perfect location with a view!
The location and the safety of accommodations was the reason we picked this hotel.Two ladies traveling alone who want to be close enough to walk every where.Convenient, clean with friendly and helpful staff and a decent casino.Fun slots.Good music.Liked having a waterfront view of the cruise ships.Beds are great and I'm fussy.Good food close-by and a CVS just down the street.Fabulous coffee a few short steps away.

240 guestrooms with signature Sheraton suite sleeper beds are set in a nine-story building of pale earth tones with a concave face. Decor features sand-colored walls, white ceilings, and caramel-colored furniture. Each guestroom is equipped with a cordless telephone, data ports, 37 inch LCD Flat Screen cable TV, coffee maker, hair dryer, in-room safe, and high-speed Internet access.
The best way to enjoy Old San Juan's sights is to park yourself at the Sheraton's awesome rooftop pool! There's nothing like soaking in the Jacuzzi and watching the city twinkle.
What We'd Change
We really wish the property were located on the beach. Fortunately, there's easy access to the waterfront, and top beaches are just a short cab ride away.

Drop off your bags and take a ride up to the top floor for a rooftop haven with gorgeous views. The rooftop pool cools guests off during the day, and the Jacuzzi gives them the sparkling city at night. When hunger strikes, just head downstairs to take your pick of the two restaurants. Palio dishes out the likes of homemade lasagna washed down with a delicious Tuscan limoncello mojito, while guests build their own burgers at Chicago Burger Company. When the sun sets and the city lights come out, dress to the nines and hit the town for cultural nightlife--two free, public trolley-buses are just a block away.
