Great Vacation

My husband and I loved our stay at the Riu Palace Las Americas. The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are very comfortable, with amazing views. The pools were good- a little cold- the activity pool was fun, but the other pool was always empty... not sure why. The hot tub was my favorite spot- always hot and perfect to soak sore legs from all the dancing and walking. The beach is big and clean. The food was very good for an all-inclusive. The location of the hotel is perfect. Definitely check out the night life- especially Coco Bongo- best club experience I have ever had- non-stop fun.

Great all inclusive package

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. Food choices are excellent with a variety of themed restaurants. The beach is very clean but quite small although it is more than compensated by the outstanding pools within the hotel. Overall a very good deal. One tip; don't prebook your activities as there are many options to chosse from when you arrive and none of them were overbooked..

Riu Palace Las Americas, Cancun

The trip was great. The service was wonderful. I have to emphasize on the entertainment team. They were a blast and such a good, exciting, and fun crowd. They really cared about you and made sure everyone had fun. They were hilarious. The hotel was very clean and classy. We visited the other Riu hotels and this one was the best compared to the others. The beach at the time was a little dirty due to the sea weeds, however, that was due to the storm they had prior to our arrival. When the beadch finally cleared it was beautiful. The pools were awesome. Definitely recommend.

Great experience

This place is fabulous. This was the first time ever that we traveled to Cancun and will not be the last. The Riu Palace did not disappoint. The staff works very hard at insuring your stay to be first class. Very clean rooms and the food was excellent. From a value standpoint you cannot beat the all inclusive deal at the Riu Palace. I will stay there again the next time I venture to Cancun.
