booked a 5 day 4 night vacation through CheapCaribbean.com. The customer service was excellent. The flights booked were on time without interruption. Our CheapCaribbean representative suggested several hotels in LaRomana, Dominican Republic. We selected Dreams Hotel/Spa and were very happy with the accommodations and the rooms were clean. The pools and beach were very beautiful and they offered plenty of activities to keep you busy. There were 8 adults on this vacation but we all had the same complaint. The food was awful. There were many restaurants to choose from, but we only found 1 place where we actually enjoyed a meal, the seafood restaurant. None of the food had flavor or taste that we could relate to, so everyone felt hungry most of the time. Overall we had a wonderful trip together, but food is definitely a part of our travel experience and in that area we were quite disappointed. Joanne B.

My name is Shanona T.from NY and I was on vacation Oct 21-27. My fiance and I had a wonderful time at Couples Swept Away in Negril, Jamaica. We couldn't decide on which resort to select at first but we're glad we picked Couples. It was an affordable luxury. The staff was nice and the place was clean. The food was delicious. Nona

we recently returned from the Tamarijn in Aruba. We had an incredible time and are trying to determine when we can go back. The food was great, pina coladas were smooth. NIghtly programs were entertaining. Never snokeled before and we went on a bike & snorkel excursion with our resort (free to us). Loved it! It was so cool to see all the different fish under the sea!!! Beaches were beautiful - I like the low rise and have so much more beach than being at a high rise. Your prices were great - never booked an entire trip on line - all-inclusive accomodations, airport transfers and airlines ---thought I might end up in Aruba, North Dakota (if there is one) --but really ended up in paradise. thank you! We want to go back - How can we do it??? Molly T.

Dear Cheap Caribbean, Just wanted to let you know that my trip to the Dreams Resort and Spa in La Romana, DR on October 22 - 26 2009 was the best vacation I've ever had. The resort was great, the service fantastic, and the best beaches on the island. Plus, your combinations of flight and hotel prices can't be beat! All the makings of an incredible vacation! I would definitely book through CheapCaribbean.com again and have recommended the site to relatives for future vacations. C-ya on the beach! Walter

We went to Aruba October 17-24 2009 and we stayed at the Holiday Inn. We are six women, whom four of us have traveled to Aruba several times and two of us were new to the island. It was our first time using CheapCaribbean and we will continue to use them in the future if we can continue to get such a great deal. We had stayed at the Holiday Inn before and also knew what to expect, but it was nice to have a care free trip. We had no problems with our flights, airport transfers or hotel reservations. I recommend everyone visit Aruba at least onceso many people I know have fallen in love with the island!Elaine Z.

Just want you to know that we had a fabulous time at NH Real Resort in Punta Cana. The staff was absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to remember your name and greeted you every day with a smile. Of course we made our own party.as there were 30+ of us. My son got married and the staff did a great job arranging everything. They were very satisfied with everything. The food for the most part was very good. Always something that you would like. Sometimes they couldn't accommodate all of us at the restaurants but we realized that it was off season ( we went Nov.1-8-09 ) and they didn't have full staff. The grounds were very clean and the landscaping was so pretty. They rooms were very nice except for the bathroom being opened to the bedroom. It's fine for a couple but not if you have children with you. Also they should put in a full length mirror somewhere. Other then those two things the rooms are great. Again we had a wonderful time.Thanks. Anna P.,CT

i have been on vacation to the cancun area 6 previous times. this year i bought a 5 day vacation to valentin imperial maya from oct 29 through nov 2. this was the best vacation i have ever had. the resort was large and beautiful. my room was comparable to the finest resorts in the united states. the food was the equal of the finest restaurants that i would expect to pay $75 per meal. the service was friendly and prompt. i intend to book another vacation to this resort next year.

Good Afternoon Ms. H. I recently had the opportunity to talk with one of your representatives, Elizabeth West, regarding changing a reservation I made for my family for February 2010 to Mexico. Right after I booked the trip I realized that I had an important meeting on the day we were scheduled to leave and would be unable to keep my current reservation. When I called your customer service line I was anticipating a difficult conversation, but instead I was pleasantly surprised. Elizabeth was very courteous and helpful. She spent about an hour with me reviewing possible alternatives and was very creative. I ended up with a better flight and overall package and was thrilled. I was extremely impressed with Elizabeths ability to use all of her resources, anticipate my needs and provide me with an excellent customer service experience. I will absolutely use your travel agency again in the future as I am planning a trip for my husbands 50th birthday in May. Thank you for hiring an excellent employee, you are fortunate to have her on your team. Beverly F.

Don & Valerie K., N.Y.Travel Dates: 10/31/2009-11/07/2009Lifestyle Hacienda Resort & Spa 4 out of 5 stars. We arrived on a Saturday. The airport transport was very good. Check- in was very efficient. Everyone we encountered were very polite and extremely helpful. Having a VIP status was really nice. The VIP beach was great as were the beach bars with the top shelf liquor. Our room was neat and clean. The only negative we had was the quality of the food and the reservations method for the different restaurants. The food was just ok. 2 of the 3 restaurants were closed every evening. We found out that owners of condos or villas had first choice in reservations and thus left little choice for anyone else. Recommendations: Definitely go to the VIP Party on Sun as well as the show at Ocean World on Thurs.

Hello Cheap Caribbean, My name is Justin Mateer from Highland Village, TX and on November 2 - 8th my girlfriend Lauren Jones and I vacationed at the BlueBay Grand Esmerelda in Maya Riviera. Hurricane Ida was in the Caribbean the entire time that we were on vacation, however, the hotel and hotel staff were great in keeping us prepared and entertained. The food was great and the ala carte restaurants (especially the French and Mexican) were wonderful. We didn not have much time to spend at the pool or beach due to the rain but the staff kept the activities going in the sports bar so we always had something to do. I would love to go back when the weather was a bit nicer but overall the experience was great. Thank you for all of your help, we will book with you again! Regards, Justin M.

This was our first booking with Cheap Caribbean and we were pleasantly surprised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Resort. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The staffs were very friendly and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and 100% satisfied with our accommodation. Our only regret was that we did not extend our stay. We look forward to booking our next trip with Cheap Caribbean and have, without hesitation, recommended their site to all of our family and friends. a few remarks concerning my recent Vacation in the DR.This Resort was well worth visiting. The grounds were in excellent shape, clean, well taken care of.Pool area also was very clean. Ample chairs on the Beach, and plenty of space under the (cabana's)covers. The restaurants were excellent. Good food, multiple choices, never got bored. Weather wasperfect. Recommend doint the Outback Safari. Well worth the trip. Upgraded to beach front.Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Had awesome maids. Red Wine at dinner every evening wasvery good. Drinks were strong enough. What I must really comment on was the Entertainment at the Resort. It was fantastic. The employees are such a talented group of people. Not sure how many timesthey may do this particular show, but in my opinion they should do it every week so that all guests shouldhave the oppertunity to see this fantastic show. (TRIBUTE TO MICHAEL JACKSON). If I did not know thatMichael was gone I would have sworn that he was in the DR. Ricky Martin (i think real name) was as talentedas anyone I have ever seen. He was fantastic as was all the talented folks who were part of the show. All in all I would recommend this Resort to anyone. I will definetly go back.

Thanks to your presence on a number of travel sites, we learned via travelzoo of your special to the Bahamas. It was a perfect getaway for us, with minimal travel time and maximum vacation benefits. The vacation package your pleasant and capable phone agent booked for us and emailed to us was prompt, organized and complete. The trip itself went like clockwork, from flights to transfer shuttles to the hotel, and to checking into the hotel with the room upgrade and hotel vouchers that were promised. It was a little bit of heaven in what otherwise has been a very tough year...and we will anxiously be looking for the next getaway with you. Our heartfelt thanks for your service,Deborah M.James S.

Phyllis D. B., Illinois Travel Dates: October 1 through October 29, 2009 My vacation to Riviera Maya was absolutely wonderful! This was my second time to the area in 18 months. Previously, I stayed at another resort. I was very impressed with Dreams Puerto Aventuras--so impressed that I would visit this resort again. The thing that impressed me the most was the wonderful customer service given by each and every employee I came in contact with. Everyone smiles and make it a point to let you know they are there to serve you. I was very fortunate that I was able to experience both the Marina View room (two weeks) and the Ocean View Room (two weeks). If you want peace and quiet, the Marina View room is for you. You can have quiet moment on your balcony. Enjoy the tranquility of the adult only pool and hot tub with a cocktail or two or three.... The Ocean View Room provides a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea and lots of action. This is the active side of the resort. If you want to get an idea of what is going on, just go out on your balcony. I truly enjoyed both experiences. The food is good. There are some inconsistencies in the drinks and entrees. There is no guarantee that you will get the shrimp taco the same tomorrow as you had them today. Maybe because the chefs or bartenders change. Nonetheless, they will be good. What is especially nice is that you do not have to make reservations to enjoy the speciality restaurants. I went to all of them and found them all to be very nice. Don't expect a long beach to take those early morning or evening walks. It's not there. The beach is smaller than you will find at a mega resort. They make up for it with the personalized service on the beach. Beach waiters will bring you drinks, snacks or an entire meal while you sit back and enjoy the beach. You can still get that long walk by walking or taking a bike ride through the community of Puerto Aventuras. You can see the dolphins, have a snack at a chic cafe, browse through some shops, meet some of the local residents or just take in the scenery. The options are endless. There is really nothing I can say negative about this resort. When I left, I felt like I was leaving some of my family members and certainly friends behind. I even formed friendships with some of the staff and residents of Puerto Aventuras that I continue to enjoy since returning home. That is the greatest experience of all--connecting with people. This is my third vacation with CheapCaribbean.com. I have not been disappointed one time. Each and every time the entire process from the booking of the vacation to my return home has gone smoothly. As a result of this, I have referred this company to family, friends, and even other travelers while I am in the airport, on the beach or just having conversation. I am currently in the process of planning my next extended vacation with CheapCaribbean. Keep up the great job CheapCaribbean.com.

Travel dates: Oct 26th, 2009-Nov. 5th, 2009 We travelled to Aruba and stayed all-inclusive at the Holiday Inn. We have been to Aruba multiple times in the past 20 years, but were pleased with our stay at the Holiday Inn. We did not encounter any problems while we were there. I think on my next stay, I would try to stay in a different tower. We stayed at the Curaco tower, which is the one that has not yet been renovated. Although, we had no complaints, the bathroom was in need of some update. The people were so friendly, as most are in Aruba. We will definately go and stay at the Holiday Inn again. thank-youBetty G., VT

Our names are Lydia and Jack M., NY and on October 25, 2009 we went to the Excellence Hotel in Punta Cana. It was our 24th anniversary and we just wanted to relax. We did just that. Although this trip started out on a sour note because we missed our flight and had to miss a day of vacation, with the help of a wonderful Cheap Caribbean agent a bad situation was turned around. She helped us with transportation arrangements and conforted us in our distressing time. Once we got to Punta Cana the Excellence lived up to it's name. Everything was excellent, the room, the food and the beautiful amenities of the grounds. I would definitely go to this hotel again and I would recommend this to all my friends. I would not hesitate to use Cheap Caribbean again. I found there vacation preparation very easy and all the staff I encountered were very peronable and helpful. Thank you CheapCaribbean.com and Excellence Punta Cana

stayed at the Wyndham Tangerine in Cabarete, DR. Pros: Basically the place was nice, the grounds and the beach were nice. People cleaned the beach daily, raking up the seaweed, etc. If someone is looking for calm waters, they won't get it there. There's constant waves (which I like). The buffet was pretty good. Cons: The room was somewhat small. In the 4000 building where I stayed, you could hear the bass from the discotheque down the beach reverberating through the room from about 11:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. The internet didn't work. I had to walk on the other side of the complex to get a connection. The staff spoke little English, communication with the front desk was pretty difficult. I would give the Wyndham Tangerine 3.5 stars out of 5 stars. Paul from Boston

The hotel was very nice. The pool area was great and the beach was beautiful. The casino was very small and they didnt have enough dealers for the few table games that they had. The Italian restaurant was very good. It was also the only restaurant that was opened. When we booked our vacation nobody bothered to tell us that most and on Sunday and Monday all of the restaurants except for the coffee shop were closed. It rained two out of four days. Inspite of all the problems we had a very nice time. Sharon

My name is Elizabeth K., Ma. 01908 My husband and I went to St Croix with CheapCaribbean.com November 1st and stayed at the Carambola resort for 4 nights. We had a fabulous time. Cheap Caribbeanwas a great agent to use. I had an extended stay planned and received excellent help with my plans. The Carambola was a beautiful location but In my opinion did need soon attention to maintence and the grounds could have been kept cleaner, fruit littered the ground and was not cleaned up , just left for the ants, or to rot. We will always check with CheapCaribbean first for all our travel plans. Thank you

Hi-Carambola Beach Resort was very enjoyable. My husband and I had a clean and comfortable room with a very relaxing view of the sea from the screened porch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool gave a refreshing relief after a hot day driving "on the wrong side" of the road and playing tourist. The kitchen supplies were adequate for preparing simple meals which we enjoyed from the screened porch while listening to the surf. The frogs at night sounded a bit like birds serenading us from the trees. We would recommend Carambola to others and we would like to go back there again.Thank you for this package.George and Janice S.

Review: I arrived at Montego Bay Jamaica and stayed at the Riu Hotel and Resort October 30 through November 2, 2009. I had never been to an all inclusive resort before. Cheap Caribbean took care of everything. My flight, transfers to and from the airport and the hotel stay. I will definitely book again soon. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful, the food and service was excellent and I now know that this is a perfect way to go on vacation. Nothing went wrong and I strongly recommend Cheap Caribbean for their excellent service and the value that I got for the money. I am only sorry that I didnt stay longer. My next trip will be longer because I now trust this site and want to thank Cheap Caribbean for their excellent service and the wonderful time I had at beautiful Montego Bay Jamaica.Camille C., FL

Hello all Austin and Eugenia Beecher, Bunker Hill Illinois. October 8 thru October 16th.Carambola Beach Resort and Spa, and Copa Marina Beach Resort and Spa... My husband and I recently flew to St Croix Virgin Islands and then To Puerto Rico. My husband nor I had ever seen the ocean before and so this trip was so special to us and we were hoping upon hope that it would be worth it. And let me tell you it was.. First of all I called Cheap Caribbean to make our plans because we wanted to go to The Virgin Islands and to Puerto Rico in the same trip. There were a few minor details that had to be worked out once we got there but it was no problem. The cheap Caribbean agents were so friendly and nice it was like talking to a friend. Our plane trip there would have been nice except it was just so crowded. I have had 3 artificial knees put in my right leg and I use a cane. I am unable to bend my leg very well so it was rather hard sitting in the coach seats. My husband is 6'6" and he had a hard time also.. We decided on our flight back we would upgrade to first class and it was wonderful. If you can afford the extra for 1st class by all means do it. My husband said from now on when we travel we will have to go first class.. :) Other than being cramped on the plane everything else went fine.We finally got to St Croix and had rented a jeep. We were told to rent a jeep by someone who had been there before and I am so glad we did. If you are planning on taking a trip to St Croix try to rent a jeep if at all possible. We stayed at Carambola Beach Resort and Spa and it was absolutely beautiful there. The people were very friendly and the Rum punch was just Fantastic. We stayed 5 nights in St Croix which wasn't long enough. I would have moved there if possible....lol . Carambola resort is more laid back and quiet which is what we were looking for. Our room was right on the ocean and how relaxing to fall asleep to the waves hitting the rocks and the shore... I don't know how else to describe it except.. AWESOME....The beach was at the other end from where we were staying but it was a nice walk. If you didn't want to walk anywhere there they would pick you up in a golf cart and drive you to anywhere on the resort. The beach was so nice too and beautiful.. We swam every day in the ocean. When I first saw the ocean I had tears in my eyes to think that God had put this here for all to enjoy.. How marvelous. There was a cafe-bar and a restaurant. The cafe was right by the swimming pool which was very convenient to get something to eat or a drink from the bar. If you do go there make sure to get a Carambola Crush.. I don't know how many of those I had while I was there but they were MMMM MMMM Good. We had got the breakfast deal where we had paid for through Cheap Caribbean so every morning we had breakfast there. We ate some meals there but we went to a grocery store in Christiansted and bought some food to eat in our room. One day we went driving not just on the main roads, We went way up in the hills where the roads were hardly roads. We saw so much beauty while we were driving. We just had a wonderful fantastic and AWESOME time in Virgin Islands.. Next we were off to Guanica Puerto Rico. We stayed at Copamarina Beach Resort and Spa. We realized once we got there everything was in Spanish and neither of us know very much Spanish. When we went to get our car rental we had to also rent a GPS system so we knew where we were going. We stayed 3 nights in Guanica. It was very nice there and the resort was beautiful but the dirrerence was that the ocean was in a cove so there was no waves hitting the shores etc. The ocean was very calm there. We went to Gilligan's Island one day and what we really enjoyed there was going on a sunset cruise. We saw the iguana cliff.. There were huge iguanas all over this cliff. It was something to see. Also we went to where the 2nd largest group of manitees are but it was getting dark then and we were unable to see any. We did see a couple of them flop though. Well to end my review I would have to say we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed Virgin Islands much better than Puerto Rico but they were both very nice.. So I want to say thank you to Cheap Caribbean for making this a memorable time in our lives... Eugenia B., IL

Karen O.,KSTravel Dates: 10/27 - 11/03Resort: Grand Oasis Caribbean Resort - Cancun Flights were exactly as expected with no travel delaysHotel was rated 3 1/2. Pros: Excellent willing to please staff, acceptable food and availability, bar service was good. Upgraded to Super Saver Ocean view and had a good view from the 10th floor. Cons: Especially annoying was that three of the 7 days the water to the entire 10 story hotel was turned off for several hours to fix a system in a "new' hotel. Also lost electricity for a few hours one day. All this was without warning. You probably need to describe the beach better on the website. Or urge travelers to check other's reviews prior to booking. I know it should be a no brainer but I found out things about the hotel after I booked by reading many, many reviews.

After I book this trip for my companion and myself, I felt very apprehensive. We had never used CheapCaribbean, and had never been to Puerto Rico. Then to add to my anxiety someone made a negative comment about the trip. Well we just returned from 4 nights + air deal we received through CheapCaribbean at the San Juan Marriott and Stellaris Casino. It was a fabulous vacation. The hotel was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable and absolutely beautiful. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and extremely helpful as well as everyone we met on the street or in the stores. My fears quickly disappeared. The area where the hotel sat was very convenient to other areas of interest, so we never felt trapped in one spot inspite of the fact that we didn't rent a car. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. And the area was clean, well lit and very secure. On the way home my companion turned to me and asked when we were going back. He said it was the best vacation we have ever taken, and I have to agree. We were very pleased with CheapCaribbean, and would use it again in a heartbeat!

My name is Michael C., NJ. My booking Id is bookingID: 30244305. My wife and I traveled from October 30, 2009 to November 2, 2009. We stayed at the Wyndham Palace and Casino in Nassau, Bahamas. We thought the Wyndham was a nice hotel. We ate at one of the restaurants in the hotel- Moso. The food was very good and reasonably priced- but we are accustomed to NY prices. We only had one glitch when we checked in- our room had not been vacated and the front desk did not know as they checked us in and gave us a key- but there were people in the room. The front desk was not especially helpful in finding another comparable room- as it took 2 tries to get what we had paid for- a beach view room with a king size bed.Other than that- the pool service was great- the beach was very nice- and we would return again. Michael C.

We went to Lifestyles Resort in the Dominican Republic and had an absolutely fantastic time. The resort was better than we even expected and every part of our trip went very smoothly. The reps at the resort were also very helpful as well as those picking us up at the airport. I would recommend this resort to anyone. DG

Aleksandra & Robert Y., ArizonaTraveled to BDS 10/27/09 to 11/03/09 This was a return trip to the Crane Resort in Barbados. It was our 2nd marriage anniversary. We love the property, the friendly staff, scenery, food, sea and everything else that goes with it. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. We got upgraded because the a/c was not working and we were return customers. This is a 5 start resort and it lives up to its name in service, scenery, and amenities. This is a resort on a very quiet and small beach. This is a resort for the quaint at heart. For someone looking for real peace and quiet. They have a lovely new Bar 1887 and the decor is very tropical and jazzy. The Village is still being built with more shops to come. Everyone is very friendly and so accommodating---from the groundskeepers, to housekeeping, to desk clerks, bartenders, management, security and strangers. Maintenance workers are on top of an issue immediately. We returned to the Crane because we love the property and the service we received. It is a bit far from town...about 40 minutes....rent a car, but well worth it. 5 pools, Managers cocktail party, you have to seek out the timeshare salespeople....they do not hound you like other resorts, guest services is ready and willing to book any excursion your heart desires...massages, cruises, water sports...anything....Still loving it after 10 years...sorry that I did not discover the Crane earlier in my travels to Barbados. Please visit this wonderful property...you will not be disappointed. Cheers!

Joe W.,Tx.Travel Date: 10-26 to 10-30Catolinia Riviera Maya All-Inclusive If you are reading this then you must be wondering to yourself, "Hmm.. Why should I be interested in what CheapCaribbean.com has to offer?" Well let me tell you, My wife and I took a luxurious trip to the rich depths of Cancun, Mexico. The words All-Inclusive will change your life. We stepped off the plane and were instantly greeted with kind weather and benevolant faces. The sign up process is very simple and as long as you hold onto all your verification documents your whole trip will run smoothly. The scenery at the Maya Resort is beautifully located in between two other resorts (of which you get to peruse through and enjoy more for what you originally paid for.) The beach looks the exact way it shows on the websites: Clear waters, sparkling sand, the suites are enormous (big plus considering we were newlyweds.) There are so many perks to all-inclusive too: You get a neat little wristband which entitles you to free drinks of any kind from sun up to sun down, free food and private restaurants (you can freely sign up for them.) In addition to having flexibility in your leaisure time, you can also explore the vast cultural treasures of Mexico. You go to the historical shopping stores, or to thier prized diving coves for snorkeling, jet skiing, zip-lining, para-sailing, 4x4 Wheeling, etc. Check it out if you are looking for a romantic getaway or a family filled extravagaza. For real though.

We went to Lifestyles Resort in the Dominican Republic and had an absolutely fantastic time. The resort was better than we even expected and every part of our trip went very smoothly. The reps at the resort were also very helpful as well as those picking us up at the airport. I would recommend this resort to anyone. DG

My daughter and I visited Excellence Playa Mujeres in October, 2009. What a lovely resort! The establishment was clean, modern, and luxuriously appointed. The design layout was nice, though, there is alot of walking if you are placed in a room at the back of the hotel, as we were. The room was wonderful and we had a gorgeous view of the meandering pool. The breakfast and lunch buffets were delicious, with many choices for all tastes. There were waits for the restaurants at night, most nights, but only for about 20 minutes. I was a bit disappointed with the beach as the water was not the crystal, turquiose water I had expected. The beach itself was narrow and the water was a pale green. But, it was warm and clear. While this resort had many amenities to entertain and please, it really is a couples place. My daughter and I were probably the only non-couple there. Of course, all of the staff were very professional and did everything possible to make us comfortable. It was a great vacation and I would recommend it for honeymooners in a heartbeat!!!

From October 27 to November 3, 2009, my wife and I, along with another couple, stayed at Lifestyles Haciendas Resort and Spas in Puerto Plata, Cofresi Beach in the Dominican Republic. This trip seemed to be doomed from the beginning. We originally booked at Sun Village in Puerto Plata. About 40 days before we were to check in, we found out through the Facebook page for Cheap Caribbean that the resort had closed its doors. We were so looking forward to staying there as we had heard such great things about it. After contacting Cheap Caribbean, we were assured that our money was safe and that we would have a choice of 4 resorts to replace Sun Village. After some deliberation, we decided on Lifestyles, and were quite comfortable with our decision. On the 26th of October, we left home for the drive to the airport. A case of nerves on the part of one of the travellers forced us to stop at a back country bar in search of an emergency toilet. Fortunately, on a Monday night (early Tuesday morning actually), they were still open and there were no further incidents on the drive, other than the border customs agent being bored and deciding he should look through all of our suitcases before letting us through. We arrived at the airport about 3 hours before scheduled departure. We had to go through Arrivals because Departures wasnt open yet. Neither was JetBlues check in counter. Our flight was to leave Buffalo for JFK at 5:50 hrs and our info said to be there 2.5 hours beforehand. At 4:30, precisely 1 hour and 20 minutes before the flight, we spoke with a lovely lady from JetBlue at the check in counter. She promptly informed us that our flight had been cancelled and we could either remain in Buffalo for the entire day, overnight at their expense and get the same flight the next day (which likely would have been cancelled as well.did I mention we were offered a free, overnight stay in BUFFALO!) or fly into Santiago, DR and take a 2hour drive (at JetBlues expense) through the countryside to our resort. We opted for the Santiago option, but before we confirmed it, the lady at the counter did I mention she was lovely? looked closer and thought we should take the chance that we could take a later flight into JFK and still make our original flight to Puerto Plata. We decided to try this, thinking that if nothing else, a day in New York City would be better than a day in Buffalo. We looked and saw that we had 20 minutes between flights, arriving at gate 7 and departing gate 21. Great, a full on sprint through JFK! Turns out our flight was short, and the gates were about 100 feet from each other in JetBlues own terminal at JFK. On we go to Puerto Plata. So, we have had our original resort go bankrupt and close down, an intestinal issue, our luggage searched by a nosy/bored border guard, a flight cancelled and rerouted so far. Did I mention that we bumped into about half the RAW (WWE Wrestling) roster at the Buffalo airport and had our picture taken with John Cena? That was cool. Anyway, we made it to Puerto Plata and.wonder of wonders.our transportation that was booked and paid for was waiting for us. The driver had to turn off the air conditioning to get up a couple of the hills, but all in all it was an uneventful ride. Uneventful that is, with the exception of the police officer on the back of the motorcycle jumping off at about 15 KPH with 12 gauge in hand to make a traffic stop RIGHT BESIDE OUR VAN!!!!!! We got to the resort safely and with more than a little to talk about for years to come. The concierge, desk staff and bellhops were very friendly and we had a drink in our hand as soon as they could take our bags from us. We were helped to our rooms and by the time the bags were set down, I had my hand on my wallet to give a tip, but the bellhop was on his way out, wishing us a pleasant stay without even looking back. We talked to a couple of people and were told we MUST attend the American BBQ around the pool that night. We did and the food was amazing. Great ambience, good food and good company. After an exhausting day, we retired early to our comfortable rooms and had a great nights sleep. In the morning we awoke to a beautiful day and bumped into another couple who told us to make sure we took advantage of the V.I.P. features. We didnt realize we even had these to look forward to. Turns out it was a condition of the transfer from one resort to another, thanks to Cheap Caribbean. We headed to the V.I.P. beach area and what we saw there blew our minds King Size 4-poster beds, most with canopy and privacy curtains, some in bunk bed form, overlooking the ocean. Friendly wait staff offered bed and pool side drinks and food, from burgers to fish and chips. We were treated to the resorts weekly V.I.P. Welcome banquet and party on our 2nd last night there and the food, which had been good all week long, was exquisite this night. Lobster, beef wellington, vegetables, potatoes of several different styles, cold and hot dishes, sweets and desserts, all the drink you could ask for, and all of it fabulous in taste and presentation. The live band and entertainment was great and the fireworks set the whole thing off. We did two day trips while we were in Puerto Plata. The first one was a trip on the cable car and a tour of the city. It was very informative, with great opportunities for photographs and learning a little about the area. The guide was excellent as well, keeping us entertained the whole time. The second trip was the Caribbean Cruise, a 2 hour (approx.) sail on a 60 all wood schooner to Paradise Island, actually a sandbar off the coast of the Dominican Republic. We were served breakfast and lunch on the ship, with drink aplenty. The snorkelling off Paradise Island was an amazing experience, with the fish eating from our hands and the jellyfish bumping harmlessly against our masks and bodies. At the end of the trip, we had a limbo contest and a biggest splash contest. I will brag and tell you that I won the biggest splash contest, proving that it is not size but technique that matters. As you can tell, the trip didnt look to be starting out too well, but some people we talked to while at the resort told us that they had stayed at Sun Village before and Lifestyles was a far better resort. The flight issue was mitigated by the friendly JetBlue staff and the fact that we got to see a bunch of the wrestlers that I watch every Monday night on television. In short, I would recommend Cheap Caribbean to anyone, and have done so already. I was pleased with JetBlue and Lifestyles resorts as well. Dioby, our Cheap Caribbean representative at the resort was very helpful and if you need anything while you stay here, ask him. He will help you. Ian C.

Hi:My name is Robin R. and I traveled to the Valentine Imperial Maya on October 26-November 1-09. I can't begin to tell you what a fabulous trip to the Valentine Imperial Maya I had for me and my friends. Everything out the experience was way beyond my expectations of a luxury vacation. In the friendliest, safest environment we all enjoyed great food, location, entertainment and service. The staff was over the top nice in a good way and the Cuban Salsa band was an experience of a lifetime. Thank you Cheap Caribbean for making this vacation a trip of a life time that I could actually afford. Gratefully Robin R.

Hello,My husband and I stayed at the Valentin Imperial Maya for a week in September and I just wanted to tell you how much we loved it.We got a great deal that included a beautiful room, huge pool, clean, gorgeous beach, more than enough wonderful restaurants and a really beautiful resort. From the direct flight, fast courteous pick-up, welcoming reception to the hotel Doctors both my husband and I had to visit while we were there (minor problems), everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and accommodating. i would not hesitate to return again and again.Thank You for your help in one of our best vacations ever! Dear CC,My family and I visited PR at the end of October and had a fabulous time. We even met other folks that had booked the same vacation deal. We are hoping to visit PR again in the near future, maybe June of 2010. For any vacation to the caribbean, I will always check cheapcaribbean first. I have recommended CC to my friends. They were amazed by the deal we got. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation. Dawn M.

My wife and I take 2 to 3 trips per year. We try to go to Aruba every October. This October we visited Aruba from Oct 27th through Nov 3rd. It was our first trip through CheapCaribbean.com, and I have to say it was our best ever. We were booked with the Aruba Marriott Resort, and it was a vert good choice. The Resort went through a recenht renevation, and it is very nice. The weather was great, service great, and the people was very friendly. Every where you turned, employees were there to assist in any way they could. The weather was great, except for a very brief rain shower one afternoon. (and SPF100 sent me a $100 coupon off my next CheapCaribbean vacation) You can rest assured my next vacation will be booked through CheapVacation.com Jerry C., Ky Travel Dates: 10/27/09 through 11/3/09

I recently booked a rather complicated vacation...rather than bore you with the details...let me just say that your travel agent Brian Texas was excellent! He was patient...letting me explore various options...and advising me on when he could get be the best rates and deal. I hope you'll pass this along to his supervisor. You've got a great employee! Best wishes Lee Gray

Kimberly S., Dickson City, Pa. We traveled to Nassau, Bahamas Oct 25th-Oct 30th. Stayed at Breezes. Everything about this trip was perfect. The flight was on time, transportation to the resort was quick. The resort was beautiful and so clean. The rooms were very nice. We had a nice view. We walked approx. 8 minutes to the casino at the Wyndham. The weather was beautiful. Everyone at Breezes was kind and helpful. It was such a fun trip. This was the second time we used CheapCaribbean.com and we couldn't have gotten a better deal. CheapCaribbean.com is the way to book vacations.

Dorothy T., In. Travel Dates, October 27-Nov. 1, 2009 Hotel: Oasis Cancun This was my first time visiting Cancun. I was pleasantly suprised by the resort grounds. The grounds were wonderful and the pool was great with a lot of activity during the day. We were very disappointed that the pool closed at 6pm in the evening. We enjoyed wonderful meals at all the different restaurants and the staff was wonderful. Our room however, was horrible. The room smelled musty and it was dirty. The smell was so bad that even after we came home our clothes and suitcases all smelled. We would not stay at this resort again because of the rooms. The room accessories did not even include a clock. The balcony was so small only two people could stand on it. The sheets were never changed in the 5 days of our stay. We had to ask for extra towels daily because we were only provided with two.

Name: John and Kathy H, FL Travel Dates: 10/28/2009 - 11/1/2009 Resort: Dreams La Romana Review: Dreams La Romana does not disappoint its name. It is a dream. We stayed at Dreams La Romana for four nights and only wish it could have been longer. The staff was superb, the grounds were impeccably kept, and the restaurants had wonderful service and food. We stayed in Building 3 on the top floor with a partial ocean view and very centrally located to everything. While we had anticipated the room to resemble the pictures we saw before booking, when it did not, it was not a huge disappointment and was comfortable and very clean. The bath amenities are great and come in much larger bottles than found in other hotels. One evening, we returned to find the housekeeper had made two giant swans out of towels, covered in flower petals, along with a bottle of champagne on ice and two glasses. The beach was our favorite spot. Service there was just as great as elsewhere and a mamajuana (drink) was never far away, though lethal. Hamburgers served daily from the grill on the beach had a nice twist - chimichura sauce. One evening, we also had lobster on the beach; not the best lobster we've had but with the view, the ocean, service, and endless wine, who cares about the lobster? I especially enjoyed Portofino restaurant and their lasagna. The food at El Patio, the mexican restaurant, was just OK but the service was great. Just off the lobby is Coco Cafe, a great little coffee spot in the spirit of Starbucks. Great peanut butter cookies. I even took some with me for the trip home. World Cafe is certainly the best spot for breakfast and has an extensive buffet. We arrived late in the afternoon and found the Seaside Grill with their great pannini sandwiches. And always, wherever you went, there was endless top shelf liquor and Spanish wine, all included. We culled a tip from a review from another traveler who suggested bringing lots of dollar bills for tips. We did the same, tipped everyone well, and the staff just could not do enough for us. I did go to the spa one day and there, like everywhere else, the service was fanstastic. We also took a walk down the beach and into Bayahibe. It is a very small fishing village and there are a few vendors on the beach but, sadly, nothing much of interest to buy. The picture taking opportunities, however, are endless. We always felt safe and even the off-resort vendors did not persist after giving them a polite 'no, thank you.' If at all possible, fly into La Romana. The airport at Santa Domingo is 1 3/4 hours away by car and Punta Cana is 1 1/2 hours by car. However, if either is unavoidable, it is still interesting to see the countryside when traveling to the resort. You may even want to buy some cashews from the vendors in the towns you pass through.

Hey Jim, Just leaving you some feedback regarding the stay at the Condado Hilton. If you remember I was the guy who was on the same flight and then in the same hotel as you during the last week of October. My friend and I had a great time. The hotel was spectacular. The service, amenities, etc., etc. were great. We were impressed all week with the great value we got. Really the hotel in and of itself was worth the trip, there was something for the family oriented, leisure, young, and/or adventurous. If there was one drawback it was that the casino had some shady types, but I guess that is to be expected in a casino. The add-ons were great and although we only took advantage of a few, the transport service was excellent. They were there at baggage pick-up when we arrived and confirmed several times our departure flight and time.My one regret is that I didnt have more time to spend there. We definitely saw a good deal of San Juan but didnt have time to make it out to the rainforest or to the beaches better suited for surfing. Really San Juan occupied us thoroughly for the week. If you have specific questions or a form youd prefer Id fill out let me know.I will definitely be booking another trip with Cheapcaribbean in the near future. Thanks! And also thanks for the drinks at the pool! Adam R.

Lori Y., MO Travel: 10/24/09 - 10/29/09 Resort: Conrad Condado Plaza, San Juan This was my first trip with cheapcaribbean.com, and I have to say that I was very impressed! I was amazed at the great deal when booking. I had found discount airfares to San Juan, but, when I tried to book the hotel on my own, I couldn't even come close to the package price offered at your website. This enabled my sister and I to treat another friend to a trip for her 50th birthday...and celebrate it on the beach! While I was booking the trip, it actually came back with a further price reduction. As part of the deal, we were offered a $100 debit card to spend in San Juan, along with some discount coupons. I admit I was skeptical, especially about the debit card. We checked in to the hotel on Saturday night, and they did tell me I had to wait until Monday for the debit card. On Monday, I had to wait for a manager. He was available within a few minutes, gave me the card, and explained how to use it. To my amazement, I was actually to use the card in the hotel ATM to withdraw $100 cash to spend any way we wanted! While we didn't use the discount coupons which were all for excursions, I could see them being valuable for those wanting a more energetic vacation. About the hotel - we had all stayed there before. It is very nice. Hilton has bought the hotel and there has been much renovation. It has a very nice, but rather small beach. It is perfect for us. We like this location because it is right on the beach, a short cab ride from Old San Juan, and within walking distance of souvenir shops, a local market, and several restaurants, including a couple with wonderful Puerto Rican cuisine. There were a couple other nice surprises with the deal - a $25 credit to our account at the hotel, which was nice for helping to cover lunch and drinks at the pool, and 2 free drink coupons for the Eternal Lounge in the lobby. This is a very nice lounge, with a wonderful atmosphere and friendly servers. The hotel offers a variety of activities - one evening we made it to their "Mojito Seminar" in the lounge and actually got to make our own Mojitos! I would definitely recommend this hotel. It isn't perfect - storage in the hotel rooms could be a little better, beds could be a little comfier. It is a "Conrad" and restaurants and other services can be a bit pricey. However, it has great amenities - an Asian restaurant and sushi bar open way late, Starbucks downstairs, a restaurant serving a great breakfast with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean, two more restaurants plus casual dining by the main pool, an ice cream parlor, excellent fitness center, several pools, casino, beach with free lounge chairs and towel service, great bellman to help with bags or call for a taxi, ATM, etc. San Juan is truly a beautiful place. Previous trips we just visited before or after a cruise for a few nights. This was just a trip to enjoy San Juan. No regrets, and I really appreciate the great service offered by cheapcaribbean.com!

Marjorie M.NY Travel 10/26/09- 10/30/09Hotel NU Punta Cana My overall experience was nice with the exception of arrival and check in to the hotel. My fiance and I offerred an upgrade, which we immediately accepted and paid for $100.00 for a deluxe room with ocean view. Once in the room, it was less than a partial ocean view, with construction work and workers underneath our balcony. When contacting front desk, we were sent to another room, with no ocean view. After approximately one hour, we were finally given a room of our satisfaction. The hotel manager, was not accomidating, and rude to my fiance. He suggested that we "were just trying to get a suite" out of the situation, which i was insulted by.The property of the hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The food was below satisfaction,The service was satisfactory and all were very nice at all times (with the exception of the hotel manager). Again, overall, I had a nice vacation. Sincerely,Marjorie M.

Hello,We just returned from Cancun on November 3rd. It was fabulous. The only thing I would like to report is that we had trouble getting the room we booked. It took two days to get a King room. The hotel had a beautiful resort and grounds and the staff was top notch. The hotel it's self, out dated and rated as a 4 star....no more like 2.Thank youTina

Our trip to Club Ambiance, Runaway Bay, Jamaica 10/20/09 through 10/30/09 was the best, most relaxing time we have had in years. The people at Club Ambiance were so accommadating and eager to make sure our every need was met. The food, I thought, was excellent and could have been a health spa with the variety at each meal. Our room was very neat and clean and the a/c was the best I've ever seen in a hotel room. The activities and beach were very nice as well. All the reservations for side trips and to and from the airport were double checked by an agent from CheapCaribbean right at the resort and set up on the spot. We will go back to Jamaica and we will use CheapCaribbean again. Also it was nice to find that the locals were just as nice as the staff at the resort.

Just returned from my first vacation using CheapCaribbean. I must say everything was as promised. The price was great, the resort was exceptional. We spent a week at Grand Oasis Marien in Pueto Plata, Dominican Republic from October 17th- the 24th.. We used the shuttle service that was ready and waiting to take us to the resort. They were there to pick us up to return to the airport. No waiting, no hassle with taxis. We did not go on any excursions on this trip but were given all the necessary information when we arrived on the shuttle. We had great weather but it did rain one evening on vacation and we were given a voucher to use for future traveled as promised. We own three timeshares so I never use vacation web sites but I am glad I did. I will definitely use them again.Lynne & Robert M., NY

My guest and I has a splendid time at the resort. There was not much around the hotel however within a 15 minute walk there were great restaurants to get the Puerto Rican experience. We rented a car and visited several of the tourist sites such as the Bacardi Rum Factory, Rain Forest, 2 Forts and Old San Juan. The hotel was very nice and had some of the best hummus I every tasted. The drinks were a little pricy. On a scale of 1 - 5. I would give my vacation a 4. I would have given it a 5 if it were an all-inclusive. Thanks Deitra W.

We stayed at the Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort and Spa. It was absolutely AWESOME! I would recommend this resort to everyone but make sure you do the VIP treatment. The VIP beach and bar were GREAT. You get top of the line alcohol. The staff at the VIP Beach/Bar were the BEST....we have been to the DR four times and this resort AWESOME. The VIP parties were fabulous.... Sherry, NC

My name is Amanda C., NJ Traveled from October 22-26th, I went with my mother (Jamie C.) to Aruba. We stayed at the Marriott and Stellaris Casino. The staff was extremely knowledgeable at the hotel and very helpful. However our reservation mentioned we had the "European Plan" to which we did not know what it meant, nor did anyone on the staff. The resort was gorgeous! We thoroughly enjoyed our time by the pool- the pool bar being one of our favorite places to relax. The 2 for $11 drink specials were certainly a plus! However two of bar tenders inside the lobby of the resort were not very knowledgeable with their drinks. They did not make the drinks properly and were not very "people friendly."The concierge desk was extremely helpful! They helped us with reservations at restaurants as well as on DePalm Tours to do a Happy Hour Cruise and Snorkeling Adventure as well as a Sunset Cruise. Definitely fun and worthwhile adventures to take!Being at the end of the "Hotel Row" in Aruba had both its ups and downs. It was great to be able to have no one in the water to our right (when looking at the beach) and to have the peace and quiet of everything. However it also meant it took a lot of walking to get "downtown" to the shops and the restaurants (of course that was helpful ensuring our pants still fit when we got back home with all the great food we had!).Both my mother and I have decided it was certainly an island we would go back to. In addition we discussed staying at the Marriott again and agreed it would be great

RIU Palace Las Americas Recommendation Since I was on CheapCaribbean.com obviously I was looking for a cheap vacation. Ive traveled the world and enjoy the J.W. Marriott class of hotels. But here was the deal on RIU Palace in Cancun I couldnt resist. For the money I spent it has been the best vacation Ive ever enjoyed. The hotel has the look of a 1920 Victorian from the outside, but it is all of 5 years old and amazingly beautiful on the inside. When you first enter the lobby, it is stunning and has the real feel of being in a true palace. The rooms are truly spacious and the ocean views are memories for a lifetime. The porches have couches and hanging fans, where you can feel like you have stepped back in time, and the gentle breezes have never stopped. We came to Cancun in the last week of October and the water in the ocean and pools was bathtub warm and plenty of sunshine to get a deep tan. The first day we had to eat at a buffet, which was the Italian restaurant. I dont know what was better, the gourmet food or the service. We have enjoyed all of the restaurants tremendously, the Brazilian, the Japanese, the Steak House, and the breakfast buffets. I could write a page on each restaurant, the food was off the charts, the wine, cocktails, and Champaign flowed. Even in your room, they kept the mini bar stocked, beer and liquor, as part of the all inclusive package. To stop here would be enough to say the hotel has far exceeded our expectations, but the best is yet to be told. All the help, from the check in, the maids, the pool people, to all the servers in the restaurants are the best part of the palace, they treat you like royalty. They are always smiling, helpful, and doing everything to please you. This is an amazing experience and could set the measure for all hotels by which to be rated. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Alex E., VA Dreams Tulum10/18-23 Excursions: Swim with Dolphins, Coba (AllTourNative), horseback riding. We had a fabulous time in Tulum. The resort was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by the food options offered, it was much better than I thought it would be! We booked 3 excursions, Coba being the best of the three. The horseback riding excursion was disappointing as we thought it would be on the beach, not in the jungle and we had a huge mosquito problem that cut the trip short. Dreams Tulum was beautiful, well kept, and very clean. Purchasing through CheapCaribbean.com was very easy and all documents were in order. We had a layover coming back into the country which we thought was too short, but everything worked out just fine! I'll definitely be booking my next vacation with CheapCaribbean.com.

This was our first all inclusive vacation. It was memorable and worth a return. The food was better than we had anticipated. We never had a bad meal. Although, I would have expected a better nachos being south of the border. Service was over the top. All of the hotel employees were true service champions. It was beyond this. More than training. Employees seemed to care about us having a great time more than just being service friendly. Employee personalities were excellent and made us feel like we were wanted there. Not just short term residents in which they had to serve. The hotel was new and extremely clean. No complaints on this at all. Experience suggestions. Purchase insect repellent in the states and check with baggage. This is very expensive in the hotel store and the repellent was not that good. You will need this. Tip if you can. Service personnel do not make much and the smallest of tips is greatly appreciated. If you wish to go shopping, take the more expensive taxi then the bus. You lose valuable shopping time picking up folks at other hotels via the bus excursion. We only had one hour at Cancuns Mercado 28. You really need several hours here. Also, wait to purchase any liquor at the duty free shop in the airport. Keep room in your checked baggage. Youll be given a chance to pack it as you come through customs stateside. The liquor at Cancun airport is much cheaper than in town. Purchase your excursions on line before you go. If you must wait until you get there, use the hotel business office. Youll save 35% by not using hotel services. We went for our 25th wedding anniversary. We will go back! It was that good! Rick S.,MS

Dear CheapCaribbean.com, We can't thank you enough for a very memorable trip. The whole experience was wonderful. The Marriott was a beautiful hotel and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms were large, extremely clean, quite and we had a magnificent view from our balcony. Overall we enjoyed every minute. It was a dream come true. Thank you so much for this special offer. We will not hesitate to book a trip with CheapCaribbean.com again. Terry

Our trip was to be a mental health trip. Not going too far and a direct flight.San Juan Rio Mar Beach Resort Oct. 21st to 25th.The place was just perfect. More beautiful than we needed or expected. Not crowded at all. The most people that we ever saw on the beach was about 12. Very peaceful & very clean. We could walk on the grounds or on the beach for miles. In 2 miles of beach we passed 4 people. The restaurants were great. The service fantastic, polite and prompt. The food was all out of this world. Nighttime was still quiet, unless you chose to go to the casino. Outdoors there is a bar and food. The pools are well kept and really nice. The room ( and we got a smaller room) , was just perfectly clean and very nice. The water was pleasantly wavy. Not rough at all.The one thing that I didnt like was the prices of outings. If you wanted to leave the property, anything you wanted to do would cost a fortune. We were very content where we were! The only complaint was that Cheap Carribean told me that there was good snorkeling there (one thing that I requested), and there were no fish anywhere near there at all. And the price goes up quickly from the advertised low rate after you add a few things . Anne K.

My wife and I went to Cancun last month. Had a great time. The whole trip was very affordable and relaxing. I would have loved a warning about the time share agents that hit you when you come into the airport exit... And then hit you again in the hotel lobby... Besides that, it was a great trip. Food was alright. Weather was great. Rooms were great, etc.It was our first time using CheapCaribbean, but we'll use it again.ThanksChad Hovind

Recently went to Grand Cayman, booked entirely through your site with fabulous results. Prices were great and even better when you consider the value we got for our money. Would definitely use your site again and have been recommending it to others. Only problem we had was in getting the resort to honor the $150 resort credit, they finally did but that was their problem not really yours. Resort was delightful as was the whole vacation! We went to Grand Cayman Oct 25-30 and stayed at the Grand Cayman Beach Suites. We had our 16 yr old with us and she had a great time as well. Ate at 2 of the restaurants at our resort and those were very nice and food was quite good too. Managed to take a lot of food with us so that lowered our expenses once we were on the island considerably. Did lots of diving and rented a car for 24 hrs and explored the whole island. Easily avoided Georgetown on the days the large cruise ships were in. Very fun trip! Thank you for the great booking experiences.Sincerely,Kim H.Colorado

We want to thank CheapCaribbean.com for the great prices and the trip we book threw them. The flights were great, no problems and the hotel the Wyndam at Cable Beach, we really enjoyed. The food prices in the hotel were a little pricey but all and all it was a good time. Nice pool and the beach was nice and right there

I thought everything went well with booking my trip on CheapCarribean.com. I really liked receiving the itinerary automatically several days before leaving for trip. I had a lot going on at the time, finishing last minute details for the wedding, so them sending me the itinerary really saved me time and peace of mind. Also, the company took care of arranging transportation to and from our hotel. The only thing I did not like was the some of the service at the hotel, but since the company is not affiliated directly with the hotel it really is not their fault.

We just recently returned from a week at the Tamarijn in Aruba Oct 24-31 2009. The trip was booked through CheapCaribbean.com and they were really great to work with. We had an issue with our trip and needed to change our dates and they worked with us and did an excellent job, could not have been more helpful. We absolutely loved the Tamarijn in Aruba; the people were very helpful and friendly. We had the all inclusive package and the food was amazing, our favorite restaurants were The Paparazzi and the Red Parrot at the Divi. It is nice to be able to share amenities at both resorts. We stayed in block 22 and the beach was great, you can snorkel by the pipe and we had no rock on the sand at all just a few would come up in the water if the undertow was strong. I would bring my water shoes next time, half the week I would not have even needed them but just in case. Also, we rented a jeep for 2 days and did our on day trips to Baby Beach and the Natural pool and the Natural Bridge, it was fun just trying to find the places since they dont have very good street signs. Thank goodness the island is small with just a few main roads. Do the Tuesday only bike and snorkel trip that they offer at the Tamarijn. You have to ask about it. Anyway I would go back to Aruba and stay at the Tam in a heartbeat, it was well worth the price and I would definitely book it through CheapCaribbean.com. Thank you,Lisa D.Freeland, MDTravel Dates= Oct 24th 31stResort- Tamarijn Aruba

My wife and I were at the Tropical Lifestyle Resort in Puerta Playa in Dominican Republic October 23-30, 2009. The resort was beautiful and well planned for ease of getting from one place to the other. We had dinner in three of the restaurants and we enjoyed each one. The main restaurant had delicious food and a nice variety to choose from. Before coming to the resort, we asked for a quiet room, away from a busy pool, which was where we were placed. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the balcony was pleasant. The room was cleaned every day and all our needs were taken care of. Water and beer were supplied in the room refrigerator each day, which was a nice addition. Our week was relaxing and we had a really nice time. The shows at night were entertaining, and especially, the Sunday night welcome party. With our package, we were able to participate in the V.I.P. activities and spend our days on the beach with sun beds. They were fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Jim and Kay W.

Loved the Intercontinnental Hotel! Will definitley return.Very clean, convenient location, gorgeous grounds and pleasant staff.Plenty of eateries close by. Try Jimmie's on the roof top of El San Juan,Lipos on the corner of Ritz Carlton and a great place for breakfast across the street in the small shpg. ctr. Begins with a M, sorry can't remember the sp!Short cab ride from hotel. Not far from the fort in Old San Juan. Short cab ride to the Condado area with lots of restaurants. Thanks CheapCaribbean for an awesome vacation at a VERY reasonable price! Happy Travels, Gail Townsend

We traveled to Puerto Rico and stayed at the Intercontinental Resort in San Juan. We were there from 10-25-09 to 10-31-09. The resort was beautiful and the customer service was great. Cheap Caribbean made the booking process very easy and it was very affordable. I would stay there again as well as I plan on using Cheap Caribbean the next time I book a vacation. I have already recommended the site to family and friends. Very pleased.Kelly C.Bristol, CT

Vera S.Baltimore, MDTravel dates 10/23/09-10/28/09Resort: Intercontinental San Juan The trip was great. The hotel was very good, clean and good service and we received the room upgrade that our the promotion at cheapcaribbean mentioned we may get. Great view and great beach at the hotel. No problems at all with flights, driving around or security. The food at the hotel was not very good and was overpriced but there are several restaurants nearby that are very good alternatives. All good!

My name is Kimberly T., TX. Travel Dates: October 24, 2009 - October 31, 2009Resort Name: Gran Bahia PrincipeExperiences you encountered on your CheapCaribbean.com vacationThis is my 6th time booking with Cheapcarribean for my vacation. I have gone back to Cheap Caribbean for my vacation packages because they have the best deals around and I know what I am getting when booking with them. I have been going to the Gran Bahia Principe in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for 6 times and this resort is the BEST! From the hotel staff, to the entertainment, the food is AMAZING, love the Disco, the live band and breath taking beach- is the reasons why I go back twice a year. We all have stress in our lives and my feeling is why have stress on a much needed vacation! This is why I go back to the same resort time after time. Some people say its silly but it is my preference. Don't get me wrong I do go on other vacations but at least one time a year I go back to the Gran Bahia Principe in Punta Cana.By booking with Cheap Caribbean I am at ease that my trip will be wonderful and having this feeling (to be at ease) helps me enjoy my vacation even more. I will be booking my next vacation through CheapCarribean! I have plenty of pictures of the resort as well as the fun staff, if you are interested feel free to email me and I will send them your way.

If you have specific questions or a form youd prefer Id fill out let me know.adam

My husband and I spent our week-long honeymoon at Excellence Playa Mujeres in September of 2009 and loved every minute of it. The food and drinks were good, the room was great and the service was excellent. We found that tipping a couple of dollars here and there really went a long way. There were rose petals, some desserts and a bottle of champagne waiting in the room for us upon our arrival. Additionally, my husband surprised me by having that same set up ready for us after dinner one night and because he gave them the time of our expected return to the room, the jacuzzi tub was warm and filled with bubbles. The resort itself was beautiful and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. We loved lounging out by the pools and the cabanas with mattresses, while in short supply, were a great way to spend the afternoon by the pool.We look forward to going back or possibly trying another Excellence property. Cheap Caribbean delivered everything that it promised and by having the flight, hotel and transfers all booked through the website, it made the trip quite easy.We would both highly recommend both CheapCaribbean and Excellence Playa Mujeres!- Donna & Paul

Time Out At The Gap hotel was clean but did not have a passenger elevator. The hotel was not as well placed as the advertising implied. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and helpful. My return trip on American left 4 hours late causing me to miss my connection to Chicago. I was forced to stay overnight in Miami and barely made it to work on time the next morning. Glennon G.

We were traveling as part of a larger wedding party and decided to book through CheapCaribbean instead of the "official" wedding travel agent. We saved almost $300 for the same package with CheapCaribbean and were able to book everything online. We had a few questions that we called CheapCaribbean with and the customer service person was friendly and had all the answers that we were looking for. We would definitly book through CheapCarribean again. Travel Info:Dreams Tulum: October 26, 2009 - November 1, 2009. The resort was pretty much as described. The only 2 disappointments were that they had filled in the hot tub near the pool which was disappointing as the only open hot tub was located in the Spa and cost $35 to use! The "disco" was on the first floor and was so musty that we could only stay there for a few minutes before we had to leave because of the smell. Jason L.

We stayed at NH Real Arena at Punta Cana with a large group 8 adults from 10/21 to 11/1/09 We enjoyed the luxury resort and liked everything : food, rooms, service except night shows a wast of time. The NH Real arena has great amenities and real luxury resort except entertainmentsThank you very much, Irina M.

The Wyndam was really nice, the pool was clean, and service was very attentive. The only downside was, I knew it was undergoing renovations, or just finished, but we were placed in tower "C" which was the older of the towers even though it was off season, and although I requested a king size bed at the front counter the woman still gave us 2 doubles. I didn't ask for an upgrade or a change, it just felt as though they didn't try to accommodate us when we first got there. Other then that, Cheapcaribbean.com was amazing as usual and I always enjoy booking with you guys. Liz

We just got back from the SAN JUAN MARRIOTT and STELLARIS CASINO in San Juan Puerto Rico. The hotel itself was beautiful, right on the beach. What we liked most about this hotel is the location. It is close to everything, down the block you can try many restaurants, shopping, Starbucks and Hertz. We checked out the other hotels and we liked the Marriott San Juan the best. It had best casino too. We're planning on going back soon! Angelica

Rusty P.TexasTravel dates: 10-25-09 through 11-1-09We went on our 25th wedding anniversary to Excellence Punta Cana Resort through CheapCaribbean.com, the resort was beautiful, food was great, beverages were excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. As always going through CheapCaribbean.com was a smooth experience, went on-line the night before to check - in with the airline, this is a must, saves a lot of time at the airport. The only down side to the whole vacation experience was the A/C didn't work very well at all in our room, complained 4 times to the front desk, tried to call CheapCaribbean.com through the resorts phone, couldn't get through, tried on my AT&T phone and the call would never go through, finally gave up.Overall we had a great time, our friends decided to book the trip and go with us at the last minute (1 1/2 weeks before we left), also met a great couple from Wisconsin. We had a wonderful time.If you want to do Excursions, the zip line was fantastic, the snorkeling trip with the sting rays & nurse sharks was great, wish we would have booked another snorkeling trip. Thanks,Rusty P.

We traveled to the Frenchmans Reef and Morningstar Beach Resort 10-25 through 10-31. We had a fabulous time. The value of this trip was outstanding. We had been upgraded to a villa on the beach at Morningstar The resort was wonderful, rooms spacious and clean, housekeeping great. It seemed that the room was cleaned as soon as we left it in the morning as when we got back from breakfast on the beach at the hotel it was already cleaned. We went with two other couples and we would all go back in a heartbeat. As for CheapCaribbean.com, we will definitely use this site on our next trip. Prices were extremely "cheap" for a great vacation. Everything went smoothly.--Georgia and David D.
