Hello!Just wanted to let you know - we stayed at the Verandah Resort in Antigua for our Honeymoon June 7 - June 15th!! It was great!! It was set back and very quiet. We were forced to relax which is exactly what we both needed. I was nervous since the resort was new and I was uncertain if everything was developed - WOW... was it!!! The room was great - to listen to the ocean falling asleep could not have been better. The service was A+. The staff was very concerned and made sure our stay was perfect!! The food never got boring and we ate and ate and ate!! Everything was perfect!!! Would recommend to everyone - we will be planning our anniversary there!! (also - just an fyi - once we were home and settled - we personally received an email from the hotel thanking us - VERY personal!!!) Thanks!Kerri

Wanted to express how wonderful the whole booking process was with CheapCaribbean.com and EASY! We booked a trip to the RIU Montego Bay for June 14-19, 2009, and it all ran very smoothly. Our transportation was waiting for us and had us to our hotel within 15minutes of leaving the airport. The hotel was very nice and clean, food was good (not great, but many options) Beautiful pool area, enjoyed pool volleyball games very much, and met some really nice people. The only complaint I have was the staff were not quite as attentive at this resort as at other all inclusive resorts I have visited in the past. Went on one tour while in Jamaica, and it also ran very smoothly , went Ziplining and it was a blast, would highly recommend. My husband and I are in our 40's and had a teenage daughter and we all enjoyed the trip. Unlike many trips to Mexico where tips are appreciated, tips are expected in Jamaica, they are not afraid to come right out and ask for them, so be prepared, bring $1.00 bills. The beach at the RIU is manmade, so it is very nice but you are not able to walk for long distances...it is blocked off on both ends by other resorts, so be prepared if you would like to take walks on the beach. Overall a very nice resort and would recommend for the price. Barbara Wagner208 Estate DriveChester, IL 62233RIU-Montego Bay, JamaicaJune 14-19, 2009

My girlfriend and I recently booked a trip to the Sun Village Resort and Spa, in Puerto Plata, D.R. from June 18th to the 25th using CheapCaribbean.com. It truly was a perfect vacation. The resort was gorgeous, the food and service were exceptional. I expect a lot from resorts when I go on vacation, and this was one of the first times when I got much more than I expected. And aside from the great resort, CheapCaribbean made the trip almost too good to be true, from the amazing prices, to the well organized airport to hotel transfers, it was a completely worry free trip (other than thinking I was going to die when the cable cars in Puerto Plata experienced technical difficulties duriny one of our excursions), which is exactly what I look for when i go on vacation. After this, my first experience using CheapCaribbean, I would certainly never even consider using anything but them. I've been recommending it to everyone I know since, and can't wait until I can get enough time off to book another trip.

AllisonRoselle, NJJune 4-June 8, 2009Dreams La Romana My boyfriend and I have been waiting four years to finally get away for a vacation. We finally had the time and money and just recently returned from our trip to Dreams La Romana in the Dominican Republic. I booked through Cheap Caribbean because my cousin has used the site several times and raved about its low prices and great selections. I spent quite a bit of time on the site researching different resorts on the site and was happy with the amount of details about the resorts as well as the reviews by other customers. I booked for Dreams La Romana because I thought it was a beautiful and affordable resort and I also booked the airport transfer through Cheap Caribbeans taxi service, Turinter Tours. At first, I was a bit hesitant about the price per person, but once we flew into Santo Domingo, I was VERY glad that our taxi was included as it was a bit chaotic at the airport and I think I did end up with the most efficient and cheapest deal. The ride from Santo Domingo Airport to the hotel was about an hour and a half but it was airconditioned in the taxi and we got to see many parts of the island. The resort itself was AMAZING! Within two hours, we were planning when our next trip through Cheap Caribbean would be. When we arrived, we were welcomed by cold towels and drinks and when we checked in we were told, Welcome Home. Our room was one of the renovated rooms and it was beautiful and very clean. We were upgraded through Cheap Caribbean to a partial ocean view and were able to sit on our balcony overlooking the pool and see the ocean and the palm trees in the distance. Every luxury seems included here and those that arent (like the spa) are not badly priced. If you sign up for your massage with the people on the beach they give you a discount. I had a 50 minute massage on a secluded part of the beach for $60. It was wonderful. The infinity pool with swim up bar was great. There werent a ton of loud kids around or splashing in the pools. The only downfall of this resort was that the beach was a little more rocky with cloudier water than I expected but it was still gorgeous to sit on the beach. The food was good, the buffet is always open. While we werent crazy about the Asian restaurant (which was bland and buggy) we were thrilled with the other restaurants including the Oceana seafood restaurant as well as the French restaurant. We never went hungry or thirsty and five days was too short of a time to be there. Every night they have some sort of show which is very entertaining and there is a club where you can dance at night. I miss Dreams La Romana and cant wait to book my next trip through Cheap Caribbean as this was a very affordable, beautiful and STRESS FREE vacationall of my worries about what might go wrong never happened, it was all taken care of and simply AMAZING!

Dear Cheap Caribbean, I had a wonderful time at Club Ambiance, in Runaway Bay, Jamaica. The resort was clean, and the customer services at the resort was excellent. I was very scared at first using Cheap Caribbean, because I have been using Liberty Travel for years. I am so glad I book with your travel agency. I will no longer use Liberty travel. I will continue with Cheap Caribbean for now on. I will recommend Cheap Caribbean to all my friends and co workers. I saved a lot of money, and I got even better services with Cheap Caribbean. I will also tell people about Club Ambiance, the resort was well worth the money. I stayed from June 12, 2009 till June 19, 2009. Thanks you, Kishia N Reams

This was one of our best vacations. The value was outstanding & we loved the accommodations. The Grand Oasis Caribbean was top notch and getting to visit the sister resort was added value & just made our stay that much more memorable and enjoyable. Have already recommended the site & the resorts to several co-workers, friends, and family members. We will definitely be using the website again & again!!! PennKing

The San Juan Marriott was a beautiful resort and our room was first class. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was security outside on the deck so you felt very safe. There were activities planned each day that were clearly listed on an outside board and plenty of deck chaises outside by the pool and on the beach so you always had choices about where to catch the sun. The beach and hotel area were very clean. It was an enjoyable vacation! |

Hello, My wife and I just returned from a weeks stay at the Riu Montego Bay All-Inclusive Resort in Jamaica. The resort was beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond in many ways. Ill start with the positive aspects of our trip. First, this resort is about a five minute drive from the airport in Montego Bay. So, guests do not have to spend an entire day in an airport just to look forward to a several hour journey in a Jamaican tour bus. We left our home in Atlanta, GA at 6:00 AM, and we were on the beach in Mo Bay by 12:00 PM. We still have half a day to get settled in to our temporary home. Second, this resort is very new, and it is in very good shape. The pool is beautiful, and the beach is really nice. Third, overall the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms have a stocked mini-bar, and when we got low on supplies all we had to do was call the front desk and someone was there within about 10 minutes to give us more beers, rum, and soda. Now for the negative aspects of the trip. My biggest complaint deals with the restaurants that require reservations. I was told when I arrived that these restaurants only take same-day reservations and the only way to make them was to go to the lobby in person to tell them your preference of time and restaurant. I tried for several days to make reservations, but the person that was supposed to be making reservations was never at her station. Finally, on our last day of the trip I caught up with the reservation lady. I hoped we could at least get in for one meal that wasnt served in a buffet format. However, I learned that the lady taking reservations only would give you one if you gave her a tip. Also, she had already booked the restaurants for several days in advance. So, there was no way for us to get into a restaurant on our last day. Other than the restaurant fiasco, Id rate our trip as well above average, and I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting to go to Jamaica without having to travel through the mountains on a tour bus to get to their destination. Thanks,Geary SmithAtlanta, GATravel Dates: 06/12/09 06/19/09Resort: Riu Montego Bay, Jamaica

We were pleasantly surprised with the great service, and wonderful room. We were upgraded to an ocean view room. Thanks again for assistance in planning a great vacation. | The resort was very nice. I had a problem with communication because the English speaking staff was very limited, but the resort was very nice. The restaurants was very good, the activities were varied, the rooms were very nice, the beach was beautiful and all in all the experience is very good. |

Brian GraddonOceanside, CA Location: CaboResort: Cabo Melia RealDates: May 26-29, 2009We loved this place. We were a little apprehensive as we had never done an all inclusive vacation before but we soon found we had nothing to worry about. Once we got through the craziness of the airport we were taken to the resort by our driver and promptly met with margharritas at the front desk. The resort was fabulous. Multiple restaurants, super friendly staff, awesome swim up bar, great drinks, cool people, swimmable beach, nothing was lacking. We never ended up leaving the resort. One side note though, it is slightly more family oriented so if you are looking for a crazy singles atmosphere, this may not be the place for you. My wife and I were just looking for a quiet weekend of rejuvination and that is exactly what we got. We would definitely go back. Thanks,Brian

I used CheapCaribbean to book flights, hotel, and excursions in Aruba fromJune 16-June 22, 2009. Here is a general review I would like posted please. My daughter got married on Eagle Beach next to the Divi Hotel on June 18,2009 with the help of a very coordinated and detail oriented person namedBonny Stanley @Arubaweddingsbybonny.com. Overall, I think we would give theDivi Tamarijn a very good rating. It was our first experience with an allinclusive resort and we were very pleased on the whole. The rooms were verynice, were cleaned promptly, and the view was gorgeous with a nice balcony.Walking from one end to the other was necessary sometimes when we didnt getthe timing of the shuttle right, but we could walk off some calories thatway! We highly recommend renting a vehicle to do some touring and gettingback and forth to the airport if you have a larger party. Our Jeep came inhandy because we didnt get nickel and dimed by the taxi fares. The food was very good with a nice variety of restaurants and food to choosefrom. The daily special bar drinks were delicious, with several bars spreadout the complex, and it was nice not to have to carry around cash or acredit card all the time. There were numerous pools to swim in across thecomplex too, each with their own unique qualities. The people were nice andaccommodating, but some worked or served you at their own pace (which wasntquick enough at times). We called this Aruba time. You get better andnicer service if you strike up a conversation with servers and slip a fewdollars in their hands once in a while. The one big thing we didnt like was the reservation/restaurant system forthe evening meals. (You could have all your meals at the buffet area, butthat gets old real quick). We had to stay in long lines and sometimes earlyin the morning to get a table 24 hours in advance for one of the 4 majorrestaurants on the complex and you had to specify an exact time and rememberit no matter what activity you were involved in the next day. We also had avery unfortunate and disheartening problem with a very rude, power hungrymanager of the Red Parrot Restaurant on the night of my daughter's weddingreception. So be sure to confirm your reservations and get proof in theform of a little piece of paper, which would have avoided the humiliationand degradation we had to endure in front of everybody with thisperson...even though the restaurant was only 3/4 full.I only wish the Divi had a Bridal suite to offer, but that is MY wish. Mydaughter and her new groom were happy with their room, but it wasnt anydifferent from mine. It would have been nice to offer some extra specialamenities to the newlyweds, like a bigger room with a jacuzzi tub andsitting area. Oh well...All in all, we had a wonderful experience at the Divi All-Inclusive. Allthe beaches are public to all and were gorgeous, day and night, no matterwhat side of the island.

My wife and I went to the all inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic named Dreams in La Romana. The resort property was beautiful and immaculate. The food was excellent and there was no need to make reservations in order to get into the A La Carte restaurants. The pools were fantastic and all of the staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. This was our first trip to the Caribbean and while we were still there we were already discussing returning with out three boys next year. The resort is also very family friendly. They also have a bartender at the pool bar that very much resembles President Obama. He was a blast.

Karen & Gary McMaugh5144 Catherine StreetMaple Heights, OH 44137 May 30th to June 6th Stayed at the Almond Cassurina Barbados There was a little confusion at the airport since the booking information did not contain Johnston Tours so we didn't know where we were to get our ride to the resort. Once that was resolved we were greeted warmly and were transported to the Almond Cassurina. There were we greeted by the staff with a cool towel and a refreshing drink. We were checked in and our request for a above ground level room was quickly addressed and our room was changed to the 2nd floor. The resort had a very informative orientation the following morning which told us of the resort, how to go shopping, book other excursions, about the ocean water, and how to go to the other Almond resorts on the island and how to make dinner reservations. All the personnel at the resort were quick to respond to a need and very easy to communicate with. It rained one day that we were there, but we had enough sun on our trip. We took the catamaran sunset trip on Sunday afternoon, that was fabulous and the only sunset we got to see because we were on the wrong side of the island. When I booked the trip I added on the submarine adventure and that was really cool. My girlfriend is wanting to get married on the island next summer so I went to the other two resorts to have a look see. We loved the Village resort it seemed quite lively and the beach was bigger and calmer than the one at Cassurina. If you like ocean swimming you need to stay at the Village. Overall our trip was fabulous and less expensive than the other travel agency that we normally use to book a trip through. We will definatley look to use your site again next year.

Hello, First of all, my trip was fanastic. I did a lot of research before I booked with cheapcaribbean in order to find the best hotel in our price range. I was very happy with the Royal Playa Del Carmen, where we spent 6 nights for our honeymoon. Everything about searching and booking online with cheap carribean was easy and painless. The documents that cheap carribean sent me explained everything really well and both our flight check-ins and our hotel check-in went as smooth as could be. Our airport transfers that we booked through cheap carribean were also good, and I'm glad I set them up beforehand. The one we caught at the airport to the resort was kind of confusing because there were so many people at the airport, and so many different companies around. The one on the way back was on-time and efficient. My only complaint about the whole trip: cheapcaribbean.com called two weeks before our trip and said that our flight from cancun to philadelphia had been canceled, so they would book us on a different available flight. I said okay even though I noticed it gave us a long layover in Philly. When we got to Philly, we noticed that there were 3 flights departing to Rochester before our originally scheduled flight. I wish that cheapcaribbean.com had changed our second flight when they changed our first so that we would not have had a 6-hour layover in Philly. I had scheduled original flights to have the shortest layover possible, and having the long layover and knowing there were many other flights flying out of the airport to Rochester before ours that night was VERY frustrating. (Note: we asked to change, but it would have cost us $50/each.) Thanks, Sara Daly

We went for a week the beginning of June. The price was wonderful and the grounds lovely. Food plentiful. Not gourment, but good. I would have liked to have more Dominican specialties offered, although its difficult for me being that I am a vegetarian. There were still plenty of choices for me as I decided I would eat fish during the trip. The bread was awful, the coffee and flan were great. The resort was pretty empty from Monday until Thursday then on Friday lots of locals came and it got very crowded and crazy. This is probalby how it is during the high season, but we got used to the relative peace and quiet we enjoyed the beginning of the week. However being low season the disco wasnt open during the week, nor were most of the onsite resturaunts, we couldnt get enough people together for a snorkeling expedition and we couldnt get wind surfing lessons. So there were drawbacks to the peaceful exsistance of off season. The staff was great. They were friendly and funny and really interested in helping me out with my spanish, which was so so when we first arrived, by the end of the week I was able to negotiate with the beach vendors. The vendors were relentless in trying to sell us stuff, but werent too persistant if you told them you werent interested. The one person we did buy some necklaces from came to wish us a good journey on our last day. The other drawback on the beach front was the music the resort played. They had large speakers aimed at the beach and played music almost constantly. every morning it seemed to start earlier and earlier. also same at the pool, and then in to the night so we heard loud music when we were going to sleep, even up on the 5th floor. Luckily I had ear plugs which I used sometimes when I was trying to rest, but it would have been nice to just hear the waves. I was pleasantly surprised how great it was based on some reviews I read. But as many other happy travelers wrote, if you are polite and respectful, the staff responded in kind. We had a really good time

Hello my name is Blanca Lara I'm from Sacramento California. I traveled from June 3-7 2009. The resort I stayed at was Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa in Puerto Rico. Overall my vacation turned out great. From boarding my plane while heading to my destination to boarding my plane while heading back home everything went smooth. The services Cheap Caribbean offered while I booked the trip, such as transportation to and from the airport/resort and tours was great because I had it all set up by the time I got there and all I had to do was call to confirm date/time for pick up. The Wyndham Resort was very nice and clean. The resort provided you with everything you needed to have a comfortable vacation, although the staff sometimes seemed a little snobby but not all of them some were very nice and helpful. The tour I had booked went well too. In the end I'd have to say that all of my vacation turned out great. The customer service that Cheap Caribbean provides is good but the wait time you spend on the phone waiting for a representative is way too long, this was a disappointment when I tried calling several times prior to my vacation.

I had a great time at Oasis Hamaca in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic during my stay from June 5-9. The staff are polite, the food is excellent, and the rooms and resort are clean. Our room was wonderful, large, and very clean! There were few guests so the beach was nice to relax on. It rained on the evening of June 5 and on June 8, but this was to be expected as it is the Caribbean! I would suggest that Oasis Hamaca make clear to guests that the free water is not the bottled water in the minifridges but the larger bottled water kept in the bathroom. I have read many reviews of Oasis Hamaca where people complain about being charged for water and the hotel could easily resolve this problem. I feel that the Oasis Hamaca has tremendously improved over my last stay there in July 2008. The resort was nice in 2008 but now I can find nothing to really complain about. I would choose Oasis Hamaca again!. Thank you! Best wishes, Robert M. Koehler

We upgraded to an Ocean View room immediately, it was beautiful. There was a beautiful huge balcony and the room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was a little too firm for my taste. The people were very nice. Even if it is all inclusive the staff still deserves to be tipped and they took extra care of us. The grounds, restaurants and bars were beautiful. I loved being able to lay on a lounge out in the water and the pretty areas made for shade. When going to a different culture expect the food to be different. I didn't love a lot of the main courses, but the deserts and breads were to die for. I would go again. Thanks Beth A. Nelligan

Christina ConveryLittle Ferry, NJJune 4th-8thNH Real Punta Cana, DR Prior to leaving for our vacation, we were worried about all the bad reviews we read about this resort so I can say we were pleasantly surprised! The resort is beautiful, grounds are very well kept. They have many fountains but the whole time we were there I only saw one of twice. It would have been nice to take pictures by them if they were on. Our room was beautiful, great view, clean, I loved the bathroom setup. The food is what other reviews really said was the worst thing. For us, we are not picky eaters and I have no complaints. The food was the best but it wasnt horrible. Breakfast was really good. Lunch at the grill buffet, had its days, some days were better than others but you could still find something to eat. We tried the Asian and the Steakhouse restaurants and loved them both! The dinner buffet was also ok. But after meeting many other people from other resorts, most people said their food wasnt the greatest. What do people expect at an all-inclusive resorts buffet! Language was not an issue, everyone you needed to speak to spoke English well. We went on the party cruise and parasailing and had a blast. Beach was very well kept. At night we partied at the resorts roof top lounge and one night we went to another resorts nightclub. The shows at this resort were amazing. I would recommend this hotel to others but would let them know that it is how you make it. Of course there is things you can speak negatively about, nothing is perfect. But overall we had no complaints and enjoyed our time. Christina Convery

The wife and I stayed at this all inclusive resort 06-01-09 through 06-08-09 and had a great time for a very good price (thanks to cheapcaribbean.com). The booking process was a breeze with no hidden charges. Check in at resort was quick and simple. The staff was outstanding, and it was obvious they would go out of their way to please the guest. Now for the food: I hate to sound bias to my home state but anytime we leave the New Orleans area I miss the food and the seasoning in the food. Breakfast was great everyday, mexican night was good, Italian night was okay (who goes to Mexico to eat Italian food anyway?) We did go to Pocho's in Cabo san Lucas right by the marina and ate surf and turf for 2, for lunch it consisted of two lobster tails two approximately 8 oz beef filets, two crab cakes, four coconut shrimp, and a large filet of fish for 60.00 US. It was fantastic! Needless to say we were stuffed. Overall we had a great time, and hope to use Cheapcarribean.com again very soon.

The service at this resort was great from maid service, mini bar stocking, and the Bars as long as you put a few dollars in tips down. The food was always Ok and some of it was pretty good. The rooms were large and clean. The only problem I found was the Air condition was sub par and more so in the eating areas than the rooms. The pool areas and the beaches were clean and nice. One bar tender at the swim up bar(Leroy) kept the party and the fun going. The drinks were good and unusual. We arrived on May 29,2009 and departed on June 3, 2009.George MeltonGranbury Texas 76049

Hey Jim , We just got back from the Marriott Resort in Puerto Rico and Talk about a Super place for a great getaway ! The rooms are spacious , clean and the BEDS are the best anywhere. The staff are all very friendly and helpful when needed. The food was very good and the casino on premises was very enjoyable , in fact I brought home more than I left with . The pools and beach are well maintained . I thought the drink prices were higher than they should be , but all in all I highly recommend this trip R.D. and Ginger Baron Garden City Beach, S.C.

I booked a package tour (airfare and hotel) to Puerto Rico. The last time I was there was 14 years ago and I was eager to return. My trip with CheapCaribbean.com was fabulous. All reservations were as agreed and there were no surprises or problems. I was still in Puerto Rico when I said to myself I really need to book another trip with Cheap Carribean because this experience has been so enjoyable. I just don't know where I want to go next maybe Virgin Islands again or Dominican Republic. I will definately be booking something else this year!Marianna Breton

Shelley Dunham-McBridePhiladelphia, PASan Juan, Puerto RicoMarriot Resort Hotel and Stellaris Casino (Condado Beach area)May 14-18, 2009 The pleasant surprise was that we were able to check into our hotel room at about 1:00, even though the official check-in time is 4PM. Since our flight arrived at 11:30 AM, we thought we would take a chance that our room was ready early. Processing at check-in was smooth and efficient, although there was a long customer line. Our hotel reservation agent was professional and courteous, but I wouldn't describe her or any other service person inside or out of the hotel as really friendly or especially attentive. We felt more like tourists in America, rather than in a country where the economy depended upon the comfort of their tourists. Our hotel room was clean and very comfortable, although smaller and less 'tropically' decorated than we expected. The amenities in the room included: a large flat screen TV, a radio, a refrigerator, coffee maker and complimentary bottles of water each day. Unless you like those coffee packets supplied with hotel coffee makers, I suggest you bring your own coffee and filters for your anytime pleasure. Every room had a balcony- small, but very adequate. There seemed to be no insects, so we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the city view from our balcony. The bathroom was very spacious, especially compared with the size of the room and bath towels, etc. were plentiful. Also good to know is that the room was quiet, although perhaps, we just didn't have any noisy neighbors. I think the soundproofing was good, though. There was a large Walgreens with a food mart a short walk from the hotel, so you could easily eat selected meals in your room if desired. The Marriott is large resort, so there's no homey or cozy feel to it, but it is well maintained and attended. There are several restaurants on the premises. One of the restaurants offered a $32.95 per person prix fixe and the Italian restaurant offered a $14 or 16.95 special. We didn't eat at the hotel, but found good food closeby. The pool area is comfortable and nicely decorated. The ocean is just steps from the pool area; beach towels and chairs are complimentary. The surf can be very rough and there are warning flags that go up when this occurs. Because there are no lifeguards on the beach, parents should most certainly be with their children. We had drinks at the poolside bar which was very pleasant. There were daily rum specials, otherwise the drinks were $8-$10 a piece. A covered veranda overlooked the beach and was a wonderful place to sit and watch the sunset. Much of the transportation seems to be government regulated. For example, the taxi (which is more like a van) is $16.00 (or so) from the airport to Condado. A taxi from our hotel to Old San Juan was about $12.00.We took the city bus to Old San Juan and paid $.75 a piece; many other tourists did the same thing. While San Juan has many beautiful areas, many public places are not well kept- plants need pruning or clean up and some places have a lot of trash on the street. Hotel grounds, though, are beautifully maintained. Of course, there are many tourist attractions in and around San Juan. Be advised that when visiting the Bacardi Rum 'Factory', tourists are no longer allowed to go into the rum processing areas. You are only shown a minimally interesting video and you visit a small museum outlining the history of the Bacardi family. You do still get 2 complimentary rum drinks. For the price of trek out to Bacardi and what you (don't) get to see, I'd say, skip it.The Tropical Rain Forest is a must see. Know that there are several different length tours that are available. It does rain in the Rain Forest, so bring an umbrella or a light rain coat/ poncho, a towel or just be prepared to get wet. The sun is very hot in San Juan, at least when we were there, but because there is always a cooling breeze, one could forget that the sun is so strong. Take your hat, sunglasses and sunscreen wherever you go. We had a wonderful time. It turns out that the Condado area was a great place to be. Isla Verde was under construction. There was hardly anyplace to comfortably walk. It was also very congested because of the loss of space due to the construction areas. On the other hand, there is a great deal to do outside of the hotels, so life is very active there, especially night life. In conclusion, I would recommend the hotel- the standard rooms are not luxurious, but comfortable, clean and attractive and San Juan as a destination, especially if you're interested in doing more than just plopping yourself at the resort.

This was the first mexican vacation for my husband and myself and we loved it! Everything was perfect. CheapCaribean.com did all the work for us and all we had to do was lay by the beach and enjoy ourselves. We stayed at the Barcelo, which was absolutely fabulous. We can't wait to go again and hopefully take family and friends. Thank you CheapCaribean.com for the best vacation we ever had.

My vacation to Santo Domingo Dominican Republic from June 13 - 18, 2009 was HORRIBLE. I stayed at the Coral Caribe Resort and it was the pits. The language was a HUGH problem, the resort lost power one day 4 approx 3 HRS and the beach had seaweed in the water. Plus it rained a couple of days while I was there.

This is the 4th year in a row that we have booked a trip through CheapCaribbean.com and we have never been disappointed. We had a great time at Sandos Caracol Resort in Playa. Our room was nice in the Select Club area, but if I had it to do over, I would ask for a room closer to the beach. The Laguna international buffet was just okay, but we loved the Brazilian restaurant. I would highly recommend the Selvatica ziplines excursion if you are adventurous...we had a blast!

The only issue I have is the wait for a customer service representative. Once I got someone on the phone the service was great. They were very helpful at booking and were prompt. They took the time necessary to take care of my travel arrangements completely. We had some issues with the plane when we were leaving for our trip and were delayed in going for 2 days. The representative was very helpful in speaking with the resort to confirm bumping the reservations back to days to get our full stay and at no charge. That was nice. Thanks, Chuck

My girlfriend and I used Cheap Caribbean.com to book our trip to Riviera Maya in February and found them to be the most affordable and easiest way to book our vacation. We tried going through AAA and also other online travel sites and we no one came close to the ease and more importantly the cost of the trip. We had a few questions concerning out resort and the team at CheapCaribbean.com handle them in a timely matter. Booking add-ons and upgrades were done at the push of a key and everything was as planned when we arrived in Mexico. I recommended them to friends of ours and they are planning on using them. We were so impressed, I am in the middle of planning our 2nd trip to Mexico with them right now. John DepnerIndiana, Pennsylvania

The Viva Wyndham was great. It is a nice location if you want to stay at the resort and not travel to other locations. If you choose to go to The Marketplace or anywhere down there it is $15.00 per couple per direction. We had friends staying down there so the taxi fares added up. Staff at the Viva were fantastic .... friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to the Bahamas and would stay at the Viva Wyndham in the future. One complaint....the drink glasses were too small LOL :) We had a great time! Have a great day! ~ Lisa Lisa Carter

Wow, we had the best time at the Sun Village Resort and Spa in Puerto Plata, DR. It is such an amazing resort. The staff makes you feel so welcomed and they go out of their way to assist you with whatever you need. The food was wonderful. The rooms were very stylish and contemporary. The beach was great as well. There are a lot of things to do there. The Spa at the Resort is outstanding. I highly recommend everyone to get a spa treatment there. It was just my husband and I on this trip but we definitely want to go back and take our 3 kids. They would love it also. They would really enjoy the kids club. We found out by booking through Cheap Caribbean we saved about $115/per night compared to the other online travel companies. That is awesome!!!! Cheap Caribbean is the best and we will absolutely book our next trip through you guys! Thank you so much! Cherlyn Martin AntleQuality Assurance Specialist SaxonFort Worth, Texas

Tracie PadgettTemecula, CaliforniaJune 13-June 18Viva La Fortuna Wyndym Resort, Freeport Grand Bahama We had a beautiful time on our Cheap Caribbean family vacation! Everything from our room reservation (ocean front view) to our airline and transfer plans went so smoothly, that we had to pinch ourselves to believe that we didn't encounter any issues! The staff was super friendly, the food very good, especially the Italian Restaurant on the premises, "Viva Cafe". On site security to keep non-resort travellers off the property. Sometimes, the main dining room was hot and steamy, but we navigated around that by choosing earlier or later times to eat. Otherwise, it was an absolutely perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful trip with our entire family using Cheap Caribbean - what a wonderful & easy site to use. I actually used one of the agents on the phone to book our family's trip as there were 7 of us & it is easier for me to talk to someone. We went to La Romana in the Dominican Republic at a Dreams Resort - it was beautiful. We left on June 12 from Denver, CO & came back on the 18th. It was a perfect week - the resort was at about 54% full so lot's of space & no lines for any of the meals. The restaurants (7 of them to choose from) are wonderful & of course the World Caf which feeds all 3 meals & late night snacks everyday was great - they have a theme night each night so you have so much to choose from & the grandkids 7 & 12 were happy all the time. The beach was terrific easy to walk right into the beautiful ocean - small waves very gentle & the pools are all very close by so you can be in one spot & the kids in another and still keep an eye on everyone. Lots of activities & the entertainment each night was unbelieveable. We took one off resort excursion which we booked through a sales person on the beach not through the resort which was much less money. We went to Catalina Island to snorkle & hang out on the island & then we were shown the beautiful homes owned by several well known Americans & a tour of the marina - worth doing - beautiful. We didn't even have to use any bug spray the entire week & used lot's of suntan lotion & aloe. Bring lots of "ones" for tipping & take care of everyone from the maids, waitress/waiter staff, to the bar staff - they love it. You can also ask to take any of the entertainment staff with you to supper in the evening which is a treat for them & they feel such apart of your family. The only thing that was tough was the drive to & from the airport which takes at least 2 hours - blah - I wish you could fly into La Romana instead of Santo Domingo which would only be about 15 minutes from the Dreams Resort but I'm not sure if that could be arranged at the affortable prices Cheap Caribbean offers. Of course we'll use Cheap Caribbean from now on for all of our vacations. At least 75% of the people we met & talked to used Cheap Caribbean & have for years as we will now use too. Thanks Cheap Caribbean see you next year or maybe sooner - The Namanny Family

Gregory C ZambarasHoney Brook, PATravel Dates: June 4-8Airline: AmericanResort: InterContinental, San Juan Review: The InterContinental staff was very friendly and extremely accomodating, from the bellhops to the pool and beach staff. The room was clean, available early for check in, and the oceanview room was well worth the upgrade price. The beach was clean for a city beach but it did get rather crowded on the weekend. However, the hotel "presence" allowed for a secure feeling. The hotel's proximity to the airport is convenient. Having additional options nearby for food beside the hotel's rather pricy establishments worked well for my wife and I. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very pleased that we experienced it all at a very reasonable price with the help of CheapCaribbean.com! We look forward to going back.

We had a great time on our Family vacation from the 1st of June to the 15th at the Ocean Blue Resort in Punta Cana, in the South of the Dominican Republic. The flights out and back were all on time and we were met by the tour operator as planned. After an initial issue with our room, which was resolved on our second day, we were very comfortable in our double queen bedroom, over-looking one of the 2 swimming pools. Apart from the American Diner, where the food was pretty grim, the restaurants were pretty good. We didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for a table and, even then, that was only on 2 or 3 nights over the 2 week period. The buffet restaurant was very well-stocked and our daughters always found plenty to eat, especially for dessert! Kieran

We were on our honeymoon. Flew in June 8 and flew out June 13 2009. It rained EVERY SINGLE DAY! $100 is not enought to make up for the rain. It was miserable. I am a frequent traveler to the caribbean and this was the first I have EVER had rain like this. However, this is mother nature - so on to the hotel. I wish I had known the beach was man made because I found that out AFTER coming home. I am used to the turquoise blue/teal/aqua water that you associate with the caribbean and I got merky seaweed infested water. The beach area was small - but FUN! If you arent spoiled by beaches like the turks and caicos and like to drink your face off then this is the place! Party hotel all the way...which i'm not complaining since it was raining at least the entertainment and booze got us through it while having fun! Pool was AWESOME! I love those lounge chairs built in the pool. NICE! Our first room when we checked in faced a gully and smelt of mold and for our honeymoon was not what we expected. Then they moved us. We got a better room location, but the room still smelt moldy. However, you are in teh caribbean and its to be expected with the humidity. We kept the AC CRANKED and it barely felt cool. BUT OVERALL I was pleased with the resort. I am being knit picky here with these comments just to tell ppl about the little details that sometimes go overlooked. The buffets were plenty full and had huge varieties of food and drinks. The in room bar was AWESOME. We definately cleaned house with the Appletons rum and red stripe beers. We only ate at two of the al la carte restaurants..little italy and the steakhouse. The steakhouse was good, but the meat was overcooked...so if you like it medium..order rare. Little Italy was great. I got the beef (as I was told by a couple we met in the pool to get) and it was GREAT. They had been there for 2 weeks and pretty much knew what to eat and what not to eat. Lastly, I was SHOCKED how entertaining the nightly shows were. I really didnt think it would be that great but I couldnt stop laughing or staring at the comedy at time and great dancing at others! Nice job RIU! Oh - one more thing...they say no tipping but even a dollar will get you better service...so keep a few in your pocket. Hope this helps! This review was written by Elizabeth Bartels (now Sain) and Jason Sain for our Jamaica honeymoon

I couldn't find a cheaper price separately. The best part was getting into the pools and waterslides at no additional cost at Atlantis! Just a short 3 minute walk across the street! Amy Cashman |

We stayed at the Radisson Resort & spa in St. Maarten on June 8-12, 2009Janet and John FrazierMobile, AL 36695 This was one of the most beautiful resorts we have ever stayed at. The food at the resort was fabulous and since a full breakfast buffet was included it was even better than we expected. The grounds, the beach, and the pool were immaculate. The staff were friendly and very attentive to our every need. I cannot think of one thing to improve on except to be able to stay longer! It rates 5 stars easily. We felt like we were the only ones there, it was fabulous. Thanks CheapCaribbean.com

Martha PradoHallandale Beach, Fl Travel Dates June 13 - June 23Barcelo Punta Cana Beach My experience in Barcelo Punta Cana Beach was excellent. The staff was friendly and eager to help with any situation. Although, I didn't request special accommodations in advance due to unpredicted medical circumstances my accommodations were changed within two days from the fourth floor to the first floor limiting the amount of walking and this help me enjoy myself at the beach. During our stay, we ate at the Conuco (Dominican), Tokyo (Japanese) Mirador (Tex-Mex), and Paris (French). We really enjoyed each restaurant and would return again with the exception of Paris. In my opinion, I feel that they can get rid of it totally and try a Chinese or Brazilian restaurant. The buffett is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They offer a variety of meat, salad, pasta, rice, bread, fruits, disserts, etc......... Overall I give Barcelo Punta Cana Beach a B+ it was cost affective, the staff and other guests were friendly, unlike Mexico venders do not bother you on the beach. I found the cab rides to be very overpriced they have two prices one for the turists and one for the locals. It should be one price for everyone. Would I return again, yes I would if I have to take a cost effective vacation. Sincerly Martie

We had a absolutely marvelous vacation. Great flight, great Hotel, Great Beaches, all at a GREAT PRICE. We went to Barbados- leaving Miami on June 2, and returning on June 9th. We stayed at the Allamanda Beach Hotel. The Hotel was very nice. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the Ocean. We loved having the studio with its' kitchen. The daily breakfast exceeded our expectations, allowing us to order off a menu with a great variety of choices. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We dined out several times and the food was excellent ( including the Allamanda ).We rented a car and toured the Island ourselves. It was a fabulous adventure, and all of the people we met were friendly, and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. We will most certainly recommend Cheap Caribbean to all of our friends. We personally want to thank all of the people at Cheap Caribbean for making this trip a TRULY wonderful vacation Sincerely, Dave & Barb Bledsoe

I couldn't have asked for a better location or vacation to celebrate my 40th birthday. We traveled to Mexico (Riviera Maya) from June 5-June10. We had the best time ever! The resort, Grand Sirenis was beautiful. There wasn't a thing we needed while there, everything was waiting for us!! Thank you for the best rate and allowing me and 3 friends to go on this trip. We have memories to last a lifetime!! Can't wait to do it again!!Sherry Timbrooksherryrn2005@hotmail.comBooking # 30193946 PS It did rain one day for about 2 hours. It was June 7th. Not sure if this counts toward the SPF protection or not. If you could let me know, that would be great. Thank you.

The transportation went flawless from Boston until we arrived to our room at the resort. I don't know how cheap Caribbean does it, but I want to sell my timeshare and always use them. The reception was perfect with no people and a nice glass of champagne for the two of us. We loved the grounds, the room was perfect and the staff was better than anywhere I have been. The pools were immaculate and the restaurants were fresh and exciting and the food was excellent... I would go back year after year as it was a perfect, relaxing vacationing. |

Hola- My boyfriend and I were at the Iberostar Costa Dorado in Puerto Plata for 5 nights in early June. (Last year I stayed at the Oasis Marien which was nice enough.) The Iberostar was excellent!!!Thanks to cheapcaribbean.com, our vacation was hassle-free. I needed a handicap-accessible resort, with no hindrance of steps. Cheapcaribbean .com guided me to this resort, and it was perfect . Juan Luis, guest relations manager, gave us a first floor room, perfect for my limitations. I was highly impressed by the excellent staff. Everything was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly, welcoming, efficient, and helpful. Their cheerfulness could brighten the dourest soul. Every meal at the main buffet was excellent. Dinners there were just as good as the specialty restaurants. We were impressed by the fresh, delicious selections in all restaurants. Even picky eaters could find a delicious meal. "El Bohito" by the pool has a bar and served a late breakfast buffet and a wide array of delicious selections at lunch. For dinner it converts to the delicious seafood restaurant. Twice a week, there were lunch barbecues and music on the beach. One was a delicious hamburger/hot dog with beverage bar, and the other, an outstanding paella cooking demonstration. There was an incredible amount of fresh seafood, prepared before a hungry, enthusiastic crowd. Tables and chairs appeared like magic, nestled among shady trees. (Tues. and Sun.) The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a Dominican style. Arch ways connect the room buildings to the lobby...no need to get wet should a tropical shower fall. The grounds were beautiful, with an assortment of magnificent flowers . A flamingo pond, adjacent to the lobby, made an interesting backdrop to the bar and theatre. Comfortable seating graced the magnificent tiled lobby and main bar. Although we did not participate, there were plenty of activities. Just relaxing on the beach, at the pool, or on our balcony was more our speed. In summary, the Iberostar Costa Dorado gave us a fabulous vacation. The beautiful setting, great food, ambiance, excellent staff, in lovely, low-key PuertoPlata were paradise to us. To all you negative, anal, nit-picking, overly- fussy reviewers, go elsewhere. We don't need your toxicity You'll never be satisfied anyway. As for us, we'll definitely go return, and book through cheapcaribbean.com. Thanks, Caribbean Jim! Katherine Connolly, age 58, guests 6/5/09-6/10/09Port Jefferson Sta., NY 11776(631) 509-1243

We stayed at the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana and it was beautiful. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The transfer company from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport were courteous and always helped us with our bags. The food at the hotel was so-so,but the staff was friendly and the entertainment was wonderful. We would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

I feel that Turtle Beach Resort is a good resort. My husband and I just wanted to get away for a week without spending a ton of money and Turtle Beach was a good choice. The resort is in a very good location and is presented very well. There are many good things but there are also some negatives. I would have to say that we enjoyed the wonderful beach and weather and the balcony on our room was great. Our room was always clean but you could tell the bathroom was old. Our bed consisted of two double beds pushed together and that was a bit uncomfortable but very doable. The major complaint that I would have to say would be with the staff. Of course there were some gems that were very kind and friendly but I grew to be suprised when I met one. The general staff including waitresses and bar staff were at best, very indifferent to you. It almost felt like you were bothering them if you asked for a drink. Of course they got it for you but often very slowly. Another problem was that they did not provide any advise or counseling on potential excursions. There was a whole rack of brochures and you picked from them and that was it. They expected your decisions to be made for you and if you have ever traveled before (which i have quite a bit) a lot of times you like to take recommendations or advise on what might be a good excursion. Once again, my husband and I felt very rushed when making a decision. I read many other reviews posted this year and most of them seemed to be pretty dead on with what we experienced. Because of this I did not feel too suprised and I think that added to us having a more pleasant time. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. The food was for the most part good and abundant. Barbados is beautiful and we did have a good time. Amber C. Bass

| I BOOKED TRIPS THRU CHEAP CARRIBEAN TWICE BOTH TO PUNTA CANA. THE FIRST TRIP, MY HUSBAND AND I WENT ON IN 9/08 HURRICANES AND TERRIBLE WEATHER WAS FORECASTED BUT ALL WE HAD WAS PLENTY ON SUNSHINE. WE STAYED AT THE LTI BEACH RESORT WE HAD A NICE ROOM,VERY CLEAN, THE FOOD WAS GOOD, THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMODAYE YOU. THE ONLY THING WE DID NOT LIKE WAS THE LZAYOVER AT THE AIRPORTS FOR THE CONNECTING FLIGHTG THERE AND BACK. OTHERWISE A GREAT TIME. THIS JUNE WE TOOK OUR FAMILY TO PUNTA CANA. THEY LOVED IT!!AGAIN CHEAP CARRIBEAN HELP WITH ACCOMODATIONS AND WE ALL STAYED AT THE GRAND OASIS BAVARRO. THIS RESORT IS MUCH MUCH LARGER THAN THE LTI AND THERE WAS ALOT MORE TO DO. THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AS WERE THE POOLS AND GROUNDS. WE ALL ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THAT INCLUDED IN THR PACKAGE WERE 3 ADDITIONAL DINNERS AT 3 SIT DOWN RESTURANTS. THIS WAS A DEFINITE PLUS AS BUFFET STYLE GETS BORING AFTER A WHILE. AND I MIGHT ADD, WE HAD DIRECT FLIGHTS WHICH WAS GREAT!!!!!!!!!! NEXT YEAR WHO KNOWS, BUT 1 THING FOR SURE I WILL LOOK FOR CARRIBEAN JIM AND HIS CREW FOR SUGGESTIONS AND WILL CONTINUE TO SEND MY VACATION TRIPS THEIR WAY. A MILLION THANKS FOR 2 GREAT TRIPS. | I took my 4th trip through Cheap Caribbean in early June and just as my previous trips, Cheap Caribbean did a fantastic job in making things as easy as possible. My girlfiend and I stayed at the NH this time around, as I had stayed at a different resort the previous 2 times. First off, the travel accomodations were great. The flight was direct and actually arrived early. There was someone there at the airport waiting for us and they quickly ushered us to the shuttle which took us to our resort. Totally seamless. There was a short drive to the resort where we were quickly greeted and led to our room. The room was modern and spacious, although I would recommend a 2nd or 3rd floor room as opposed to the 1st floor due to noise factors and traffic down the corridors. The resort was beautiful with fantastic pools and great beaches. My first complaint came from the overall service that we recieved. Although they advertised 24 hour room service we found it difficult in keeping the room stocked with towels, washrags and soft drinks, water and beer in the refrigerator. We also found that it was difficult in getting reservations for the on site restaurants, although when we were able to get them, they were never busy or filled to a point where they should be turning people away. Also, based on the fact that it appeared that the resort was only at about 25-30% occupancy upon our arrival it was slow in getting service at the bars and pool area swim up. Only one bartender working both sides of the swim up bar made for LONG waits for drinks. In my other trips to Punta that was never the case. Our trip was for a total of 6 days/5 nights and the overall experience was good. The resort was rather quiet for the first 4 days, but got extremely loud the last night there due to arrivals of high schoolers who had obviously just got out for the year. Unfortunately they were loud and kept us up with their activities in the hallways and courtyard. Overall, we felt that the resort offered what we were looking for. On-site dining was pretty good, especially the buffet for breakfast. The poolside eatery also offered up some nice grilled options which were pretty good. We never had a chance to eat at a couple of the restaurants but did eat at the Surf and Turf & Japanese themed restaurants. I would suggest that if you set reservations for the Hibachi/Japenese restaurant that you let them know that you would like to eat off of the Hibachi menu as we did not have the option once we got there. That was very dissapointing. I would consider going back to this resort again, particularly as we felt it was clean and modern. The service lacked a little, but I think we learned more about what to do and what not do in time. Dennis BarrowLynda JacobsWilmington, NC |

Name: Faith NettlefordCity: Pikesville, MD. Travel Dates: June 8- 13th, 2009Resort Name/Location: Wyndham Rio Mar, Rio Grande, P.R. This is our second trip to the Rio Mar; second time booking through Cheap Caribbean. The trip was amazing! The resort is beautiful, with a very helpful staff. The rooms at the resort are roomy and always clean. The resort amenities are also exceptional. They recently secured a vendor to do Jet Skiing right there on the beach which adds to the many water sports they now offer. There are many tours and excursions you can do in the area. We did a boat snorkel tour out of Farjardo which is only about 20 minutes away. The rain forest is also very accessible; it's about 5 minutes from the resort. The Bio luminescent tour also leaves from Farjardo. The views there are gorgeous. A few tips for first time travelers to Puerto Rico: - The hotel is FULL of iguana's. If you are scared of them, like I was a bit, beware at the pool. They run that area! They are great to watch from afar, but when one decides to take a dip in the pool because someone scared it, it's not fun. - The hotel is a short car rental ride away from the airport. The best and cheapest option is to rent a car at the airport and drive to the hotel. It will also help you get around on your trip. The easiest way to get from the airport to the hotel is Rt. 26E to 66 towards Farjardo. That's a told road so have $1.50. Take that to Route 3E. Landmark would be the Baelz Mall. Make a right on Route three right there. Go about 8 miles and you will see a sign to make a left for the hotel. - Food is relatively expensive at the hotel with the exception of Marebella's the buffet style restaurant. Breakfast there is very affordable; $14.95 per person. There are good food options close to the hotel. Ritchie's is right up the street (about a block past the hotel entrance). They have an amazing view of the water and mountains. The food there is pretty good and Ritchie and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are also a number of restaurants in San Juan and Old San Juan that are worth trying. Barrachina's, the home of the first Pina Colado is a good choice. It's in Old San Juan. Ask the hotel for directions. They will print them out for you. The hotel also has 2 for 1 happy hour at the Tiki bar between 6-8pm.

My girlfriend and I purchased a 4 night all inclusive trip to Dreams resort in the Dominican Republic. It was our first time ever booking an all inclusive trip or a trip online and needless to say we were a little nervous. We were nothing but impressed, the price was incredible and the service from CheapCarribean.com was amazing. 2 days into our vacation we decided to make a return trip 6 months later and use the same service. Thanks CheapCaribbean!

Had a fantastic tim at Dreams in LaRomana. Food wasn't all that great, but all-inclusives are what they are. The resort is huge, and there was plenty to do, do leaving was not necessary. The water was murky, but it was the rain that caused it. Over all, I would visit a Dreams resort again, not this one, as I want to keep travelling and I have now been there and done that.Eddie

However, for what we paid, we felt we got very good value for the money. Despite what many reviews said, the rooms were clean and modern. The bathrooms had doors and privacy. The food was fine. You could always find something - couldn't beat the fresh mango every morning! There were a few mosquitos, but I've seen much worse in NC. The pool was beautiful and was the beach. The reservation only restaurants were pretty good. We had great massages at the spa. Lots of beach shopping with some high pressure sales, but you can get good deals - be strong and stick to your price! We would definitely go back to this resort in the future. |

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crystal Cove Hotel in Barbados. The food was excellent, the beach lovely and the staff very helpful. My only recommendation is to request a room away from the road. On our first night we stayed in a room where road noise was very loud and made for a bad night's sleep. We asked the front desk receptionist for another room, and she was very courteous in obliging our request. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.Sameh FahmyAthens, GATravel dates: 6/7/09 - 6/12/09Crystal Cove Hotel

I was a little skeptical of using cheapcrriBbean since I had not ever heard of them. When I decided to take the chance I was glad I did. The funny thing is that I usually use Expedia and they have a low price guarantee, because I was use to using them, I called and see if they would match my trip price even just the hotel and the difference was way too much for them to believe it. I did direct the Expedia consultant to the website of CheapCaribBean and showed her how I found the site and the price of My hotel. She unfortunately could not match it, It apparently was too much of a difference. I thought that was silly since they did advertise that they have a price guarantee/match. hmmmm. Anyways, I was glad I booked with CheapCaribbean for that particular trip and have book with them for additonal vacation packages. The idea of not being charged for additonal programs such as the hurrican and spf 100 protection plan is great.

Donna S Sweety, Oro Valley, AZ June 6-June 13 Secrets Maroma Beach, Cancun, MX. An absolutely wonderful vacation spot. When we arrived at the hotel we were given a free upgrade on our room because we were celebrating our 25th Anniversary. The swim out pool was a nice add on. There was never a moment that we weren't pampered. The staff was always attentive to our needs. The food was outstanding and it was never a problem to get the food and beverages you wanted. The beach was so beautiful! We took a long walk every day and I was surprised that the sand was never hot. We would go back again next year because it was such a positive experience.
