24 rooms overall, the plantation's acclaimed plantation Great House and Caribbean cottage rooms, as well as the most luxurious St. Kitts villa, the Grand Villa, are decorated in English colonial style with wicker and carved mahogany furniture, cheerful floral chintzes and a collection of local artwork and crafts. All have a veranda or patio with garden and/or ocean views. Rooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fans. Other amenities include in-room safes, coffee makers, hair dryers, and irons/ironing boards. Please note that televisions are only offered in the Supreme Room with Plunge Pool.

Please be advised: Children 10 and over are permitted at the resort, however they will be charged the adult rate. We do not offer rooms for children under 10 at this resort.

Each day guests are shuttled to a choice of two Caribbean beaches, local shopping in Basseterre and the acclaimed 18-hole Frigate Bay golf course; all just 15-20 minutes away. For an active day at Ottleys, try the hard surface tennis court (lit for night play) or a round of croquet on the ocean view croquet lawn. Walk and explore the extensive grounds and the cobbled trails through our own rain forest ravine. Two mountain bikes are available on the property.

The resort has a 66-foot spring-fed swimming pool sits adjacent to the Royal Palm restaurant. Some guest rooms have private plunge pools on ocean view sundecks. The on-site Mango Orchard Spa Retreat offers massage and treatments including facials and body wraps.

DINING / BARS:

ROYAL PALM RESTAURANT - Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Near the property's own rain forest ravine and nestled into the remaining stone walls of the old sugar factory lies the Royal Palm Restaurant and the Inn's pool. Characterized by the blending of tastes from around the world, the chef uses her endlessly inventive culinary genius to create meals certain to satisfy the most sophisticated of palates. The restaurant is also renowned for Sunday Champagne Brunch and daily lunch served poolside.
