Great Except One Thing.

The resort was great, the dining was great, the beaches were some of the best I've ever been on. The water park... a joke! They should put in big bold letters that the water park is for kids 7 and under.

Nice

Enjoyed our stay. Main pool too crazy for us, but other options were great. Food better, room not quite as nice as Majestic colonial that we stayed at before. Over all will go back to majestic, but this is a great option after that. Love the tram service over the complex. Complex was huge and team necessary but very convenient. Liquor not great. Bartenders were very impersonal and rather inattentive. Management very responsive when problems were brought to their attention, however. Overall would return but not as great as some other places we've stayed.

April Vacation

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was questionable. Ate the same thing everyday because it was the only thing that seemed safe or tasted ok. Beds were very uncomfortable and linens had mud on them when we checked in. Wondered if they had been washed. Only had 2 warm mini cans of Coors lights the entire 6 days in the room fridge. It cost extra to call for more and the fridge barely worked. Very hard to use the amenities like kayaks and snorkeling equipment. They always give you the run around and send you on a goose chase and then will tell you the equipment is booked. When it's clearly not even being used. They reserve it for the people staying in the upgraded sections. It took 7 people 2 hours to find a volleyball.... WiFi is HORRIBLE. You have hundreds of people trying to use it and it is so slow and only available in the lobby unless you want to pay a ton extra. It cost extra to use the safe too. And cost extra for most of the shows. Definitely not "all-inclusive". I would not go back to this resort or recommend to a friend. The only thing that saved this review was the staff!

BEST EVER VACATION

The property and staff were absolutely wonderful. Our housekeeper Yolanda was a friend by the time we had to leave. The food was very good and there were many choices. This is one vacation spot that shouldn't be overlooked. I would go back in a New York minute!
