Set sail for your personal corner of paradise at Marriott Frenchman's Reef & Morning Star Beach Resort All Inclusive. This recently updated resort overlooks beautiful Charlotte Amalie Harbor, which guests can access via water taxis to check out duty-free shopping, dining, nightlife and more. Since the resort is on the beach and close to town, it's a fantastic choice for a Caribbean vacation.

With three pools and a half-mile-long beach, the resort has tons of choices for swimming and sunbathing. Get your feet wet in the large pool that winds around the cliff face. Follow the boardwalk past a 30-ft waterfall to discover the 120-foot-long, Romanesque-style pool. Then chill out in one of two 10-person spa tubs. There's even a kids' pool and splash zone. Start your day at the pools followed by an afternoon at the beach on a complimentary lounger. Head out on a catamaran excursion, or slice through the ocean waves on a super-fast Jet Ski. Snorkeling, kayaking and windsurfing are available, too.

Head to Coco Joe's Off Da Beach for a casual lunch in an open-air setting. Or, try the conch chowder at Sunset Grill while you enjoy a great view of the harbor and pools. For dinner, make your way to Havana Blue for upscale Latin fusion cuisine. Both the Marriott Frenchman's Reef and Morning Star sides of the resort have markets where guests can pick up a snack or coffee when the mood strikes. Top off the evening with a nightcap from the Rum Bar, which features terraced seating.

This Marriott beach resort is home to LAZULE Spa. Check out indulgent body wraps and scrubs, or target specific areas in need of a little TLC with lip, eye, hair and scalp treatments. Soothe tired hands with paraffin wax, and then wash your worries away with a relaxing therapy bath. And if you love to golf, you're in luck! The Mahogany Run, an 18-hole course is just four miles from the hotel.

Non-Smoking Policy

In order to accommodate the preferences of the vast majority of guests, the Frenchman's Reef and Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort has been 100% smoke-free since Aug 1, 2007. Guests staying in the Frenchman's Reef and Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort will not be able to smoke inside the hotel building. This policy includes all guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, public spaces, and employee work areas. Designated smoking areas will be made available outside of the hotel for our guests who smoke.

Passport Requirements

Although US citizens do not need a passport to travel to the USVI, all passengers must be able to prove citizenship. If not traveling with a passport, US citizens must provide a certified copy of their birth certificate along with government issued photo ID.

Recent Renovations

All 302 Frenchman's Reef rooms have been fully refreshed to reflect the new room design with all rooms and enclosed public areas equipped with centralized air conditioning. In addition, a re-conceptualization of Aqua Terrace Oceanfront Grill provides a central point within the resort to meet for a drink or a meal while witnessing the spectacular view over Charlotte Amalie Harbor, whether by yourself or with a group. An expansion of the Reef Health Club and Spa, including an exclusive spa pool featuring massage jets, plunge areas and a full redesign of the water features at the resort, creates two more individual, but fully integrated, aquatic experiences. These include a main free-form, infinity-edged pool with multiple features such as Jacuzzis, lounging sun shelf areas uniquely landscaped with lush Caribbean foliage, improved seating areas, new surfacing, deck lighting and state-of-the-art fiber optic lighting displays, not to mention the spectacular ocean vista. This enhancement provides an unforgettable aquatic experience for every guest. A newly designed fitness center, on level three of the main tower, features a host of state-of-the-art exercise equipment.

Event space at the hotel includes 15 meeting rooms and a large ballroom totaling 60,000 sq ft. Outdoor event venues are also available.
