What I love about this resort:
The location of this resort is so convenient and only 20 miles south of Cancun. I was at the resort in no time!! The reception staff was phenomenal. I was greeted with a nice cool welcoming drink on arrival! There are four magnificent pools with a lot of fun activities all day long. Drinks and snacks are served through-out the resort. Plenty of beach chairs at this resort to enjoy the sunrise or sunset!
What I wish I could change:
The resort is pretty secluded so I took a cab into Puerto Morelos then I caught the local bus to Playa Del Carmen or Cancun. The specialty restaurants are first come first serve so get there early.
Why YOU should go:
The resort is beautiful and large in scale but the way it's arranged, it feels small and private. I liked the pool layout, North to South is Turquesa Family Pool, Turquesa Activities Pool, Coral Pool Bar, and Coral Quiet Pool. The room I had with the Jacuzzis was located by the quiet pool and was the perfect spot to chill for the afternoon! I see this as the perfect resort for couples and families. I give the staff an A+ for being friendly and attentive. If you are looking to relax and enjoy your family this is the place for you.
