A really nice resort!
The Villa Del Palmar in Nuevo Vallarta is an inviting destination resort. Well maintained, nicely appointed and full of great options for recreation, relaxing and dining. The staff is professional and attentive and the Spa is one of the best we've ever tried. One of the highlights of our stay was to witness the creativity and enthusiasm of the staff in staging specially themed events. We were there over Thanksgiving week and they had several "special" days of celebration. Imagine an opulent buffet dinner served on the beach with live entertainment! Although it's not the place we usually stay in Nuevo Vallarta, we would not hesitate to return.

Amazing Resort
This resort was amazing! First, they use a water filtration system so all of the food is totally fine to eat with no concerns about being washed in the water. The rooms are amazing, I highly recommend the 1-bedroom suite. Tile covers everything and marble is everywhere! We didn't even get around to using the jacuzzi in the room because there was so much else to do.
The wait staff was amazing, especially our waiter--Conrado. If you go to Flamingos, get him--he is amazing. We just tipped him 100 pesos in the morning and he treated us like royalty!
The staff was excellent and took care of our every need. The only thing we did not like is the pressure for timeshare ownership. Although we only did get hit with 4-5 pitches, it was all within the first few hours of landing, so overall it wasn't bad. Plus, when you are on the beach, the guys that are trying to sell jewelry, hats and dresses are a little annoying, but it isn't that bad.
Book your excursions before you go for big savings and it's nice to have an idea of what you are doing for your trip so you don't buy the trips from the guys walking around on the beach trying to sell them to you.
Absolutely go to this resort, you will never regret it!

whats the single supplement2 answers

The single supplement is going to vary from hotel to hotel. Typically with Caribbean hotels it is not a supplement, you actually pay for the full cost of the room which would normally be split by two people. You'll just want to select the package you are interested in and adjust the room to one adult.

It's alot more fun as a couple, but singles will be just fine. There are alot of families at this resort, so it may be difficult to hang out, but you will meet alot of people easily.

The additional price for the all inclusive option does vary as it depends on the travel dates and the resort's availability. The best way to see the additional amount is to price out your desired travel dates.

There's alot to love here. The rooms are large and very beautifully appointed. The beach is long and wide which lends to great walks and amazning sunsets. The pools are in abundance and inviting with lots of comfortable lounges. The restaurants offer superb menu choices and excellent service. The chicken fried tacos on the lunch menu are not to be missed.
What We'd Change
It is a little far from downtown Puerto Vallarta but cabs are readily available in the motor lobby and the property really does have everything to make for an unforgettable vacation.
