- Children's program, onsite †The Conch Kritters Club is a new addition to The Regent Palms, specifically designed to entertain our younger guests. Participants can engage in one of our exciting activities or enjoy facilities at the club house, while their parents relax by the pool or at the spa. The program is available daily, offering half-day, full-day or evening scheduled activities with a ratio of one to five kids per counselor for children ages 4 to 12 years old. The children are engaged daily in a varied program of both indoor and outdoor age-appropriate activities including lawn croquette, tennis, art projects, and exercises enabling them to experience a stimulating and fun-filled day. For children participating in either the full-day or evening programs, a healthy lunch or dinner from our set menu, plus a snack, are included in the price of $90 per child for daytime or $70 for evening inclusive of dinner and an after dinner movie. Babysitters are also available to guests. Reservations are needed in advance with a minimum of 24-hours notice.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at The Palms made us feel at home. Crystal at reception gave us a warm welcome, CJ our butler went above and beyond, and Arlean at breakfast was wonderful. The property is beautiful, the beach pristine, the rooms spotless, and the penthouse villa view is simply breathtaking. An unforgettable stay we can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨

Great experience!
Sherrie was there every morning for breakfast and she was wonderful (welcoming, friendly and attentive). Comelita was funny and Arlean (also breakfast) was also great. Junior, Wes, and Emmanuel at the pool bar kept the drinks and conversation going.

A 5-star resort with amazingly friendly staff.
Came to the Palms for a romantic getaway to celebrate our anniversary in early August 2025. The entire trip was amazing! The grounds were immaculate, the food was delicious, and every employee we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful. We would like to give special mention to a few employees that made our visit at the Palms extra special. Arlean Brown greeted us every morning with a warm welcome to start our day in the breakfast garden. She made an extra effort to go out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. By the end of our visit we were sharing photos and family stories. Jane S. was the hostess at breakfast and occasionally at dinner. She always greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Rockell was our server at Parallel23 on multiple nights. Her service was top notch. She was friendly, attentive and made our dining experience forever memorable. Last but not least, Othneil and the beach crew were incredibly friendly, responsive and wiling to go the extra mile to please anyone on the beach. I witnessed Othneil making the trek to the on-property convenience store to purchase ice cream for a young child. His mom was filled with joy that he was willing to go to such great lengths to make her child happy. We would highly recommend The Palms to anyone seeking a 5-star resort experience in the British West Indies. We look forward to returning again someday.

Five stars
We are finishing up our first stay at the Palms and have had a five star experience. The one bedroom suite is extremely spacious and beautiful. Our butler, Mac, has been attentive and wonderful. Every meal at the resort has been excellent (highlight was parallel 23). We love the breakfast in the garden each morning, and the service by Arlean, Linda and Johnson has been fantastic. My massage at the spa was excellent. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our decision to stay at the Palms and will return!

Great place
Beautiful place and well situated on Grace Bay to explore the area. Gucci in the bar was great and quite helpful with rum recommendations
