    This stay was for a friends wedding destination and the overall stay was satisfactory. The value was great. The casino was average and I had higher expectations. The beach was kept clean and was incredibly.

    A beautiful resort to make your family’s memories at!

    The staff are very patient, kind and respectful. We always felt safe and staff were always available to help and provided you with options. We signed up for an excursion- which was memorable and wonderful for all Of us to enjoy together. Everyone we have met are so kind. Other guests we have met from all over the world- have stayed here multiple times!! The staff are the best! The amenities are perfect. Pools and kids evening shows- such an experience!! Thank you 10/10!!!!!

    Get what you pay for

    Let me first preference that we have traveled with other family to other resorts, primarily the Hard Rock hotels and Palace Resorts properties. Maybe we’re spoiled, but this trip was lackluster. Constantly having issues in our room (bugs, towels, pooling water, humidity), food was meh, and attentiveness of the staff was hit or miss (and yes we tipped at every meal and at the bars, despite not being required). Room service wasn’t free I don’t know where is the, which puts a bit of a damper on things when dealing with kids. We also didn’t have much to do, as half of the resort was closed and we were not notified - which caused making dinner reservations next to impossible. When we did get into restaurants, the food was average - the only standout being sumptori. With half the resort closed we had minimal meal options which impacted our stay too. Overall it was nice to get away, but again, it was meh.

    Family holiday

    The pool was lovely but the downside were the majority of restaurants were closed and the two that were open were fully booked for the whole time we were there so we’re only able to visit the buffet (which did have a good range of food). The beach was beautiful and the surroundings were stunning but it’s not what I would class as a British 5star.

    Amazing for families

    This place was amazing and the property was breathtaking. My family and I cannot wait to come back. We had the best time ever! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. felt like pure luxury. definitely a 10 out of 10 in my book.
