Problems to the beginning of Arriving. Wrong Room, [privledge area ]. Go to Front Guest Service, Very Rude let you know. So switch us to another, that was good... aah Power out, no Wifi, back to Guest Service.. everyone experiencing this.. LIE!! Talked with people in our Complex, all had everything.. Day 3 switch to another room. Problems with Wifi and TV The grounds was beautiful tho. Beach weedy. Also recommend wearing beach shoes, if swimming . Coral will rip your foot.. Lies they told us on Privileges area. Don't go past the white rope. Well a Bartender said What? You belong in this area. Food: Steak House great. Spanish: Awesome. Buffets, ok. Alot of Walking.. The amount of $$$ I spent, wouldn't recommend. Between rude Guest service,and dinkering around on rooms,and lies.. also have a updated phone, everything done on phones. Reservations etc..

Me robaron una bocina en un hotel todo incluido y la respuesta del personal fue prácticamente ignorarlo. La seguridad es INEXISTENTE, y eso no solo es frustrante, es peligroso. Si pueden robarte algo así de fácil, ¿qué más podría pasar sin que nadie se entere? No es solo una bocina, es la total falta de control y responsabilidad. Mucho ojo si piensas hospedarte aquí.

Dream vacation in paradise!
My experience in Bavarian Catalonia was simply wonderful. From day one, everything exceeded my expectations: the tropical atmosphere, the beach with crystal clear waters and white sand, recreational activities, and an atmosphere full of joy and hospitality. The resort has everything you need to disconnect and really enjoy. I would like to make special mention of Francelis Martínez, who attended us with exceptional warmth and professionalism. Francelis was not only friendly but made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Thanks to your personalized attention, we feel special and well cared for at all times. I recommend this place 100%, especially if you are looking for humane treatment and high quality services.
