LYDIA'S AT CRAB HOLE VILLAGE - Beachfront, nautical-theme, open-air spot surrounded by neon-colored wood-shack vendors "village." Open for dinner and Sunday brunch with a la carte dinner choices such as grilled swordfish, shrimp Caesar salad, crab/salmon cake, seared red snapper with passionfruit sauce, seafood pasta, and beer-battered conch. Grilled dishes available for surcharge: garlic shrimp, beef tenderloin, and lobster. Reservations required. Dress code: long pants and collared shirts for men.
COCONUT GRILL - Open-air lunch spot between pool and beach offering burgers, jerk chicken, and french fries.
SPLASH - Two-story weathered-wood structure with bar and swim-up bar on lower level and covered seating offering a panoramic seaview on upper level.
ENTERTAINMENT BAR - A casual and colorful spot. Part of three-structure open-air complex of wood roofs supported by wood poles next to expansive plaza. One structure is sheltering the bar, another is sheltering the bandstand, and the third is sheltering the dance floor. Live music nightly.

There is a 3 night minimum stay required for most times of the year, however, only a 1 night minimum stay is required from April 16, 2010 through December 20, 2010.
