just returned from a trip from puerto rico july 6-11. Stayed at Marriott stellaris and casino. WE really enjoyed the trip. Hotel was very comfortable. room was huge and had good pool/partial ocean view.beach was very clean along with the ocean. plenty of room at beach and chairs at the pool. This was a good choice for our family. Easy, walkable area outside the hotel, ate at nearby restaurants all week.

To Whom It May Concern, My name is Elizabeth Wells. I am from Angola, IN. On May 27, 2009, we traveled from Detroit, MI to Cancun where we stayed at the Riu Palace Las Americas until June 2, 2009. Our trip began rather rocky... Our plane landed in Cancun and we found our shuttle right away. However, the shuttle driver informed us that the hotel we booked, Riu Caribe, had closed 3 weeks prior due to the flu outbreak. He let us know we had been "upgraded" to the Riu Cancun. While most people would consider an upgrade a good thing, I was upset! I had left behind a family member in ICU of the hospital. The rest of the family was given the information of the hotel we were going to be staying at, in case of an emergency. This change in our arrangements meant I had to figure out a way to contact my family to give them the new information. Upon arrival at the Riu Cancun, we were greeted, offered a welcome beverage, and escorted to the front desk to check-in to our room (this was all very nice). As it was a little before 3pm (check-in time), the room was not quite ready. The employee behind the desk told us to go have some lunch and when we return our room should be ready. While at lunch, we contacted our family back home to explain the situation and give them our new hotel information. We returned to finish checking in approximately 45 minutes later only to be told once again we were being moved to a different hotel. Our reservations had been changed to the Riu Palace Las Americas next door to the Riu Cancun. Again, we were told this was an "upgrade" but with no apologies made. I was about in tears because now I had to contact the family back home to change our information with them AGAIN. It was stressful enough that I had to leave my Dad in the hospital but now I had to worry whether family could reach us if there was an emergency! After that first day, however, our vacation was fantastic! The staff at the hotel, as well as the shuttle drivers, were all very pleasant and accommodating. We were treated like royalty the whole week. I highly recommend choosing an all inclusive resort for any vacation. It made things so much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel and rooms were all as described on the website. I can't wait to go again and despite the reservation issues, I will continue to use CheapCaribbean.com for traveling. Sincerely,Beth Wells

Chelsea Dortch Traveled to Cancun Mexico Stayed at Oasis Cancun Phase 2 Traveled July 2nd through July 7th We had a great time in Cancun. Our hotel was beautiful however we wont be staying there again. Our air conditioning was broken and nobody could fix it. We requested a king size bed and all they had were two twin beds pushed together for us. The food was mediocore and their advertisement for 9 restaurants is not correct. they have 3 phases to this restaurant and you cant eat in one of the phases unless if you pay more. The other two phases have the same restaurants with the same food. other than that we had great service and when we did call about our air conditioning they always came up, they just never were able to fix anything. Also, they dont have refridgerators in the rooms unless if you stay at the Oasis Grand. This was unfortunate because we had to make trips to the store everyday to buy water since we couldnt keep it cold.

Jon MitchellLouisville, KYTraveled to Carmbola Resort, St. Croix on July 3rd thru 7th.I had an excellent time and was very pleased. I traveled with one other person and the only issues we had were that the resort didn't have in the system that we paid for an upgraded room and the service at the resort was slow at best. I enjoyed everything else and would definetly use your site again and even go back to the same location.

My experience in Cancun Mexico was a delight. My children and myself have never traveled outside the U.S. and it went very smoothly. The tips from Cheap-Caribbean.com before we left was very helpful. Everything that the booking agent said while booking our trip was true and accurate. The trip was a blast and I will use Cheap-Caribbean.com for my next vacation and I will refer Cheap-Caribbean.com to friends and family. Thanks Cheap Caribbean! Brandy

Bob and I had a fabulous trip on July 1, 2009. This was our first booking with CheapCaribbean and it was perfect. The Marriott Resort/Stellaris Casino is so beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We had dinner in the La Vista for the Lobster buffet and the food was excellent! There is a city bus just in front of the property, but we were also within walking distance of many restaurants. One of our favorites was Fishes & More. I would recommend a rental car for 2 or 3 days if you are going to be there for a week. It's great to explore the island on your own. Also withing walking distance is the Pirate Ship excursions. We took the daytime tour of snorkeling which included lunch. Again the food and ship staff were great. I will definitely use this site for future trips.

My wife and I had a great time at the Aruba Marriott in early July 2009. Beautiful hotel. Lovely beach. Plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. CheapCaribbean.com website helped me evaluate several vacation venues. Was able to vary prospective travel dates to see how the cost was affected. Will definitely use them again in the future.Cheers,Steve

When I first heard about CheapCaribbean.com I was skeptical and after looking at the prices I began to think it was too good to be true. I am delighted to report that on both accounts CheapCaribbean.com exceeded my expectations. Not only am I looking forward to another trip but I am also doing something I rarely do, I am recommending CheapCaribbean.com to my family and friends. With warm & sunny regards, Leslie Worley

We just returned from the Barcelo Punta Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic. We called you prior to our departure and asked you to contact the hotel and request champagne to celebrate out 33rd wedding anniversary. When we checked in, we were given a beautiful room with an ocean and pool view, a bottle of champagne and a platter of fruit. We were even mentioned in the hotel news bulliten for the day. We wanted to thank you for making this request in our behalf. We have planned our vacations through your company many times and have always enjoyed the experience. We can't wait to plan our next vacation.

My name is ChrisAngel Fuller and I reside in Grovetown, GA. I went to San Juan, Puerto Rico from May 21 through the 27th. I stayed at the Holiday Inn San Juan. Upon my arrival, I was taken to the rental car place and made my way to the hotel. Everybody was very helpful. When I checked in the hotel, I got my coupon book and all the other perks with my package (breakfast, debit card, and discount package). It was great! I did have a slight problem trying to read the letter with the debit card , because it was in Spanish and had to get the lady at the desk to help me interpret. Activiating/ using the card was an experience. But I went to the bank and they were able to help, and I had no issues from there. The staff was very helpful, they helped with directions. I didn't know about the price of parking though until I got there, it was $10.70 per night for a hotel guest. I made my way to the Grocery Store which wasn't far and got a few items. My room was part of the old hotel, so I passed through the rennovated part, which seemed very nice to my room, which could have used a little work. But I had a nice view of the pool and the cleaning staff was very nice. I called to make a couple reservations with my coupons for the following week. The Friday I was there, I went to San Juan and walked around a little. Then I met a local who showed me around the following day. On Sunday, there was a Taste of Rums event, the first ever. It was really nice - the food was good, the price was fair (I definitely got my money's worth), and the taste of the different rums from the different islands was a neat experience. They had live music and it was lively. Then on that Monday, I went to the Bodies Exhibit - I just wanted the pleasure of saying I went while I was in Puerto Rico! It was neat, not what i expected. I enjoyed it. Then that Tuesday, I went on a Catamaran Trip. This was the most fun! We went out and snorkeled in a nearby place, then went off to an exclusive area and it looked as if you were in your own aquarium. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I got wonderful pictures - I plan to blow up a couple and hang on my wall. The crew was great. The food was good and they even made their own drink concoctions, slightly. They were very tasty. But the snorkeling was the best! I ate breakfast almost every morning I was there, it was good. I ordered from the buffet as well as the menu. The last day there, I went to the bakery. I have a few friends from the area and dthey suggested I get a few things, delicious (it's off Isla Ver de if you ever go). The day before leaving, Wednesday, I walked and looked at the sites of Old San Juan. I got rained on a few times while there, but managed anyhow. I also went to a cookout, as the Urban Fiesta was in full swing. So, I went to a cookout about a block or two from my hotel. I also tried some mofongo with garlic shrimp at Raices - very good! It was a long wait, but well worth it. I got some pillones and coconut cream candies. Brought some back to share. I also made my way to Camp Buchanan - nice post. I went to a couple restaraunts in the hotel I was staying at and used my 15% discount. The food was good and the staff was frienly. My stay was very enjoyable - though I didn't get my seats I chose for the plane, LOL. I would definitely go again and use Cheap Caribbean. I even told others about it while I was there - a lot of folks were shocked at the price for all I got. So, thanks, my Customer Service Agent was very helpful. I should have gotten his extension, he made purchasing the trip a cinsh and he was a pleasure to work with.

We spent a week at the Dominicus Palace and had a wonderfully relaxing vacation. The staff was always pleasant and accomodating in every circumstance. The food was good and the accomodations adequate for the price. The beach was beautiful, the water warm and lounge chairs abundant, and the grounds are extremely well kept. It is true that there are very few English speaking guests, but we never had any difficulty communicating with anyone on staff. We went to a couple of the shows in the evening and they were very good and not too smokey as we had feared from the reviews we read before our trip.. The activities held during the day are usually announced in Italian, so quite often we were not aware of the events until they were already underway. We suggest you stay near the area where your desired event will happen, for example we stayed near the beach bocce court to be sure we were include in the bocce tournaments. The only real disappointment was the snorkeling. There was nothing much to see right on property and even when we went on an all day snorkeling trip, we were only permitted to snorkel for about 30 minutes. It was a fantastic 30 minutes, but not nearly long enough for avid snorkelers. I would definately recommend this resort unless you wanted to spend a lot of time snorkeling.

Melinda RamseyRoanoke, VATravel June 7-13, 2009Viva Wyndham Dominicus Palace Resort - La Romana, Bayahibe, Dominican Republic We had a wonderful trip to the DR thanks to CheapCaribbean.com. Everything they booked for us was just as we expected. We had good flights, good weather (only rained a total of maybe 1 hour in 2 days) the accommodations were good. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful, staff was friendly. Food was ample. The beach and water were gorgeous. We only had one negative and that was the airconditioning going out in our hotel for 2 nights. Other than that, everything was great. Transfers were outstanding for our return trip home. We would love to go back to the DR again someday. Thank you CheapCaribbean.com for a great vacation and a great deal!

JamaciaClub Ambiance, Runaway bay. July 1 - 8 2009.All bookings made through Cheap Caribbean went smoothly.Club Ambiance is good value for money. Yes it's old, but well maintained. Rooms are large with ocean view balcony upstairs or garden patio down.Rooms are comparable (or even better than) mid range USA hotels Holiday Inn/Quality Inn etc. Rooms were well equiped, just missing a clock.Staff were excelent and could'nt do enough for you. Food was good and plentiful. Afternoon burgers and hot dogs were the best we'd ever had.If booking tours, skip the tour desk. Talk to the local Junta drivers outside the hotel, or call local tour Company direct. They'll offer the same or lower prices than tour desk. Plus you'll be in a private car, not on a large tour bus. The drivers are eager to give you local information/advice plus you can stop and start at will. All our drivers gave us a good trip and saved us a lot on shopping and eating out. If you're planning more than one trip, book them together, you'll get a better price. Also ask the price in US and Jamacian $, then you make a decision how to pay.If just going to Ocha Rios for shoping, or Green Grotto Caves. Walk outside the main gate within a few minites Route Taxies will stop, these are a fraction of the price.Overall all we found club Ambiance great value for the money and would return; if fact almost 50% of their guest are regular visitors.Overall we found booking with Cheap Carribbean easy and seamless. Their advice excelent. Only thing we'd change is the Trip Insurance; we had an accident claim and it's a hassle. Also a tour booked through Cheap Caribbean was cancelled due to road conditions, and we're still waiting for a refund.Peter FishPhoenix

We stayed at Secrets Silversands on the Mayan Riviera June 29 July 7, 2009. The resort is beautiful and has the potential to be 5 star, but whether due to the economic downturn or other reasons, it needs to improve on its service to reach that goal. My estimate would be that the resort was about 60 70% capacity during the long holiday weekend and 50% the rest of the time. Our room was extra large with many amenities to begin the stay, but as the days past, the replenishment of supplies, towels, mini-bar, etc. all proved quite frustrating to ourselves as well as many other guests during our stay. The pools are magnificent and well maintained with ample lounges both shaded and otherwise. The entertainment team worked very hard to provide ongoing activities at the pool during the day and during the evening. The evening programs were varied and well done, but a bit short a dance area away from the main bar would have been enjoyed by many. The restaurants provided excellent food (even the buffet), but suffered from lack of staff to provide the requisite service without long waits and mixed up orders. One restaurant (Italian) always had lines to get in, yet had a large area not utilized, I assume from lack of staff. Over all the wait staff tried their best to please, but just had too many tables to look after proficiently. The beach area had good sunbathing, but was not suitable for swimming due to the rocky/coral bottom. The other improvement needed here is more staff cleaning the washed up seaweed from the shoreline. Although it was raked by tractor every morning, no one looked after ongoing maintenance which was evident at other resorts passed on walks down the shoreline.Overall, we would definitely return to the resort if the price remained the same, but would not recommend to others if they were expecting 5 star service. Excellent place for vacation. Excellent location, food, service and friendly employees. 1= Could use more friendliness in beach towel service. Usually towels run off by 2 pm. Since they do not clean towels during the day. Towel hut is closed after 6 pm and if you are late, you have to keep towels until the next day. They also refuse to give you clean ones when you turn them in the next morning claiming you already have one. 2= Hotel caters to Italians and shows and skits are in Italian. Shows with local flavors are needed. Bastiony

We are writing to say how much we enjoyed our vacation through Cheap Caribbean at The Carambola on St. Croix. It was everything we could have asked for and more. The Carambola was absolutely beautiful, the staff was friendly and always went above and beyond without being asked. Our room was literally right on the ocean and was spacious to boot. The only thing that could be improved was that the resort did not offer an all inclusive package because otherwise the restaurants there are a little overpriced. Renting a car is absolutely essential. We rented from Centerline car rentals and our favorite gas station was One Love gas station. Centerline dropped our car off at our resort and let us return it there. Our favorite restaurants are Bacchus (a fancy restaurant in Christensted) and Off the Wall (for your great tasting beach food and drink with the occasional live music). Breakfast at The Avocado Pitt in Christensted is a must! They have the best breakfast on the island. We visited every beach on the island and our two favorite snorkeling locations are Sprat Hall Beach right in front of the Sunset Grill and by the pier at Fredricksted. Definitely plan on buying at least three underwater cameras!!! While on St. Croix, visit the Botanical Gardens and Whim Estate. Also plan on bringing home a lot of good cheap Cruzan rum! Cheap Caribbean did an excellent job and we are already looking to book another vacation with them very soon. Thanks again!

Hi CheapCaribbean, If we separate the Cheapcaribbean experience of booking the trip, etc., from the actual trip, the experience with CheapCaribbean was great. The website was very helpful and up to date, and then we called the reservation line to officially book the trip and our agent did a great job. Everything went as planned EXCEPT for that our flights were moved back an hour about 2 weeks before our trip (I got an email saying the flights had changed) which made our layover 5 hours between Atlanta and Puerto Rico but I know that wasn't something Cheapcaribbean did. Overall, it was a great experience and I will book with CheapCaribbean again! By the way, it rained on my vacation.. on Sunday, July 5th, 2009, ALL DAY. Who do I talk to to get the $100 (or is it $150?) credit for my next trip? Thanks,Kathryn Shirley

My wife and two sons spent a week at the RIU Bachata in the Dominican Republic. After getting bumped on the airline we where all a little aggravated. But when we finally arrived at the hotel we where very pleased from the moment we got there to the time we left. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff could not do enough for us. The beaches where beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. Plenty of good food and drinks for all. The hotel had plenty of activities for all ages and great shows in the evening. A casino for the gamblers and a disco for the dancers. I seen the manager of this hotel everyday going around speaking to the guests, asking if there was anything that he could do for them. (when do you ever see that) We have been to the RIU in the Bahamas on Paradise Island quite a few times and I think both hotel are quite comparable. Only it was much cheaper in the Dominican Republic. We would definitely do a return trip. Cheap Caribbean has great deals....... Our vacation was July 1-7 2009Thomas WarkenthienBronx, New York

Hello, my name is James C. Hicks. My wife and I went to Freeport, Grand Bahama island on July 2nd thru July 6th. We stayed at Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach All-inclusive Resort. We had a fabulous time! The staff memebers were all very friendly and professional, the food was good, the service was great, the entertainment was good and the beach was excellent. The weather was good for most of our time there; there was two short thunderstorms that didn't stop from enjoying our selves. Overall, we rate the online booking through Cheap Caribbean a "10". We rate the Resort a "10". We were very happy with everything and will continue to use Cheap Caribbean online booking for our future travel plans to the Caribbean. We will also stay at the Wyndham again, should we get the chance. Thanks for everything! James C. HicksAngela L. HicksKerrville, TX

We just got back from a great trip to Mango Bay. July 1st to July 6th This is not the first time we have used Cheap Caribbean. Everything goes like clockwork from the airport transfers to the day trips. The service is great and the value was even better. We will definitely use Cheap Caribbean again in our future travels. We did have rain one day so I will be using the Sunshine guarantee for $100 off our next trip. Thanks for setting everything up. Keep up the good work. Tom Barton. Port Ewen, NY.

My name is Donna Zubris, Hauppauge, NY, travel dates June 27, 2009 to July 4, 2009, Grand Oasis Punta Cana Beach, Dominican Republic "I have to admit that I was skeptical about booking a vacation through a travel website. I kept thinking that something would go wrong. That the hotel or the airport transfer agent wouldn't have my reservation, but I was absolutely floored by how smoothly everything went. It was great to have Cheap Caribbean managing all the details of traveling, so that all I had to do was show up at the airport. It was the least stressful vacation that I've ever had! And it was really value for the money. The hotel in Punta Cana probably wasn't the swankiest in the area, but the room was clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel's grounds were lovely as was the beach. The food was good and the hotel staff were very nice. I was very impressed and would go back to Punta Cana in a heartbeat and would use CheapCaribbean.com again

We would definitely return to this hotel. We had one day that it rained all day but still a great time. Thanks

My stay at NH Real Punta Cana was by far the best stay I've had at a resort/hotel in the carribean to date. The food was fantastic, the beach was beautiful, the staff was extremely helpful, the pool area was spacious and delightful, the rooms were very nice and the in room Jacuzzi was fantastic. The entertainment was not as good as the Bavaro Palace but ok. Gift shop was nice. Will definitely stay here again. Price for airfare hotel and all-inclusive was very good. Best regards,Avis D. Hey Caribbean Jim; We really enjoyed our recent vacation to Cancun as well as our stay at Secret Silversands. It was just what we needed. The resort was impeccable. The rooms were very well appointed and the service was excellent. We relaxed our first few days but then got a little restless so we wondered into town, Cancun and Playa del Carmen via car rental. We are a more adventurous couple and like to be on our own schedule vs. tours. Our only regret is that the resort did not have more activities like salsa dancing. We also thought they could have diversified the nightly music a little more. They had a rock band 3 out of 4 nites we were there. We would have loved to dance a little more and we are not rock fans. I realize they can't please everyone. The restaurants were very good. Overall I have no regrets about the vacation. I will use CheapCaribbean again and again. Michael & Curley

My husband and I recently enjoyed a vacation at the all inclusive Oasis Cancun. The pool area with the palms and view of the Caribbean was beautiful and relaxing. The buffet for breakfast and lunch was always fresh and full of variety. The best dinners were at the Brazilian-style steakhouses. They had a great select of fresh grilled meats off the skewers with a buffet salad/vegetable bar.The only real drawback was the four hour check-in after traveling all day.

To whom it may concern, I had a wonderful experience with CheapCaribbean.com. The booking process was easy, smooth and fast and all done on-line with no need to use the phone. I traveled alone and every step was easy and well lain out, including the extra excursions I added to my itinerary - well worth the money and a wonderful adventure. I will most definitely be booking through CheapCaribbean.com again. Hi, it was nice to book a vacation through you.Our flight from Toronto to Montego Bay was late for 7 hrs.Shuttle service from montego Airport to Club Ambience ( about 1hr ) was waiting for us, that was a big relief. At the Hotel we had no problem, was nice. It could have been alot better, if they would have served Jamaican meal everyday. But they tried their best.Way back bus shuttle was on time to pick us up. Overall it was a great experience by booking a vacation package through you.ATMA DHALLA,WINNIPEG, MANITOBA, CANADA

cheap caribbean was wonderful experience to book our vacation...not but a few minutes to hold for a representative while I was listening to jimmy buffett! our riu mambo in puerto plato, dominican was not as wonderful as our riu yucatan in mexico ...big difference 5 star verses 3 star....but we were on a budget....I would still use a riu resort....we had a good time regardless of the food and entertainment...friends are friends and we love to travel and share time with our good friends.

We were at the Barcelo Maya Palace 5/5 - 14/09. Our trip began just as the swine flu scare got into full swing. We were not the least bit concerned and never considered canceling our trip and we are so glad we didn't. The time we were there, the resort was only at 10% capacity, which was fantastic for us, but terrible for the workers. Although the resort was so empty, we never once got the feeling they were skimping in any way on their services or amenities. Of course a few restaurants and one theatre was closed, but that was perfectly understandable. Every single nook and cranny of the resort was spotlessly clean and the attention to every detail was quite evident. The only remotely negative thing I can say about the whole trip was that perhaps they were a little too attentive because they were not used to being so idle. Diane at Cheap Caribbean helped us book this trip and she was great. I had a quick question just before we were to leave and had to call Cheap Caribbean. Due to so many people canceling their trips due to the swine flu, I was on hold for quite some time. When I got to talk to someone (sorry, don't remember her name) she was very pleasant and helpful despite the fact she thought I was calling to cancel too. She was surprised (and I think appreciative) to hear I just had a simple question! To sum up, I can't say enough good about Cheap Caribbean and the Barcelo Maya Palace. DAWN MANDABACHGREENWOOD IN. TAMARIJN ARUBA ALL INCLUSIVETRAVEL:JUNE 29 20009-JULY 3 2009TAMARIJN ARUBA ALL INCLUSIVE BOOK THROUGH CHEAPCARIBBEAN.COM!!! WE LOVED IT AND ARE GOING BACK WITH THE KIDS. MY HUSBAND AND I WENT FOR OUR 15TH ANNIVERSERY AND FELL IN LOVE WITH THE TAMARIJN RESORT, ARUBA AND EVERYTHING ELSE. FIRST OF ALL OUR FLIGHTS WERE ON TIME, ALL OF OUR PAPERWORK WAS ACCURATE AND THAT JUST SET THE PACE FOR A GREAT VACATION. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS!! THE ROOM WAS CLEAN A LITTLE OUTDATED BUT WHO CARES YOU DONT SPEND MUCH TIME IN THERE ANYWAYS. THE VIEW WAS PERFECT AND WHAT IS BETTER THAN WALKING RIGHT OUT YOUR PATIO DOOR TO FIND THE BEAUTIFUL WHITE SAND 10 FEET AWAY. THE RESORT OFFERS ALOT OF EXTRAS LIKE BIKES, SNORKELING GEAR, RAFTS, TOWELS, WIND SURFING AT NO EXTRA COST. THE FOOD WAS GREAT AT SOME RESTAURANTS AND GOOD AT OTHERS BUT NONE OF IT WAS BAD AND YES YOU CAN DRINK THE WATER. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO DO IF YOU WANT SOMETHING TO DO, IF NOT JUST SIT BACK AND RELAX. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO COUPLES AND FAMILYS, IF THE COUPLES WOULD LIKE A LITTLE MORE QUIET TIME AND PRIVACY I WOULD ASK FOR ROOMS IN THE 23,24,25 BUILDINGS, THEY ARE A LITTLE LONGER WALK TO THE FOOD AND DRINKS BUT ITS WORTH IT.

Cesira FarrellRoxbury, CT visisted: Puerto Plata, DR from June 29th-July 3rdSun Vista Resort and Spa My best fired and I had a great time! We really didn't expect (for the relatively cheap deal we got) the resort to be as nice as it was! The superior room we had was so comfrotable with its own balcony overlooking the part of the resort and the mountains. I need a comfortable bed without those itchy-motel-type sheets and these beds were modern looking and very comfortable. The staff at Sun Village was very welcoming and helpful. Some of the bartendars could have been a little more polite, but I know they worked long hours. The beach was great. The safarri trip we took with cheap carribean was fun and very educational as well. We wanted to do more but felt the excursions were all overpriced. I only wish we had more time to spend there. Thanks!-- Cesira Farrell

We enjoyed our trip to Barbados very much. We stayed at the Island Inn Hotel which was lovely, unassuming, small and friendly. Because the place was so small and had only a dozen guests at any one time (maybe because of the economy) we got to know most of the guests who were lovely company during and after dinner. The food was beautifully presented and quite good except for the Barbadian custom of overcooking the meat. Only when I ordered meat "very rare" did it come back medium rare. The drinks were not great but I didn't really care. The people of Barbados are extremely warm, friendly and helpful. Less so at our hotel than on the street. The hotel personnel were somewhat reserved and not particularly warm and friendly, although never rude or discourteous. The public beaches boast wonderful, clean, calm, beautiful water on the west coast and more waves and dangerous currents on the east side of the island. The most gorgeous beaches were at some of the hotels, particularly the Crane and Mango Bay (the sister hotel of the Island Inn Hotel.) If you're a guest at the Island Inn Hotel then you can spend the day at the Mango Bay and enjoy their beach and have a lovely lunch as well.) Overall, we had a really wonderful time and we weren't home more than a couple of days before we booked another trip to Barbados through CheapCaribbean to Mango Bay in November!

I had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico. The resort was beautiful. However, there was no hotel book with information on nearby restaurants, activities and attractions. It also rained for two days. The alcoholic beverages and onsite restaurant were pricey.

We traveled to the Dominican Republic from June 26 to July 3. We stayed at the Grand Oasis Punta Cana. The rooms were outstanding! They were new and very clean. The beach and pool were great and we easily found a shade cabana every day. The people at the scuba center were very accommodating and took us on some nice dives. The only things I didn't love were the food and the gym. They advertised the gym as air conditioned, however, it was one small air conditioner for a large space. It was so hot it was difficult to get a good workout. In addition, there were no towels, and the few pieces of equipment were in poor condition. The food was edible, but not great. Not much variety and overall bland. I would go back, it was a nice place and very comfortable. Tracey CookPhoenix, AZ

Name: Godwin FarrugiaLocation: New York, NYTravel Dates: June 24 to July 1, 2009Hotel: Marriott Frenchman's Reef & Morningstar Beach Resort, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Our stay was exceptional and perfect. The hotel was great and no complaints whatsoever. Both hotel pools were very nice and refreshing. The beach (Morningstar Beach) was also nice but not the best on the island. We rented a car for the week so we were able to drive around the entire island to check out the other beaches and restaurants. Megan's Bay is an absolute go as well as other beaches on the north side of the island (Coki Beach, Lindquist Beach, Sapphire Beach). The water at these locations is simply amazing and beats anything I've ever been to before (Bahamas, Meditteranean). We saw a huge turtle and lots of sting rays while snorkeling at some of these places. If you are a good driver and feel comfortable driving on the left side of the road, I highly recommend renting a car instead of taking taxis. It'll be worth it in the long run because we had such a great amount of freedom of going anywhere at anytime. We used Dependable Rental Car and had no complaints with them. The vehicle was reliable and it was a decent drive for the island roads. We also spent a day at St. John and it was amazing. Trunk Bay is absolutely breathtaking. Both these islands have amazing scenery and it's quite simply.... paradise. For those that stay at the hotel, the food is great but it's quite pricey so check out the local scene as well for great deals. Red Hook has lots of options and so does Frenchtown.

My girlfriend and I booked a trip through cheap carribean and it was such an easy process. Not to mention the best price I could find. They were easily less expensive than any of the other major websites for a 5 night stay at Breezes Bahamas on Cable Beach in Nassau. Before we left for the trip we read a ton of reviews about the resort, many of them negative. But when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised with everything. The only mishap I can say we had is the day we got there the hotel put us in a room with 2 double beds. But the resort corrected the problem the next day and we had a king size bed the remaining of our trip. If you go there expecting 5 star accomidations, you will probably be disappointed. But we went with lower expectations and like I said we were definately pleased with our stay. We will absolutely go back to the Bahamas, and I will use CheapCaribbean again. BrianColumbus, Ohio

Greetings, My name is Jonathan Dwight Martens from Morden, Manitoba, Canada and my wife and I flew from Chicago, IL to Montego Bay, Jamaica on June 14, 2009 and returned on June 25, 2009. We stayed at the Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort and Spa in Ocho Rios. We are very happy with our experience. We didnt encounter any difficulties with flights, airport transfers or room check-in at the resort. All the paperwork was in order no surprises. We had a fantastic time at the Sunset Jamaica Grande. The resort is not new but most everything was clean and in good working condition. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was our room air conditioner was not able to get the room as cool as we would have liked it. The view from our room was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our balcony. The vast majority of the staff were very friendly, hard working and accommodating. We were very impressed with the effort taken to keep the resort looking good. The food was quite good and we had no trouble making dinner reservations at the specialty restaurants. All in all, a fantastic trip! Dwight Martens

Our Cheap Caribbean vacation was great! My friend had never been to the caribbean and she had the time of her life. The Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort was nothing like any of the reviews we read. We had an Ocean View room (thanks to an upgrade) that was perfect. We woke up looking across the bay at St. John, ate great food at the on-site restaurants (the Pina Coladas were the BOMB!!), and had the BEST SERVICE from all the Wyndham employees. I bragged to travelers we ran into about the excellent price we got from CheapCaribbean.com so you will be getting some new customers. I will definitely look to CheapCaribbean.com for future Caribbean vacations...Thanks a bunch.

jaxrealtor, jacksonville, fl 6/30/09 - 7/2/09 San Juan Marriott Stellalis Casino We enjoyed our stay at the San Juan Marriott. The hotel is nicely appointed, personnel very nice and accommodating, beach spectacular, food very good. The weather could not have been better (high 80's, no rain, lovely ocean breeze). San Juan was somewhat disappointing to us. We were expecting a much more tourist friendly environment. We did take a day trip to El Yunque, Loquilla beach and Fajardo. El Yunque was definitely the highlight of the trip. Fabulous hiking, waterfalls and outdoors experience. If time had permitted we would have gone to Ponce, but that will have to wait for a future trip. As far as casinos, Puerto Rico is not Las Vegas. Casinos very small, cater to locals more than tourists, not terribly friendly. All in all a good trip. Had never been to Puerto Rico before, now I have.

We needed a get away, somewhere close to us that we would not have to spend hours on an airplane. My boyfriend has previously stayed at the Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico and loved it! So when I went on Cheap Caribean's website, I noticed that the Hilton was one of the participating hotels. I booked the excursion and needless to say we had 5 nights of total comfort and bliss! We have already recomended Cheap Caribean's website, and will use them again for all of our Caribean travels. Thank you for providing us this great service. Sincerely, Kathy Nash

Enjoyed trip to all inclusive Sun City resort in the Dominican Republic. Room was great food was good and to many pools to enjoy all of them with a beach when tired of swimming in a pool. Bars by every pool with bartenders ready to serve only complaint not a big selection of liquor. I was told be prepared to walk as a lot of walking I did find a lot of walking but nothing to keep us from returning. Would return.

Our trip to Grand Cayman Island was great. There were a few things that took some getting used to such as, driving on the other side of the road and even crossing these roads on foot. I actually think driving was easier than crossing the street. You need to be very careful. Local drivers were very courteous, but it does take some getting used to. Also most all of the items you purchase are in Cayman Dollars which has about a 20% higher value than the U.S. dollar buyer beware! However, the Marriot Hotel was great. There was construction going on next door and we requested a different room. They were up collecting our luggage within 10 minutes and moved us to a much better and quieter room thank you! They also had a different theme or special every night so we ate most meals at the Marriott. Also, the best snorkeling on Seven Mile beach is right in front of the Marriott. A tremendous variety of fish from big to small were within 20 yards of the beach. I would highly recommend a Grand Cayman Island vacation to anyone looking for a relaxing time. Since this was our second trip to the resort we knew what to expect..and our surprise our expectations were met beyond our past experiences! Dreams have added several special touches to make our stay spectacular. They added more gourmet restaurants for all the guests to enjoy. The outdoor celebration at the pool is very relaxing and romantic. The entertainment was exceptional in the new convention center and it was fun to participate and share activities in a family atmosphere. We look forward to returning again soon! Margie Perry

First I want to commend cheapcaribbean. Our flight was fine and when we arrived at the airport in Punta Cana we met with a representative from Turniter. We handed him a voucher and we were lead to a bus. Our transfer to the hotel was fine. Upon our arrival our rooms were not ready however we were able to get into one of the three rooms we booked, about 2.5 hours later. About 4:30PM, when I went back to the front desk to obtain the keys to the other two rooms, I had the feeling that I was being ignored by the reception personnel. An employee at the hotel not associated with the reception employees, attempted to assist me but he too was being ignored. The resort itself was beautiful. We met with Evelin, a representative of Turniter who gave us some advice and explained different excursions. She gave us her cell phone number and told us to call her with any problems or concerns ( having never been in the Dominican Republic, this gave us a level of comfort). We did book one excursion with her. We rented quads and had a great time. The day we were leaving, it was raining and we were told that a bellboy would pick-up our luggage at 9:00AM (we were told that our bus would be there at 9:20AM). At 9:10AM I called the front desk and was told that someone would be at our room within 5 minutes to pick-up our luggage. After waiting 10 minutes and no one arrived, we carried our own luggage to the front where our bus was waiting. My wife complained to the front desk that we had to carry our luggage in the rain and the response was, it's not my problem. Other than the poor service of the reception staff, the vacation was great. I am impressed with your level of service and look forward to booking future vacations with your company. I will highly recommend your travel service to my friends and family. Thanks again. Don Osenbruck

This was our second time to the Dominican Republic. The hotel was very clean but a lot of stairs. The landscaping was beautiful which made it nice for all the times we got lost trying to find our room the first two days. Always plenty of chairs at the pool. The beach is not the best but snorkeling was good for being right off the shore. Cheap Caribbean is the only way we will travel now. It was our third trip with Cheap Caribbean and the trip is always well worth the money!!! Kim and ChrisBartlett, Illinois

Dalward and cassandra SmithFarmington, ARJune 11th-June 18th 2009Grand Palladium and Lady Hamilton Spa ResortLucea, Jamaica My husband and I loved the grand palladium resort. From Check-in to check-out everything went very smoothly. great choice of so many restaurants for an all-inclusive and what is so nice is no reservation needed for the al-a carte restaurants. Beautiful pools, and grounds. Rooms would be considered lavish, service was very good. Only draw back is it is pretty far away from montego bay and getting back there for off site activities is costly. But overall nice resort, it's only a year old so still experiencing some growing pains, but great overall.

We booked our vacation thru CheapCaribbean as always. I only have one word to say from start to finish it was Amazing. We went to Puerto Morelos in Mexico and the resort we stayed at was Hotel Marina El Cid Beach Resort and Spa. The customer service was top notch starting from the bell boy, reception, concierge, restaurants, bar tenders, room service, everything and I mean everything. We had a great room with a spectacular view of the ocean and the pool. The pool was really nice and so was the beach. Only thing is the beach get little rocky as you walk in to the water few feet from the shore. But the beach itself was very clean and nice. The food was great. However I feel like they could have little more varieties. They have the sailboat and kayaking which were great. They shut down the parasailing and other motorized water sports because of having worlds 2nd largest coral reef habitat in Puerto Morelos. Both me and my husband would go back there anytime. This resort is highly recommended. I have been booking all of our vacation thru cheapcaribbean for last 3 years. And I have always found it very helpful and detail oriented. They will tell you everything so you can enjoy the sun and the water and not worry about anything. Even their onsite agents are very helpful and proactive. I am a loyal customer of cheapcaribbean and planning on being one for as long as it goes. Thank you. I would like to take this opportunity to commend the efforts of Beth Meise, who worked relentlessly in making my vacation plans. I had grown increasingly frustrated with your web site, but when I spoke with Ms. Meise, she was able to find the appropriate trip segments and prices. She was invaluable, and her devotion to customer satisfaction goes a long way in illustrating why CheapCaribbean.com has earned its great reputation. Sincerely,Harlan Sender

I spent weeks researching vacation spots, after many comparsions I ended up buying from CheapCaribbean they seemed to have an Excellent price and everything that we were looking for in a honeymoon vacation! We booked a junior suite at The Royal Suites Turquesa by Palladium. We were travelling June 22nd thru July 2nd. We booked online which was SO easy! No problems whatsoever. Upon arriving at the resort we were amazed! The resort was extremely beautiful.......We knew that we had made a good decision. The room was in the new section of the resort, which pleased us very much! Very nice and comfortable accomadations. Our butler Jose was extremely helpful, made reservations for us on all but 1 evening. He did a tremendous job for us, he was very friendly and likable too! Not all of the employees spoke english too well, some tried and knew " the basics", but if you tried to explain some things a few had NO idea what we were saying! None the less we got along perfectly fine! The pools and the beach were wonderful! We never had problems getting seats or palapas on the beach or at the pool. The resort did a great job at keeping vendors off of our part of the beach ( Royal guests get special perks here) One is their own private section of the beach with nicer lounges, unlimited towels to use outside ! These were GREAT PERKS! Another GREAT perk was being able to make dinner reservations at the A La Carte restaurants ! We found the food to be pretty good, we never were hungry while there! Breakfasts at The Royal Gourmet restaurant were delicious too! We throughly enjoyed our trip at The Royal Suites Turquesa, will probably try to go to one of their properties in Mexico for our next getaway. We will certainly be booking with Cheap Caribbean the next time too !! This was my first vacation booked through CheapCaribbean.com and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was, the price, the value and the perks. I was nervous about using them b/c it was my first time and this vacation was during my husbands leave (he is a deployed solider), so the LAST thing I wanted was to have to argue and fight to get everything we were promised and paid for. I expected to have trouble once I reached the airport or the resort, but was so incredibly happy to find that what this website promised was completely delivered. I didnt have to argue, I didnt have to wait, I didnt have to show my paperwork over and over, it was all so easy and relaxing. We were treated amazing from the time we reached the airport until we returned home, we did not have a single problem. I would recommend this website to anyone and I will use it again in the future. Floyd AldermaRoswell, GA Booking number 30201443Travel dates: 6/26/2009 thru 6/30/2009 Review: The trip to the El Conquistador resort in Puerto Rico was wonderful! The resort was incredible and all the activities were great. The resort just underwent a multi-million dollar renovation and it showed. The pools and views from the resort really enhanced our experience, and will draw us back again soon. Our room was large, very clean, and comfortable, with a lounge and sofa in addition to a king size bed. So we had plenty of space to sit around in the evening. During the day we spent our time at either the Private Island Palomino, in one of the pools, exploring the resort grounds, or just people watching. Transportation to the private island was on a large boat and took only about 20 minutes. The resort staff was friendly and efficient. We highly recommend the airport to resort transfers offered as an add on to the base package. The resort is 1 hour from the airport and few taxis will make the trip. Generally there are no taxis at the resort so hailing a cab is not possible. The transportation we had was in an airport rental car type bus and was comfortable. When we boarded the bus, the driver told us he had refreshments up front. He had a cooler with cold water, fruit punch, and various soft drinks available, as well as a smaller cooler with ice in it. Plastic cups were next to the bottle of Rum! All this was complimentary. I acted as bar tender and everyone was even more happy by the time we got to the resort! Thanks so much to CheapCaribbean for offering this package at a fabulous price.

I had correspondence with Kerri before we left on vacation~ Who did a great job at giving us the information that we were seeking via email. Our trip couldn't have been much better-I've attached some resort photos as well !! Thank you all !! We did get some rain while there, I've emailed Kerri the information along with photos for the SPF 100 guarentee. I tried to email them to SPF100@cheapcaribbean.com and received the email back with a failure to deliver notice! So, I really wasn't sure WHERE to send it ! Many Thanks, Andrea Nixon & Jim McCoy

Floyd AldermanRoswell, GATravel dates: 6/26/2009 thru 6/30/2009 Review: The trip to the El Conquistador resort in Puerto Rico was wonderful!

We were there from June 24th til June 30th. We did have a very nice time. The resort is quite old but very clean. The staff was excellent. The food was the best we have ever had in an all inclusive resort. My husband ate fish every night as he said the chef really knows how to cook fish. All in all it was fine for the money. Kelly McNutt, Cicero, IN trip: Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, MXJune 26 - 30, 2009Barcelo La Jolla del Mismaloya This is my 7th trip to the Puerto Vallarta area and I enjoyed this property the most! The Barcelo property was very clean, classy and the staff were phenominal. The food variety exceeded our expectations and the choice of ala carte restaurants were also amazing. We ate at 3 of the 4 offered. I would return to this property and have definitely been sharing with family and friends our pictures and stories about this end of the town and property.

Name: Dana BucklesCity, State: Charlotte, NCTravel Dates: June 16-June21Resort Name: Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton in Jamaica This was my first time booking a trip through Cheap Carbibbean, and it was a great experience! The hotel was everything the website said it would be...and more! I loved how the resort is in Lucea, so it's about 45 minutes from Montego Bay and away from all of the crowds. The resort had several pools and private beach locations, which was nice because we didn't feel like the resort was over-crowded. The staff was very nice and the food at the a-la-carte restaurants were especially delicious. I would definitely recommend using CheapCarbibbean and will be using their services again myself.

LIFESTYLES BEACH RESORT IS A WONDERFUL THREE STAR RESORT. ACCOMMODATIONS WERE CLEAN AND MORE THAN ADEQUATE, I TIPPED MY CLEANING LADY THREE DOLLARS EACH TIME I HAD HER CLEAN THE ROOM ( EVERY THREE DAYS OR SO ). THE TIME SHARE SALESMEN CAN BE ANNOYING BUT THEY CAN NOT GO TO YOUR ROOM, ANY RESTAURANT, BEACH OR THEATER, YOU JUST HAVE TO BE POSITIVE WITH THEM THAT YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED AT ALL, DON'T WAFFLE AND LEAD THEM ON. THE FOOD WAS GENERALLY VARIED AND TASTY, REMEMBER THREE STAR NOT FIVE. THE BEACH AND WATER WAS GREAT FOR THE DR., IT'S NOT PR. OR BELIZE. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WITH ANY PROBLEMS. ALL IN ALL WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME, THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE PRICE, YOU CAN'T BEAT IT. SINCERELY, KARL WUNDERLICH

Phyllis Reardon, Traveled to the Excellence Playa Mujeres in Cancun on June 22, 2009 - June 26, 2009. At first I thought we paid to much but after being there it was worth every penny, you get what you pay for. The resort was beautiful, clean, all the stafff extremely helpful and courteous, the food was fantastic. I would and I am recommending this resort to everyone. We are planning on going back there next year and every year on our anniversary. I got sun poisoning but that was my fault, spent one day in the room sick. Next time I go there I wont be such a sun hound. The beach and the pool and the weather was so nice, hard to resist the sun. I did put on lotion but I guess I shouldn't of been out side all day. Oh well, still had a great time and cant

Hi, My children and I just came back from a vacation at the Riu Montego Bay Resort in Jamaica reservation 30194078. We booked the vacation with you. I just wanted to take time to thank you all for helping us with the best vacation we ever had. The resort was world class. All the staff went out of there way to accommodate us. The beach and location was perfect. I can not say enough about the resort and staff. All was world class. Top it all off with yours and tropical tours reprehensive in the lobby each day was great. The woman was very pleasant and helpful in booking outings. She was there at the start of each outing in the lobby to make sure every thing went smooth and taken care off. She was first class. Please pass this on to her boss. Thanks again for words can not describe how nice every thing was. Gary Pence

To: Kelly and Elso,We have just returned from our vacation at the NH Real Arena in Punta Cana. I wanted to let you know that we had a great experience there. I believe it is because of your assistance that made our vacation great. As you may remember, I had some concerns about the things I read on the internet about this property. You assured me that your guests were treated well. With that in mind, we kept our reservation there. We were given a room on the third floor overlooking the pool and beach and the room was ready when we arrived at 12:30 p.m. Shortly after, we were sent a bottle of champagne and a fruit platter to welcome us. We had smiles on our faces the whole time we were there and because of the room location and balcony, we felt like V.I.P's thanks to you. It was everything I had hoped for and more. The property was beautiful, clean and the pool and beach area was fabulous. The hotel provides every comfort imaginable and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. The staff works very hard to accommodate everyone from the buffet, restaurants, entertainment and all the bars on site. Everyone was friendly and courteous and went out of the way to make their guests enjoy the time there. I can't thank you enough for your help with the reservation and room accommodations, they made our 30th anniversary a special event we will always remember. Please pass this on to the manager of the NH Real Arena with our thanks.Regards,Marie

Names: James Wright, Terri Phillips Desticantion: Dominican RepublicResort: Majestic EleganceDates: June 13 - June 18 What can I say: Awesome just does not do this trip justice. We were a little aprehensive after reading some reviews, but after we arrived our fears were long gone. I am not sure were the people who wrote the review stayed, but it was not at this resort. The hotel was amazing. The room was spotless, the views were incrediable, and the service was great. We were a short walking distance from the beach and spent most of our time relaxing in the sun, no worries! We had a swim up room, and there were no signs or smells of mildew. There was not a ladder from the room to the pool, but that was not a problem for us. The hotel has an on sight photography studio, which was not advertised anywhere, and we had the most amazing picuture taken. We never left the resort. Our five night vacation was not near long enough and were not ready to go home. We will definately be returning!

MY NAME IS NORMA LOPEZ FROM STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND TRAVELED TO SAN JUAN PUERTO RICO FROM 6/19/09 TO 6/25/09 AND STAY AT THE INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL LOCATED IN ISLA VERDE. I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL OF USING ANY ON- LINE WEBSITES AND HAVE NEVER USED ONE PREVIOUSLY. HOWEVER, CHEAPCARIBBEAN.COM WAS REFERRED TO US BY A RELATIVE. WE MADE THE HOTEL AND FLIGHT RESERVATION AND RECEIVED OUR CONFIRMATION IMMEDIATELY. BEFORE THE DAY OF DEPARTURE I CALLED THE AIRLINES AND THE HOTEL AND WAS FEARFUL THAT THERE WERE NO SUCH RESERVATIONS AND WAS RELIEF TO RECEIVE MY E-TKTS FROM THE AIRLINE AND THE CONFIRMATION FROM THE HOTEL. I HAD NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER WITH OUR ITNERARIES. AS PROMISED WHEN WE ARRIVED, WE RECIEVED A DISCOUNT BOOKLET ALONG WITH A DEBIT CARD WITH $100.00 WHICH WE HAD NO PROBLEMS REDEEMING THE CARD FOR THE CASH. AWESOME... I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE HOTEL . THE ROOMS WERE KEPT CLEAN EVERYDAY, THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THEY WOULD CALL TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT. THE POOL WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE HOTEL WAS BEACHFRONT. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE ENJOYED OURSELVES TREMENDOUSLY AND WOULD RECOMMEND CHEAPCARIBBEAN.COM TO ALL OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

We recently booked a vacation at the Radisson at St. Martin. The hotel is new, clean, and the personnel was wonderful. The rooms are large with a large bathroom. This may sound like an advertisement for the Radisson; but we could not have asked for a better hotel. Renting a car is highly recommended. Rentals were inexpensive. The ride up and down the mountain to get to the Radisson on the French side is quite interesting. But if you have ever driven in St. Martin, you know what I mean. The breakfast, which was included, was a full American breakfast with a cook making eggs upon request. The fresh fruit and bread were outstanding. Prices for dinner were high at the resort since they are using the euro and not the dollar on the French side. If you rent a car at the airport, you can easily drive to the Dutch side or to the the LoLos (Grand Case) and use the dollar at the exchange rate of one euro for one dollar. The infinity pool is enormous with the beach a few steps away. Water aerobics is offered free every morning with a variety of other free activities. Personnel at the pool are happy, helpful people. This was our second trip with CheapCarribean and we were totally pleased. We hope to go back next year. We love St. Martin, the people, and now the special hotel. There were many options so I called them and was guided by a very helpful customer service rep. Having never gone to an all-inclusive resort, I hesitantly booked an all inclusive trip to Excellence Riviera Cancun and am glad I did! The resort was beautiful, safe, and loads of fun. We used their booking agency to see Chitzen Itza and their cabs to see the city to do some shopping. Everything was easy, comfortable, and RELAXING! If lost, the resort staff would take the time to walk you to any place you needed to go. The tennis instructor was also great. We used the free catamerans to sail and took advantage of the clear, calm waters to do some snorkeling on the nice reef. All of the staff was quite helpful, even when they werent 100% sure of their english. Will def. want to go again!Dan

We stayed at The Hamaca Resort at Boca Chica beach in the Dominicain Republic from June 16-24th 2009.The staff and amenities at the resort were excellent. The staff went out of there way and accomedated all of our needs. Every detail was taken care of and I was very impressed!(everything from special meal requests, to a lost ping pong ball, to locating the number of pizza hut in santo Domingo)The beach, watersports, and pool was lovely. My son also enjoyed the mini golf. The kids club seems to suit a younger child better (under age 5) We rode in a speedboat, took a guieded dune buggy ride, my dad took the historical tour of santo Domingo that left right from the hotel And also an island boat excursion. We were in standard rooms, which were fine, ac worked well, mini bar was provided daily, maid service and towels all provided in a timely manner. All in all it was great!!! I did see some negative reviews on trip advisor, and I am so glad I didn't listen to them ! We will be going back to the Hamaca on our next vacation!

My name is Tamara George, and my husband (Cedric George) and I used Cheap Caribbean to book a stay at the Grand Pallidium Resort in Jamaica for our 4th year wedding anniversary. We are from Atlanta, GA and we traveled to the resort on June 2 through June 6, 2009. As soon as our flight landed, we were directed to the booth that handled our transfer from the airport to the hotel. It was a positive experience, we didn't have to wait long and the customer service was great. When we got to the hotel, we only had to wait like 30 minutes for our room to the be finished. After checking out the room, the fun began. Our room reservation was made correctly, and we were very pleased with the experience. We spent our time on the beaches, eating, and enjoying drinks. The service was great, and of course, the food was wonderful. There was nightly entertainment which was actually entertaining. We also enjoyed the "club", we visited there every night to have a great time. It was the first time in a while that we were away from cell phones, and we just enjoyed the quietness. It was a very peaceful and relaxing vacation.
