Heated freeform pools, spa tubs, and swim-up bars with lunch spots are terraced into the hillside. A pool with an infinity edge is right along the beach. The main pool above the beach features a hydrotherapy section. Another pool lies at mid-slope, and two more are on the upper slope.

Because of strong undertows, the resort prohibits swimming off the beach, but the beach is ideal for walking, sunbathing, shell-gathering, and sunset-watching. The resort provides all-day, complimentary shuttle service to partner resorts Pueblo Bonito Rose and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco on safe-swimming, watersports-friendly Medano Beach 6 blocks from downtown on the Sea of Cortez. Guests enjoy full access to these resorts' facilities. Complimentary shuttles also transport guests up and down the hillside of the resort 24 hours daily.

This Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach offers a spa with women's and men's sections containing Swiss showers, steam rooms, spa tubs with plunge pools, relaxation lounges, and aromatherapy rooms (surcharges will apply.) One room contains twin beds and facial chairs, steam room, sauna, and a spa tub.

Complimentary supervised-activity periods (surcharges for arts/crafts) for children ages 4-11 are offered Tuesday-Sunday in addition to family activities. An Internet center offers high-speed connections (surcharges).

Additionally, guests staying at one resort can enjoy the other Pueblo Bonito Resorts in Cabo San Lucas or Mazatlan with a 10% discount and signing privileges at Restaurants and Bars (excluding Pool Bars) of the Sister Properties and free shuttle service between the resorts.

325 guest suites in 28 tile-roof buildings terraced into a hillside sloping to the beach. Most buildings contain timeshare suites. Suites at this Baja resort are located in 2 and 3-story buildings with outside staircases (no elevators). Contemporary decor includes pale marble floors, pale-pastel walls with white ceilings and crown molding, live plants, and dark-wood furniture, headboards, and trim.

Suites feature furnished balconies or ground-floor terraces with views of the Pacific Ocean, featherbeds cushion extra-thick pillowtop mattresses, pillow menu, ceiling fans provide a cooling alternative to air-conditioning, televisions offer satellite reception, pay movies and video-game consoles and dial-up Internet access is available for a surcharge.
