THE CARIBBEAN BISTRO - Open for lunch and dinner only, offering a casual, yet intimate atmosphere, lending to local flavours and West Indian delights. Reservations are required for dinner. *All meals consist of a combination of buffets, table d'hote menus and barbecues.
DRESS CODE: Guests are required to wear cover-ups over their swim costumes when eating in the restaurants. Dinner is elegantly casual, with men required to wear collared shirts and long trousers.
