Just spent 7 nights at Courtyard Marriott at 7 Mile Beach in Grand Cayman.All parts of the trip put together by CheapCarribean were absolutely flawless (flights, transport, upgrades, stingray city trip, etc). Leaving from Austin, TX we were actually on the beach by about 2PM! The hotel, although a distance from downtown, was just fine, with good snorkeling right in front, excellent beach, and easy bus transport to good food and downtown area. The staff told us that the property has been bought by Renaissance and is about to undergo a major overhaul - will be closed for 15 months. So, get there before the price triples!!Bill Bayer

We stayed at Wyndhams' Rio Mar Resort in Puerto Rico. The hotel, grounds, views, etc. were absolutely beautiful. I was disapointed with the beach though. The sand almost appeared "dirty" and the ocean was rough compared to other islands I have been to in the past. I wouldn't characterize this as a family resort. My 2 children who are teenagers liked the resort but felt that there wasn't really anything to do. We stayed at an all-inclusive in Jamaica 2 years ago and there was a flurry of activities from morning, noon, and night. This is not the case at Rio Mar. Another negative for families is the cost of the food and drinks. I wasn't impressed with the restaurants at the resort. I don't mind paying for food if I feel I am getting outstanding food but that was not the case. You are almost forced to spend additional money on excursions just to have something to do and I don't feel that should be the case at a resort. Overall we didn't have a bad time but I would not return again.

I had such a great time in St. Thomas. The Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort was beautiful and the rates were phenomenal. I've recommended the site to at least 15 people, and they all have said how wonderful and inexpensive compared to other sites, CheapCaribbean.com is. We loved Barbados!! This was our first time to this island and we will definitely be back. The Bajan people we met during our stay were very friendly. We especially loved snorkeling with the sea turtles. I stayed at the Hamac Resort in Boca Chica, D.R. the first week of July, 2008. My stay was surprisingly pleasant. The reception checked us in within 3 minutes, no problem, even though we arrived late in the evening. Check-out also very quick. A little golf car took us to our room and the bell boy practically gave us a tour and explanation of the resort while driving to the our room. Our room was very nice, with air-condition, mini bar, satellite TV and pool view with lots of palm trees and flower around. We had hot water every day! The Buffet restaurant had plenty selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the wait service was vary attending. I loved the Mexican restaurant, there is an appetizer bar and they serve you Margarita cocktail as you sit down. The food and service was excellent.The beach also very nice and clean, plenty of activities and friendly bartenders, they know all the cocktails you can ask for. It was surprised that they had all the Imported liquors, since many other resorts doesn't have it.Over all, I would highly recommend the Oasis Hamaca to all ages, lot's of fun, lively and beautiful resort. Close to Santo Domingo the capital and the little town Boca Chica is a fun place with cafs, discos and souvenir shops only 5 minutes walk.My experience was surprisingly very pleasant! My girlfriend and I just returned from the Iberostar Rose Hall Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica.As always, before the trip we conducted online research to see what other guests had to say.We found many pros and cons online, but the pros definitely outweighed the cons in our minds.So, we went.From the moment we arrived, the Iberostar exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds.We didn't realize that we'd be staying at such a new resort! It's like it was built last week.There are a few photos below.A few points stand out: Extremely friendly and accommodating staff.Much of the staff we actually got to knowfrom participating in the many activities offered. Many fun Activities.Beach volleyball, horseshoes, darts, archery, pool games, and the list goes on. The food was delicious.We are from NYC. So I like to think that we know what good food is.I guess if you wanted to be overly picky you could find something to complain about.The buffet is huge with many choices.We were totally blown away by the Japanese restaurant. And I eat sushi at least a few times a week.There is a Jamaican bar-b-que on the beach somedays; fantastic.We noticed that the chicken, in all of the restaurants, is tender and fresh. They know how to prepare chicken! The bar service is prompt and professional.We had a great time sampling the many cool, fruity, frozen beverages.The bartenders also mixed up their own spin on drinks; which was fun. Rooms are spacious and very well kept. The gym has modern equipment. Great place for both adults and kids alike. A short, twenty minute ride from the airport. Karaoke bar and cigar bar.Online, we read reviews that mentioned construction noise.A second phase is underway. And unless you make a valiant effort to actually find it, it is 100% unnoticeable.Our entire five-day stay was totally noise free.We also found complaints online about missing tiles in the pool.Unless you make a true effort to locate the small, missing tiles, you don't even notice.The pool is magnificent and clean by the way.Ben Prager & Jess Pfeiffer

I absolutely loved my vacation at sheraton at our lucaya!! And my experience with cheapcaribbean! After i had booked my trip, i called a few times to ask questions & everyone was so totally helpful & super nice! As for my vacation, I'd booked the transfer from the airport to hotel through cheapcaribbean & they were there waiting for us - very organized. We arrived at the sheraton in no time at all & were very happy with our room - actually had a view of the ocean from the side! and it was on a high floor, which was cool. And the room was spotless - so so clean. I can't say enough about the housekeeping at the sheraton - they are awesome. i like to sleep in, so i was never ready for the room to be cleaned when they came around 11:00 am. So i just would tell them that i'm not ready yet, and they actually smiled & said it's fine! (i'm not used to that - other places i've stayed, housekeeping was never happy when i was still in the room when they wanted to clean it. ) And when i did get my butt out of the room, it was somehow spotlessly cleaned when i returned. amazing! Then went to the beach & pools - totally awesome!! swimup pool bar on the westin side infinity pool so nice. ocean water like a bathtub. beautiful, quiet infinity pool at the end of the westin side of the property, too! The grounds of this property are just insanely awesome! And i felt so so safe here, too!! Went right across the street to the marketplace - what fun!!! rum runners makes the best drinks ever - in coconuts, yet! and they have great food, too. Ate at zorba's 4 times - we just loved it there. especially for breakfast. and the gyros are incredible. and the spinach pies. Picked up a book at the hotel called "what to do" & it had a coupon in there for a free bahama mama at the Bahama Mama Bar in the marketplace. (now, how could we pass that up??!) so, the 3 of us went there, with our 3 coupons. lol. and you know, he made us awesome bahama mamas!! was surprised, cause i had thought that being free, it would have no alcohol in it & would be not so good. but it was incredibly good!! but that's what we experienced every day. everyone was just so friendly there!! We wanted to go to Billy Joe's the one day while we were at the pool at westin. But Mom has trouble walking, so we went down to the guys running the water sports & asked if they could ride us over there on a boat & they said no problem! I wanted to travel somewhere warm quick fast and in a hurry. I travel a lot but didn't want to go through the hassel of trying to find the best package on my own. I found CheapCaribbean.com via TravelZoo. The person I spoke with was named Mary Hughes, I think. She helped me through several options. I was online while she was throwing out the names of several resorts. I was amazed at the quality of each resort! I quickly booked a trip to Grand Bahamas Island. I stayed at the Sheraton. Good choice! The vacation price was EXCELLENT. I really didn't expect to get such a high quality property and service for such a low price. I booked my vacation with Cheapcaribbean to the Sheraton in Lucaya on Grand Bahama. It was one of the easiest ways I have ever booked on vacation, which also made it one of the most enjoyable. I found the site to be easy to navigate through and the selection of hotels and side trips was fantastic. Being that it was one of the least expensive sites was a BIG PLUS!!! There was a problem with the original airline that I was booked on about 3 weeks before we were to leave, NOT A PROBLEM! I called customer service and the problem was taken care of quickly and I was very happy with the service I received. The hotel was beautiful and the people very friendly. My family and I will remember this trip always. I will definitely go through Cheapcaribbean.com again for our next vacation!!!

I have been traveling "virtually" at least once a week for months, visiting CheapCaribbean.com at lunch and checking out all of the great places I could go. Well, I finally had the time to go on vacation and found the perfect trip through your site. The registration process was easy and quick, the costs very reasonable compared to all of the other places I had looked, and the various vendors that you recommended provided great services. The travel tips and recommendations were great! When I got back to the office tanned and relaxed, there were a bunch of people who asked where I had gone. Sometime during the transaction before departing on my trip I wondered about whom it is am sending my vacation money to and if the reservations were actually made.We were delayed in Dallas when we departed and missed our flight in San Juan. I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time my husband and I had at the Beach club and I hope to return again very soon. I have to tell you that I was somewhat leery in booking with Cheap CheapCaribbean.com, but I found it to be a great experience and I really got a great deal on my trip to the Grand Cayman. My hotel wasn't luxurious, food wasn't the best, but it met my other needs, in having a terrific time! In a way, the Colony beach Club was its own gem in disguise. We went snorkeling everyday right from the hotel. It was just awesome. We weren't able to take any of the complementary trips due to the timing, too bad for us, but we did book with Red Sail and they were terrific. I hope to return soon. We received a free upgrade at our hotel (including breakfast and a room with a view of the water), which was a nice surprise and useful benefit. The hotel's location was great for diving and for easily getting out to restaurants on the island. You put together flights that fit our itinerary perfectly and helped us make the most of our vacation time.

We traveled to Rio Grande and stayed at the Rio Mar Wyndham 7/13 through 7/17. The resort is absolutely beautiful; however, food is definitely overpriced. We ordered room service the first night, two sandwiches with fries and two drinks set us back $46. Unbelievable. The restaurant prices at Mirbella were not bad and the food was great at that restaurant. Two of the seven restaurants were closed. The hotel rooms need to be upgraded, our tub in the bathroom absolutely needed to be replaced. The grounds were well maintained and the pool area was very nice. Seeing the iguanas roam the property was a plus. The cabanas poolside was being rented for $150 for 8 hours, 8-5. While we were there, they remained empty!! They should rethink that pricing! All in all, the weather was great, and we had a fabulous time. If we were to return, we'd definitely rent a car to travel off the resort. Other vacationers complained about the food prices and preferred to go off the resort to visit the local restaurants.Lisa A. Clarke

Good Morning. I want to first reveal that my husband and I vacation outside of the USA every year - but this was our first experience booking travel thru CheapCaribbean.com. Owning a travel company in the past, might I state that your website is outstanding! Navigation around the site is so easy - and I truly appreciate the pictures and 360 views. You have spent much effort and time creating this website --- we will definitely return in the future to book trips!!!! My husband and I traveled for the first time to the Dominican Republic in July 2008. We stayed at the Oasis Hamaca resort just outside of Santo Domingo. When we first arrived at the airport, we found our transfers right outside of the terminal without too much problem. It would have helped if the tour organizer was holding a sign - but with the assistance of another tour guide, we were directed to our ride. The hotel itself was somewhat older and but extremely clean - I'm sure that after the remodeling project is over, the hotel will be comparable to that of a 4+ star hotel. At this time, my husband and I would only rate the property maybe a 3 1/2 star. English was not the primary language at this location --- we found that we were waited on last at the beach bars many times because not many of the waiters/waitresses spoke English. I felt they were slightly intimidated - but we managed to speak a small amount of Spanish which got us by for the 5 days we visited. Additionally, this won't be a problem too much longer as I've gone back to college to learn Spanish myself. We have taken 5 all inclusive vacations in the past 8 years - the food quality and selection at this hotel bet out any other hotels we have visited in the past. Every meal was absolutely outstanding --- whether it was at one of the more formal restaurants on their campus or from the pizza bar on the beach. We were extremely surprised while eating every meal!!! Each morning, I would play tennis and use the gym. The young gentleman who worked at the hotel and tended to this area of the resort was extremely kind and helpful. On the last day of our vacation, he picked fresh mangos from the trees and brought them to my husband and I --- they were fresh and sweet. It was outstanding! There wasn't much to do outside of the resort --- we went into the town of Boca Chica 3 times during the day to purchase gifts. We wouldn't suggest going into town alone or at night due to security. But - there were many activities during the day and at night at the resort to keep visitor's occupied and busy. The hotel staff were completely courteous and there to serve your every need. The beach was beautiful - the water was warm!!!!! I think that was the BEST part of the entire trip! Each day, we lounged outside at the beach for hours. Although the pool was extremely clean, we never really used it due to the ocean being so warm and inviting. I didn't want to leave the water - it was mesmerizing! Lastly, when we arrived at the airport on our last day, we were told our flight (3:40pm American Airlines to Miami) was canceled. Thus - we were rerouted thru Puerto Rico FIRST CLASS home. When we arrived in Puerto Rico, we were asked by the airline to give up our seats. In compensation, the airline put us up for the night at a 5-star hotel on the ocean, gave $1100 in air travel vouchers, paid for our meals (for 24 hours) and transfers to/from hotel. WHAT A DEAL! The extension of our vacation into 1 last day at a different island was wonderful! We hadn't flown American Airlines in 10 years --- as we are Delta SkyMiles card holders. I will state that we have NEVER seen Delta do anything similar for their customers in quite sometime and thus, we are now AAdvantage card holders and will fly American Airlines much more often in the future!!! Before closing I want to thank you for all the little extras. The 10% card is a great idea --- the follow-up emails, etc..... Remember, its the little things that will keep your customers returning to book trips and keep them loyal to CheapCaribbean.com.

Toni, Just wanted to let you know that we have returned from our trip to Mexico, where we stayed at the Blue Bay. Our fears about Olympus Tours were unfounded, and the company was very well run and where way we needed them when we needed them. Our contact person at the Blue Bay was Patrice and she was very helpful and worked with us even when we had to reschedule some of our trips due to weather concerns. I iust have to say THANK YOU. My wife and I just returned from our trip to the Dominican Republic and it was nothing short of wonderful. I had never booked a trip online, I always used a travel agent and was very skeptical about using an online service. Every aspect of the trip was better than portrayed on the Cheap Carribean web site. The resort was unbelieveable,the flight was great and most of all, everything was made so simple. This was our 2nd trip to Aruba and these have been our best vacations ever. This is the most total relaxing trips we have ever took. We have been on many vacations but you will find you find no friendlier people than the locals in Aruba. The food is superb. We have never had a bad meal. If I could afford it I would go every year. Hello- We just came back from Puerto Vallarta. We went from 6/21/08 - 6/28/08 to Puerto Vallarta and booked our trip with CheapCaribbean.com Let me tell you it was AWESOME!!! We purchased an All Inclusive package with non-stop flights that was the lowest rate out there. We just returned from Mango Bay Hotel in Barbados after staying seven days and had a blast. This was our fifth trip to the Caribbean with Cheap Caribbean and was also our best! CheapCaribbean.com has improved every year we have used them. Their detailed description of the resort is spot on. The inclusion of airport transfers is wonderful. Our flight from Atlanta to Barbados was delayed two hours and our transfer was waiting in Barbados without us making any arrangements. Also, I am convinced that I am getting the best deal possible through Cheap Caribbean. With CheapCaribbean.com all you have to do is show up to the airport and relax!

Barbados was an amazing time. I have to admit I was a little worried about the trip, because it was so inexpensive, I thought there must be a catch. But the service was amazing. From the minute we got to the airport in Barbados everything was taken care of. We had round trip service to the hotel, the hotel was great, just as it was described, and we had a guide to help us book any trips/excursions we wanted to do as well as answer any questions we had. We took a family vacation to the Caribbean - June'08 - stayed at the Sunscape in La Romana. This was the fist time we went to DR - we would definitely go back. The water was beautiful, turquoise and crystal clear, the kids enjoyed swimming in it. It cooled down substantially at nights, and there was always an ocean breeze to cool you down. Beautiful well kept grounds. Rooms very clean. Pleasant helpful staff. Some of the restaurants were excellent and the waiters attentive especially a gentleman named Joselyn who was extremely good to us when we visited the specialty restaurants. The Oasis Canoa was huge and had every amenity you could want: great food, stores, bars, pool, beach, activities, music, etc. We rented a car but it was a waste of money, the roads are horrendous, road signs are non-existent, and getting lost is a given--save yourself some money and just use the vouchers--you won't need to drive anywhere if staying at the Oasis Canoa. After driving through slum after slum to get to the hotel, we were relieved that it was in a nice section. It was far larger than our tastes, but if you like the hustle and bustle of doing something every minute of the day, enjoy having lots of people around (lots of families), then this is definitely your destination

Myself and four friend booked a trip through you to go to Grand Bahama Island and stay at the Sheraton Resort at Our Lucaya. We had a great time there and the weather was great. My only advice to help our cheapcaribbean.com would to let people know that if they book the all inclusive trip at this hotel that every time you order something you have to constantly sign for any food or drinks. This hotel is a mix between an all inclusive as well as people who pay for all food and beverages. It was nice to use the facilities at the Westin next door since they are both owned by Starwood Hotels. I did wish that you didn't use pictures of the Westin on the booking for the Sheraton because the Westin is much nicer than the Sheraton hotel. Overall be had a great trip. Thanks Ryan Dean

Oh its a great, wonderful and so excited vacation for 8 people, every one have a lot at fun for a cheap price we ate all kind of food and we could travel to another island for a good price and we received a nice reception with a drink you could feel so greateven because one day rain a lot and the room flow in water we don't feel so bad, they work so hard to keep everything under control, and we understood the situation.they give a free service for laundry, because the clothe get wet. For sure we could take another vacation with your travel agency.....

We booked this trip on cheapcaribbean.com - it was a great deal, with the exception of pricy airfare, but...On the shuttle to CA, we stopped twice for beer at some local outdoor bars, which was fun. Some people complained, but it is part of the experience. You can basically buy ANYTHING you want at these beer stops. We were the first to get dropped off of the shuttle at our resort - CA Some people on the shuttle were saying "what a dump, etc." but after reading reviews, we knew that this was just superficial. Once we got in and walked to the back, we feel in love with CA, grab a float and get in the ocean, you can float for hours without worry of going out to sea or sharks. The burgers are great at the grill and the food is wonderful. We stayed in room 53 on the second floor overlooking the pool. It was a great 2-bed room with clean everything. Make sure you get a safe, as it is a wise investment. Despite what people say about food not being available, we were prepared and took food from the buffet to our room and stored it in the fridge and ate it later - no worries. If the chance presents I will stay here again. It is not a romantic resort or where I would go on a honeymoon, but since I was with my friend, we found it to perfect for us.

This is the first time I ever used Cheapcaribbean.com, and I will say the service I received from them was wonderful. I went on vacation to Puerto Plata, Dominican republic for 5 days, and stayed at the Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort & Spa, from June 23rd till June 28th, 2008 and had a wonderful time, I flew from JFK International to Puerto Plata Airport Non-stop in about 3 hours with Jet blue when I got into the airport, went through customs, after buying my Visitors Tourist Card for $10.00, and after I got my luggage My transportation to my Hotel was waiting for me outside at the front. It took about 30 minutes from the airport to the resort, but when I got there, there was somebody at the front of the resort to greet me, give me a welcome drink, and also to give me a cold wet towel, check-in went really well, they had my name, and welcome package all ready for me when I got to the check-in desk. Then a bell boy helped me with my Luggage and took me to my room,The room I received was great, I had a wonderful view of the pool area, and also you could see many other things as well The resort had so many things going on there from about 9 a.m. in the morning till about 5 p.m. at night. The dining Areas, gift shops, tour desk,etc was all in close walking distance. the staff their were so friendly, and tried to go out of there way to make you feel welcome in anyway possible, although I did have a little problem with one of the front desk staff, but other then that I thought everything at this resort was very pretty, and a wonderful place to stay at. everything is so clean, the pool area is cleaned early every morning for a brand new day. The pools are not very deep, which I thought was good, only about 5 feet, but there were like 3-4 pools in the resort. If you do decide to travel to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, and you have kids, or you love sea animals, I recommend going to Ocean World. Its a fantastic place to visit, and you can see Dolphins, Sea Lions,birds,baby sharks,and tigers,and for a price you can swim,and have an encounter with these sea animals,I did ,and it was the best thing I could of done.It was wonderful.But anyway I would recommend the Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort 100%.Thank You Cheapcaribbean.com for making my vacation a great time

My 21 year old son and I spent 7 days at this resort. FANTASTIC VACATION!!! This is the second time I have stayed there, the first with my mom. Both of the trips were very relaxing, the resort is very accommodating, clean, and holds many things to do or just sit by the beach/pool and relax in the beautiful Jamaica sun. We sent snorkeling, took a ride in the glass bottom boat, and my son even participated in the goat races. Take your family or a special person in your life and enjoy the country of Jamaica, the biggest asset of this country is the smiles on the people that live there. Who wouldn't smile with weather as perfect as they have!

CC-Not many people are aware that Jamaica has the highest rate of bird endemism (28 birds can only be seen there) of any island in the Caribbean. During our recent visit to this Island, we spent a few hours at a new bird sanctuary only a few miles from Montego Bay. In this short period we saw at least 12 of these special birds, and also had the country's national bird (Streamertail Hummingbird) landing on our hands to feed (photo available if needed). All of this was the icing to the Holiday Inn Resort 'cake' where we stayed. The food, beverages and activities at the Inn were all designed to insure that guests had a great time. Just a note to say we were very pleased with your service on our recent vacation to the Grand Caymans. This time we stayed at Sunshine Suites, next to the Ritz. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were very clean. The Sunshine Grill on the property has very tasty food and their Thursday nite barbeque was great. It was a short jaunt 200 yards to Seven Mile Beach, so even though the pool was rather small, it was refreshing. I would recommend it to those traveling and are on a budget. US: A married couple in our 50s, from Florida. We noticed that the fellow tourists here had a greater age range than our last two visits to similar resorts and more Continental Europeans. Although perhaps more children, they were all very well behaved. There is a special area for children at the resort to entertain them during the day. Remember to check in the next day with the Cheap Carribbean representative; there will be a briefing that is helpful.Restaurants Didn't try the restaurants. Used the World Cafe. Plenty of selection, but variety got tired toward the end of stay. Different days were geared toward a theme, such as French, Dominican, and Mexican. Fresh fruit at every meal: bananas (unbelievably sweet), pineapple, cantaloupe, oranges, passion fruit, and watermelon. And fresh squeezed juice from those fruits. Chances to try items (the way prepared) one probably never has had. At times will have fresh fruit being cut out on the beach.BarsA sufficient number. The one in the main lobby stays busy. Worth the walk to one near a pool. Beach and PoolsBeach was plenty wide with plenty of chairs and lots of shade. Pools looked wonderful, but didn't use. Free use of snorkel and mask; of limited use for those of us who still wear glasses. Ocean was great! Grounds Very clean. Workers are up early to maintain them. Workers at the border that separates the resort and the huts on the beach where souvenirs can be bought. Usually two workers in uniform plus a uniformed security officer. One could walk closer to the water and avoid being approached, then walk on up to the fishing docks and into Dominicus (and its souvenir stores). Tours This was our third trip to the DR, but to a different area (each time). Consequently we didn't do, as we already had, the tours into the interior or the Santo Domingo. We did utilize Prieta Tours for a tour to La Romana and Chavan de Campos. We had used Prieta Tours before. Highly recommend a trip to La Romana especially for those who haven't been to DR before. Save your rum, coffee, cigar, and honey (apple blossom and carrot) money for JUMBO store-similar to WalMart (so the best prices on such). Columbus plaza is a little bit more, but has much better selection of rum and cigars (still cheaper than souvenir shops). Dominicus has a casino and free shuttle to and from the resort in the evening. Not huge, but big enough. Really gets going after 10pm.Conclusion Great for the price. If want to get away and relax and not have a care, this is for you.

We stayed at the Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach Resort on Grand Bahama Island and had an excellent time. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly and the restaurants were tasty! Dear Caribbean Jim, We just returned from our 7 day playcation in beautiful St. Lucia. We stayed at the Almond Morgan Bay resort in Castries, St. Lucia. Absolutely amazing! This was our first time using CheapCaribbean.com to book a vacation, and we are here to tell you, you and your company lived up to all our expectations and more. There were absolutely no hiccups in any part of our trip. The grounds, rooms, and facilities at Almond Morgan Bay were perfect. The dining was superb. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. St. Lucia is a jewel in the Caribbean and very beautiful. We were there for 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The people were all helpful and very nice. Accommodations were very nice and food was great, make sure you try the Italian restaurant. Shows were always very entertaining and they try to keep something going all the time. We took the 3 in 1 site seeing tours, and did Martha Brea River on bamboo rafts, Dunn's Falls, and Rosehall. The motel also offers free rides to the duty free shopping stores which we did and they also agreed to take us to the Harley shop free of charge. They also offered free rides to and from Margaritaville, which we also did. This was a trip well enjoyed!!!!

Our fears of getting bored in an all-inclusive resort (in our first trip of this kind) were quickly shattered - we did everything from water sports to horse-back riding and history tours in Santo Domingo. We had an amazing week at Sunscape Casa Del Mar in La Romana, Dominican Republic. It was pure paradise and I would love to go back! I had been to Punta Cana two years ago, and had also loved it, however, La Romana exceeded my expectations by far. Our flight from Miami to Santo Domingo was delayed by 2 hours and our friends came 6 days later, and their flight was delayed by 4 hours, so that part was horrible..on the part of American Airlines. However, once we got to the resort, it got much better. Our room was old but spacious, and the air conditioning worked really well. The service at the hotel was super! The staff was friendly and helpful. Most of the employees only speak Spanish though, so it's very helpful to speak some Spanish. I was fortunate that I communicated with them in Spanish, because my mom couldn't even have them understand the word "restroom" in English. The landscape and the two beautiful pools overlooked the sea, as well as one of the restaurants, Seaside Grill. The clear water turquoise beach was absolutely breathtaking against the lush green background. The sand was white and powdery. The resort had great lounge chairs and many covered areas to keep you away from the sun and rain. The weather was surprisingly pleasant, it only rained one day out of the 7 sunny days. I must say, the biggest problem was the mosquitos. If they sprayed against the mosquitos, it would be the perfect paradise. I still say that this place was truly "la isla bonita". Jibid Cicekci

JUST CAME BACK FROM RIO GRANDE, PUERTP RICO WHERE WE STAYED AT THE WYNDHAM RIO MAR RESORT AND SPA. FIRST LET ME JUST SAY THAT THIS WAS A FABULOUS RESORT, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE STAY THERE. Wow, is the only word that expresses how great my trip was last week. The hotel was 4 stars but felt like 10 stars, the horseback riding through the rain forest was spectacular, and the kayak tour in the bioluminescent cove was amazing. A few days vacation provide my daughter and me a lifetime worth of memories, experiences and a profound appreciation for the wonders of nature in Puerto Rico. The trip was perfect and I wish that it would have lasted a few days more. My family of five just returned from a seven night trip at the Villa Del Arco in Cabo San Lucas. I have nothing negative to say about this trip because everything was fabulous. We stayed in a two bedroom penthouse suite on the sixth floor with three different views. We had a Jacuzzi and barbecue grill on a huge balcony. The views were unbelievable from every angle. The staff was very attentive from moment we stepped off the shuttle. The bellhops were always helpful with our luggage or groceries. Rosella, our concierge, hooked us up with some great deals on several activities from jet skis to horseback riding. The housekeeping staff was always pleasant and courteous. They always came by to check if we needed more towels or robes. The restaurants at both the Arco and Palmar had great food. Some items were a little pricey, but mostly everything was reasonable. I love the trolley taking taking was back and forth between the two hotels. The Desert Spa and Gym were top notch. The gym had all of the equipment necessary for a good workout. The spa was top of the line and just beautifully set up. Our entire trip was great overall. I highly recommend traveling to the Villa Del Arco. Cheap Caribbean did a wonderful job setting up the trip for us. We had no problems with our flight or stay in Cabo. I loved all of the reminders that Cheap Caribbean sent us before our trip. The hints were very helpful. I will definitely go on another trip booked by CheapCaribbean.com. I will also recommend them to my peers.

hello! Im writing about my recent trip to Puerto Rico. We were pleasantly surprised by how upscale the hotel was- a real delight. our room was steps away from a infinity pool and we loved the giant iguanas running around. the island lived up to its enchanting image- a cool night breeze blowing through the palms while we dined outdoors with an old school style Puerto RIco restaurant. another great moment- hanging in the hammocks on the beach watching the seas for manatees. we loved it. I just wanted to let you know how apprehensive I was when making a reservation to go to Oasis Hamaca. I saw pictures people had posted after I made the reservation and was sacred to death. But we had already booked the "cheap" trip and went. Much to our surprise the resort was wonderful - the rooms were not updated but were fine and the resort was beautiful and well kept. The food was good - people were nice and we had a great time. Shame on those people who posted such horrible picture

We just got back from the Gran Melia Resort in Puerto Rico after booking with cheapcaribbean.com. We are still enjoying the beautiful pics. The gym has top of the line equipment, our room was clean, A/C was cold, the concierge was very helpful, there is free internet available in the lobby, the pools are great, and the grounds are spectacular. We had the resort mostly to ourselves, so if you enjoy that type of thing, make sure to book during a weekday. Quick tips: Book a rental car, so you can explore the beaches of Puerto Rico, as you are unable to swim in the ocean directly in front of the hotel. We traveled the week of June 13th through June 19. There were 9 in our party with 4 different rooms. (1) We requested that our rooms be on the same floor. 3 out of the 4 were on the same floor. (2) We requested 3 rooms with king beds. None of the 3 rooms had king beds. It is best to go early for breakfast as the lines are long after 9:30 a.m. The beach at this section had trash in the water. It wasn't worth swimming there. The rooms were nice and we all received a partial ocean view. I would recommend the Mexican Night show. They had plenty of activities and contests at poolside (for the adults) during the day. One of the pools was closed so everyone crowded into the main pool. If you were hungry after the dining rooms closed you were out of luck. You weren't allowed to bring food onto the property or order pizza. The snack bar didn't opened back up until midnight. The Kid's club was awesome. I was impressed. Security was pretty tight. I witnessed one of the security guards telling a local to leave because he was gawking at the girls in bikini's. The drinks at the bars were not strong at all. We drank all day and did not catch a buzz. They only served one kind of beer, Corona. This was our first time at an all-inclusive. It saved us a lot of money in the long run.

Dear CheapCaribbean,We just returned from 6 days/5 nights at Oasis Hamaca in Dominican Republic. We mentally prepared ourselves not to have much expectation. However, moments after our arrival we were pleasantly surprised. When the concierge opened the door of the hotel airport van with a signature smile and uttered welcome home, we knew our stay would be a pleasant one.With an incredible sandy beach which they comb every morning to remove the debris left behind by the low tides the hotel is only yards away from the Caribbean blue water. Security guards kept the unwanted vendors away from the beaches. There were a number of sit-down restaurants (not buffets) serving every need of discriminating clients with incredible Italian, local and other epicurean delights (dress well- no swimsuits or bare-foot allowed in these restaurants while no restrictions in other buffets at the same hotel).After a long day at the beach or by one of its many pools next to thatched roof open restaurants and bars, dress as you like, dress up or down for the night life. Playing black jack at the attached casino, watching a stage performance, smoking a cigar at the sports bar or immersing yourself in local dance lessons, youll have plenty to do.For the All-Inclusive price and the amenities we enjoyed, wed definitely consider our future vacations from CheapCaribbean.comRegards,Shah Haq

Hi All We had a group of 4 adults going to the( Beach Colony Resort) in the Grand Cayman Islands. We arrived in country and it was very fast and friendly going through customs. We followed all the instructions that were given to us by CheapCaribbean.com and it was great. We got to the resort and from that time on it was GREAT. It is a small old fashion resort that makes you feel like home. I would recommend this resort to anyone. If you like the rich style lobby and new style living, then dont go to the Beach Colony. What a vacation! We traveled to Grand Cayman July 5th to 9th. The courtyard Marriott was better than Myself or husband could have imagined. Cheap Caribbean was so wonderful when we were planning our last minute trip. I can't wait to use Cheap Caribbean again for our Next Vacation. We have recommended you to all of our Friends. The courtyard Marriott has the best Beach Bar. The people working at the Marriott are so wonderful and remember your Name every time you come back to the hotel. We had an awesome time visiting Sunscape Casa Del Mar in Dominican Republic... It was BEAUTIFUL! Would def. book it again, we're looking into it for maybe sometime this winter! Can't wait!

We had a wonderful time at the Iberostar Quetzal in Mexico. I traveled with two female friends, we each had our own room, and had the time of our life. The hotel was great (beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel, very accommodating room and room service, pleasant staff, great ammenities, lots of activities). Loved the location, beach and sea were beautiful. I have nothing negative to say about our fantastic trip!!Karen Jacob

Caribbean Jim, My wife and I recently returned from a week in Barbados at Time Out at the Gap in St. Lawrence Gap. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable time. The transfers to and from the airport were without any problem at all. We found the hotel to be fantastic and the breakfasts delicious. The beach across the steet was in our opinion one of the nicest on the island. We much appreciated the fact that we were conveniently located for accessing public transportation. Just returned from IBEROSTAR Jamaica Montego Bay on July 11, 2008. The resort was truly a wonderful place. The staff was friendly and the hotel very clean. Cheap Caribbean helped us make a great choice. Although we had some trouble with our luggage because of the air line, CheapCaribbean.com helped to resolve the problem by offering extra insurance which luckily we purchased prior to our trip.Thanks CheapCaribbean.com for a great vacation and solving our luggage problem!Nicole Cunningham

My husband and I recently celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary at the All Inclusive Holiday Inn in Montego Bay. This was our second time to Jamaica with reservations through Cheap Carribean. We added two excursions and airport transfers to our trip through the Cheap Carribean website. This was so easy and we had no trouble coordinating these once we arrived in Jamaica. We stayed at the Aruban Resort & Casino. The rooms are fantastic and we enjoyed a suite with a kitchette. Very comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Only complaint would be the pillows. They were horrible (although that is certainly not rare in our hotel visiting experience). We asked for a room that is in a quieter section of the hotel and asked for a king bed and they accommodated us beautifully and we still had a wonderful view of the adult pool area. Air conditioning was terrific in our room and the Hotel shad very good soundproofing. This hotel is not directly on a beach. Eagle Beach (which is beautiful) is within walking distance or you can drive if you wish. We rented a jeep for the week and drove all over this tiny island. Tiny, but we nevertheless got lost - not once, but twice! Had a ball. Saw many of the things the more costly tours offered on our own. And discovered the "wild" side of the island. Beautiful. Weather was very hot and muggy, but after all, it is the Caribbean and that should be expected. We had a great time and would return at the drop of a hat!

Hello, My name is Jose (booking id #30139924). My fiancee and I just got back from the Riviera Maya. We stayed at the Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda. We had a fantastic time. The resort we stayed at treated us like royalty. The food was great and the buffet was better than any here in Las Vegas. Everything we needed was taken care of. We went on 3 tours (Tulum Extreme, Chichen Itza, and Cozumel) and had a wonderful time at each one. We highly recommend cheapcaribbean.com. No problems with the flights. We set ourselves up with roundtrip airport transfers, and no problems there. The hotel far exceeded our expectations. Went to Sheraton Grand Bahama Island Our Lucaya in late June and early July for 7 nights. This is the perfect vacation for someone who wants to sit in a beach chair by the pool or by the beach and veg out with a book. We're adventure vacationers and were a little bored. Not much to explore on this island. It's flat and swampy. We did go snorkeling at Paradise Cove and that was fun. Make sure you go out past the small islands where the water depth is about 15 feet. I saw 4 stingrays and some nice fish. Port Lucaya is across the street from the hotel and that is where you should eat. People weren't that impressed with the hotel food. Don't buy the all-inclusive package. Had good luck at one slot machine at the Isle of Capri Casino. Spent very little time there but did score about $20 from the same machine in two visits. First quarter machine you come to on the right side as you enter from the hotel driveway. No waves at the beach, so no boogie boarding or body surfing. That was a disappointment. Have made 10 trips to Hawaii, 9 to Mexico, Aruba, St Thomas, Puerto Rico, and Barbados. Would put Grand Bahama above Puerto Rico and St Thomas, but would not return. Once is OK, and we found the people to be very friendly. Al Folker

We traveled to Freeport, Grand Bahama Island on July 4th and stayed at the Sheraton Our Lucaya resort. We had a great time. Our room was very nice and had an Ocean view. The staff was very courteous. This property is shared with the Westin and we were able to enjoy both pool areas which were beautiful as well as the beach. The best part of the location was the Market Place directly across the street. We enjoyed dinning and shopping there and saw local entertainment in the square each night. The hotel had an evening of local entertainment, hor'duerves and cocktails one night which was great. We had a wonderful trip.

Our first trip to St. Martin/St Maarten was wonderful (June 29-July 9, 2008). I had found a cheaper rate on another web site and CheapCaribbean.com not only met that price, but also refunded an additional $50 off the lowest price. We had some questions about the wifi service in our room. I called and talked to one of your agents and when she could not get a satisfactory answer online, she called the hotel directly. Our questions were answered with in a few minutes. An important issue when we travel. Also, I had booked airport vouchers to/from the airport/hotel. SMART move! The traffic was crazy and the roads narrow. The tour service was waiting for us when we got there and there was only one other couple to drop off before our stop. The driver was funny and very knowledgeable about the island. Much easier than renting a car the first day. we booked with Cheapcaribbean.com for a spur of the moment vacation. Booked and travelled within one week. All went real well with the flights and the hotel accomodations. The booking process was very simple. I havent received my 10% off card yet, but they say 30 days and it hasnt been 30 days. Its hard to get receipts in the caribbean anyway, so i have nothing to turn in!!! I will definitely uses cheapcaribbean again. we got a 5 night vacation for the same price as a 4 night vacation on expedia!! one free day basically!! thanks again.
