Great service and accomidations
We were very pleased with the level of service and the accommodations of this resort hotel. It is a great combination of the Westin quality and service with the hospitality of Mexico. We highly recommend going all-inclusive as you get the benefits of 5 star hotel food in the restaurant and pool side bar with no worries about cost. We ate veal, rib eye steak, exotic deserts etc and enjoyed Mojitos, strawberry daiquiris, pina coladas and margaritas by the pool with no concern about cost. Very Highly Recommended. We would come back again and very kid friendly.

Room Information
279 guestrooms and suites with balconies or patios furnished with two-chair dining sets providing garden/partial-ocean or full oceanviews. Westin's signature all-white Heavenly Beds comprise of foot-thick pillowtop mattresses, triple sheeting, down-filled blankets, polished-cotton down comforters, and multiple pillows including neck-rolls. Heavenly Cribs are available on request. Rose and tan marble bathrooms feature Heavenly Showers with dual heads and separate tubs.
Decor and furnishings include floors of terra-cotta tiles and faux stone, white walls, bright pastel ceilings, contemporary prints on walls, upholstered headboards, and honey colored and wrought-iron furniture including a desk/dining table with cushioned, fabric-draped chairs. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning provide cooling alternatives. Terry-cloth bathrobes supply lounging comfort. High-speed and wireless Internet access is available for surcharges. Each room and suite contains two dual-line telephones, one cordless, in-room safe, hair dryer, alarm clock/radio, mini bar, and an iron with ironing board.
The trademark Westin Heavenly Beds are like sleeping on a cloud, and the Heavenly Baths with marble bathrooms, deep tubs and dual-head showers drench you in luxury.

The beach here isn't extremely large, but it has soft lounge chairs with umbrellas and curtained cabanas, so the beach still feels spacious and breezy.

The resort's private beach, on Banderas Bay in the heart of Mexico in Puerto Vallarta, offers exclusive pampering options strictly for resort guests. If you're looking for a marathon beach day, we recommend you rent one of the 13 beachfront wooden pergolas, complete with one-liter bottles of water, as well as towels and loungers. While the open framework of these pergolas allows for cooling sea breezes and doses of sunshine, the thin, airy curtains provide a private, shady place whenever your heart desires.
