The affordable self-catering Sunswept Beach Resort is found on the western coast of Barbados in historic Holetown, a popular part of the island only eight kilometers from the capital, Bridgetown. Right in the midde of entertainment and dining options.

This was my 7th time in Barbados, all booked through Cheap Carribean and had a wonderful time as usual. The Sunswept is on the west coast and this was my first time staying on the West side of the island. The hotel was what I expected as the West Coast is more expensive than the south. The room was standard and on the first floor so we had a sliding glass door were we could walk around the pool and right to the beach! The location has many avaiable resteraunts and a mall across the street with a grocery store. Also our favorite resteraunt, Just Grillin', has a location across the street! The pool was right outside our door but we hardly ever use the pool, as we prefer the ocean. It was always clean and being enjoyed by some. One more thing about the West Coast location, the sunset's are as amazing as you have heard!
Everything about the hotel was great for the price it`s eactly what we wanted. We had a oceanview. Full kitchen if wanted to use it.The people running the hotel couldn`t of been any more helpful or generous. Bus stop is right outside so if you want to get around the island no problem. Barbados is Paradise.Would go again in a heart beat.
I really liked the Sunswept Hotel. It was a nice, clean, budget hotel. I gave the dining options only a 1 since there isn't a restaurant in the hotel itself even though there is one next door. The beach was beautiful. The hotel itself does need to be updated a little bit - especially around the pool area. Overall I had a nice time at this hotel and would book there again.

A 23 room property, without a restaurant, directly on the beach on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados in historic Holetown, approximately 8km from Bridgetown. Sunswept Beach Resort has a swimming pool set in a small garden with direct access to the beach. This resort is within walking distance of local bars, shops and restaurants.
This resort offers simplicity and tranquillity. It is a resort that caters to those who want to explore the local sights and sounds of Barbados and absorb the Bajan culture. The next-door restaurant and bar is very popular with guests here. Open for lunch and dinner, it is located adjacent to the hotel. The resort is also within easy walking distance are numerous restaurants to suit every pocket. Supermarket, shops and boutiques abound in Holetown along with banks, a post office and public library.
Sunswept is a haven, an intimate place to escape to and enjoy the simplicity and tranquillity of Barbados. The location is excellent and the accommodation is very pleasant, with all the facilities to ensure your privacy and comfort. Sunswept is a great base for exploring Barbados.
