Sunswept Beach Resort

Our stay at Sunswept was better than we could have imagined. The location is wonderful -- shopping, dining and transportation right outside the front door. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We stayed as part of the Best of Barbados promotion but the staff treated us as if we were royalty. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are a no-frills kind of person, want clean accommodations and want to be in the middle of the action, yet enjoy the peace and quiet of this place which is located on its own small beach. I would certainly go back!

I really liked the Sunswept Hotel. It was a nice, clean, budget hotel. I gave the dining options only a 1 since there isn't a restaurant in the hotel itself even though there is one next door. The beach was beautiful. The hotel itself does need to be updated a little bit - especially around the pool area. Overall I had a nice time at this hotel and would book there again.

Everything about the hotel was great for the price it`s eactly what we wanted. We had a oceanview. Full kitchen if wanted to use it.The people running the hotel couldn`t of been any more helpful or generous. Bus stop is right outside so if you want to get around the island no problem. Barbados is Paradise.Would go again in a heart beat.

This was my 7th time in Barbados, all booked through Cheap Carribean and had a wonderful time as usual. The Sunswept is on the west coast and this was my first time staying on the West side of the island. The hotel was what I expected as the West Coast is more expensive than the south. The room was standard and on the first floor so we had a sliding glass door were we could walk around the pool and right to the beach! The location has many avaiable resteraunts and a mall across the street with a grocery store. Also our favorite resteraunt, Just Grillin', has a location across the street! The pool was right outside our door but we hardly ever use the pool, as we prefer the ocean. It was always clean and being enjoyed by some. One more thing about the West Coast location, the sunset's are as amazing as you have heard!
