Very nicly surprised!!

Our Hotel at the Mosquito Blue was the most pleasant surprise. It was so tropically quiante, secluded, classy and yet in the middle of everything. The service was top notch and you couldn't beat the price. We will and have been highy reccomending your sight, this Hotel and we love every thing else about Playa De Carmen. Thankyou cheap carribean!!

Comfort shouldn't have to be sacrificed for style. Each of the 45 rooms and suites are the epitome of comfort and style, embodying the rich architectural heritage of Mexico. All rooms are spacious, yet intimate, and feature wood floors, beautifully carved Indonesian-style Mahogany beds and exquisite chests and hand-crafted coffee tables (in most rooms). The rooms also feature bathrooms with marble showers and marble floors. Yet in contrast to the local design, the rooms are also high-tech, with state-of-the-art climate control systems and modern lighting. All rooms feature white Egyptian linens, down pillows, color television with full cable access, refrigerator with in-room refreshments, in-room safes, direct dial telephone, Internet access and Bulgari amenities in bathrooms.

Mosquito Blue is a cool hotel! The location, the rooms, the ambiance, the restaurant, the bar....it's all really hip. Lot's of details here that you realize that last place you stayed didn't have. Fun and lively and right, smack dab, in the middle of everything.

The hotel isn't on the beach but that is part of its charm. It's urban but still a three minute walk to the beach club.

Mosquito Blue Hotel & Spa is a great getaway that offers the best of both worlds....quiet seclusion in the middle of Playa del Carmen.

Mosquito Blue Hotel & Spa is Playa del Carmen's first luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of 5th Avenue amid Playa's many shops, bars and restaurants.
