Just back from Riviera Maya - our first trip, and we will definitely be going back! We had two goals for this trip - scuba diving and visiting Mayan ruins - and both were met beyond expectation. The three tours we took to Coba, Chichen Itza, and Tulum, were fantastic! The guides were very entertaining and knowledgable, the bus rides were all very civilized, the food was good, and the ruins were spectacular. Scuba diving was great, too! Dressel Divers is a top-notch outfit, with a dive shop right at the Iberostar Paraiso Beach resort. I did seven dives -- three from Paraiso Beach, three from Cozumel (a day trip that Dressel Divers arranged) and a night dive from Iberostar Tuscan in Playa Del Carmen. -- David H. Layer
