The resort features 3 freshwater swimming pools, 2 restaurants and a children's restaurant, Tranquility Spa & Salon, fitness center, and gift shop. There are also 2 tennis courts (lit for night play), volleyball, a supervised Kids club for ages 4 to 12 years old, "Pirates' Den" with casino slots, pool table and bar (Adults 18 years and older, open 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM), and a tour desk to help you with tours and activities, such as sport fishing and scuba diving.

This 200 room luxury family style resort is situated on 30 spectacular waterfront acres, hidden away on the untouched north-east coast of Antigua. It lies adjacent to a designated National Park and incorporates marked nature trails, a powder soft white sand beach and crystal clear bay perfect for swimming. The historical Devils Bridge is only a brief walk away, while uninhabited nature sanctuaries of Green Island and Bird Island are only a boat ride away.

The Verandah itself has been designed with this breathtaking setting in mind, its lush landscaping incorporating indigenous palms, plants and stone. Natural materials are used wherever possible throughout its sprawling, low rise construction, that overlooks the protected waters of the turquoise bay. All the spacious villas blend classic Caribbean style with modern comforts, while the recreational opportunities make the most of the rejuvenating qualities of the tropics.

NICOLE'S BISTRO-STYLE RESTAURANT - Enclosed, air-conditioned, open for dinner only. All Inclusive guests (adults and children) will pay a $25.00 supplement per person, per reservation. Tailored Bermuda-length shorts, "short shorts" and cutoffs are not allowed.
BUCCANEER'S - Children's restaurant
POOLSIDE BAR - located at the main swimming pool
TIKI BAR - Offering snacks and beverages
BEACH BAR & GRILL - Perched above Lover's Beach, offering views of the entire cove, light lunch, snacks, beer, non-alcoholic beverages and late night snacks from 10:00 PM to midnight.

Dress Code:
In the restaurants, shoes are worn and bathing suits are covered. After 6:30 PM, men wear long pants or stylish jeans and collared shirts with short or long sleeves (no T-shirts or tank tops). Women wear dresses, skirts, long pants or stylish jeans and culottes. Tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no "short shorts" or cutoffs) are allowed for both men and women at Seabreeze and Buccaneer's restaurants only.

Credit Card Requirements: All guests are required to provide a credit card at check-in for possible incidentals not included on the All Inclusive plan (i.e. phone calls, bottled beverages, gift shop purchases, and laundry services).

There is a 3 night minimum stay required at this resort, except for the following:
There is a 5 night minimum stay required for travel between December 21, 2009 through January 2, 2010, February 7-21, 2010 and again from December 26-31, 2010.

Please be aware there is a $20 per person departure tax at the airport, payable in cash only.
