French for "the spring," LaSource is surrounded on three sides by water and perched on the southern end of Grenada. The hotel sits quietly on the rim of the secluded, pristine sands of Pink Gin Beach.

What better place to spend your day than at the award-winning Oasis Spa? Guests of this all inclusive resort are pampered with one complimentary treatment per day; if that's not enough, there's a full ? la carte spa menu that includes massages, facials and aromatherapy. For nearly out-of-body relaxation, try the popular Floating on Air treatment.

Walled in by a beautiful line of rocks just a few yards offshore, the crystalline pools off the resort's beach beckon to be explored. Grab a shaded palapa and a lounge chair for your day of chillaxing. Thirsty? Oscar's Beach Bar & Restaurant has everything to quench your thirst during a day at the beach. While those looking for a place to relax nearer to their room can opt for one of the three luxury pools at the resort, those feeling a touch of the scuba bug can grab their gear and escape to the underwater majesty up to three times per week.

You won't go hungry during your spa holiday with an ? la carte feast from LaSource's award-winning chef. An array of meats, fish and veggies bombard the senses while your eyes take in the view of St. George's from The Great House's outdoor veranda. Try a signature panini at The Cafe Deli before making a late evening appearance at the chic Piano Bar.

When it's time to retire, return to your Luxury Ocean View Room (one of only 100 in the resort), located in a three-story building perched neatly on a hill with a definitively unobstructed ocean view. You'll need that shut eye if you're planning on an early tee-off at the resort's executive, nine-hole golf course, surrounded by flowering trees and a meandering brook that leads to cascading waterfalls.

Try a selection of coffees, including cappuccino, espresso and cafe latte. Also available are healthy treats like smoothies, carrot cake, oatmeal biscuits, fruits, sandwiches and soups. LaSource offers excellent diving opportunities for both certified and non-certified divers who are resort guests. The dive crew will help you tailor a dive holiday suitable for your level of experience, and guests who are not certified are offered the opportunity to "try" diving without going through a full certification course at an additional cost.

Certified divers are entitled to three dives per week's stay. Additional dives are available at an extra charge. Guests may also take advantage of the comprehensive PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) certification courses for beginners and advanced divers at an additional cost.
