Room service includes a continental breakfast in the morning and a special menu for lunch or an early dinner. An aromatherapy pillow menu of 3 choices will also be available, as well as turn down service. And lastly, the quality and variety of the food and beverages have been increased. Bar service is now available on the beach and during the nightly entertainment.

Enjoy on-site conveniences, such as a boutique, beauty parlor, drug store, gift shop, weekly handcrafts market and photo shop. For a small charge, babysitting services are available upon request, and first aid and medical services are also available.

Viva Wyndham Azteca offers an array of sports for all inclusive packages including windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, introductory dive lessons, water polo, water aerobics, day and night tennis, bicycling, volleyball, weight room, aerobics, stretching, bocce ball on the beach, table tennis, archery (at Viva Wyndham Maya) and a climbing wall also located at Viva Wyndham Maya.

When nighttime falls, Viva Azteca goes into high gear with live musical productions and cabaret shows staged by the resort's talented, international staff. Viva Azteca also hosts exciting theme parties as well as dancing to the latest International hits at the on-property disco.

The hotel is located right on the beach, and it offers a fresh water pool with ocean front, whirlpool, cocktail and snack bar, bar, and 4 restaurants:

EL NOPAL - An international buffet restaurant with theme dinners and diet corner.
IL PALCO - Italian restaurant a la Carte open for dinner, reservations required.
BAMBOO - Oriental restaurant a la Carte open for dinner, reservations required
XUL HA - Mayan restaurant a la Carte open for dinner, reservations required.

In addition, guests can also dine at the following restaurants at the nearby Viva Wyndham Maya: DON DIEGO, Mexican menu a la carte for dinner, reservations required; PORTOFINO, Mediterranean restaurant a la carte open for dinner, reservations required; MIRAMARE, Pizza & Pasta restaurant a la carte open for dinner, reservations required.

Dress Code: long trousers for men required in the a la carte restaurants.

Light snacks and drinks are available throughout the day at each resort's cocktail lounge and beach bar, as well as disco and live entertainment at night. A 24-hour deli and snack service is also available.

Wedding Packages includes the following for an Extra Charge: Civil Judge and all legal expenses (does not include legalization), wedding cake for 10 guests, bar for 10 guests, decorations, bride bouquet, wedding coordinator, 10 pictures, and music. Packages available with an extra charge: Spa, Diving, Golf & Excursion Packages.

Honeymoon Packages: For a minimum of 4 days and 3 nights stay, you will be able to enjoy, at no additional charge, the following package: Upgrade to a higher category room based on hotel availability, a bottle of champagne/sparkling wine, a fruit basket, hors d'ouvres tray, a 7" x 4" picture, 2 t-shirts, plus the all-inclusive package. Copy of the marriage certificate required upon check-in.

270 oceanview or gardenview guestrooms have either a king bed or two queen beds. Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Other room amenities include central air-conditioning, color satellite television, telephone, shower and bath, hair dryer, safety deposit box, mini bar with soft drinks, iron with ironing board, and french balcony. Handicapped rooms with one queen sized bed and adjoining rooms available.

There is a 2 night minimum stay required at this resort, however there is a 4 night minimum stay required for travel from December 27, 2009 through January 1, 2010.
