LA MARIMBA - An a la carte grill steakhouse, reservations are required. Gentlemen are requested to wear slacks or Bermuda shorts (no jeans). Hours are 6:30 to 10:30 pm.
PALAPA UXMAL - A beach/pool snack bar serving a continental breakfast from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, a buffet lunch from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm, coffee and cakes from 4:00 to 5:00 pm, and snacks until 6:00 pm.
RESTAURANTS COZUMEL & TULUM - The main restaurants serve delicious buffet style meals, featuring show cooking and special theme nights. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 am, dinner is served from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. No shorts or sleeveless t-shirts are allowed during dinner.
A la carte restaurants require reservations which may be made from 9:00 am - 11:00 am and from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm with public relations at the hotel. A la carte dining guarantees are based on number of nights booked as follows:
1 to 3 night stays, guests will receive 1 reservation guarantee in the a la carte restaurants.
-4 to 6 night stays, guests will receive 2 reservations guaranteed in the a la carte restaurants.
-7 to 9 night stays, guests will receive 3 reservations guaranteed in the a la carte restaurants.
-10 to 13 night stays, guests will receive 4 reservations guaranteed in the a la carte restaurants.
