Honeymooning

From the room to the beach this was a great resort experience. We were told that the resort had been at 70% capacity during our stay but we would have believed 40% if they told us. My wife and I were able to find a spot at the pool or beach every time we went and weren't right on top of anyone else. The water and beach are the best that I have ever seen, We snorkeled right off of the beach area quite a bit. The water sports were complimentary/included which was convenient. The room also had a kitchenette with a stovetop so we were able to cook dinner one night in our room. The whole week we made sack lunches and ate on the beach with food that we bought at the IGA grocery store which is a 5 min. walk from the hotel. We would definitely recommend this resort to any couples that are looking for a getaway!

Beautiful resort

We loved Seven Stars. Fantastic location - easy walking distance to grocery, shopping, restaurants & bars. The beach is jaw-dropping beautiful with plenty of comfy loungers & umbrellas, the pool is beautiful, too - but with a beach like that, I don't know why you'd ever go to the pool. (We considered it twice, but ended up on the beach - even in the rain!) Beautiful grounds, large enough that you don't feel on top of each other but not so large that it takes time to get from one place to another. Very well maintained & the staff was super friendly & always accommodating. I would have expected a larger bar at The Deck - somewhere to sit & get a drink in the shade but still have that beautiful beach view. Food at The Deck was great for lunch (although a little pricy) and for dinner. Free breakfast was decent with a variety of options - but was the exact same thing everyday. We didn't end up dining at Seven - too many options to explore outside of the resort grounds. My only complaint is with the room - we had a garden 1 bedroom suite. It was situated in a way that the bedroom was connected to the main entrance & kitchenette, and the door to the balcony from the kitchen didn't have blinds on it so the whole bedroom was flooded with bright sunshine by 6AM everyday. Was disappointing that there weren't black out shades...or even any shades. No sleeping in on this vacation. Yet, the living room was separated and toward the back with a door closing it off from the kitchen so that room was much darker & remained darker in the AM. Oh, and the beds had the WORST PILLOWS EVER. All 6 were squishy with zero support - we woke with neck aches every day. Nothing the serene beauty of Grace Bay couldn't fix though. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Seven Stars Pampers you with Quality Service

Seven Stars is first class all the way especially with service. Everyone you meet greets you and goes out of their way to help you. Additionally the resort offers free calling to US and Canada, daily replenishment of bottled water, coffee and espresso. Yes there is an espresso machine in the rooms. Seven Stars is a nice spacious resort with everything including the beach within a short walk from your room. Even the grocery store is only a 300 yd walk. More room and amenities than you can handle. Top quality appliances and other items through out, along with tile floors and granite counters. The rooms are well decorated with earth tones with comfortable furniture. The master bath features a tiled walk in shower that is 5ft by 7 ft. as well as a tub. Master bedroom features shades that dark out 99% of the light. Seven Stars even offers to trade out your mattress or pillows if you prefer to have either softer or firmer, which we did go for the firmer pillows but the firm mattress was perfect for great night sleeps. The pool is heated salt water which makes for perfect temperatures at all times of the day since the pool is open in the evening. Pool butlers available to do anything from spray you to cool down, clean your glasses, and offering sliced cucumbers (for whatever purpose you wish) or fetch you a towel, drink or meal. Resort has various cabanas and good solid wood loungers with 4-inch cushions at the pool and the beach. Two restaurants are available on property with many more available within a short walk. If it is roominess and view you want, go with the 1 bedroom oceanfront it is 1920 sq. ft. We were in room 1502 (building 1 fifth floor) and had great view of not only most of the resort, but also the ocean and directly at the sunset.

how things have changed

while the resort was absolutely lovely with exceptionally good service the Turks and Caicos have changed drastically for the worse. The amount of blatant tourism and over development have ruined the island's ambiance.

Hotel Description

Seven Stars Resort: Romance, Rest and Relax

Have you checked the forecast lately? No, not the weather, but the stars forecast, because we predict romance and relaxation in your future at Seven Stars Resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The resort sits on the pale sands and gentle surf of Grace Bay, recently awarded TripAdvisor's Traveler's Choice Award for being the number-one beach in the world. One step on the shore and you'll agree Grace Bay is the perfect setting for romance, long walks or just being with someone special.

Quiet beauty and total relaxation are the name of the game at Seven Stars Turks. Check in and make your way to the island's only heated saltwater pool. Gentle on the eyes and skin, the pool is great for basking in the Caribbean rays in a lounge chair, mojito in hand from the poolside Sand Dollar. When it's time to eat, you'll find the fare out of this world: thick steaks and fresh seafood at classy Seven, and island tapas with a great view at the open-air bar, The Deck. After the sun sets, the resort's prime location means you're right in the middle of downtown Provo nightlife.

Whether you want to recharge or have energy to burn, Seven Stars Turks has you covered: hit the waves in a Hobie Cat, stick to your cardio routine at the gym or head to nearby Provo Golf and Country Club for a round on the 18-hole championship course. The resort's spa has a jetlag massage that works wonders, and we love the 30-minute poolside hand or foot massage--talk about heaven!

Before you call it a day, check out Caicos Conch Farm-the world's only conch farm-for an educational treat. Afterward, retreat into a spacious Seven Stars suite. You'll never want to leave the star-quality amenities like plush bathrobes, marble bathrooms and L'Occitane bath products.

This hotel is NOT All-Inclusive, but does include a daily full breakfast. Additional food and drinks must be purchased separately.
