AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CUSTOMER AND CHEAPCARIBBEAN.COM, INC.
This Web site is offered to you, the customer, conditioned on your
acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and
notices contained herein. This agreement governs all claims and disputes that arise out of or relate to the use of this
web site or the services provided in connection with the travel packages listed on this web site. Your use of this Web site
constitutes your agreement to all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth herein, you also acknowledge that his agreement is
supported by good and valuable consideration.
ALL RESERVATIONS BOOKED ON CHEAPCARIBBEAN.COM ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
REVISIONS/CHANGES
Changes to dates, destinations, hotel, air itinerary, etc. can be made at any time for a
Change Fee of $50 per person (adults over the age of 12), plus any applicable
airline penalties, hotel cancellation penalties, and/or any increase in price
resulting from the change. Due to increased penalties imposed by the airlines effective May 1 2008;
the minimum airline cancellation penalty per ticket will be $175.
Name changes are not allowed at anytime. Any increase in price for the land or
airfare will be the responsibility of the customer. CheapCaribbean.com must be
notified at least three hours prior to scheduled U.S. departure. Any additional
changes or cancellations will incur a change fee of $50 per person (adults over
the age of 12), plus any applicable airline penalties, hotel cancellation
penalties, and/or any increase in price resulting from the change. New travel plans must be reserved and travel completed
one (1) year from the original booking date and are subject to availability. Air travel must be booked with the original carrier
and no refund or credit will be offered for reservations that result in a decrease in price. Cheapcaribbean.com is not responsible
for fees and/or penalties incurred as a result of departure from the resort before the scheduled departure date.
NO booking credit and/or refund will be granted for departures from the resort before the scheduled departure date.
No shows - 100% penalty applies, and are not eligible for any future travel credit. CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. may charge a fee for the service it provides
when you purchase, book or reserve travel services or accommodations through the Site. Any such service fee is
non-refundable. In addition, you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessment arising out
of your use of the Products and Services available from the Site. Some resorts on our website have minimum age requirements
to allow for check-in. If a reservation is booked and the age requirements are not met, the customer will be held responsible
for all change and/or cancellation penalties that are incurred to make changes.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee per person (adults over the age of 12). Applicable airline penalties
will also be assessed. Due to increased penalties imposed by the airlines effective May 1 2008;
the minimum airline cancellation penalty per ticket will be $175. Hotel cancellation penalties may also apply. A credit towards
future travel will be issued for the balance remaining. New travel plans must be reserved and travel completed one (1) year
from the original booking date and are subject to availability. Air travel must be booked with the original carrier and no
refund or credit will be offered for reservations that result in a decrease in price. Upon rebooking, any increase in price for
the land or airfare will be the responsibility of the customer.
All reservations are subject to availability. All future credits for travel must be
used for vacation package or land only bookings reservations on CheapCaribbean.com owned and operated websites
with CheapCaribbean.com showing in the URL window. Future credits are not allowed on third party websites including but not
limited to cruises, wwte, and auction websites. Cheapcaribbean.com is not responsible
for fees and/or penalties incurred as a result of departure from the resort before the scheduled departure date.
NO booking credit and/or refund will be granted for departures from the resort before the scheduled departure date.
No Shows - 100% penalty applies, and are not eligible for any future travel credit.
If a Future Credit is issued and legal action is taken against CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. the credit will be null and void
until a resolution is finalized. CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. may charge a fee for the service it provides when you purchase,
book or reserve travel services or accommodations through the Site. Any such service fee is non-refundable. In addition,
you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessment arising out of your use of the Products and
Services available from the Site. Cancellation on the Trip Mate ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Plan must take place at least 48
hours prior to departure. After filing a claim with Trip Mate and pending their approval, you will be issued a reimbursement
check up to 75% of the nonrefundable trip cost, less the price of insurance.
CHEAPCARIBBEAN VACATION DEPOSIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All deposit bookings include a non-refundable $25 fee.
For Land and Air package reservations: A deposit of the total price of airfare,
plus package tax will be required at the time of booking. For Land only reservations: A deposit of
thirty percent (30%) of the total reservation price will be required at the time of booking. If purchasing additional travel insurance
for a package or land only reservation; the total price of insurance will be added to the initial deposit amount.
The non-refundable deposit fee, will be added to the total reservation price after
payment is submitted and will be reflected on the deposit invoice received upon completion of the reservation.
All deposits and fees are non-refundable.
The remaining balance due, after deposit and fees are initially collected, is
required at least twenty-one (21) days prior to trip departure. Future payments
will be automatically charged to the initial credit card used for deposit on
the dates noted on your deposit invoice. It is the responsibility of the client
to verify that the credit card being used for final payment will be valid on
the scheduled due date. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit fee will
not be refunded or credited. CheapCaribbean.com, in its sole discretion
reserves the right to withhold any non-refundable portions of the deposit. A
maximum of two (2) payments will be accepted to pay the total balance due in
full. No deposits will be accepted if the initial departure date is less than
twenty-one (21) days from the booking date. The billing contact specified on
the Payment Page will be the primary person contacted for any payment issues.
CheapCaribbean.com has the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the booking
in the event of non-payment or payment dispute. Cheapcaribbean reserves the right, in its sole
discretion to modify, or discontinue the deposit program or to restrict its availability to any person, at anytime, for any reason,
and without prior notice or liability to you. Cheapcaribbean's failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions
shall not constitute a waive of that provision.
No changes can be made to a booking prior to final payment being received.
All standard change, revision, and cancellation policies apply after full payment is received.
CHEAPCARIBBEAN PRICE MATCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS
After you make your reservation, try to find the same vacation package you see on CheapCaribbean.com for less money on a
competitors U.S- based website and CheapCaribbean will refund you the difference.
Email us in order to be sent the instructions and application (pricematch@cheapcaribbean.com). This information will be sent to
your email address automatically upon receipt of your email. The form requires a screen shot of the competitors vacation
package pricing and details of what is included in the package no more than 24 hours after your original reservation was made
with us. Please be sure to include all details required on the form or the price match will not be processed. Should the competitors
package not be identical to the package booked with CheapCaribbean.com, you will be ineligible for the program.

Additional Price Match Terms and Conditions
The lower qualifying rate must be for an identical booking and must be found on a U.S.-based online travel wholesaler website.
Only original bookings will be honored for the price match program. Modified bookings are not eligible at anytime. All booking
details, including the following, must exactly match the details of the product on CheapCaribbean.com: specific carrier or
provider, hotel (including room type), dates and times of travel or service, flight numbers and routings (for example, same
stopovers), and other booking details. If price matching and electing to take advantage of the deposit program; a non-refundable
fee of $25 will be added to your reservation total.
Valid lower rates do not include rates on Web sites where the carrier, property, itinerary, or similar booking details are unclear
or unknown until after purchase or where prices are determined by any sort of auction or bidding. Valid lower rates do not include
errors or mistakes.
The lower qualifying rate must be both advertised and available to the general public on a U.S.-based Web site. Promotions funded
by tourism boards that are exclusive to a competitors website do not qualify. Lower qualifying rates shall not include direct vendor
rates, as only wholesaler rates are applicable for the program. Lower qualifying rates shall also not include corporate discounts
or rates, group rates, charter rates, rewards program rates, incentives, meeting rates, convention rates, consolidator or interline
prices or prices available only by using a coupon, or any other rates or promotions not offered to the general public. Competitors
packages that do not include all applicable mandatory fees and/or local taxes, and packages that do not charge the user in full for
children resulting in payment due at check-out do not qualify for the price match program. A lower qualifying rate may not come
from a website which requires you to call to get the rate, or from an email that you received. The lower qualifying rate must be
quoted and booked in U.S. dollars (without reference to currency converters).
In order to be a valid lower rate, CheapCaribbean must be satisfied that you meet all requirements otherwise imposed on the
lower price, including residency, regional, membership, age-related, and other requirements.
Travel Agent bookings are not eligible for the CheapCaribbean.com Price Match program. CheapCaribbean reserves the right in
its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time,
for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. A Price Match reservation cannot be combined with any other offers,
promotions, Sand or Sun Dollars. Void where prohibited by law. All CheapCaribbean.com terms and conditions apply.
CheapCaribbean's failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CheapCaribbean.com Inc. reserves the right to require an Authorization Form for reservations made using a credit card in
which none of the passengers traveling on the itinerary are the Primary Card Holder. This Third Party Authorization is
requested for the purpose of completing your transaction with us. CheapCaribbean.com Inc. may reserve the right to
cancel the reservation if the Authorization Form is not completed and received within 24 hours after receiving the form.
All personal information that is provided to CheapCaribbean will be securely held in accordance with our Privacy Policy which
can be found at http://www.cheapcaribbean.com/privacyPolicy.jsp. This period may extend beyond the end of your
relationship with us but it will only be as long as necessary for us to have sufficient information to respond to any issues that
may surface in the future. While no website can guarantee security, we have implemented appropriate administrative,
technical, and physical security procedures to help protect the personal information you provide to us. Only authorized
employees are permitted to access sensitive information and they may only do so for permitted business activity.
-Promotional Codes, Sand Dollars, Sun Dollars, or any other discounts are not combinable at anytime and are not eligible for
use on third party websites including, but not limited to cruises, WWTE, and auction websites.
-Promotional codes must be entered at the time of booking to be considered valid.
-Promotional codes for hotel only reservations require a five (5) night minimum stay.
-CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. has the right, in its sole discretion, to deny the use of a promotional code after the booking
payment is received.
Military discount requests must be received within 48 hours of initial reservation to be considered valid.
Be advised that some airlines do not offer pre-assigned seating and some airlines may charge additional for pre-assigned seating
and/or checked baggage. Cheapcaribbean.com, Inc. is not responsible for additional airline imposed taxes and fees of any type.
It is the client's responsibility to confirm their flights directly with the airline 24 hours prior to travel. CheapCaribbean.com, Inc.
is not responsible for schedule changes issued by the airline. CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. will not pay an increase in fare for an
alternative airline and is subject to the policy and restrictions issued by the airline.
Requests for reimbursement will be processed four (4) to six (6) weeks after the original request is made.
All expiration dates listed are effective at midnight, Eastern Standard Time
PERSONAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
This Web site is for your personal and noncommercial use. The content
and information on this Web site (including, without limitation, price
and availability of travel services), as well as the infrastructure
used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to
CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. or its suppliers and providers. Accordingly,
as a condition of using this Web site, you agree not to use this Web
site or its contents or information for any commercial or non-personal
purpose (direct or indirect). While you may make limited copies of
your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or services
purchased through this Web site, you agree not to modify, copy,
distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license,
create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any
information, software, products, or services obtained from this Web
site. In addition, whether or not you have a commercial purpose, you

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction and venue IN THE STATE COURTS LOCATED in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA, in all
disputes arising out or relating to the use of this Web site, WHETHER THOSE DISPUTES SOUND - IN CONTRACT -
TORT, OR OTHERWISE. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all
provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.
You agree and acknowledge that the travel packages listed on this Web site are comprised from a conglomeration
of travel services provided by third parties. In this regard, CheapCaribbean.com provides value to its customers
by allowing its customers to reserve multiple travel services through a single travel package. The ultimate
fulfillment of the travel services and hence, the travel packages listed on this Web site, are provided by third
parties at the ultimate travel destination location. No goods, services, or information of intrinsic value is
transmitted or provided to a user of this Web site in any state of the United States. To the contrary, you
recognize and acknowledge that the use of this Web site (including reserving a travel package) is only a
preliminary act to traveling to the ultimate travel destination and using the travel package in that ultimate travel
destination. You also agree and acknowledge that any payment for a travel package submitted through this
website is processed at CheapCaribbean.com, Inc.’s hosted site in Pennsylvania.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency
relationship exists between you and CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. as a
result of this agreement or use of this Web site.
CheapCaribbean.com, Inc.'s performance of this agreement is subject to
existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this
agreement is in derogation of CheapCaribbean.com, Inc.'s right to
comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your
use of this Web site or information provided to or gathered by
CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. with respect to such use.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or
unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited
to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth
above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed
superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches
the intent of the original provision and agreement shall continue in
effect.
This agreement (and any other terms and conditions referenced herein)
constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and
CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. with respect to this Web site and it
supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals,
whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and
CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. with respect to this Web site. A printed
version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form
shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based
upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to
the same conditions as other business documents and records originally
generated and maintained in printed form.
You agree that you have been notified that as of January 23, 2007, the
U.S. Government has mandated that ALL persons, including U.S.
citizens, traveling by AIR between the United States and Canada,
Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda are
required to present a valid passport, Air NEXUS card, or U.S. Coast
Guard Merchant Mariner Document. It is the traveler's responsibility
to have appropriate documentation and he/she will be held fully
responsible for any denial of boarding, or delay in travel, caused as
a result of not having proper documentation.
