It was a very beautiful place and alot of peace there. It was not crowded at i I think it didnt have that many people staying there because of the located. It was very far out from the town but was well worth it if u like privacy!!! I will most def stay there the next time i go!!!! Service was ok!!! There was no food options just drink options!!!!!
Comfort level of the condo was excellent! The place was very clean and everything worked great. Great view and lots of wonderful places to eat nearby. Would definitely return again.
Princess Heights is beautiful. The condo's are spacious, have comfortable beds and beautiful views. The beach was nice but not very long. The walk to the beach involves numerous stairs which is fine for us as we like the work out. It would not be suitable for people with knee/hip problems. The staff was frienly and accommodating. The roads in St. Marteen are in desperate need op repair. The restraurants near the hotel were fine. The atmosphere and service at Big Fish was outstanding. Tropical Wave is a quaint little beach restraurant we visited while our daughter was horsebacking riding, the food looked delicious - we only had coffee and desert which was excellent.

Room Information
All of the custom decorated units feature marble floors throughout, Italian terracotta tiles on the balconies, whirlpool tubs, central air conditioning, gourmet kitchens, marble and granite counter tops. In addition, all of the conveniences such as luxury linens, hair dryers, in room safes, irons and mini bars are all standard amenities.
Princess Heights is a non-smoking property
Spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean and beautiful Dawn Beach. On a clear day you can see St Barths.
What We'd Change
The hotel does not have its own restaurant. However, a service delivers meals from a dozen restaurants on the Dutch side of the island, and a nearby pizza spot also delivers. But you will want to rent a car to explore and experience some of the great restaurants in Grand Case.
Why You Should Go
These one and two bedroom condo's have all the comforts of home and you are only a short drive from Orient Beach.

Although Princess Heights is located in a quiet and exclusive neighborhood, there are a multitude of activities such as marinas, yachting, water sports, spas, casinos, and restaurants only a few minutes away. Philipsburg, the capital of Dutch side, and Orient beach, which is famous for its fine dining, windsurfing, and kite surfing, are a short 15 minute drive from Princess Heights.
