The huge crescent shaped protected bay that the hotel sits on makes the sea so tranquil. St. John is so small it feels like you are on your own island.

Property update April 2009: Please note some changes to our Resort Charge based on customer feedback, as well as the resorts attempt to reduce its carbon footprint on the beautiful island of St. John. The resort will no longer offer on property transportation. Transportation/Shuttle Service will continue to be offered from the resorts main lobby to the Virgin Grand Villas. The resort will also continue to offer transportation for those guests who require transportation as part of the American Disability Act (ADA).

The resort offers 174 guestrooms in 6 two-story buildings close to the pool or the beach, and 7 three-story buildings on a hillside overlooking Great Cruz Bay and the Caribbean Sea. All rooms feature Westin's signature Heavenly Beds and balconies or patios and are equipped with air-conditioning, servi-bar, cordless phones, direct dial phones with data port, high speed internet access in all guest room, suites and villas, color TV with in-house movies, cotton logo bath robes, iron with ironing board, coffee maker, AM/FM clock radio, hair dryer, in-room safe.
There are also 96 individual "villas" with fully equipped kitchens, standard hotel amenities and many more features.
A Valid Credit Card may be required upon check-in for possible incidentals not included in your hotel reservation.
There is a 5 night minimum stay required when traveling December 18-23, 2010. There is a 7 night minimum stay required when traveling December 24-26, 2010. There is a 4 night minimum stay required when traveling December 31, 2010 - January 1, 2011. The resort is closed to arrivals on December 27-30, 2010.
As we continue to update our facilities, we will be converting 108 of our upper hillside resort guest rooms into 52 vacation ownership villas. The construction is now entering its final phase and is limited to the interior of the rooms with no Noise Level or Visual distubance. The construction is scheduled to be completed by mid June. The typical hours of construction will be between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily.
