  The hotel was lovely we arrived and stayed on the adult only side but had access to all areas. The room was beautiful massive bed, bathroom and bath in room , balcony overlooking pool. The food was amazing with a choose of about 9 specialist restaurants in the evening, but buffet restaurants avaliable breakfast, lunch and dinner time. Entertainment was really good especially the zumba teacher Mr snake hips juan electrical and the team who did the pool spin and paddle boarding. Lenny in the restaurant was lovely and will go out his way to provide what you like to eat. Receptionist Anna and Anderson where really helpful and go out their way to help and support very professional. If you want some good excursions go see Mr Blue on the beach highly recommended. Rooms were cleaned thougherly. Waitresses in piano bar amazing. Need to get up early for sunbeds by the pool but there are plenty of other pools to choose. The beach was beautiful however lots of seaweed but its a beach so what do you expect. If you walk up the beach there is a area that's clear and beautiful. You can hire kayaks on the beach and get clean towels every day. Highly recommended this resort. 10/10

  Great stay, loads of food choices.

  A great place to stay, rooms are excellent and well air conditioned because as you know the humidity and heat can be tricky to deal with at the start of the holiday. The restaurant choice is excellent, especially the Texas steakhouse. We preferred the beach to the pool as it was a bit quieter. The place is constantly cleaned and tidy. The golf staff were friendly and we got a good deal on 3 rounds, would recommend bringing own clubs if possible. Casino good fun but no idea why they have a poker table as no-one uses. Overall highly recommend but be ready to deal with some heavy humidity at the start.

  It took us about 45 minutes to check in, and there were only four couples, dread to think how ling it would have taken with more people. We upgraded to a privilege room as it was our wedding anniversary, and to be honest, wish we had stayed with our junior suite, not worth the upgrade. With privilege, you get two showers and two sinks and 10% off anything you buy in resort - not worth the $20 per day. You really don't get anything else apart from the nicer room, but you only sleep there. We had an issue with a leak from the air con coming through the light fitting - it took three attempts to get it sorted, why not just replace the pipe in the first place instead of the botched tape fix? The staff are great, Simona our room cleaner, Lucas in the bar and Jessica in the pool bar - always smiling. To be fair, all the staff were great, apart from the entertainment staff. The guys tended to stay near the girls, and the girls, we just didn't see them at all. Everywhere else we have stayed, the entertainment staff came round telling you what was happening, but not here. We didn't do any shows as they were outside and it did rain so they were mostly not on. We found the entertainment which they had inside near to the toilets was very loud and it made it difficult to get to the only toilets in the foyer area. There was plenty of food choice, but it was usually cold. The booked restaurants, not easy to get into. We arrived on Thursday and wanted to book the Asian restaurant for our anniversary on Saturday, but it was fully booked until Tuesday. We booked the steakhouse for the Monday night, and arrived to be told we did not have a booking, very annoying as we were looking forward to it, so an issue with guest services. We did eventually try the Asian, Steak House and Tapas where the food was amazing. The pool area looked OK until you check out the detail, the sunbeds never got moved so were not cleaned behind at all the 10 days we were there. It did say in the brochure that the hotel had a money exchange, but they do not, so take small notes, or you ask the bar staff to change your bigger notes from their tips. Overall, we would not visit again, very disappointed.

  this place is like crap! terrible!! these people make you wait!!!

  bad!! customer service was NOT a priority. checking in took literally 2.5 hours due to some changes of my stay duration. they couldn't find the right reservation and staff members don't really care to expedite anything. would higher NOT recommend any guests go there.

  Do NOT BOOK HERE!

  Horrible trip! Room was flooded from the minute we got there. They advised they couldnt get us a room because they were booked. They assured us it would get fixed. We had dinner came back and the room looked good. Woke up at 6am to get ready for our day and once again the room was flooded. They fixed it 4 times before they finally got us into a new room on the 3rd day. Only reason they moved us is because my 4 year old son slipped and fell. I went to the front desk and the manager kept saying she understood and offered a $50 voucher for the inconvenience. Do NOT BOOK HERE! Worst vacation of my EHOLE ENTIRE LIFE! Got back to the states and tried to get some money back since i didnt enjoy my vacation at all and they said they cant do anything! Look at the pictures for yourself.
