    Exellent Time overall

    We had a great time at the resort! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The kids especially loved the Kids Club — huge thanks to all the wonderful girls who worked there and made it so fun for them. It was a fantastic family vacation, and we’d definitely come back!     Definitely recommend as a beautiful place for a great holiday of a lifetime do take into consideration you need to be prepared tipping the staff if they bring you drinks or anything else they do

    Disappointed from a premium member

    Besides the 10% discount, we need more advantages of being premium. I've been there over 10 times (before I signed up to the list) and this last time was bad. Unsure what we will do for our next day vacation

    Service around the whole facility was good, the Buffetts were average with great fresh guacamole and salsa , rooms were clean although lots did smell musty from the a/c running 24/7, beach was very nice but was too windy to enjoy the ocean a whole bunch, the gym had a lot of cardio gear but lacked on the free weight/ bench side of things

    Great kids club

    Our son had a great time at the kids club the Barcy Colonial. Suzanna, Lulu, Sarachi & Zaria were wonderful. The activities were great and our son came home with lots of crafts, excited to show us. We loved that he could just join for a hour when he wanted a break from the pool or beach. They also had a great Easter activity for the resort and the kids loved it. Thank you!
