean Coral. This was our first time in Puerto Morelos. The hotel itself was very nice , staff for the most part very good but the water was very disappointing, merky, sea weed I go to Mexico for their beautiful turq. water and was not happy when I saw it. We walked 3 miles each way and the water was still not that crystal blue it is at the Playa Paraiso ( the resort we usually stay at). The water at the Marina in Puerto Morelos is very clear and blue also ( we did a snorkeling trip there) I believe it has something to do with the reef which is so close to shore? The food was excellent, I was very impressed with the coffee shop and the little hamburger place that was right there on the resort. If you dont like walking this is the place for you. Everything is right there. The pools and pool bar are great plenty of activities going on all day, lots of mingling. I would probably go back if the price were right. As I said the resort itself was beautiful and well managed and I did like that Puerto Morelos is so close by - $8.00 dollars ea way. Plus they have a shuttle to Playa del Carmen on Mon, Wed, and Friday ( picks you up at the front door at 4 and brings you back at 7, the cost is 15 round trip per person. sure beats the taxis for 30 something each way

A friend and I traveled to St. Thomas, USV for a long weekend girlfriend get-away. We stayed at the Marriott Frenchmans Reef & Morning Star Beach Resort from October 2 6, 2009. At first we were concerned with the timing since it is still hurricane season. With CheapCaribbeans SPF100 guarantee though, we thought we should take the chance. It turned out to be beautiful weather with just a few showers off and on, but not enough to spoil our vacation. It was the perfect time of the year to go since it is off-season. One day we practically had the pool to ourselves. We booked a day trip to St. Johns and went snorkeling. It was fantastic and allowed us to see another Caribbean island. In addition to snorkeling and were able to tour the island in an open-air taxi at a leisurely pace. Another day we took the water taxi and went into town for a day of shopping. Again, there were no crowds. The Marriott is a beautiful resort. There is a variety of restaurants and every meal we had was fantastic. The staff was friendly and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. One night we decided to go out for dinner and it was very easy to take a taxi from our hotel to our destination. The Marriott staff recommended several very good restaurants. I would definitely go back to the Marriott at St. Thomas. It was a fantastic trip and I would recommend it for a great weekend (or longer) getaway. Brenda Schmidt Louisville, Kentucky

We have seriously enjoyed both of our Cheap Caribbean trips, one to the Dominican Republic and this latest deal, the Best of Barbados. What a fantastic deal for the money! We loved our hotel, which was an efficiency apartment with a full kitchen (very nice!) and the staff were helpful, cheerful and wonderfully friendly, like most everyone else we met on Barbados. My husband wants to move there to live forever! The special perks that came with the Best of Barbados offer were very helpful, also. The trip insurance made booking an easy decision, and the special no-rain guarantee means we will be booking again soon, since we did enjoy some rain showers while we were there. I was never so happy to see rain, knowing it meant a $100 savings on our next Cheap Caribbean vacation! The included $100 Visa card came in very handy for incidentals and groceries, including the supplies for a wonderful lamb dinner prepared in our own apartment, and enjoyed while dining al fresco on our unit balcony with a gorgeous sunset view over the ocean. The daily full breakfast that was included was very, very nice, especially in the fresh open air restaurant at our hotel - such fun each morning! We very much recommend the Oistin's fish market dinner, and appreciated that $50.00 dinner coupon included with our trip package - that meal was the highlight of our trip! Can't wait to pick out our next Caribbean destination - keep the good deals coming, CheapCaribbean.com!Dianne F. The beach was nice and clean, the water was warm. The people were so friendly and very polite both inside the resort and the locals we met outside of the resort. The weather was great. The Riu Resort we stayed in was very nice. The room, pool, and the resort in general was clean. The staff was really helpful. The food was delicious at the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, the shows at night were fun to watch. On top of that, theres many activities and tours you can go to outside of the resort that they offer. For example we took a tour to Negril where we went to Rick's Cafe and also went to the beach there. We also took a tour to the popular Dunns River Fall. All in all it was a great experience! We had no complaints. My girlfriend and I can't wait to come back and visit again!

his was my 3rd time staying at the Rio Mar Wyndam in Puerto Rico. The resort is beautiful! There is endless beaches that because of the location are vast and uncrowded. There is an adult swimming pool that makes relaxing very easy with a waterfall drowning out any possible noise from the kid-friendly pool. The on-site spa was a nice oasis away but expensive. There was a great package deal however for discounted rates during the week.Love the location. The only downside is that you are so far from local cuisine and places to eat, you do end up eating all your meals on the resort. The meals were wonderful, but typical resort prices.

Dear Cheap Caribbean: We wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our recent trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. The resort (The Iberostar Rose Hall Suites from October 4th-10th) was wonderful and entertaining, perfect for our family. We really liked the service that we got because we booked with Cheap Caribbean. We got the transportation to the resort as well as a representative right at the resort to personally handle all of our excursions. It was great! We will definitely be booking with Cheap Caribbean for our next trip. Thank you so much!! Chad and B. Ellen Black Greencastle, PA

To whom if may concern: My wife and I stayed the Secrets Silver Sands resort on the Riviera de Maya from 10/7/09 to 10/11/09. Let me first say that the accommodation were absolutely gorgeous from the 3rd floor suite with the ocean view to the perfectly manicured grounds. The pictures on the website do a little justice to the actual experience, but when you walk into the front lobby with the full view of the complex and the ocean in front of you and then you look over the railing onto the large marble bar below, you realize that you are truly in Paradise. The resort personnel were totally at our service and as polite and helpful as they could be. The restaurants dcor was inviting and the food was first rate. We never lacked for anything. And if you wanted to go out on an excursion, and they had many choices of trips, the activity staff made sure that you had ample opportunity to take advantage of these excursions. I could go on, but let it suffice that we are already thinking about our next trip to this resort! I would highly recommend this to any one of any age. Scott W. Scott W. BryanMiddletown, NY

Hello, Wow! Truly Heaven on Earth! My wife and I stayed at The Frenchman's Reef,St. Thomas and had one of the best vacations of our lives. The island, with all it's beatiful beaches and scenery and wonderful people made for a very memorable stay! The accomodations at the Frenchman's were better then expected. The room was clean and well appointed and the staff was super nice and saw to our every need. My wife and I aren't the resort type, but I would definately stay there again and highly recommend it! We usually do the house or villa thing, but there is something to be said for having everything you need in one location and what a location it was! Everyone we talked to couldn't believe the deal we got (thanks Cheap Caribbean!) and I believe you will have a lot more visitors to the website because of it. Make sure to visit St. John to experience some of the most beatiful beaches in the world and stop by Woody's for their famous happy-hour from 3 to 6 ($1 beers and well drinks) not to mention some of the best bar food I ever had! All in all, you can't help but have a good time whatever you chose to do wether it's relaxing on a beautiful beach or duty-free shopping till your hearts content. We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to get back to one of the most beatiful and fun places in the world! Steve MooreLynchburg,Virginia Travel dates were 11/7/09-11/11/09

Name: Michael P. JonesCity State: Norwalk, CT Travel dates: Oct 4-11, 2009Resort: Grand Oasis, Cancun Mexico Booking through CheapCaribbean is so easy, and you always have good deals. We like using CheapCaribbean. We booked an all-inclusive vacation. We had no problems with our flights or the resort booking. We stayed at the Grand Oasis in Cancun. The resort was really nice. The grounds were beautiful. There are several pool areas. The people were the best. They are so friendly and ready to help you. The food was really good, even in the buffet's. And, there are more than enough restaurants to eat in besides the buffets. The only disappointment was that the rooms were old. They really need to be refurbished. From what we heard, they had started to refurbish some, but unfortunately it was not the one we had. All in all, the vacation was great and we would go back there again. Sincerely, Michael & Patricia Jones

Our recent trip to Puerto Rico was very good. We have traveled to P.R> many times and worked near Palmas Del Mar for about 5 years. This was nearly 40 years ago. It has changed a great deal. Some for the good and some for the bad. The Hotel at Palmas has many good featues but the food service in the mornings is pitiful. It is embarassing to watch the guests trying to eat at a coffie counter. Plastic plates, knives and forks. It is just not in keeping with the rest of the resort. We will not recommend the hotel to any of our friends because of this. We rented a car and traveled around the Island. We had wonderful food at the resturant "Pescao & Salsa" in Punta Santiago Humacao. It was terrific and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in Fish prepared in the Puerto Rico tradition. We are planning another trip to PR but will choose a resort that has better food service in the mornings. The dining room serves a lunch and dinner that is very good but the morning service is bad. Thanks for your efforts. All reservations, travel etc that you controlled were very satisfactory. Best RegardsBetty and Roger Olson Spring Tx

Reservation was in the name Jennifer Pires & Pete Levasseur Ma 02745 our stay was at the Colony Club Hotel in Barbados on Oct 4-Oct 11, 2009 We just recently returned from a 7 night stay at the Colony Club Hotel in Barbados. It was our honeymoon and were greeted by the friendliest staff who served us complimentary rum punch. After checking into our room (pool/garden view), we were given a bottle of champagne to celebrate the occasion. The staff at the Colony Club was very attentive. The helped us in booking excursions, told us the hot spots to visit, and helped us with dining reservations. The grounds and rooms were well kept. The bathrooms looked as if they had recently been remodeled. Our bell hope "Chucky" was the best. He made it a point to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Corey our "beach waiter" was attentive in bring us glasses of ice water and sorbet during the course of our time in the sun. I would highly recommend the Colony Club. The daily breakfast buffet was always enjoyable and they supplied a variety of hot/cold food items. The staff and beautiful facilities were top notch. Jen & Pete Levasseur

Had a wonderful first 3 days. I guess I drank the water and was sick for the next 3 days, but the good days outweighed the bad. The hotel and staff were wonderful, the whole ambiance was wonderful. My friends and I had a good time . All the arrangements were wonderful , you guys did a good job . Thanks and keep up the good work. Never drink the water, Drink Beer Instead.

Dear Customer Service Review: My name is Gregory Weir, NH 03106 and my wife and I just returned from a very enjoyable and relaxing trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Our stay at the Marriot Resort was comfortable, conveniently located for easy walking access to any of the many restaurants located in the Condado area, and the staff was very helpful. They also had a Charlie Car Rental directly across the street from the entrance to the hotel which has nice autos for rent at about 1/3 the cost of other agencies. We are looking forward to our next trip with CheapCaribbean.com

My husband and I stayed at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa from 10-3-09 to 10-10-09. It was the week of their grand opening. We have travelled extensively and prefer all-inclusives. I have to say this is the best all-inclusive we have ever stayed in. The resort is beautiful !!! The food exceeded other all-inclusives and the drinks were the best. They did have a few problems with the electric but were able to fix them within 20 minutes. The staff were very attentive and within 3 days began calling us by name. The food at the smaller restaurants was excellent. Our room was large, airy, and gorgeous!! The maid service was excellent...our room was always clean and they left desserts/fruit for us every night. Our anniversary was on the 4th and when we got back to our room there was champagne, a towel heart sculpure on the bed with real rose petals on the bed and floating in the jacuzzi on top of a warm bubble bath!!! Absolutely incredible that they would go that far at making our anniversary special. Our vacation went off without a hitch as usual with CheapCaribbean.com. This is one resort we will definately visit again. Robert and Pamela GarnerKingston, OH Travel date: 10-3-09 to 10-10-09

This was my first experience using CheapCaribbean.com. It was recommended to me by a friend. I can honestly say that this was a great and carefree experience. I traveled with one of my friends and the CheapCaribbean site allowed for us to split the trip in half on 2 separate credit cards. This included air and hotel, for 5 days and 4 nights at the Ritz Carlton in San Juan. We each paid $519. It was a great experience and I am now recommending CheapCaribbean.com to my friends and family. Malissa S. Thurman

We had a wonderful vacation to Puerto Plata. We planned on staying at one place, but were moved and I think it ultimately endedup even better than expected thanks to Cheap Carribean upgrading us to VIP status. We were able to use the VIP beach and attend a few parties that were incredible. The entertainment at the Lifestyle resort and Ocean World was far better than I expected. The tours were alot of fun, especially the pirate ship to paradise island. For the money, I can't believe we were able to vacation so well on what we paid. It rained a little, and they honored the rain free $100 policy. Cheap Carribean has done an excellent job. This was our second trip and both were amazing for the money. Everything went so smoothly and we really enjoyed it. Thanks Cheap Carribean! Sincerely,Pamela R. Keller

We just returned from our trip to the San Juan Marriott and Stellaris Casino this past Saturday evening. I cant say enough about the exceptional value we received from CheapCarribean.com on this trip. I admit I was very skeptical that it was too good to be true, but you people delivered on your promise in every manner! The hotel is beautiful and the people there were great. Smiles all around and they could not do enough to make your stay a pleasant one. We were upgraded (free of charge) to an ocean view room and the view was spectacular. The hotel and grounds are spotless, the food is good and reasonable, and the casino and nightlife were terrific. Pools and the beach were A+! Close proximinity to both the airport and Old San Juan make this a perfect location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in San Juan. Just wanted to let you know that the trip to Barbados was everything I hoped it would be. Our stay at Barbados Beach Club was great.....their staff was pleasant and helpful.....didn't seem to mind our endless questions! Their beachside restaurant served wonderful meals, and the poolside bar opened early and closed late. We booked two adventures through Johnson Tours at a substantial savings using coupons from the "Best of Barbados" coupon book that was included in our package. We had an amazing time! Thanks!Susan Watts

Less than a week before our departure,we were notifiedthat the resort had closed its doors.NOT to worry, because you booked us at Lifestyle with the same price and accomodations.it rained some while on our trip,so we already got our $100 rain voucher. IF ONLY OUR GOVERNMENT COULD OPERATE LIKE JIM AND COMPANY !!!!!! REGARDING "LIFESTYLE"I ordered flowers for our 49 th.wedding anneversarry to be delivered early am.We came back from sightseeing at 5 pm.No flowers and no room made up.The reason:"they could not get in the room"?????I gave them our room key and an hour later the room was cleanedwith two kissing towel swans,a bottle of wine,a fruit platter and of course a bouquetwith 49 red/white roses. That night we got special treatment at the restaurant buffet. The following night we were treated to a dinner at the Blue Lagoon. For desert we got an anniversarry cake. Between Caribbean Jim and Lifestyle the trip was super andas a repeat customer,we will repeat again !!

I would like to tell you that we could not have been more pleased with our vacation that was purchased through your site. We went to Club Ambiance in Run a way Bay , Jamaica. It was truly our best vacation ever! We loved the all inclusive aspect, we have vowed to only vacation at all inclusive resorts from now on. We were big fans of cruising in the past , but this trip has changed our way of traveling!Every excursion that we booked was everything we could have imagined it to be.I was sceptical at first because of the exceptional deal that we got through your website, but, it was truly a first class package with no short cuts of any kind. Thanks Cheap Caribbean for offering affordable, exciting vacations!Rick and Lori ClementsMoultrie, Ga.

We travel to PR every year, often times staying in Isla Verde and we always book through Cheap Caribbean b/c they offer the best deals. We originally booked at the San Juan Marriott Casino & Stellaris Hotel but changed location to Humacao b/c of a less congested and hectic site, we were in search of some much needed down time. CC helped make the change, b/c the hotel was less were able to upgrade to a suite, unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the rep but she was very pleasant. While the pictures on the hotel's website looked very appealing, there were No Swimming signs on the beach due to strong currents and rip tides; this was shocking and I immediately wanted to leave, what's the point of going to an island if you can't go to the beach. I contacted CC twice about switching to a hotel in San Juan, of course everything was booked, the rep was extremely helpful in explaining procedures and fees, even talking to a rep at the Sheraton...we decided to stay after we discovering the waters approximately 1/2 mile down the beach were a lot calmer but we really appreciated the efforts of CC to investigate our request to change hotels. We're so use to the activity in San Juan and Isla Verde, staying at a new place was an adjustment but the remainder of our trip was really great. We love Cheap Caribbean, you offer the best packages and we always recommend your site to our family and friends. It's the best deal in town. Thank you again for making our stay in Puerto Rico a pleasant one.

Trip to barbados was great. There was a little confusion at first because I didn't know I had to print th vouchers from an email since I received them in the mail on a previous trip. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Hotel was more than adequate. People were freindly. Scuba diving was awsome. My one crticism was the traffic. I come from a rural area and was not used to it. A resident remarked that they had too few roads for the number of cars. In all likelihood I'll book our next trip on CheapCaribbean.com

We returned from The Excellence in Punta Cana and we're very pleased with the hotel and Cheap Caribbean. This was our 6th trip through Cheap Caribbean and wouldn't book any other way. The Excellence was worth the extra money to stay at a 5 star hotel. We also stayed at the Excellence in Playa de Mujeres in Acapulco this past spring which is why we booked this trip. The best all inclusive hotel. Food was better than the usual all inclusive. Grounds are beautiful. Looking forward to booking another trip through CheapCaribbean. Thanks for everything.

Name: Letitia BelfordCit: Perth AmboyState: NJTravel Dates: 9/17 - 9/23/09Resore: Riu Tropical Palace Let me start off by saying that this trip was the best 8 days of my life! We had an amaxing experience. Originally, we booked that the Riu next door, but upon receiving our travel voucher in an e-mail, we realized it was the wrong hotel. I quickly called CheapCaribbean.com and they switched it without a fee. We were very happy that we switched. Although we could use the facilities, we never made it to the other hotel! Our resort was perfect. I literally felt like I was on a set in Disney! There was an issue with our reservation, and the front desk fixed it without even alerting us. Had my bf not walked away, I probably wouldn't have noticed.Being mid-September, we did get a little bit of rain but nothing for too long. The weather was amazing, the ocean and beach amazing, the pool and the swim up bar, amazing. LOL The resort was not overly crowded... very few kids... the staff entertaining and attentive. After a few days, we did get a little sick of the food. We had the option to go to dinner every night, but waking up and standing on line at 730 wasn't that important to us! We ate a couple of the restaurants, never disappointed. But as I mentioned before, eating out of the buffet got tiresome after 5 days. And the Jamaican food they have on site wasn't very good. We can get more authentic food here in New Brunswick, NJ. The only other thing we wished we had was a night life. We heard that the partner resort had a disco, but didn't want to walk the long stretch of beach a night. After the shows (they have them everynight) ... the place died. After 11 o'clock there was nothing to do. Although, the bar did stay open until 7 AM lol!We will definitely be going back to Jamaica, have already started pricing my next trip. It's heaven on earth. CheapCarribean.com set everything up as it said it would during the booking. Hotel, air, transfers... all perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better vacation and we will see you again soon!

The trip was great the resort was o.k. The food and the service at the resort was not great. I would go to the dominican again. There are a lot of great things to do on the Island (snorkeling, waterfall tour, zipline). I don't think I would ever stay at Sun Village again.

Just returned from a wonderful trip to Playa del Carmen & the Viva Wyndham Maya Resort. We had a wonderful time! The grounds of the resort are well maintained and the entire staff was friendly. We also enjoyed the clean rooms and all the food on the buffet. Our group went scuba diving 2 days with Scuba Caribe, the dive shop on site at the resort and were impressed by their professional & friendly service. I would recommend this trip for anyone wanting to get away for a relaxing vacation!! Julie

We recently traveled to Secrets Silversland Resort in Riveria Maya Aug 22 to 25 2009 The hotel was wonderful and service was excellent. We love Mexico!!! The beach at the resort was nice but access to the water was a bit of a challange. We knew about this problem ahead of time. I would not have stayed at this resort if it were not for the awesome deal we received. I have been at other Secret resorts that have nicer beaches. A beach is very important to us when we travel but sometimes money talks. We absolutely loved it!!!! Debbie and Larry MeehanDoylestown, Pa 18902

Hello! I want to thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on your services for my recent trip to Cancun.. I'm telling EVERYONE I know that YOU are the ONLY service they should ever use! From the initial scheduling all the way to requesting my $100 refund for rain on one of my vacation days could not have been handled in a more prompt, professional manner. Also, some questions I had prior to my trip were answered by one of your representatives who was an absolute joy to talk with! I'm planning on booking another trip to Cancun next April and know that by going through Cheap Caribbean, I will once again have a vacation that will provide me with a lifetime of wonderful memories! I also have to state that Olympus t\Travel was just as wonderful! Their drivers and the representatives that assisted me in scheduling my excursions were professional and made me feel like I was their only customer.. 5 STARS TO TWO FANTASTIC COMPANIES! I LOVE YOU!!! Bonnie M. PorrecaShreveport, LA

We stayed at the Amaryllis Resort in Barbados which was very nicely located on Hastings Road in Christ Church. The location is perfect because it is close to Bridgetown, and there is taxi and public transportation readily available. We find the landscaping to be lucious and very attaractive, and well maintained. There is also a nice beach -- just right for swimmers and also for those who do not swim. We were in the water every single day. From our observation it would seem that the overall problem is the lack of overall maintenance in the common areas. The room to which we were assigned was lacking maintenance in many ways, but after one requested change to this room, we stayed in it for the entire time. It was nice to be served a complimentary breakfast every morning, but it was somewhat boring to be presented with the exact menu for the seven days. Not even on Sunday morning was a change in the menu. This was brought to the attention of the Manager of the Resort, together with the lack of proper maintenance. Do note, however, that the the Manager is the head of the new management which came on board on September 1, 2009, and we arrived there in on September 10. The Manager did express his goal to make everything better. Overall stay in the beautiful isle of Barbados was enjoyable. Submited by Muriel Yvonne and Arnold O. Roberts

Linda Cordi, Morganville NJ. I recently returned from Aruba (September24th 2009). We stayed at the Holiday Inn Sunspree. For the most part we had a very nice time. The water in Aruba is fantastic. We spent many many hours just floating on a raft in the warm, blue water. The Holiday Inn was ok for the money we paid. Its more of a budget priced hotel. The accommodations were acceptable, nothing spectacular. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I paid for a oceanview superior room and has a view of the roof of the lower part of the hotel. If I went out on my balcony and looked to the left I could see the ocean a bit, and so I was told by the front desk when I complained. The food was edible but nothing spectacular. In the morning you had to get up at 7am to get on line to get a palapa( hut on the beach) for the day. The sun is hot so you definitely needed a shady spot to sit at times. The crowd was mostly older couples 40's and up. Some young honeymooners. There were just a hand full of babies, and very very few children and teenagers. My 17 & 21 year old was bored. I never felt like I was being ripped off... a bottle of water in the hotel was 1.50 just like at home. Renting a float on the beach was $5.00 for the day, and watersports were reasonably priced as well. I must say that my nonstop flight was great and my transfers to and from the airport were exceptional. If I had to I would stay there again, but would probably seek something a little more upscale. Linda

Hello, My name is Charlotte Osborn and I went on vacation to San Juan Puerto Rico on September 10, 2009. I stayed at the Intercontinental hotel, which is a really nice hotel, located right by the ocean. The staff was friendly and always helpful. My room was on the 9th floor and I had an pretty overlook of the city. However, I wish I had upgraded my hotel room to overlook the ocean. I will definately keep that in mind on my next trip. Puerto Rico is beautiful and San Juan is bigger than I had realized and yes, I will go back for a visit. I took the bus to Old San Juan several times and it is a very easy commute and very cheap (.75 for adults and .35 for seniors), not bad. You can find all kinds of international eating places and I was very pleased with the different foods I ate, such as (Puerto Rican, Cuban, German, Indian and yes, American as well). I will definately return to Puerto Rico, hopefully next year. Charlotte Osborn

returned from our trip to puerto rico; allen j. grennell & anthony a. rauh, 9/17/09 thru 9/28/09 at the marriott san juan. an excellent 4* hotel although the lobby music is a bit loud some nights - we recommend a higher floor. clean and well appointed rooms - adjoining doors could be better insulated for noise. super linens, tv & in-room coffee/tea/fridge/iron & robes! beyond your control but american airlines lost/delayed bag caused additional expense for supplies, cab and cancelled tour (almost medical emergency!) - airport baggage staff was no help. all-in-all a good experience at a good price! a. j. grennell

I have a son who lives in St. Croix, and the airfare alone is around $500 when I visit him. So $399, including air from Philadelphia, for 4 days at the Carambola sounded too good to be true. Much to our amazement, everything went smoothly; there were no problems. You lived up to your advertising and your promises. The Carambola is a beautiful and picturesque place, but it is located in the middle of nowhere and can only be reached by very windy and narrow roads, going up and down mountains. If my son hadn't lived on St. Croix, and supply our transportation, our vacation would have been very expensive. Renting a car would have been out for us, as we are in our 80s, and driving on the left on those roads was out of our driving ability. We would not have stayed at the Carambola if our son didn't live on St. Croix. Thank you.Elizabeth Ligon and Geoffrey Corson

Hi! I never used Cheap Caribbean before and I wasn't sure if it lived up to its reputation. My sister and I wanted to go to a resort to relax and see the sites. We selected Puerto Pico which turned out to be a wonderful place. We traveled from 9/13/2009-9/18/2009. The first hotel I booked was the El San Juan Resort Hotel and Casino, after reading the reviews on Cheap Caribbean website I changed the hotel and stayed at the Ritz Carlton (what a great hotel). The staff was polite and room was cleaned and the hospitality great. The fee to change was $50 but it was well worth it. Customer service was very helpful in making this adjustment. I want to thank all those people who take the time to write a review to inform other travelers of their experiences and adventures. If it wasn't for all of you I would have had a miserable time in a resort (El San Juan Hotel) that did not take care of its clientele. Thank you Cheap Caribbean for making such an affordable trip and one I will remember always. Dee

Here is my review!! I can't thank you guys enough for such a great trip. :)Taryn MarchionnoOrange, CA9/24/09 - 9/28/09Grand Oasis CancunOur trip was absolutely amazing. I had a group of 9 people who all booked at different times but every time I called up Cheap Caribbean they made it a quick and easy process to add additional people to the booking. FLIGHTS: The flights went well for all of us except the one individual who was flying out of San Fran. His first flight got delayed so he didn't make the connecting flight but he finally made it to Cancun that night. Customs and Immigration went easily except I got the random suitcase check and have a very funny and embarrassing story to go along with that. CHECK-IN: The check-in was quick and easy. They grouped us all together for the most part - it depended on the type of bed we were getting. It only took a few minutes to get the keys and go on our way. HOTEL: The lobby is so cool to look at, the lounge was a nice place to relax, the pool is absolutely amazing and so much fun. There is a party area and a quiet area at the pool. There are hammocks hanging around which was cool. I loved how the pool had a slow decline entrance so you could sit down or lay down and be in the water. The room was a nice size and we had a view of the lagoon. AC worked wonderfully. The room was cleaned and the mini fridge stocked everyday. We tipped the maid every day and the bartenders occasionally when we had some money on us.FOOD: The food was pretty good almost everywhere we ate...especially the Asian Fusion restaurant. I was actually very disappointed in the food at the Mexican restaurant. Our favorite was the ROOM SERVICE!!! It just sucked that it took them over an hour to deliver but well worth it at 3 am. :)BEACH: The beach is so close but has tons of big rocks. You have to walk quite a bit to get to a nice area. All the guys went body surfing and had a blast. NIGHTLIFE: The Foam Party was so much fun and I was so glad it was also included in the all-inclusive package. None of us had been to one before and we had the time of our lives. We went out two different nights to downtown where the clubs were. We hit up Dady Os which was just ok and we went to The City which was off the hook. Huge place with great music and stages where ppl can get up and dance. Take the bus to the clubs - so cheap and easy. Do not make a deal with any promoter about getting in and getting a table and blah blah blah. It was BS and they just wanted more money the moment we sat down at the table. Just go by your self and pay the all you can drink price of $45. So worth it. EXCURSION: Our excursion that we booked was at Hidden Worlds Cenotes Park. I contacted them directly and booked the Ultimate Adventure Package on their website. It is hands down the most exciting part of our trip. We got to skycycle, zipline, rappell, snorkel and zipline into water. We could do any of it as many times as we wanted to. It was an all day adventure and it was amazing!! Best excursion I have ever been on.Overall we had the time of our lives. It went by way too quick. 5 days/4 nights is not enough at all. I absolutely loved the all-inclusive deal. Never had to worry about anything. We would definitley go back to this same hotel but stay a few days more. I would definitly recommend this hotel and Cheap Caribbean to everyone. Actually I already have. Everyone could not believe the type of deal we got. It was such a great price and included everything. Thank you Cheap Caribbean for making our trip such a wonderful one. We will all be back to book our trip for next year. As I type this I am looking for my own little getaway for just me and my boyfriend. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Keith and Jamie WallVancouver, WA Hotel- Grand Oasis CancunDates-Sept 28-Oct 5,2009 Review- Definitely upgrade to the Black wristband. Many people had the purple with limited access. Room- upgraded to the ocean front. It was awesome for sunrises. The room was nice and the airconditioner worked great. We had a king size bed that was extremely comfortable. The wall safe was an additional charge but gave us a good sense of security. Food- Many restaurants to choose from. The food was good not great, but well worth the price! included. The restaurants were only open certain hours. Room service had a limited menu. Beverages- The alcohol was of poor quality. No top-shelf to be had. Pool bartenders were over worked. The pool bar closes to early at 6pm. Staff- The staff was friendly for the most part. A few female staff members seemed to not like their jobs and were basically rude, but we are sure the springbreakers have made them that way. Overall- We would stay again at the Grand Oasis if the price was right. We give it a 3 of 5 stars. sincerely, Keith and Jamie

Hi everyone!! We just came back from our vacation in DR, and all I have to say is that we had a GREAT time, we were gonna get marry in the Sun Village and we had like 15 rooms booked there too.......But the terrific time that we spent in Lifestyle made us forget the bad things and money we lived/lost with the whole stuff about sun village..... I had to tell you that my room (crown suite) was beautiful, clean, comfortable.... the staff was super friendly and efficient!!! specially Mrs Juana y Mr Porfirio at the Tropical Recepction....Mrs. Katiuska at the Crown suite reception, the bell boys, all of them!!! Ana Celeste at the BLue lagoon restaurant, at Jaqueline at the main buffet....Kelvin at the vacation club....They were always doing the extra mile to make us feel happy.....and its also important to mention the girls at the spa, Santa(THE BEST!!!!!!!), Juana, Joaquina and the front desk agent, can't remember her name right now...... Guys, this staff is a 10 point staff!!!!! and the VIP offer that you offered us so we can visit the VIP beach and VIP party was a great idea!!!!!! if you continue offering this package with the VIP options you will have more bookings than you'll think!!! The only bad thing that happened was that i left my G1 mobile on the counter( lobby bar) and forgot about it....next morning, went to ask and no one knew anything.....i reported at the guest service buro and they did not know anything....i spent 10 days there, and no one at least called me to let me know that they were doing a follow up/investigation with my phone....... Just want to let you know that, pls if you need to pass any feedback to the hotel, do not forget to mention all these employees, hotel is great but these people are terrific!!! thanksVianka Aspinall

We stayed at the Hilton and were very pleased with the choice. The hotel staff was superb. Our vacation was like a week in paradise. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. You must try the buffet at "Brown Sugar" a restaurant a few blocks from the Hilton.

Elena DymovaBrooklyn, New-York, USA18-25 August 2009Viva Wyndham Dominicus PalaceIn general vacation was very good! Staff that is working there beeing very helpful and super entertaining! The day was full of different kinds of activities which was changing every 30 minuts. Every night it was a very interesting performance, following by open-air party and after that, for the strongest one's, disco time in the club. Food was good, but if you have any problems, it's better to go to pharmacy or any store in the resort and to buy a medication then to go to see a doctor that will charge you 100$ US just for giving you 3 pills. Also in our room TV didn't work properly and telephone wasn't ringing, when I called on reception to change it, they refused me explaining that they have to call technician. Also in our room was very cold and humid, so all our clothes were wet all the time. If you want to reserve a restaurant you have to do it 1 day in advance before 8pm. Also I would suggest to make a program for people/kids who has Birthday during vacation, that would be nice. Our waiter when he found out, brought us flowers at the table and after at the disco DJ sang a Birthday song. But the most uncomfortable problem we faced when we've been checking out from the hotel. It took 1 hour for the guy at reception to find a pen, to print the documents, and we had a taxi waiting for us. That's definitely a place I would recommend to my friends.
