Sunset Waters Beach Resort welcomes families but mostly attracts couples and groups seeking an on-site dive center and no-fuss relaxation between explorations of Curacao's many dive sites.
A crescent beach faces a swimming cove protected by stone breakwaters. Snorkeling reefs lie just outside the cove. An on-site, independent dive center offers scuba instruction/certification and reef, wall, and night dives. A 14.75-m (48-ft) pool includes a separate children's section and a swimup bar. Terraced sundecks surround the pool. A spa tub accommodates 12.
Dining-and-refreshment choices include an open-air restaurant with sea and sunset views, a waterfront spot featuring a weekly grilled-seafood buffet, and a poolside bar with a swimup side.
