May 10, 2025A relaxing trip
Was in PR for 5 days, we were at the Hyatt for 3 of them. We had beautiful weather, beautiful bungalow. Service was amazing. The only negative is that the front desk never told us the 16% on our bill. The bar is very upfront with it. But the 2 gentlemen we dealt with, was Ricardo from the sand trap and Angelo from Prime. Both were amazing and went above and beyond.

May 08, 2025Don’t go for the beach and beware the bugs
The resort itself was fine. It was very clean, if not very spacious. The tub was great. The housecleaning was great, but bar employees were not the friendliest, probably due to the fact that they got 16% in tips automatically. The real problems with the resort were the murky ocean and the massive amounts of biting no see ums.

This is the place you want to be at!
The Hyatt Grande Reserve is exceptional. It was so luxurious. Huge room with soaking tub combo shower room. Five restaurants at all price points and all selections of food and kids meals. Gigantic pool with lots of lounge chairs, lots of towels. The were lounge chairs and umbrellas on a beach with crystal clear water that begged you to go in and float around. What makes this place is the staff members. Everyone was smiling and went above and beyond to help us or answer questions. Golf Cart personnel would stop and ask if you wanted a ride even while we were strolling the tropical garden pathways. The resort is well appointed with amenities and the room was fully stocked with towels, water, frig and was large. Super comfortable bed with lots of pillows, huge patio/balcony with lovely views. Food truck on the beach for a snack, a market with grab and go sandwiches, ice cream, coffee, pastries. I loved the martini bar that had apps if you needed a snack. Kids activity area and pool. You could play pickle ball, golf and different games were all available. They had music on the patio. It was a time to get dressed up in a nice dress for fine dining or shorts and a tee type of eatery. Lots of choices. Everything was easy-check in and check out, getting questions answered. There were many staff members available to you. It was worth every dime. This is the place you want to be at. It was safe, my room was spotless and you really don't have to go out of the resort. They had a Tour Info booth and we went on some fantastic tours. All the folks in Puerto Rico were really nice and helpful. Everyone was so happy and smiling. It was our first time visiting and all of the above made it that more enjoyable. I can't wait to come back, I'm already dreaming about it. I love the Hyatt!!!

The perfect vacation.
The hotel was perfect from Check in to check out. The rooms were very clean. The views were beautiful. The staff was amazing! The spa was fantastic. Waters edge restaurant had a beautiful breakfast buffet with amazing omelets made to order. Michael was a great manager of Prime and Nori. The food and service was incredible

Kindest employees!
This resort is amazing! Every employee we interacted with was so kind and helpful! We really enjoy the lobby bar because the bartenders gave us such a good experience while there. Bartenders Rose and Raymond as well as the chef Vivianis were so sweet and made us feel right at home and the chef makes such delicious food especially the guacamole! If you visit here make sure you go see them!
