Good deal

Your in the heart and mix of everything . Good real food , craft market hand made items near by . A lot of things and food in walking distance . It' is a little annoying on the beach where people come tryna to sell you things or tours but other than that it was good . Rooms where clean . Hotel was clean . Food and drinks and hotel good prices . Took taxis as our tour guides from hotel it was way cheaper and your not with a bunch of people on tour driving with you ... I definitely recommend going to blue hole , white river, and horseback riding on the beach and village where people live . Scotchies Resturant good jerk chicken .. Moms Resturant walking distance from hotel good cheap food Also you can walk to margarita ville which s nice their with a pool and slide and you can walk rite out to the beach

Not a Good Experience

Upon arriving at this hotel I was immediately taken aback at the condition. It didn't look anything like the website photos. The pool looked dirty and the lounge chairs were dark with what looked like mold. We checked in and I found the hotel hallways dark and dingy. The room was a complete disappointment. The bathtub was peeling paint where one would stand or sit. The toilet was running and we couldn't stop it, and there were hairs on the sink. The nightstand on the side of the bed had a glass top that was broken in the corner and sharp. The balcony doors were dirty and hard to open. The balcony itself was dirty and had some crumbling cement. The view of the ocean was over a chain link fence. I didn't see any chairs on the beach. We went to the front desk and explained we were checking out. We were offered a different room, but I was not open to staying at any room at this hotel. We left within 30 minutes of checking in and per hotel policy, we were charged for the whole week. I would not recommend this hotel.

Do Not Stay Here

Upon arriving at the resort I noticed it did not appear as shown on Cheap Caribbean website. It was run down, the pool chairs were dirty. The hallways were dingy. Our room was unbelievable. It was not clean - there were hairs in the bathroom. The toilet was running. The bathtub was peeling paint in the bottom where one would stand or sit. The room was in a state of disrepair. The night stand had a broken glass table top with sharp edges. The balcony doors were hard to open and old, while the balcony itself had crumbling cement in the corners. The "ocean view" was through a high chain link fence. I couldn't believe that I had booked a room like this from a reputable company. We checked out within the half hour. I have been to Jamaica 11 times and have never stayed at a hotel in this bad of overall condition. Does CheapCaribbean regularly inspect the rooms here? If so, do you check more than one room that may be kept in good condition for your inspection? When I called a representative back in the states she actually said, "Well you booked a 2 star hotel in a 3rd world country." As if to ask, "What did you expect?" I expected a hotel that a travel company would be proud to offer its clients. And the expression "third world country" is offensive. This hotel looks Nothing Like The Photos on this website. Don't get fooled like I did!
