Tall Casuarina trees line the Seven-Mile beachfront of this Cayman resort, set amid landscaped grounds and pools, and across the stree from the Links at Safehaven, a championship golf course.
What I wish I
could change:
The most expensive thing on this island is food so plan wisely, and stock up on snack and stuff at one of the local groceries and splurge on dinners.
Why YOU should
go:

As the sun sets, don't miss a blend of Cuban and Caribbean cuisine at the open-air, oceanfront Casa Havana restaurant.
Lined by tall, graceful Casuarina trees (willow-like, with long, slender pine-like needles), the resort's 700-foot-wide beachfront runs 150 feet to the turquoise Caribbean, providing uncrowded sunbathing on lounge chairs. A formal, palm-graced courtyard contains a large twin-sided pool spanned by a bridge that leads to the beach. Completing the mirror-image courtyard are eight-person, blossom-shape spa tubs raised at pool ends.
The 7,000-square-foot health spa at the Westin Casuarina Resort & Spa includes 15 treatment rooms, including a hydrotherapy room with Vichy shower and a couples room containing a large spa tub, twin tables, and tea candles. Men's and women's areas include large saunas and steam rooms, and the women's area contains a five-person spa tub. A unisex lounge offers herbal teas, fruits, and snacks. Nailcare is available in two private rooms featuring heated, vibrating throne chairs. Body and skin treatments include papaya body scrubs, organic mud wraps, hibiscus-flower peels, seaweed body wraps, and body bronzing. Massage options include aromatherapy and deep tissue.
There are plenty of activities to keep you busy. The Westin Kids Club offers half, full, and evening sessions of supervised activities (surcharges). A fitness center contains cardio and weight machines and free weights. Be sure to stop by beach watersports center to experience a variety of water activities - from wave runner adventures to snorkeling. The watersports center rents out snorkeling and scuba diving gear, kayaks, paddleboats and personal watercraft. The center also books submarine trips, snorkeling and scuba-diving excursions, fishing charters, sunset and dinner sailing cruises, banana-boat rides, waterskiing, and parasailing all for an additional surcharge.
