Damian and Alex were wonderful and provided amazing service!!!! We were on our honeymoon staying at Dreams Sapphire. The food was amazing!!! Would definitely come back. Had the steak fillet and it was so delicious and the tres leche dessert was to die for. Please check this out!

Nice and big resort, lively shows at night and really friendly serving staff. Preferred had some key perks that made our experience easygoing. Natividad at the beach bar was great and always made sure we were good. Food was decent and plentiful, I’d recommend!

I went there to get married my family and friends kids it was AMAZING the staff is terrific. Everyone is superb Carmen was my wedding planner she did such Amazing job the resort is OUTSTANDING David from Destination Weddings was my wedding planner for the trip he was sharp on point never flop.

Where to begin...check in: Was told prior to trip that we were eligible for a room upgrade and preferred status. Upon arrival, those options were sold out, BUT for $130 a night, they were now suddenly available! Room never got below 72 degrees....comfortable but never "Cool", Spa was a in my opinion a horrible bait and switch tactic! Given 2 $100 certificates for spa treatment for attending presentation, then told we could only use 1, then told it would not be at $100 off the "special" price we signed up for and told to read the fine print....Your fine print is the reason I will never buy an unlimited vacation club. You spend so much time chasing nickels and dimes and don't truly take care of the customers! This resort is very rundown! Take a look at the plastic to go glasses at the preferred club or the pool side! They look like they have never been replaced! The toilet paper is like bad airport toilet paper...very thin and rough. You cater to people with high incomes but provide them with low to middle income amenities. The alcohol is not top shelf but low to mid shelf at best. Give people the option to pay more for better alcohol at minimum. And last but not least, when you try and sell me for a second time after I tell you I have no interest in the $250k, $60k or even $30k "club" options, stop wasting my time and yours! I would have most likely seriously considered the $10k or $5k options presented at the end, but by then I had such a bad taste in my mouth with how no one was listening, that I lost interest completely! You have ruined my opinion of Hyatt vacation clubs forever. I have a 2 day certificate and I’m not sure I will even use it! I am very disgusted in so many ways!

Relaxing getaway spent with extended family.
If a clean, fresh resort with kind, friendly staff and a great pool are what's needed for your amazing getaway, this is perfect. Was the food amazing?Perhaps not, but there were plenty of options, the food was good and I didn't have to cook it! Relaxing getaway spent with extended family.
