My boyfriend and I took our first trip to Barbados for a 7 night trip at the Coconut Court Beach Resort. The driving factor for staying at this hotel was the great price for the length of time which we were thrilled we found on CheapCaribbean.com. I would describe the hotel as "beachy," ye it was much nicer than I expected. We liked that we could take a trip to the supermarket to stock up on drinks and snacks, and fit everything in our refrigerator. Our view was absolutely beautiful and we spent a decent amount of time on the balcony. The service was great from all of the staff and we especially enjoyed the happy hours throughout the day and night. The beach was nice and private, and provided plenty of palm trees for shade or open sand for sun. On our trip we did a Catamaran ride (which we highly recommend - the hotel can schedule that for you), and we also went on Ted's Tour, which is a fun way to see the island! The one thing I didn't like about this hotel was that while the water was warm and beautiful, it was much rockier than I expected. You can walk past the rocks and get to the nice sand, but I would have preferred to do without it. But for the price we paid, I would deal with it and definitely go back there again!Pam SewellMalverne, NYTravel October 10-17Coconut Court Beach

What a fabulous stay I had at Frenchmans Reef Hotel. My Garden View room was upgraded immediately upon check-in to an Ocean View with a balcony overlooking the pool and the bay! There are two restaurants with outdoor dining which is especially nice in the evening. One of them is the Sunset Grill which overlooks the twinkling lights of the mountainside across the bay absolutely gorgeous and very romantic. There are two great pools one up at the main hotel with a swim-up bar and one down at the Morningstar. Ive stayed at Frenchmans Reef previously and will go back there again next year. It cant be beat! Charlotte DoremusNaples, FL

We stayed at the Catalonia Mayan Riviera and had a fabulous time. It was a great deal, nice resort for the money, and had wonderful staff. We weren't thrilled with the vendors that set up there every night. You had to pass them to get to dinner. We'd definitely go again. Erin

Hello Cheap Caribbean! I just wanted to say thanks for helping making our trip to Puerto Rico on 10/14-/10/20 a fabulous success! I was nervous about booking with an on line travel agency because I had never done so before and I have to say I will definitely book with CheapCaribbean from now of for all my tropical traveling needs! It was easy, efficient, and CHEAP!!!! There were no snags in flight arrangements or hotel reservation and both times I called to confirm or ask a question, your agents were super nice and helpful. The Intercontinental Hotel staff were friendly and the accommodations were lux. Thanks again, we had a wonderful time! Sincerely, Reonna Donovan & Michael Hardwick

Peter BecerraSacramento, CA10/12/09 - 10/21/09Sheraton Nassau - Bahamas Here is my review for my trip through Cheap Caribbean: "My wife and I just got back from our Honeymoon (10/21/09) in Nassau, Bahamas in which we stayed at the Sheraton Nassau Resort. This was our second trip booked through Cheap Caribbean (Cabo last year was the first), and we have not had a problem as of yet. We did learn that like any vacation destination, the devil is in the details. So, if you're planning a trip to Nassau in general, here are some things we learned which might make your experience just as incredible as ours. 1) First off, the area in which the Sheraton Nassau is located in is called Cable Beach (this is important when you're trying to navigate maps or relay information to locals). It is called this because it is the hub of their communications to the outside world and there are under water telecommunication cables. Except for the incredible beach that the Sheraton sits on, there is nothing touristy to do in this area. The touristy parts are located in Downtown Nassau and Paradise Island, which is a 15-20 min drive. The Sheraton is one of the nicest hotels in all of Nassau, except for maybe the Atlantis resort/casino on Paradise Island. It connects to the Crystal Palace Casino, which connects on the other side of it to the Wyndham. Nothing fancy about the casino or the Wyndham, but the Sheraton has a beautiful lobby and common areas. 2) The Bahamas do not have any Sales taxes. Absolutely nothing you purchase will be taxed. The government makes all their money from Banking and Investments. However, 15% gratuity is automatically added to everything where gratuity applies. Sure, you can tip even more than 15% if you like, but you normally don't have to worry about tipping because it's part of the receipt you receive. 3) To get around the island, do NOT take taxis - only for cost reasons. If you don't mind spending money, then taxis are fine. The only time I would recommend taking a taxi is to get from downtown to the Atlantis (see #5 below). However, if you want a very cheap way to get around, there are Buses that run the street that are only $1.25 per person. The Buses have route numbers on them, and 99% of the time you'll get on the #10 Bus. There are Bus stops all over the main street (Bay St), but you don't have to be at a Bus stop for it stop for you. When you see a #10 Bus come, no matter where you are on the street, just put your hand out and the Bus will pull over for you. You can either tell the bus driver where you want to go, or you can simply sit down and when you're ready to get off, simply say loudly "BUS STOP". You pay the $1.25 when you exit the bus. Important fact: Buses run only 'til Sundown, so if you're not careful, you'll be stuck somewhere and have to pay for a taxi ride back to your hotel. We went in October, so Sundown was approximately 7pm. 4) All food/drinks are expensive. Especially at the Sheraton hotel. Breakfast buffet is $19.99 and the dinner buffet is $34.99. Luckily, we booked a promotion through CC that gave us daily breakfast for free. The breakfast was pretty good, nothing much to complain about (except the price). Even room service is expense - a cheeseburger meal is $17.50 + $3.50 delivery charge and an automatic 15% gratuity added. The food was good, but still expensive. You'll immediately find that guests that have been there a few days have figured this out and regulary order Dominos that is a half mile down the street. The Dominos price was close the what we pay in the states, and they only charge $1.00 for delivery. Unfortunetly, we could only find Dominos to deliver food, so hopefully you like pizzas and hot sandwiches if your cost conscience. I would recommend the first thing you do when you arrive (or the next day) is take the 10 bus (see #5 below) west to the City Market and pick up several large bottles of water and food/snacks. They don't sell alcohol there, but there is a liquor store which is by the Burger King (which you pass and is a short distance on the way to City Market). 5) The best and most affordable way to get to Paradise Island (where the famous Atlantis hotel/casino is) is to take the #10 Bus to downtown Nassau and take a $4 taxi over the bridge right up the Atlantis entrace. What I would NOT do, is take the $3 ferry across to Paradise Island. The ferry only leaves once they have packed the ferry boat up with tourists, and it gets very hot in the boat. It also takes longer then it should: 30-45 min. And, once you get off at the ferry terminal on Paradise Island, you have a 10 min walk to get to Atlantis. Much better to just pay the extra $1.00 (per person) and take a taxi - well worth it. 6) We purchased three activities through CC: Combination Tour, Robinson Crusoe, and Stuart's Cove Snorkel. Both the Robinson Crusoe and the Stuart Cove Snorkel were absolutely amazing. On the Stuart Cove Snorkel, they stopped at 3 snorkeling locations and not only were the waters perfect and clear, but there were tons of fishes and incredible reefs to be amazed by. And the last location we were able to see a dozen or so reef Sharks, which was scary and exilerating at the same. We wish we would have booked and experienced the Exuma tour, but it was $200/person and a bit out of our budget. Even a simple all day pass to the Atlantis resort was $120/person (what a rip off!). You can get into the Atlantis and see their really cool aquarium and gamble in their casino for free, but anything more than that costs $$$.

Rachel Lynn DunnSpotswood, New JerseyTraveled to: Whyndam Riveria Maya, Riveria Maya, MexicoTravel Dates: October 9-12 2009Booking ID 30247668 Our trip to the Whyndam Riveria Maya was a very nice one. The beaches were beautiful, and you couldn't ask for better weather. The food in the restaurants was amazing, especially the ethnic foods of Mexico. The fruits were more delicious than you could imagine. There were alot of activities to do at the resort, my favorite being trapeeze lessons! The drinks were great, and when they say everything is included, it really means everything! The only problem we had with the trip was our room. Upon arrival, they placed us in a room towards the back of the resort - farthest away from the beach and pool. When we asked why we couldnt be by the beach, they told us all those rooms were occupied. After seeing the room we were given, and talking a walk to the beach and seeing how far it was we went to the manager and complained - and were immediatly given a room right by the beach. Indeed, they weren't all full! The room we were given was adequate - however the mattress was horribly uncomfortable as it it was simply a thin mattress on a slab of concrete! Also, we had ants all over our bathroom, that appeared even after continual spraying on behalf of the cleaning staff. Although the room was not that great, the staff and their help was amazing!

What a wonderful place to stay....all the restaurants were great....the beach wonderful and the pool....everyone was very friendly and nice.....it is a large complex and there was a lot of walking but they do have a shuttle that was great....we would have prefered an ocean front room but we found out there aren't very many....but the rooms were very spacious....cheap caribbean could not have been greater...we had such good service and having a non stop flight was great....we will use you again....thanks, JoAnne

We had a lovely stay at the Tamarijn in Aruba; however, it got off to a rocky start on checkin, when we were told that only 1 room had been requested by CheapCaribbean, instead of the 2 that we purchased...and they were not sure there was an additional room. After several phone calls and a short (15-20minute delay), the front desk clerk was able to find a 2nd room. We were not able to stay on the preferred first floor (immediate access to the beach), but were able to get a room near us for our traveling companion. I can not say enough good things about the Tamarijn and their staff.Regards, Cheryl Cheryl Wade Brummell, PMPProgram Manager

Name: Lynda Nyberg & Troy PleseCity: Lynda: Brooklyn, NY & Troy: Chicago, IL Travel Date: October 6, 2009 to October 10, 2009.Resort: Conrad San Juan Condado PlazaI had such a wonderful time on my trip that I booked through cheapcarribeans.com that I wrote a review on tripadviser.com.The Conrad Plaza was beyond belief. If I never left the hotel I would have just been perfectly content with that. It had beautiful room with GREAT accommodations and amenities. There were 3 pools, 2 jacuzzi (one in doors through their gym and one outdoors), they had a sauna, and a first rate gym with new equipments and plenty of room to work out. I could have done cartwheel in there if I wanted to...trust me I was tempted to! They also have several restaurants. We ate at the Varita downstairs when we first arrived and although it was a bit pricey it was worth it. The food was delicious and they had very large portions. I had the turkey BLT and it was HUGE. The size of a baby's head!Speaking of food (I shall return to my review of the hotel in a moment because I am far from done) every meal that we've experience in Puerto Rico was absolutely heavenly. In Old San Juan we had the pleasure of dining at Raices (not expensive with large portions), The Parrot Club (reasonably price with a good size portions) , and here is the big one....(drums rolling....) THE DRAGON FLY. Each and every meal was done to perfection but the meal at Dragon Fly was hands down the most memorable and absolutely delectable. Their desert was entrancing (it's the fried wonton with banana/nut filling). I didn't think it was humanly possible to drool while eating...well... I've shot that theory down that night. Although it was a bit pricey to eat at the Dragon Fly believe me...it was well worth it. Besides...if you're in Puerto Rico, you're probably on a vacation. Treat yourself! Also nearby the hotel was an great 'lil restaurant, La Hacienda with an ocean view front (not expensive at all with large portions). Picture this: waves crashing against the rocks, as the breeze blows through the window and you are in the center of all of that with perfect company (which I was privileged enough to have, thanks Troy!) and a divine meal bestowed in front of you with top notch service. Go to Puerto Rico, and that can be a reality for you.Now that I've made myself hungry back to the review of the Conrad Plaza. They also have a Casino, a hip lounge area, 2 tennis courts, and you can rent a boat and kayak in their lagoon...which our hotel room overlooked. If you want a great, serene view asked to stay in the bahia vista room on the 10th floor. We had a balcony with a perfect view, overlooking the lagoon, the tennis court and one of their pools.Could not have asked for better maid service. They ALWAYS do such a great job cleaning up the bathroom :). We order room service once and it went smoothly as well.Sites to visit: The Fortress in Old San Juan. $3 for entrance fee to see one of the Fortress. A mile away is another fortress that if my memory serves me right is another $2 or $3. My companion and I didn't go to both but we were content with just visiting that one. We also did a hiking and zip-lining tour. Shame on me for not remembering the name of the company but the Concierge Desk in the hotel has their name and number. It was $125 for a half day excursion from 9am to 12:30. It included a 15-20 minutes hike with 10 ziplining course. The last one which is half a mile long. The forest was only 20 minutes away which was perfect in comparison to some of the other companies that provided excursions that was an hour and 45 minutes or even 45 minutes away. The guides were VERY friendly and lots of fun.If I was to ever return to Puerto Rico you can bet that my rear end would be parked outside the Conrad Plaza's balcony with a cold bottle of beer. Cheers!

I would highly recommend the Viva Whydham Tangerine in DR. Can't think of one thing that could be improved except how long I had to stay. Far exceded expectations for the price we paid. Had trouble spending money once there as everything was included. Planning my next trip with all the money I saved from this one.

Nicole McKinney Dallas, TX Traveled to The Catalonia Riviera Maya, 10/14-10/18 My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Catalonia. It was a great experience. We arrived late but were still greeted happily and of course welcomed with a drink. Our room was nothing fancy but it was clean and spacious (and it looked like you could upgrade to something very nice if you planned to spend a lot of time indoors). We met with our Cheap Caribbean rep the next day and he was very helpful in helping us arrange our activities. I did the Dolphin Discovery and he hooked me up with the Manatee swim. I didn't even know you could swim with a Manatee! It was great. We also did the Xtreme Tulum which included zip lines, repelling, snorkeling in an underground cave and a tour of the Mayan ruins. Also great. Back at the resort we had a lot of fun snorkeling. There's really a great variety of sea life right there. The staff was constantly inviting us to get involved in some activity and they put on a really cute production of "The Lion King" while we were there. The buffet is so-so, which I think is standard with buffets. But the restaurants were awesome so use your reservations. We ate at the Hibachi and Mexican restaurants and heard from other guests that the Italian was also delicious. We had so much fun at the Catalonia Riviera Maya!

My name is George Czelusniak from Chicopee, MA. My wife and I booked a vacation through CheapCaribbn to Grand Cayman 9/14/09 thru 9/21/09 at the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort. Although this time period was during the supposed rainy season, we found other than a few days with late afternoon showers, the weather to be outstanding. The Seven Mile Beach area was exceptional. The beach and restaurants were certainly not crowded. The service and quality of meals was great. The location of the Marriott Beach Resort was ideal to Geeorgetown, other resorts, restaurants and golf. Rental cars, cabs, or simply walking to these made everything easy to get to. The Marriott Beach Resort was an outstanding choice for us. The conditions of the Resort were terrific. The friendliness and help of the staff was amongst the best we've experienced. Our vacation to Grand Cayman and the Marriott was an outstanding experience and woul certainly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the Caribbean. Everyting booked through Cheap Caribbean was flawless (air, hotel, transfers, and recommendations).

Name: Sarah EvansCity: Pittsburgh, PATravel dates: October 10-17, 2009Resort name: Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort & Spa, Puerto Plata, DR I absolutely LOVED Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort & Spa, located in Puerto Plata, DR. When we originally booked the vacation, we were supposed to be staying in the Sun Village Resort & Spa, which was located up the road. However, the resort closed for business a few weeks before we made our travels. Therefore, we chose to stay in Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort & Spa, which was absolutely worth it. The transportation to and from the Puerto Plata airport was fair. They seemed interested in getting us excited for our trip and they were fairly timely. The shuttle taking us from the airport to the resort was on time. The shuttle taking us back to the airport on our departure date was a little late but we still had plenty of time to catch our flight in time. On a scale of 1-10, I would give the hotel staff a 6. There were a few times where we needed assistance with certain things, and although they tried, they were not the most helpful. The entire 'A La Carte restaurant' booking process was a slight nuisance. We had to book a day in advance for each of the restaurants between 1-2pm. However, we were not allowed to book them all at the same time, which seemed silly to me. We had to leave the beach every day a little before 1pm to stand in line and book these restaurants for the next night. If we could have booked all of the restaurants at one time for the whole week, that would have been a lot easier. Because we got bumped from our original Sun Village resort, we also got access to the VIP beach, which was AMAZING! On a scale of 1-10, I would give the VIP beach & wait staff a 10! The wait staff was always extremely friendly, attentive, and willing to help out in any way they could. The regular beds, swinging beds, and lofts that were set up for us on the VIP beach were incredible. I also loved the way the beach was set up...primarily how it was overlooking the ocean. My friend and I literally spent 6 out of the 7 days on at that beach all day. The VIP sushi bar was also GREAT and the food that they served on the beach was good as well. Because we were VIP, we also had access to the Sunday Welcome Party, which took place right on the beach. That was really fun! The food was great and the drinks were exceptional. The entertainment could have been a little bit more catered towards families and young adults (maybe offer a DJ as well?) But, it was still fun. As far as the buffet was concerned, on a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 5. I found that there were things I could eat at most of the meals, but the food was not good quality. Also, it seemed like they had pretty much the same things at every breakfast and lunch. I also would have liked for them to offer a few more healthy alternatives. The dinners were not all that bad, but it seemed like they also offered things that were a little out of the ordinary and had no information about what was in them. I'm all about trying new things to eat but not when I have no idea what is in them. On a scale of 1-10, I would give Lifestyle Tropical Resort & Spa an 8/10. The rooms, beach, pool, bars, A la Carte restaurants, etc. were exceptional. However, the food and resort staff were lacking. All that being said, I would ABSOLUTELY go back to Lifestyle Tropical Resort & Spa in the near future. I may just take along some extra food to snack on in the room and skip out on the buffet :)

Hi! I had a terrific time on my week long vacation. There was a change at the last minute of the resort I was to go to but the Lifestyle was great. The accomodations were pleasant and clean. The help was very friendly. There were plenty of tour options or just relaxing around by the pool or ocean. I went to the spa while I was there and had the best foot massage of my life. The food was ok, nothing spectacular. The drinks were all fine, the bartenders occasionally were overwhelmed and could have used more help. I enjoyed meeting the varied guests that stayed there from all over the world. Donna H. Sullivan

My husband and I just returned from the beautiful new Secrets Silver Sands resort a few minutes outside of Cancun in northern Riviera Maya. Our vacation was from October 11 through 16, 2009, which was perfect; no crowds, no waiting (well maybe the swim-up pool bar in the afternoon) despite the resort being 75% occupied. I had to ask for our welcome champagne at check-in, glad I read the reviews so I knew to ask. We used our $200 resort credit toward a room upgrade on the ocean rather than pool view and Im so glad we did. 24-hour FREE room service was great, especially the secret lock box where our food was delivered from the hall and we could retrieve it from inside the room so we didnt have to see anyone if we didnt want to. I cant say enough about the 5-star restaurants nor can I pick a favorite. But the Mexican restaurant has the best Mariachis that I have ever seen or heard they are family so their voices are superb together. The service is excellent drinks happily served no matter where you are; in the pool, sunning on the sand (with or without at top). We had amazing side-by-side massages on the beach followed by champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The spa was better than the Ritz Carlton and it is available to you all day if you purchase spa services. The beach was knee or hip-deep as far out as I could walk. You must swim with the dolphins at Isla Mujeres, though. The concierge will hook you up. Gracias, CheapCaribbean.com! Leslie Howell, Altadena, CA

I am writing to give a testimonial of my recent trip. We went to San Juan, Puerto Rico and stayed at the Ritz-Carlton. The hotel was very nice with great service. It was right on the beach and had all of the amenities we would expect. We were able to get the best price through cheapcaribbean. I searched many websites and used all kind of promo codes... and cheapcaribbean was the best. Everything went smoothly during our flight and hotel check-in. I thought two things could be improved. The website is a little combersome at times, and it is sometimes challenging to match the hotel and flight you want. Second, it was a little uncomfortable having to present the concierge at the hotel with a "voucher" rather than doing a normal check in. Thanks!

Wanted to say that we stayed at NH Real Arena in Punta Cana September 12-18, 2009. We don't have a bad word to say about resort. We had an ocean/pool view room on the 4th floor, perfect. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Wendy one of the regulard waitresses was awesome, great personality. The food was always plentiful and a wide variety. Would recommend this resort highly. We will be going back in a couple of years. On different excursions we went on, we met people from other hotels, they had complaints about where they were staying. I read many reviews and was nervous, there were very few mosquitos as the resort sprayed every day.

10/26/09 Dear CheapCaribbean.COM, We went to Mexico from 10/09/09 to 10/15/09 and our Reservation ID was: 30243182.2. We arrived to Cancun, were pleased to see that the custom, security etc was very organized, found Olympus Tours easily and arrived at NH Riviera Cancun, dropping some people along the way at other resorts. The welcome was very nice and the green drink was delicious. The wet washcloth was great. We were escorted to our room explaining were the amenities were etc. Our room with a balcony was huge, comfortable and the view of the pool and the ocean made it even better. The employees were very cordial and open to chat with us. The restaurants were fabulous, specially "PURE", with a special 8 courses menu, out of this world. "Senses" was very good and the decor was very European. The buffet also always great, specially the breakfast was out of this world. The "Asian" was also very different and good. However, the Italian was a little disapointing. We never tried the Mexican. Olympus Tours arranged our excursions, bent backworth to please us, and even helped when I had a big problem with my cell phone, trying to call the U.S. and Cheap Caribbean. It was on the Sunday, Juan tried to reach Tony Buzo who was in the hospital with a guest, then his boss, and fixed my problem. Please note that my husband is handicapped and need a scooter to go around. They were always ready to help with a smile when we needed it. A funny story. The first night we were at the hotel, the dinner was on the beach, buffet style. The weather was warm, it was paradise. Then a big boom was heard. It was thunder, followed by strong wind and a terrible shower. Everything was flying, we were drenched and had to go to the buffet restaurant quite a way up the hill. I dont think that I ever was that wet in my life. Welcome to the Carribean... I tried to extend our stay. Cheap Caribbean was very acomodating. However, Sunny airlines was going to charge us $355 to change the flights. So we left... with big tears in our eyes. What a fabulous place in paradise. Would recommend to anyone, anytime. The only thing. They could improve the night attractions. Maybe being off season, it was not as good. Oh! well... I will have to reach Sunny Airlines, because some nice person stole all my jewelry and my hysband cologne! Hope to go back soon Claire Thevenaz

Rhonda Orcutt & Francis Gordon Wakefield,MAOct 3-10Riviera Maya, MexicoValentin Imperial Maya After searching websites for days trying to choose a destination. I called Cheap Carribean for a suggestion. The representative listened to what I was looking for and recommended the Valentin Imperial Maya. She said it was highly recommended and had a great deal going on. I then booked the trip easily on the website, received all the necessary documents with some additional discounts to boot. Great experience and a wonderful trip! The resort was wonderful and the food was excellent. Rhonda

Resort: Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda Dates: Oct 4 13, 2009Name Paul & Pearl Merz Norfolk, VA Our 10 day vacation at Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda about 3 miles north of Playa del Carmen was wonderful. I celebrated a very special birthday which they made even more enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything possible to make our vacation the best ever. The food was very good both the buffet and al la carte restaurants. The beverages were all made as requested by us. It was never crowded and virtually no lines for anything restaurants, bars, the nightly show, around the pool or on the beach. In fact, October when we were there three of the eight buildings were already closed and a fourth closed during our stay (I asked; that is normal for this time of the year.) The only incident which was completed satisfied to our liking occurred with our initial siute. Upon arriving in our room we discovered there were two extremely large electrical boxes (5 X 10) immediately in front of our upgraded garden view suite. Upon talking to the front desk that day they offered us a swim up room for a small increase pppd. We decided to check with our travel agent with CheapCaribbean the following day, possibly even to change resorts. The next day when we went back to the front desk the same supervisor, Anna was there. She cheerfully moved us to a top floor, master ocean front suite at no additional cost. My wife and I feel we had absolutely the best room in the entire resort. Plus Anna was very pleasant and accommodating as we were during the entire discussion. We will definitely consider returning to Blue Bay for next years fall vacation. However, plan on trying their newest resort about 10 miles to the north on the Reviere Maya which is scheduled to open next year. If not open then we will return to the same location. My husband, myself and 2 friends just returned from Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa in Mexico. We had a wonderful time. The resort had only been open for a few days so there were a few little issues, but certainly nothing that would stop us from going back! Tha stall were absolutely fantastic. The food unbelievable! I can't say enough. Booking through CheapCaribbean.com made everything so easy. We didn't have to worry about anything. I'm already planning my next trip.

Donna KnightChattanooga, TennesseeTravel Dates Sept 8-16Grand Pineapple Negril, Jamaica My vacation to Jamaica was the most fun trip I've ever taken. I loved the Grand Pineapple. My room was a Beachside Cottage and just steps away from the Sea. The room was a good size with bright, happy decor. Air Conditioner worked so well, had to turn it off most of the time. Plenty of large towels, changed daily. Wonderful patio. The Grand Pineapple is a Sandals resort and the quality reflected that. The bed was wonderful! The coffee was great. The only problem I had was that sometimes coffee wasn't always replaced in the room. I am an early riser ( six a.m.) and coffee in open air restraunt wasn't available til 7:30. However, I never did without because the front desk sent some to my room or there was coffee made in the lobby. Towels for swimming were available at all times, so were lounge chairs and water sport toys! There are security guards around the resort, there for our benefit. I traveled with another lady friend and was comforted knowing they asked where we were going when we left the resort. They also are there for you to cross the street .. lol. Jamaicans in Negril drive crazy (but safely). I loved it. Many thanks to Rawlston on the beach ... I left my beach bag out on the beach many times and nothing was ever bothered! And Annie for telling me no problem, it's Jamaica, go have fun when I left my towels laying some where and didn't check them back in. I hope to go back next year. There were so many things to do in Negril. My only regret is not staying longer and I was there for eight days! Some of the locals work on the beach and I was able to rent jet skis ( from Michael) and go boating (arranged by Devin) at reduced prices with them. One of my highlights was going snorkeling at the reef and then over to an island. Some locals had just brought lobsters and crabs in from the Sea. I was able to pick my lobster and they cooked it right over a fire there on the island. It was prepared with garlic and butter, along with garlic toast. The best I've ever had! I also went with the locals to Ricks for the sunset. There I jumped off the lowest cliff. I had been out on the Kool Kat Kelly Katamaran and it was great, but more expensive and didn't get to go into the caves like on the smaller boat, the Ocean King glass bottom boat. We had a blast! Snorkeled in the caves, danced on the boat. So, with the locals, I rode jet ski twice and went boating twice. I went to Mayfields Mineral Springs Falls which was arranged by Johnny on the beach. The springs were great! Be sure and take or rent water shoes! I earned title "Jungle Girl". The guide knew the path like the back of his hand. He was great! You do not want to miss out on Mayfield Falls. Dunns River Falls and YS Falls are much further away ... back to Montego Bay. I did the Jeep Safari Trip and the Party Cruise on the Kool Kat Kelly through the resort. There are many places along the beach to listen to Reggae music. Alfred's is just right next door. Be sure and go. At first I found the locals to be annoying, but then found them most helpful. Some can be pushy, but a no thank you will take care of that. Times Square is just right down the street for shopping and just a short Taxi ride to the Westend (downtown). The resort is so convenient to everything. It's a smaller resort, more cozy and personal. Not spread out all over the place. The food was good and plenty of it. Drinks always available. Everyone speaks English, however, the native tongue is Patya. You will hear it spoken much. Instead of saying Hey or excuse me ... try Oy da! My review of the Grand Pineapple in Negril? A thumbs up all the way! No Problem Mon, it's all good in Jamaica!

This was our 2nd trip to the Grand Palladium. Once we arrived they greeted us with a cocktail. Our room as in the past was impeccable, with an ocean front view and the beach was clean and gorgeous and the overall grounds were beautiful. There are a great variety of restaurants and the food was wonderful. The Staff at the Palladium go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable. First day you arrive you must see Tracy with Tropical Tours, she is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, she made many suggestions with the planning of our excursions. Tracy went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant and I must add that she remembered us from last year. Judine at reception desk was very accommodating and pleasant and went above and beyond for us. Antoniette remembered us from last year and always brought a smile to our faces each time we saw her, Michael our waiter at the Lotus restaurant was very attentive and pleasant with our candlelight dinner, Maria, Concierge Manager was always making sure our stay was going well and Demietris, Asst General Manager always greeted us by name and he too making sure our stay was going well. The staff were awesome and I have to commend whoever is responsible for the training of new staff. I have traveled for over 30 years and have never found a resort more accommodating, staff always smiling and acknowledging you. I highly recommend this resort. Overall, a breathtaking facility with all the amenities. ***** resortThank youPamela Hall & Charles Shaw

Pat and Len Tate, 2245 Taylor Grady Terrace, Duluth, Ga. 30097, trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico on October 1st thru the fifth staying at the Marriott Stellaris Resort and Casino. We had read reviews of this hotel and surrounding area and decided to give it a try. Everything went according to plan and the Marriott employees could not have been nicer. We had a great room on the 16th floor and the room was a nice size with a great bathroom. So many of the hotels have the small mini bathroom as I call it. This one was very spacious and the towels were nice and plush as was the bedding on the bed. The pool area is very nice with a swim up bar, you get an umbrella and a lounger if you want to be near the water. The beach is wonderful for walking, it was a bit breezy by the beach but it felt good. We ate dinner at the Tuscany restaurant at the hotel for their early bird $20.00 special three course dinner, it was so good we ate their twice!! We also ate at Tijuana's down the street, there are plenty of restaurants to walk to from the hotel, so the location is great. It is on the bus line so you can go downtown very easily and inexpensive. We took a walk every night and there always was a lot of people walking. If you are Catholic and want to go to Mass the church is a 4 minute walk. We went and the Governor happen to be attending Mass so that was an extra treat. All in all we would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Pat and Len

Name: Dana MaxwellCity/State: Lilburn GADate of Trip - Sept. 29th-Oct.4th Crystal Cove in Barbados was fabulous! It was more than I ever expected. I read reviews on CheapCaribbean, Expedia, Travelocity, and several other websites. Most were good reviews but a couple sounded negative. So I didn't really know what to expect. First, I am very ticky. Second, this is my first vacation booked through Cheap Carribean. We arrived in Barbados and grabbed a cab. That was easy because cabs were everywhere outside of the airport. My husband and I went with another couple. The four of us got in a cab(van) and it was $45 for the four of us to get to the hotel. We tipped the guy $10 because he was so nice and we felt like he went out of his way to point out sights on the way to the resort and help with our luggage. We arrive and are taken to the veranda to sit and relax while our paperwork/check-in is being completed. They brought all of us a wonderful rum punch! I've never liked rum punch but their punch was different. It was delicious!!! The staff was so nice. Brian and Corey got us checked in and taken to our rooms. These guys were terrific and so very nice. They treated us like family. We had a fantastic room and it was ocean view! You walk out onto the balcony and there is the ocean. The room was so clean and I am a clean freak. Most hotels are not clean enough for me and this room was very clean. Now, it is not fancy. It is on the beach so it is more like a beach bungalow, but that is fine for a vacation on the beach. If I wanted fancy furniture and plush carpet, I would have gone to a major city and checked into the Ritz Carlton. If you want the caribbean, than you need to expect wicker and white-washed furniture and tile floors. I was really surprised at the people that complained in reviews that Crystal Cove wasn't a 4-star resort. Obviously those people are not well traveled. This is definitely a top notch resort but you need to keep in mind that you are in the caribbean sitting on the beach. We had our shower dripping one evening and called to report it. They came instantly and repaired it. They want you to have a flawless vacation at their resort. We got in the room and immediately put on our swimsuits and hit the cave bar after checking in. What a neat bar! Swim up and get any fabulous drink you want. Gail, Keisha, Marisa, and Angeline were awesome. They always greeted us with a smile and were so sweet. Burt and Stephen were so cool and made awesome drinks too. Everyone there went out of their way to make sure you were having a fantastic vacation. Service was AWESOME! We went out on the beach and rode the banana boat, tubes, and had the Hobie Cat for a spin. All the guys down there were so friendly. Everett was so kind and put us at ease about doing some of these activities. Definitely do the "swim with the turtles" activity. That one cost $40 per person but very well worth it. We went with the Glassbottom Boat guys(2 level red and yellow boat) that will come around the beach asking if you want to go swim with the turtles. Go in the early morning before the crowds. You get more one on one time with the turtles. They are beautiful! Definitely invest in an underwater camera. The food was awesome. We loved the dinners at night and you felt very special. All the choices and all gourmet! Now, I'm picky with food too. I was afraid the food would be horrible since it was all inclusive but I never got a bad meal there. Breakfast is a buffett, Lunch is order off the menu some days and buffett some days, and dinner is always in the Reflections restaurant and order off the menu. All DELICIOUS!!! Sometimes my husband would want to try more than one entree and they brought him both. If you wanted a drink from the bar they would go get it. We got to know everyone and called them by name and that went a long way. We always received great service. They would even joke with us each day. My husband and I are already planning to go back. It was a paradise. Totally relaxing and if you wanted to lay around the pool or beach all day you could. If you wanted activities there was plenty to do. You can grab a public bus right outside of the hotel .75 cents per person one way. We went into Holetown and got some little items and the bus ride was an experience. Very crowded but great music! We went into town to get bottled water for our refrigerator. But the water at the hotel really tasted good so the bottle water was not needed. If you want to eat during the day they have a room service menu and the chicken sandwich is fantastic! We arrived at the hotel after lunch, but before dinner and before Tea. They got us each a sandwich and fries and it was delicious. The Tea time was fun. This is at 4:30pm each day they put out sandwiches and little cakes/cookies for a snack. It was a neat treat each day! You are not going to be disappointed! But go in with the mind set that this is the caribbean. It is not fancy chandeliers and solid cherry furniture. This is an island. You are going to get hammocks, light weight furniture, and a very relaxed way of life. Pastel colored buildings are just precious sitting beside the beautiful seascape of gorgeous water and blue skies. Be nice to the staff and you will be treated like royalty. I read a review where the couple said the staff wasn't friendly. Well, that couple must have been at a different resort! Our experience was wonderful. But we smiled and said thank you often and everyone was extraordinarily friendly. You get what you give!

Dwayne Dugas and Ted Dugas from New Iberia,LA 70560 traveled to the Conrad Condado Resort in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We checked in on September 3, 2009 and checked out September 8, 2009. Neither one of us had ever been to Puerto Rico before. We loved the fact that we didn't have to have a passport to go out of the states as we sort of decided only a few weeks prior that we wanted to go to Puerto Rico for an extended Labor Day vacation. We arrived at the Conrad Condado Resort and were immediately impressed. We looked around and commented how cheerful the colors made us feel. We knew it was going to be a great vacation. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We felt right at home from the get go. We were amazed the entire trip at how beautiful the people of Puerto Rico are......simply stunning. The resort was gorgeous inside and out. Right outside the resort is some incredible snorkeling with the most colorful fish. We even enjoyed watching some of the locals jumping into the lagoon off the nearby bridge. The resort is in a perfect area with tons to do within walking distance and anything you want to do within a short car ride. We have made it a point to come back at least once a year (but probably more). I can't wait to go back to relive the scenery and good times. March 2010 can't come soon enough!!!!!!!

Name: David & Sarah KillefferCity: BrocktonState: MATravel Dates: 9/6/2009 - 9/12/2009Resort Name: Occidental Grand ArubaWe booked our second vacation with CheapCaribbean.com for a combination graduation celebration as well as 8-year wedding anniversary celebration, and we had an amazing time! Upon a recommendation from a good friend, we stayed at the Occidental Grand Aruba, which was an all-inclusive dream; everything was perfect! However, for us, the most important thing (and where CheapCaribbean.com really shined), was in the area of exceptional customer service. We had a "passport disaster" the day before we left - my wife misplaced our passports, and we were not able to find them in time for our originally scheduled trip. After frantically searching the house high and low for the entire day before our original scheduled departure, we located our passports, but by that time I had already cancelled our trip (since we would've needed to be at the airport in less than an hour and we weren't packed). We were able to re-book our trip for the next day, at the same hotel, on the same airline, and at an even better departure/return time than our original booking! The customer service agents we dealt with on the phone were courteous, extremely helpful, and really worked hard to make our vacation as fun and enjoyable as possible. We will definitely use CheapCaribbean.com again for our next vacation!

The only complaint I have is that the vacation was too short! We took advantage of your 4-night deal at a luxury hotel (Rio Mar Beach Resort), including air fare and transfers from BWI airport. Everything was as advertised. (The round trip cost was under $500 per person.) We have told innumerable people about this deal. We get "Budget Travel" magazine, which touted a great 4-night package at the Rio Mar for the same price - except that it didn't include airfare! The Rio Mar is definitely an upscale hotel. The reason the package is so reasonable is that it's during hurricane season, but we had good weather the whole time. Plus, with the weather insurance included in the package, we had no worries. Thanks for letting us know about this trip.Bob and Pat Reed

I would not recommend the Holiday Inn Sunspree in Aruba. While on vacation you do not want to get up at 6am and stand in line for a spot in the shade, then stand in line for one (and I do mean 1) restaurant that is open for the night.

Elena DymovaBrooklyn, New-York, USA18-25 August 2009Viva Wyndham Dominicus PalaceIn general vacation was very good! Staff that is working there beeing very helpful and super entertaining! The day was full of different kinds of activities which was changing every 30 minuts. Every night it was a very interesting performance, following by open-air party and after that, for the strongest one's, disco time in the club. Food was good, but if you have any problems, it's better to go to pharmacy or any store in the resort and to buy a medication then to go to see a doctor that will charge you 100$ US just for giving you 3 pills. Also in our room TV didn't work properly and telephone wasn't ringing, when I called on reception to change it, they refused me explaining that they have to call technician. Also in our room was very cold and humid, so all our clothes were wet all the time. If you want to reserve a restaurant you have to do it 1 day in advance before 8pm. Also I would suggest to make a program for people/kids who has Birthday during vacation, that would be nice. Our waiter when he found out, brought us flowers at the table and after at the disco DJ sang a Birthday song. But the most uncomfortable problem we faced when we've been checking out from the hotel. It took 1 hour for the guy at reception to find a pen, to print the documents, and we had a taxi waiting for us. That's definitely a place I would recommend to my friends.

Jann BenzilioOcean, NJSept.21-26, 2009Oasis Hamaca, Dominican Republic Overall, the resort was very nice--clean spacious rooms, the staff very pleasant & friendly, the spa was exceptional & the grounds & pools nicely done. We had a lovely room with an ocean view-well worth the price. However the walls seem very thin as all conversations echo in the hallways!!--Bring earplugs!!! (also in case you're near the ongoing construction & for the extremely loud annoying music on "Beach Party " nite---which played till 11pm) The pace is very slow---you need patience here-- -for room service as well as the restaurants & most of all, at check-in. If you need towels for your room, allow for over an hour for delivery! The food at the italian & mexican restaurants was very good & tasty, but stay away from beef as it was quite tough. (Make sure you go to the piano bar outside of the italian restaurant before dinner--peaceful & pretty view.) The buffet breakfasts were plentiful & delicious. The beach was beautiful & you can walk out in the turquoise water for 1/2 mile & it still is only up to your knees, which is great for the kids!

We just got back from our vacation at the Ambiance Resort in Jamaica. The place was an older resort.Unfortunately,at the time we were there there were very few guests. The staff was the most friendly and accommodating of any resort we have visited.I was a little disappointed that there was not a "walkable" beach. This made our visit a little confining.Would I go back? Yes-- Only at a time of the year, when there would be a little more people. G Douglass

I visited Secrets Silversands Riviera Cancun in September. My experience:-Overall: Outstanding-Hotel: All facilities superior...I suppose there are better appointed hotels...but I haven't been to one recently! Hotel was spotless and staff friendly and accomodating. Fabulous pool complex, great beach (though not quite as nice as the one 60 miles down the coast at Tolum), sailing and kayaking on site, diving and snorkeling at nearby facilities.-Transportation arrangements: Excellent. All staff of Olympus Tours very friendly and helpful. NO language barrier!-Weather cloudless except for last day when thundershower occured during the night.-If you have sensitive electronic devices with you bring a portable surge protector as the Mexican power grid is less than reliable and the power fluctuates nightly when the outside power seems to die and the hotel's own generators take over!

I was actually skeptical about this vacation- I was an employee of an airlines many years ago and I couldn't believe this price. I even called the hotel to make sure I had a room!I booked the vacation to surprise my husband for our 24 th anniversary. I never told him where we were going-even when he saw Puerto Rico at the gate. When we arrived at Gran Melia it was a mouth gasping! The staff was wonderful...we upgraded to Royal Services and was not disapointed! Private pool- fresh bedding on the pool side bed with towels every day! Great food on premises- romantic restaurants. Great drinks.Rooms were great -balcony with Jacuzzi! We did even venture to outside restaurants that were recommended by the locals- great! All in all great vacation -Husband didn't want to leave! I booked our first vacation with CheapCaribbean.com in July for Puerto Rico. Our experience was great. I originally tried to book totally online but with 3 of us, I had questions. I called and spoke to one of your consultants who was great. She spent time and was very patient as we we trying to extend the stay for one of us. She ran several options and helped us get the best deal.We flew American Airlines nonstop from BWI. We arrived on October 3 and were met at the airport by the shuttle service and taken to the Conrad Condado Plaza. We loved the resort and the beach. The beach and lagoon were perfect and my son spent hours snorkeling while we laid on the beach and swam. There are sea urchins there but not in the area where you swim. You can ride the bus to Old San Juan from the hotel. We tried this on the weekend but after an hour and a half wait, we took a taxi. The bus is supposed to run every half hour but due to traffic and larger volume on the weekends was not as reliable. We rented a car at Enterprise which is adjacent to the resort. We went to the El Yunque rain forest and Loquillo Beach on our own. We tried to go to the Caves at El Camuy the next day but found out it was closed. Loved walking the streets of Old San Juan and touring the Bacardi plant. We can't wait to go back to explore more of Puerto Rico and will definitely book with CheapCaribbean again. Will definitely book our future vacations with CheapCarribean. Lynne Dobrovolny, Gilbert Jumbo, and Ryan Tretter Severna Park Maryland October 3-8, 2009 Conrad Condado Plaza San Juan, Puerto Rico

To Whom It May Concern: My wife and I are still talking about the great time we had on our last vacation. We had never made vacation plans using CheapCaribbean but we were more than pleased during this particular vacation and will definitely use CheapCaribbean for our next travel experience. All the arrangements were professionally arranged from the time we first contacted CheapCaribbean until the end of a fantastic vacation experience. The agent we dealt with when we first called answered all of our questions professionally and provided accurate information and details about all the arrangements. By the end of our phone conversation, all the arrangements were complete and all we had to do was look forward to the departure date. If we had any questions about our upcoming vacation, we simply called CheapCaribbean to resolve any issues. CheapCaribbean personnel welcomed are calls and quickly resolved any our issues or questions. From the day we left our home until arriving at our destination, everything went smoothly. Our airline arrangements were accurate, the transfer to and from the airport was fantastic, the hotel booking couldnt have been better, and the additional enhanced plans provided by CheapCaribbean were fantastic. Vacation plans like these just added to the enjoyment of our trip. CheapCaribbean went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks for a great job! My sister and I just returned from a trip to Barbados. We stayed at the Barbados Beach Club from Oct 8th to the 13th. We had a great time and really enjoyed the entire trip. The resort was nice, it definitely had a nice local feeling to it. There were a few points regarding the resort that I thought need to be addressed. First the fitness center needs newer equipment and an atm on sight would be a nice addition. Second the showers during peak times would vary from extremely hot to extremely cold it was very hard to take a shower. The process of leaving a deposit for the towels seemed pointless and lastly I had my laptop with me and was not able to use the wireless router unless I paid the Internet use fee. I would consider these minor inconveniences The staff at the hotel was fantastic and I think this was because of the number of people that were at the resort. They were able to devote more individual attention to each guest. There was not one day where the pool or the beach were crowded. One thing I noticed that I never experienced on any other island on the Caribbean is the low crime rate. On most islands it is not recommended to leave the resort and yet in Barbados it was encouraged. I went running each morning, we went to the fish fry, and into Bridgetown for some shopping. Overall the food in the resort was good, the afternoon tea and sandwiches was nice. The a la carte restaurants were nice and the food was very good. I would definitely return to this resort and would love to return to Barbados. I am already looking for my next trip. Fiona DelgardioFarmingdale, NY (516)606-5369Oct 8th to 13th Barbados Beach Club

Alan Williams452 Watertower Rd SManteno, IL 60950 Sun Village 9/16/09--09/25/09We have recently returned from our 30th Wedding Anniversary trip to Puerto Playta DR. We have the unfortunate timing to arrive the day before the Resort closed due to financial problems. The resort I thought was beautiful and liked it very much. We were moved twice and ended up at the equally beautiful Grand Oasis Marien. Caribbean Jim, himself flew in to supervise the transition. I thought that showed geniune interest and good business sense. I told him of our anniversary and we were upgraded at both resorts and last one was exactly what was my wife and I thought of for this special trip. The room and food were great. From the Italian restaurant, Seafood(Mere) house, and the special Crepes Cafe on the beach, it was exellent for a la carte restaurants. A special thanks to Jim for a perfect recovery.

Hello, My name is Liz and my husband and I went to the Dominican Republic and stayed at Dreams Resort & Spa at La Romana in September 2009. It was a beautiful, romantic holiday! We were picked up on time and driven to the resort where we were looked after exceptionally well! The room was lovely and spacious! The varieties of food was incredible! The beach was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and there were so many activities that we could do! So many choices of restaurants as well....which were all inclusive! We were sad that we did not book for a longer stay!We will definitely be coming to stay there again! Thank you CheapCaribbean.com you'll definitely have our business again...and again!

Name:Renee RogersMilford, CT9/16-9/20Majestic Elegance Vacation was great the resort was very nice but did have some things which were bummers but it did not ruin our time.Beach was amazing, food was just ok, not all the restaurants were open. Facilities were very nice with a few minor sore spots. Drinks were ok, but premium liquor was very very very limited. I would recommend the resort with a few caveats, but would definitely recommend cheapcaribbean.com

We stayed at the Grand Occidental resort in Cozumel for our 20th anniversary on Sept.12th for 6 nights. It is a beautiful resort that is very well maintained by the groundsman. The rooms are spacious with a large glass shower. The beds were very hard but i slept well because i was tired from activity and the heat. The maids did a good job of cleaning and making us towel animals almost every day refrig was stocked wih 4 large bottles of waters plus beer and soda which we appreciated. We were disappointed in the food for a 5 star resort i had trouble finding things that looked good enough to eat at the buffet ,I guess you would call it very traditional mexican food but there was no enchiladas ,tacos, chili relanoes or even tortillas that you would think there would plenty of.the best meal we ate was at the Royal club where we ate for our anniversary the staff in all the restraurants were very efficient and friendly. There were not very many people at the resort so they closed one restaurant each night. The nightly entertainment was good every other night they had live mexican dancers otherwise they had bingo or disco there is no theatre. We took the jeep tour which I would recommend you see the highlights of the island but take lots of sunscreen. The timeshare people are more than annoying they ruin the whole resort experience just by being there.I would not go back to this resort mainly because of the food there are too many places where the food is much better and are just as pretty.

I just returned from my third annual fall trip, 9/12/09 - 9/19/09 to the fabulous Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana, DR with my best friend. We used to go to different places every year but we love the Majestic so much we have gone back each of the last 3 years. We had a great experience booking the trip over the phone so that we could each use our own credit card number - the website didn't allow for splitting but they were happy to accommodate us on the phone. The Majestic is a great hotel and you will not find a more beautiful beach or pool anywhere and the staff will bend over backwards to be accommodating. Thanks to Cheap Caribbean for making it happen!Debbie Van DeurzenEau Claire WI

Julie FernandesToronto, OntarioSeptember 12-19, 2009Bahia Principe Punta Cana Traveled to the Bahia Principe Punta Cana for the fourth time with husband and 1 year old son. We booked with Cheapcarribean.com and arranged private transfers with Turniter through their website. We were greeted upon arrival at the airport by the Turniter rep and he took us straight away to our private van. This was definately something I would do again as we didn't have to wait for others and we were litterly off to the resort in about 10 minutes. We arrived at least half hour ahead of everyone else who had taken the tour operators bus which was great as we checked in with no line ups!!! Checking out was also a breeze and the Turniter rep was on time for departure from the hotel as well!!! Got to the airport with plenty of time and lwe eft half hour after everyone else (which amounted to a few extra daquiris at the lobby bar!!!). Checking in: We had notified the resort ahead of time that we would be visiting them again. Upon arrival we were given the upgraded VIP bracelets and when we arrived in our room had a nice letter from the managers, tshirts and bottle of rum waiting for us. Very wonderful. As frequent guests, we have come to love the service at this resort. Many guests we ran into had been back to the resort more than once (like ourselves) which just goes to show you how wonderful they are. Since our last trip (June 2007) there have been some minor additions to the resort (new shops, gardens, restaurants, etc.). We loved our trip and look forward to another visit at the Bahia! I would use Cheapcarribean.com again for my next vacation!

We got scuba certified right at our resort, got pictures taken with a monkey, Parrots and a lizard. The restraunts are excellent and the main lodge is absolutely breathtaking. The pictures don't do it justice! Everyone is so extremely friendly and the activities and shows are great! The only thing was we didn't want to come home! We will definately be returning next year! Thanks CheapCaribbean.com for making this trip affordable.

Bill TaylorNeah Bay, WASept 5-Sept 19Temptations: Cabo This resort was delightful, the staff was amazing, everyone was very satified with the quality of the food. I went as a single, however the overwhelming number of guests were couples. Overall, this resort offered a lot a bang for the buck.

Name: Julie JungeAddress: 5748 Courtyard Circle, Chattanooga, TN 37415Travel Dates: September 15-19, 2009Resort: Secrets Maroma Beach This is an A-1 resort. The food was excellent and the beach took your breath away! We were in Mexico for 7 nights/8 days and spent the last 4 nights here. We wished we had of spent the entire time here. The air conditioning did go out one night which made things pretty miserable and the maid service wasn't very good but overall it was a fantastic trip plus we made some real good friends while there (which we are keeping up with). In fact, we are all even talking about going back there next year. As always, thanks CheapCaribbean.com for another great vacation! Julie Junge, Paralegal

My husband and I visited Secrets Silversands in the Yucatan Penninsula from Sept 12 to Sept 18 2009. We had a fabulous time. I read some reviews of the resort that had me concerned but we had a wonderful time. The resort was very accomodating and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. We are not accustomed to tipping as we usually go to Club Med which does not allow tipping but it was no problem. We were lucky enough to be there during Mexican Independence Day and the resort put on a wonderful show with a fabulous Mexican buffet. The restaurants were wonderful and the pools were numerous and fun. The spa was a wonderful relaxing experience with very gracious staff. If I ever go back to the area I will definitely revisit this resort. Liz & Victor

I must say that the resort surpassed my expectations. We upgraded to the Royal Service and certainly received that. Five star dining every night at your choice of 4 different restaurants each with a different type cuisine was certainly an unexpected delight. Above all was the customer service. Our butler catered to all of our needs. We took advantage of some of the included activites like kayaking, snokling, golf lessons, sunset cruises and dancing. As well as some of the excursions we paid for like ATV's and horseback riding. All were amazing. I would highly recommend this resort to Honeymooners like us as well as families.Sincerely, Cole Simcox

Great Price! Unbelievable amentities. I will stay at Secrets Resorts from now on only! THis resort does not offer much as a beach, but they make up for in many ways. The pool is fantastic! It can be relaxing or a party. The staff was great. There is always something to do and you don't need to leave the resort. They have different events each night and housing a small stage theatre is a great attraction. The restaurants are wonderfull and each is very unique.Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Mariott Stellaris in September. The weather was beautiful, with minimal rain. The staff was very polite and helpful. Old San Juan is just a short bus ride away and the excursions provided transportation so we could save money by not renting a car. The only downfalls are the few restaurants around and lack of nightlife. Otherwise this was a great trip, I would easily do it again! Thanks so much,Joe O'Shields

Hello. My name is Weixin Yan and I live in Novi, MI. From Sept. 11th to 15th, my family stayed in RIU Montego Bay, Jamaica. Most people working in the hotel are friendly and upbeat. However, they do expect to get tipped when they help you. We were traveling with our twenty-one month old daughter and she still drinks about 15oz of milk everyday. Rose Hall is the buffet restaurant and it has cold milk during the breakfast time. As to other time of the day, we asked people to get cold milk from kitchen and whoever helped us did expect the tip although I didn't tip the guy the first time because I couldn't carry cash in my swimming suit. There are lots of choices for each meal. The first day we stayed there, Rose Hall had fresh shrimps for dinner. They were freshly caught and hadn't been frozen. The second day, we found a fried fish (not sure about the name) in Rose Hall and they were delicious. We went to the Italian restaurant the next day and it had the best salmon I ever had. Some tips: 1. their king size bed may be two full-size beds put together. So, if you need to get a real king size bed, tell the front desk when you check in and people working at the front desk are very helpful.2. most of the non-alcoholic drinks at the bar are very sweet. If you need to watch your consumption of sugar, You can tell the bar attendant not to add additional sugar. Then the sweetness comes from the natural sugar of the fruits, which tastes a lot better.3. Although the hotel doesn't differentiate between smoking and non-smoking rooms, some are better than others. So if you are sensitive to smoke of cigarette, tell the front desk. There are lots of smokers around the swimming pool, not so bad around beach area. Anyway, we had a great vacation and I am looking forward to the next one. Wendy

I have been in several beach areas throughout Mexico and visited several countries before, including Rio de Janeiro , Copa Cabana, and Florenapolis beaches in Brazil. I would have to tell you this this has been the best. Service was great, workers had a great attitude towards all their customers. Rooms were excellent and the level of attention at the pool and at the beach area was great. Plenty of food and plenty of drinks. Great choice of drinks and the food was awesome. No reservations needed at any of the specialty restaurants. They put on great entertainment daily along with live music at a plaza area which made it great to dance. We have never been to an all inclusive adult resort but I would love to go back to this area. We will highly recommend it.

Barbados is one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. Here you can realize your dream vacation....very relaxing! The wonderful sandy beaches for sun bathing and a constant cooling trade winds from the northeast. You quickly feel at home with the friendliness of the local people. They have a caring nature and are willing to answer any question to help you. Lots of night life at St. Lawrence Gap and Oistens fish fry.We ventured on a breathtaking catamaran tour and snorkeled with sea turtles and unique fish. We stayed at the Hilton ....outstanding! Our room had spectacular ocean views and the service was very pampering. We traveled 9/18/09 to 09/25/09. The only day it rained was 9/20/09. Thanks to the knowledgeable staff members at Cheap Caribbean. We had two other couples come with us and they booked through cheap Caribbean. A great time was had by all! The only problem is we wish we were still there. Cheryl CaseyWarwick, RI

My boyfriend Tom and I recently booked our first trip using Cheapcarribean.com to the Valentin Imperial Maya in Riveria Maya, Mexico (res.#30219167). Let me begin by telling you that our entire experience with Cheapcarribean.com was easy and smooth!! The resort, Valentin Imperial Maya completely exceeded our expectations! The staff there was friendly and eager to make our vacation as pleasant as possible. Even though it is an all inclusive resort, they of coarse appreciate extra tips and I can honestly say that many who worked there definitely deserve something extra. Even if it was only a few extra dollars, it was deserved and they were very appreciative. The beach at the resort is truly magnificant, and the ocean water was crystal clear. The food at the Valentin ranged from good to exceptional, and I would give their service high marks. Our room was pretty and very clean, and we never experienced any issues with mosquitoes or bugs. In fact, we were amazed at the noticeable lack of mosquitoes for such a humid climate! And although the heat there is unbearable at times, we must admit that the a/c in the room was more than good, . . .it was GREAT! Overall, we LOVED the Valentin and are planning to go back within the year, and of coarse will be booking the reservation again thru Cheapcarribean.com!!

We knew we were getting the economical room and our expectations were too high, which was good. It was very basic. We had booked a king bed, but none were available and we had a room with 2 double beds. The best thing about the room were the beds were good, and this was the most important. The mattresses were comfortable and in good shape. The bottom line is, it is all about the beds when we travel and we slept well. We didnt spend much time in the room, so the basic room was OK, although we would have preferred the one king bed over the 2 doubles. The resort grounds, pools, beach bars and restaurants were all very nice and well maintained. The food and drinks were pretty good. We had one problem with the food at the Asian restaurant. My wife and I and another couple had dinner there on our last night. Three of us had the Vegetable Teriyaki and got sick that night, with stomach cramps and diarrhea. It was a very bad night. We were also afraid to say anything due to all the heightened attention to the swine flu. We were all fearful that if we said something we could be quarantined, so we said nothing and just endured.

My husband and I booked a 7 day trip to Dreams, Tulum through Cheap Caribbean, Sept. 26 - Oct. 3, 2009.The price was right, the trip was wonderful!Everything was so easy, from booking the trip, getting a great deal parking at our airport, to getting transfers from the Cancun airport to our hotel, I was thinking I was forgetting something. But Cheap Caribbean takes care of all the details and makes on line vacation planning a no brainer!!We had a fabulous time and will book with Cheapcaribbean.com again!!Thanks,Jeff and Sandy Baxter

I had a great time on my vacation set up through cheapcaribbean.com. It was not only my vacation, but I had set up my wedding at my hotel that made the trip even more beautiful. There was a few rainy days, nevertheless the day of my wedding was great with clear skies all day until the late tropical storm that caused some damage after 6pm. On the other hand we noticed the great effort from the hotel staff to repair and clean up the debris in order to accomodate the next days activities. Even though some bad weather came by, the vacation was great and beautiful and the hotel staff was also great. My only complaint would be the rooms with a very strong humidity order that was corrected by moving us to a different building.

We spent a week at the Marriott Resort Stellaris Casino in Aruba and had a great experience. The hotel is in new condition and has everything you need. We didnt take advantage of the all inclusive due to wanting to explore other meal options throughout the island, though we would have saved money had we. The main reason for our stay was to kitesurf and you cant get any closer to the action with any other hotel. The windsurf/kitesurf centers are on location for lessons or rental gear and the water is waist deep, clear and warm, with white sand beaches. Off the water you can take advantage of cabana / waiter service to keep your drinks full. CheapCaribbean.com made everything effortless and we will use them in the future.
