| I booked a trip for a friend and I to the Puerto Plata area in the Dominican Republic via cheapcaribbean.com. This was our first "all inclusive" trip and we were both nervous about how it would be. When we arrived we were informed that we would have a meeting with our cheapcaribbean contact the follwing morning, at first we thought this would be a ploy to get us to buy more stuff, but actally our representative, Dioby, was quite helpful. He did offer us to buy excursions through him, but he wasn't forceful and was just really helpful and told us he was there for anything we needed. we actually did buy quite a few excursions through him and when one had a day change, he was really great about allowing us to cancel (the new day didn't work out for us) and getting our money back to us. We loved our hotel and are already thinking about where we are going to take our next trip via cheapcaribbean. Thanks! |

| A friend and I stayed a week at the Sandos Cariaco- Eco resort and had a wonderful time. The beach was lovely, the adult pool very relaxing, there was a large pool area for kids, and the restaurant choices were very good. It was especially nice to have a choice of restaurants in which to eat breakfast. My only disappointment was that there were no espresso machines anywhere at the resort. Hence, no Lattes. Other resorts do have them at some of the bars. All of the staff were friendly and the areas were clean and neatMary Alice K. |

| I recently spent 6 wonderful, all-inclusive nights at the Holiday Inn Sunspree Montego Bay, Jamaica. The hotel grounds are very spacious. There were several bars, restaurants, and snack areas that had great food and great service. The hotel entertainment staff was great! There was always something fun going on! The evening shows were all excellent! My first night there I witnessed a performance by a music and dance group called "Children of the Drum." They were absolutely amazing! All of the hotel staff was kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend this hotel to budget friendly travelers who are looking to relax, to enjoy family, or to have a lot of fun! The Sunspree truly has it all. |

| Tony and I had an amazing time in Aruba...ONLY b/c we are engaged and needed to get away; In regards to the Tamarijn...we will not be back nor refer any of our friends to visit. The employees gave us the impression that they had better things to do, the food was sub-par, the wait staff was replaceable. Obviously the weather is the only reason anyone would travel to Aruba. If I had to do all over again...I would not choose Aruba and would surely not recommend the Diva/Tamarijn.-- Nicole |

| Friends, The Barcelo Mayan Palace Deluxe is top shelf! Luxurious room, great food, friendly and helpful staff(Mary in housekeeping), nice coral and fish right off the beach, so what happened with the mattresses? They do everything so well, why not buy quality mattresses? In all fairness, my wife didn't complain about them. Our six y/o son found a pack of other boys to play with-great! We quickly adapted to the kick-back life-great! The water was warm and clear for snorkeling(bring your own gear for convenience). Some FYI. Taxi from the resort door to Playa Del Carmen is 18.00$, take the trolley to the main gate-step up to the bus stop-pay 150 pesos for the bus or negotiate a 7 to 10 dollar trip with the taxi that is going to stop for you in ten micro seconds. Playa is no longer the sleepy little town I knew in the 80's. Still good for a little shopping, lunch, and then back to The Barcelo. More FYI. I can't think of one complaint regarding the food at The Barcelo. Make sure you book a meal at the French al la carte restaurant during your stay. It was the best meal of our trip. Yet more...The transfer from the airport is tedious. I guess Olympus Tours does their best, but they were slow to load the van, too many stops, down winding driveways, yadayadayada. Your best bet is a private taxi for your party only. I've done that in the past, it was more expensive, and worth every penny. Have Fun!!! Andy |

We stayed at the Excellence Riviera Cancun Feb 21 through 28 2010. The resort was absolutely amazing! The five star rating you give the property is surely deserved. Rooms are spacious and clean as well as the entire resort. Excellence is not too big and not too small. The beach was beautiful and the entire grounds very well maintained. The service? Absolutely amazing! From check in, to the bars, to room service, to the beach waiters, everyone was so prompt and friendly. Our entire booking process through CheapCaribbean went so smooth and when we got to our destination (our first time to Mexico) The process went very smooth. | This is the 2nd trip I booked with Cheapcaribbean. They were great to work with. The first trip was a trip to Puerto Vallarta for 2 a year ago. The 2nd trip was just this month, a return trip to Cancun for 18 people. I booked 12 of the travelers through Cheap Caribbean. Due to the size of the group I called and had a great sales associate help me with the booking. He went out of his way to make it easy to book travel arrangements and hotels. The group had picked the hotel ahead of time and tried different travel associations to book for that many and had all kinds of head aches. We had a rain day in Cancun so I e-mailed Cheapcaribbean upon my return and was given a code to apply a $100 credit towards my next booked trip. Im already looking at setting up my next trip. | I booked the Westin Resort & Crystal Palace Casino 4 night package in Nassau, Bahamas and Im pleased to say it was great value. The Westin resort grounds were scenic and well maintained. The standard rooms apart of the package were average; could use some modernization but overall still a comfortable stay. Nothing luxury; however, all our basic needs were met. Spent a lot of time on the balcony taking in the pool and ocean view. There were several dining options to fit a small or generous budget. The casino was the highlight for me. Often times you get a beach vacation or a casino trip, usually not two for one, so that was the real bonus. The $100 food credit of course spent quickly but was a great addition to the package. This was a last minute vacation plan for a thrifty budget so I think I got exactly the deal I needed with Cheap Caribbean and I would definitely search here first again for my next island excursion (especially short notice plans). |

| good day well we returned from our lovely vacation in Puerto Rico. The accomodations were beautiful. But anything u do at the hotel is horribly overpriced and it's so far from everything so unless u RENT A CAR, you are stuck spending alot of money. only 3 restaurants onsite and all 3 require reservations and the only thing i found edible was the sushi. I must say our vacation would have much better if we had rented a car. It would have been much cheaper and we'd have seen more. Oh and don't rely on the AVIS onsite.......not one day did they have a car available. thanks.jennifer t., ga |

| To whom it may concern, We travelled on a cold day from Baltimore after several snow storms hit our area hard and we were looking forward to our vacation in Cozumel. The booking process through Cheap Caribbean was relatively painless and the airlines were punctual. After clearing customs you are whisked away to vultures selling timeshares in the airport lobby and we were just expecting a pre-arranged hotel/airport transfer. You are then asked to meet with an individual at the hotel to arrange the transfer back to the airport - this is yet another person hawking timeshares and became very upset when I told him to skip the sales pitch and arrange the transfer (he did).The hotel property was well manicured and the beach was beautiful. The hotel was understaffed and there was pretty much a line for anything we wanted (drinks, food, breakfast). The room was rather "musty" and needed updating. I am not new to travelling, so I pretty much know what to expect - the vacation was relatively inexpensive so my expectation level was not terribly high....bottom line I would rate the experience as a 7 out of 10. | Dear CheapCaribbean, After throwing our formal wedding plans to the wind and deciding to elope, we chose the Adults Only Valentin Imperial Maya resort for our honeymoon. I also booked the roundtrip airport shuttle to simplify the experience through your website and also took the full-day Chichen Itza trip to the Mayan ruins (a must do). From top to bottom, the service and food was fantastic. I did my research on Trip Advisor and other online sites, which is what convinced me Valentin was the best choice. I could not agree more with the high marks. Great staff and a wonderful spacious property made this a superb destination. The restaurants were very nice and I never had a problem walking up for dinner (sans reservation). Our room was kept up very well and was airy and delightful with a nice balcony and full-sized tub (and we were merely the Jr. Deluxe Suite). The beach was also wonderful with a bar down in the sand to keep you smiling. I have never been to an all inclusive before and fancy myself as a very well travelled person. I was nervous about the "boredom", but left very refreshed and very pleased. I guess to sum it up, we spent the night of our marriage in Charlotte at the new Ritz Carlton. It was one of the finest hotels I have stayed at in the United States. Upon arrival at the Valentin, the same level of service and quality of facility greeted us. Well done! She got me the best price and the best route.Flight wise verything went off wonderfully. We went for a wedding - the wedding party for a week andmy friend and I for 12 days. We paid less that the folks who were only there for a week!! (they booked through another company). Thanks again Becca you rock!The hotel, however, was another story. Becca had nothing to do with this. I requested theabove hotel as we were going to a wedding and had to stay at that particular hotel.Not a hotel for young people.........under the age of 80!!! everything shuts down at 10:30 or so.Food was terrible and the "tropical" drinks were made with syrup....yuck.Two things that I really did not like a) my daughters called 4 times.......I never received one messageand I was stressing that something was wrong. 2) mattress only has 1 sheet over it.....double yuck.I will most definitely use cheapcaribbean.com again and I have told all my friends what a wonderfulcompany you have.Once again many, many thanks Becca.Cheers,Marian S. |

| We just returned from a vacation at Jolly Beach Resort, Antigua. The resort was a bit older, but quite comfortable, the food was good, not stellar; however, the reservation required restaurants were excellent. The beach was great and the natives very friendly and jolly. The trip required me to contact Cheap Caribbean because of a volcanic episode on a neighboring island, delaying our arrival to Antigua by 2 days. When I phoned CheapCaribbean from the airport in San Juan, the customer service representatives I spoke with were extremely cordial, helpful and efficient. They suggested I get all of my flights rebooked with the airline, including my return trip, and let them know. They then contacted the resort for me concerning the delay. The resort was also very accommodating, cancelling the first 2 nights and adding 2 nights onto the end of our week. The entire experience was a very positive one and I will book my next Caribbean vacation through CheapCaribbean. Thanks everyone!! |

| My overall stay was nice at the Grand Oasis Cancun. Definitely like staying in the main hotel instead of the other part being that I was with my wife. The other building was a little young and rowdy. It would be idea for young single people to party in the other building. A lot activities going on at the pool during the day and the beach was nice if you like waves. If you like calm water, you wouldn't like the beach. A lot of options to eat eventhough the 3rd building and side was closed. The Brazilian restaurant was excellent one day and we went back later during our vacation and service was bad. We had to wait forever to get service for meat & drinks. They weren't that busy where it should have been an issue. Mexican restaurant atmosphere was nice, but food wasn't good. Plenty of bars to drink at and you didn't have to wait too long for drink. Happy hour in the main building was real nice. The club at the resort was pretty nice for a resort club. Foam party on Thursday's was a blast and very live. I haven't had that much fun in a while eventhough the bubbles can get over the top at times when soap getting in eyes and mouth. Overall, I had a nice time at the Grand Oasis and would definitely go back. I recommend couples to stay in the main building (Grand) and single people stay in the other building. |

Check-in was easy, all resort staff were helpful and accommodating for the 6 days we were there. Drop-off and pick-up service booked through cheapcaribbean.com were on time and very easy. Resort was beautiful, clean, and there was always plenty of room on the beach relax. Food was fine, will know to book earlier for the specialty restaurants as they filled up really quick. | We stayed at the Divi Aruba Phoenix from January 28 to February 11, 2010, and we had a TERRIFIC time!! This was our first time at the Phoenix and our first time booking on Cheap Caribbean, but we have been too Aruba nearly 20 times. Our experience with Cheap Caribbean surpassed our expectations!! EVERYTHING went perfectly!! We were also VERY impressed with the new construction at the Phoenix and hope that we can stay there again in the future. (We are not inclined to purchase a time share, and we would like to book through Cheap Caribbean again!!) The accommodations at the Phoenix were perfect, and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. | Hi We just got back from our amazing trip to Jamaica, we stayed at the grand paladium resort and spa and had a fantastic time!! We were a bit hesitant to travel to a resort we had never heard about but so glad that we did- as it was truly a paradise. All of the reviews on cheap carribean were extremely helpful. This is the second time we used cheapcarribean for our vacation and we wouldnt do it any other way! The service is always exceptional, everything is always ready for us including the transportation, early check in and so on. We love the huge savings we get with cheapcarribean, we only wish we had known about it sooner. And if anyone is considering a trip to Jamaica, we would definiately recommend grand palladium. | The first thing I have to say is I LOVE Jamaica.. It was so nice, relaxing and the perfect vacation. We did have some travel headaches on day one. The hotel we were staying at was overbooked, so we were transferred ot the Rose Hall Hilton (which in itself was a very nice hotel and they were very accomodating). But, with CheapCaribbeans help and quick response time, we had a great vacation and got a free trip from the original hotel.... Cant wait to go again.... | I just wanted to say what a great time we had in Punta Cana. We visited Punta Cana 4 years ago and the area has really grown. We stayed at the NH Real. The resort is beautiful and the people are friendly. The resort has many amenities. I read a few of the reviews before we left, and I was a little worried. I saw a few complaints about the food. We found the restaurants to be an adventure. The food was very good for an all inclusive resort. The theme restaurants were fabulous. The rooms were clean and the activities at night were fun. The service at the restaurants and the pool bar were always given with a smile. We had two small complaints. The beds were hard and we were never able to get a remote that worked for our tv but we did not let those small issues ruin a fabulous vacation. We did a few excursions and found several beautiful pieces of Larimar at grea t prices to bring back to the States. This is our fourth trip with Cheap Caribbean and definitely not our last. | I visited this resort Jan. 29 - Feb 8, 2010 and had a fantastic vacation! Great location, beautiful beach, fantastic evening dining! Staff was excellent. Food: great variety and delicious! Enjoyed the partnership with sister resort, Great Parnasus, about a 40 minute walk on the beach south. I liked to walk down there to have lunch, swim and lay on the beach, and then walk back for dinner at Golden Parnasus. You get to experience two resorts, and if you like a smaller, quieter, kids-free resort, then Golden Parnasus is for you! Arrangements with CheapCaribbean went well. |

| Well as everyone mentioned... for the Bahamas this resort-Paradise Island Harbour Resort is very affordable. I was shocked to find out how expensive things actually are here since I've traveled to several other islands where the dollar takes you far. In the Bahamas, its dollar for dollar.. there really is no bargaining other than at the straw markets! Taxis are quite expensive but you can still get them cheaper than purchasing it with your travel package. The food was OK but it was all inclusive so take advantage of the great omelette's for breakfast. Each night the hotel has different themed foods so one night was Latin, another Asian etc. There is still always something you can find to eat as I am a very picky eater. They definitely had different events for Valentines day since this weekend was extremely busy for the island. Unfortunately while we were there 2/12/2010 - 2/16/2010 it was cold and rainy so a lot of plans of basking in the sun were out of the picture. Overall the hotel is OK... it is old but clean... we had to get our faucet replaced in the bathroom because it was leaking however they did fix it right away... the elevators have a mind of their own.. it will tell you that your on the 9th floor when you are actually on the 6th floor.. so watch that for certain... the only annoying thing about the hotel is that the two places to eat there - Captains Table and the Bar outside by the pool only stay open till 10pm so if you don't eat by that point... too bad so sad... however on the positive side... one night we did come in at 11pm the staff was cleaning up and they were still nice enough to fix us a plate. ..staff was for the most part professional and friendly... book any tours or excursions as soon as you get there because seats are limited! Take advantage of the free bikes provided by the hotel if you want to explore the island... The resort does provide nightly entertainment and different themed events through the week. So all in all you get what you pay for but if you want a place to stay while visiting the Bahamas I would recommend this hotel as a place to lay your head but spend the day away on the beach.. Atlantis.. Nassau... and even the harbour beach outside the hotel.. Atlantis is no more than a 5-8 minute walk from the hotel and to get to Atlantis you pass this cute little area filled with shops, restaurants and great scenic views on the way to Atlantis. Even if you don't PAY FOR THE DAY to spend in Atlantis you just have to check out the hotel.. the casino... and the incredible aquarium! We didn't get the opportunity to go on the Atlantis private beach or the slides etc because it was just too cold to get in the water... Nassau is also very cool... busy.... little city with tons of shops! and each corner brings a new adventure.... definitely check out the city tour from the hotel....it will be worth it.. we had a buy one get one free ticket so for around $45 for two people it wasn't bad... If you want to get to Nassau without spending the money on a tour or taxi just about a 10 minute walk from the hotel is the huge bridge that gets you into town... you can take a water taxi for around $3 and explore the city on your own... If you don't get to do anything else while in the Bahamas... DEFINITELY check out the Fish Fry- a little area filled with these makeshift restaurants... very picturesque... one place in particular... is Twin Brothers... food is phenomenal and affordable... try the chicken and snapper combo and have a Miami Vice to wet your whistle... it was EXCELLENT!!!! -RoFt. | Awesome trip!! Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. We stayed at the NH Real Arena and was extremely impressed. Prior to us going, we read all of the comments that were listed and am glad to report that those who complained about the food, staff, etc.... are absolutley crazy. If you didn't like something, there was 100 other different choices. The beach was beautiful although I would recommend getting to the beach early because all of the little umbrella huts are taken by mid morning. The pools were beautiful as well. This is the 4th time that I have booked a vacation through CheapCaribbean, and they have never disappointed my fairly high expectations. The other vacations were to the Bahamas, Aruba and St. Thomas. Each time I have been thrilled with the outstanding service I received, both online and also on the phone. The accommodations were all terrific, with this last one to St. Martin probably being the best (Radisson-French side of island, area of Anse Marcel). | We went on our 1st Caribbean vacation in over 15 years to the Nassau Sheraton on Cable Beach. It was our 1st time arranging travel through CheapCaribbean.com. Everything from booking flight, hotel and shuttle arrangements went very smoothly. The hotel was everything we expected. It was beautiful. The grounds were very well maintained. The weather was much cooler then anticipated, high 60's, low 70's the 2nd week of February when we went, so that was disappointing, but everything else was great. I was fortunate to read the reviews before we left on our trip, by others that had been there. Some people stated the hotel showed it's age. But, I thought it was very well maintained for it age. It wasn't perfect, but it was a solid 4 star hotel as indicated. The one thing that I was not aware before we left, was regarding tipping, both at the hotel and restaurants. I wish I read about that or known before we left, just as a head up. I was not aware that everything already included the tipping. Once we figured that out, after day 1, it was actually easier, not to have to worry about it ANYWHERE, as every place included 15%. Also, we would have picked the Lady Hamilton to stay in because we didn't realize that was the adults only section. | Everything went very smoothly. Have a couple negative comments. The first part of our trip was lovely. Hotel not to crowded, ease in getting in restaurants and tram. The last half was more like disneyland. There were lots of children, lines at the tram, restaurants overbooked. I found the restaurants to be mediocre at best and the price to be in line with NY pricing. The other thing is the clothing optional beach. While my need was just to escape the numbers of children running around and noise, the beach, while lovely, had lounge chairs on it that should have been sent to the trash a long time ago. Almost impossible to sit. This should definitely be removed from their site. Our room was wonderful. We were looking right out on the marina and the private island. Somewhat disappointed with the hotel. Did not feel it was a Waldorf property. Cheap Carribean had all our papers in order and was a pleasure to deal with! Will most certainly book again with you. This time I will choose an adults only place and perhaps even an all-inclusive destination. Prefer to be underwhelmed by the food than to expect great food which wasn't at very high prices. | First and foremost, our experience with Cheapcaribbean.com was flawless! This was our first experience in booking a trip through Cheapcaribbean and we definitely will do it again. Probably won't go through USAirways - that is another story! Our trip to Couples, Negril was absolutely wonderful. After reading a lot of reviews on the resort we felt it would meet all our expectations for a great Caribbean getaway - and that it did! In fact, exceeded our expectations.Negril is about a 90 minute, harried, drive from the airport in Montego Bay, but in the end worth it to get to a part of Jamaica that is more laid back than other parts. The beach was one of the best we have been to, comparable to Grand Cayman 7 mile beach. Snorkeling is not so good right off the beach like Cayman, but only because the pure white sand goes on forever from the shore! The warm, blue Caribbean water was refreshing as we swam or used our "floatie" every day. The weather was sunny and in the mid 80s during the day and 70s at night - what a relief to never feel the constant chill living in the midwest! Truly the best part of the vacation was doing nothing but walking the beach, laying in the sun, enjoying the tropical beverages all day and night and spending time together, just the two of us. A definite relationship booster!I am telling everyone to not look past Cheapcaribbean.com or Jamaica when they feel the need to "get out of Dodge" and not spend a fortune doing it. The only thing we would have done differently (we discussed this on day 3 of our vacation) is to STAY LONGER next time!! |

| Just returned from our "winter break" in Punta Cana. Our second visit to the Excellence Resort was "excellente!'' The resort is sparkling clean and the staff always friendly and accommodating. This year we partook in the aqua aerobics, bicycle riding, horseback riding, worked out in the gym, took in the nightly shows and even managed to win in the casino. The beautiful sandy beach is clean, free of shells and seaweed and the location affords both a surf area and a placid area for swimming. The enormous pool is the focal point of the resort and the swim up bar is just one place to congregate and make new friends. This resort is a bit of a distance away from the airport (1 hour) but is worth the ride. For those seeking an all inclusive, adults only vacation, Excellence, Punta Cana is an excellent choice. |

| My husband and I booked our trip with Cheap Caribbean and imagine our surprise when we arrived at the resort and not only were we in Building number 8, the best! We were in a suite overlooking the ocean with NO other rooms attached to our room, champagne and fruit and a stocked fridge! We had a Jacuzzi bath tub on the deck, it rained one afternoon and we spent it on the deck in the nice warm water watching the boats cruise by in the rain. Just wonderful! The resort is one year old and we had a wonderful time. Building 8 had it's own bar and restaurant that the rest of the resort could not use. I won at the "mock casino" entertainment really big, too bad it was not real money, and threw my purse down to get my beautiful hand painted Mexican tile picture that I won and was thrilled to get! Hours later I woke up at 3:00 am and realized my purse was missing. Our passports, money, jewelry, credit cards, car keys, prescriptions and cash were in the purse! I went to the front desk and Security had my purse and NOTHING was missing! I could not believe that! We did two excursions the ATV Jungle Tour and the Jungle Adventure in a boat, both were outstanding! Absolutely excellent. My husband and I travel extensively all over the world, this year we have been to Spain, Morocco, Portugal, Washington DC, Miami and Las Vegas and none have been more fun. We really can't explain why this vacation was the most fun we're ever had, but we were completely relaxed and felt safe. The staff were just wonderful and everything was beautiful. The resort upgraded us from the Coral Towers to the Royal Towers and when I asked for a room with a view balcony, they did that as well without any additional charges. Everyone we met there went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Very friendly people,very nice place, and very good food. But, bring lots of money as all of the restaurants are expensive. |

Stayed in La Romanna at the Wyndham Palace.This place was great.Just the size alone almost one mile of beach.The food was good and the resort was very clean. We've seen the island before so just hung out this time.Did take a half day trip snorkeling to Catalina Island well recommended.The only thing we had trouble with was the language 80 % of the people and staff spoke Italian.The same with guest mostly Italian and the rest French and German.We met very few staff and guest the spoke English. There is small town outside the resort friendly but will try to take advantage of you. What ever the price is for and item offer them half and don't pay much more than that.We will deffentlly be comming back in the near future and if you are thinking of a good cheap vacation come to La Romanna you won't be disappointed. by now Sue & Dan |

We did have rain one of the days, otherwise the resort was clean and staff was very helpful. Reservations are no longer accepted at the restaurants, and every time we went after 7:00 pm, they told us it would be an hour or more wait. | We went to Excellence Playa Mujeres in Cancun and absolutely loved it! It was amazing in every way. The rooms were so beautiful and we loved the terrace with the hot tub and all of the lounging furniture. The beach was breath taking; yu could walk bare foot for miles and it was so clean and private. The sailing equipment that the resort offered at no cost was in great condition. We loved all of the dloble lounge furniture all over the resort and the beach. The food was great, the service was great, the pools were great and we loved all of the hot tubs and heated pools because we went in Feburary so the unheated pools and ocean were pretty cold. | I recently returned from a five day stay in Puerto Rico wiht my 15 year old daughter. We stayed at the Gran Melia resort. The accommodations were clean, roomy and very attractive. The weather was very warm but with the breeze from the Atlantic it was very comfortable on the beach. We ate at two of the resort's restaurants and were pleased with the quality of food which was a little pricey but not outrageous, Service at the Italian restaurant was outstanding but very slow at the other resaurant and at the pool bar unless you sat on the stools in the water. Breakfast buffet selection was satisfactory. Not much of a gift shop. Everyone was pleasant at the front desk and the concierge but did not follow through with requests such as making reservations. Two of the days, our room was cleaned but no clean towels were supplied. We called and were brought towels fairly quickly but this was a little aggravationg as we usually just wanted to make a brief stop at the room to shower. Overall, I was impressed and we both would return. |

| Dear Jim - Our recent getaway to Paradise Island in the Bahamas was our first booking with Cheap Caribbean, but it won't be our last! Everything, down to the airport transfers and complimentary room upgrade, was delivered as promised. As the travel planner, I was really happy that you were able to find us a direct flight to Nassau and then back to Philadelphia. These days, the fewer airport security checkpoints, the better. It's not easy getting direct flights to anywhere, especially the Caribbean, but you found one! We especially appreciate the fact that you didn't sugarcoat the reviews on our hotel. We knew exactly what to expect because you and your forum reviewers called it like it is. It wasn't luxury, but it was fine for our purposes, You were absolutely on the mark about it giving us an affordable chance to enjoy the treasure that Paradise Island is. One tiny gripe: I wish that somewhere in the info, you had mentioned that taking a taxi to the hotel and then back to the airport would have been cheaper and much, much faster than the Majestic Tours bus. Taxi fares in the Bahamas are restricted by law, and while they are rather high for short hops, they are a bargain for the airport run. More important, though, is the fact that a taxi would have delivered us directly to the hotel/airport rather than taking the long route around, stopping at almost every hotel on the island. With Nassau traffic, it's a long enough trip without all of the extra stops. This is a small gripe, though, and doesn't overshadow the gratitude we feel at the great deal you offered. | Dear Travel Tips at Cheap Caribbean,I am writing a testimonial about our recent trip to Coral Sol de Platain Dominican Republic from Feb 20 -Feb 27, 2010.Coral Sol de Plata Resort & Spa was formerly a Breezes Resort and was recently refurbished and reopened. Some aspects of the resort are a bit rundown, not open or working: the climbing wall is closed, a dilapidated abandoned building of some sort is on the beach, plumbing in the room was antiquated, etc, etc.In spite of this, we found the resort to have a certain romantic charm. The other guests and staff were very friendly! The food was great and the mature landscaping was amazing. Renovations and landscaping continued while we were there. It would be funto go back in a year and see the improvements that were made.One place to avoid there is the casino. | My husband and I booked our first All Inclusive Trip to Los Cabos of course somewhat hesitate due to always traveling to know destinations by the both us. We have absolutely no regrets on booking this trip with Cheap Caribbean we had a terrific time on vacation stress free no hassles at all. Flights were smooth and hotel check-in as well. Food and Drinks were awesome I was a little worried that food might be alittle poor but was I wrong. We meet another a couple in which had also booked an All Inclusive Vacation with Expedia and they just had the worst experience with their meals in which they only had one restaurant and bar to choose from, unlike us we had 6 different restaurants and bars to choose from. I am looking forward to my next vacation keep an eye open again on Travelzoo.com for another relaxing vacation. Thank You, Marin Family |

| My husband and I traveled with two other couples to Cancun's Riu Palace Las Americas. The property was breathtaking and far exceeded our expectations. Staff members were courteous, the ocean view rooms were well-appointed and the top shelf drinks flowed non-stop from attentive waiters and waitresses. One of the couples we traveled with had repeated problems getting into their room on our first day, so the hotel upgraded them to a suite. I would certainly go back to that resort, or another Riu Palace property. And we would all like to thank Cheap Caribbean for the amazing price on our trip! One other note....Mexicana Airlines was extremely professional and served actual MEALS on both flights. What a nice surprise!Tim and Amy S. |

| I recently booked my first trip thru CheapCarribean.com. I am already making plans for my next one! I went to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and stayed at the Excellence Resort and Spa. I had a wonderful time. There were so many things to do, it was beautiful, the resort employees were so nice and friendly, and best of all I had NO problems with my reservations. CheapCarribean.com took care of everything for me. All I had to do was pay, show up and relax the rest of the time! Before looking into CheapCarribean.com I looked at prices thru Expedia.com. | We had a wonderful time in Cancun using CheapCaribbean.com. For the amount we paid and what we received nobody can believe when I tell them. I have already started giving word of mouth appraisals and referrals for people looking to go on vacation. We stayed at the Grand Oasis Viva and it was in walking distance to all of the local night spots and markets, if it wasn't walking distance it was a super cheap bus ride away. The food was good for the price, the drinks and bartenders were amazing. We went into the local VIP lounge every night were the service was absolutely amazing (we even wanted to kidnap the bartender and bring him home with us). For a week in paradise where the price is right CheapCaribbean.com is definitely the way to go. |

| NH REAL ARENA PUNTA CANA.TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT WAS QUICK AND CHECK IN VERY FAST...NO WELCOME DRINKS THOUGHT (NO PROBLEM).ROOM WAS NOT READY UNTIL 4PM SO WE WENT TO THE BAR AND WAITED BY THE BEACH,THAT'S OK TOO.NICE HOTEL LAY OUT, NEW BUILDINGS,BIGG ROOMS,NICE GARDENS AND MOST IMPORTANT FOR US BEUTIFULL BEACH ...TRYING TO FIND SPACE AT THE BEACH IS A QUESTION OF KNOWING WHO TO TIP OTHERWISE YOU'LL NEVER FIN ANY BEACH CHAIRS AFTER 8AM,IT'S OK WE ALWAYS TIP AND IN THIS HOTEL YOU HAD TO TIP EVERYBODY.THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN BY 5 PM SO YOU TIP AND NEVER AGAIN ...MY WIFE AND I TRAVEL A LOT MOST OF THE YEAR SO WE NEVER COMPLAIN TO MUCH,THE WEATHER WAS 50/50 AND THAT WAS UNFORTUNATE ...HOPE THIS HELPS... | Hello!First, I wanted to start off by saying I had the most amazing time during my stay at Barcelo Puerto Plata. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the most superb service and accomodations; we couldn't have asked for more! The only sad party:-( is that it rained 3 of the 4 days we were there. Our stay was from 03/05/2010-01/09-2010. It rained on: 03/05, 03/06, & 03/07. As such, I wanted to get my $100 off my next vacation as it states on the voucher. |

| This was my ninth time vacationing in Jamaica and Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was by far my favorite resort. The staff was wonderful, food was good, beaches great, and our room was outstanding. We brought two other couples with that were newbies to Jamaica. They were amazed. The only thing wrong was that our vacation ended too soon and we had to go home to reality! Thanks Cheap Caribbean for the great vacation. I made sure to pass your name on at the pool when people were telling us how much they paid for their vacation. Bonnie W. |

| We stayed at the GPLH, January 31st to February 6th, and had a Fabulous Anniversary there. We had booked a one bedroom suite, but upon arrival received an upgrade on an oceanview one bedroom. The views overlooking the adult beach were fabulous, and we have many beautiful sunset shots. Sunset Cove and the Adult Beach are where we spent much of our time, with reggae playing and the beautiful water what more could you ask for. We did have dinner at three of the ala carte's, the Creole, Bubba's, and the Italian twice, the food was fabulous, and we could not have asked for better service. The buffet was great for lunch as well as the Jerk Hut at Sunset Cove. It's a beautiful resort, with a friendly, helpful staff . We hope to go back soon!! |

| Hi All, We just came back from a wonderful trip to Antigua. We stayed at the Jolly beach resort and had a great time. The weather was HOT, the rooms were good size and we all had a balcony, we were on the second floor which is good so you are off the ground level and there is more privacy. We had a nice little bouqet of flowers in our room upon arrival, And a nice rum punch upon arrival. The staff was exceptional from when we first arrive in guest services, the chambermaids, the restaurant staff and the bartenders. This was a family trip celebrating my 50th birthday and it will be something that we will always remember. Thank you for putting this trip together. Joanne G. |

| We just recently completed travel to Wyndham Sapphire Beach through cheapcarribean.com and it is our second time using this site as well as hotel. We had a delightful time and our accomodations were great. Some how we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite and had views of the ocean and the bay. The room was great! St. Maartens is the kind of vacation where you don't stay at your hotel the whole time but travel around to other beaches and properties. The island is full of wonderful beaches and fabulous hole in the wall restaurants with the best cuisine--truly! So while the hotel is not upscale it was good enough and the price was great! | Just back from St Martin, one of our best vacations ever. All arrangements through CheapCaribbean were as always spectacular. We received $ 50.00 off the original price and are eligible for a rain related discount on our next trip. CheapCaribbean made it easy and simple (I'm not very computer literte) but I completed everything on line. They said the hotel was special, they did not lie. Thanks CC for everything |

| Dear Sir or Madam As this was our first vacation booked through the internet and also with CheapCaribbean.com, we were very anxious to see whether our trip would be as great as we hoped. First of all, we spoke with one of your Customer Service Reps , Blais. He was wonderful and took us through all the necessary steps to booking online. We felt very reassured and confident with his expertise in answering all our questions and concerns. We flew out of Toronto to Punta Cana , NH REAL ARENA Resort on November 22, 2009 for 3 weeks.
