Simply Paridise

We've stayed at the Iberostar three times, and it is by far our favorite resort. The pool is wonderful, the food is great, and the service is outstanding.

Wonderful Vacation

Never had stayed at an all inclusive, before this trip (February 2010). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here or with any Iberostar in the future. I wasn't sure how good the food would be, and found it to be excellent with a lot of options. The food service manager chatted with us nearly every day asking if there was enough variety for the entre choices, We also ate at the onsite steak house, and had very good meals there too. The staff was friendly, helpful and enjoyable. The rooms were small, but more than adequate, and were very clean. The beds were comfortable too. The TV was older, but worked fine, and who wants to watch TV anyhow. The beach wasn't quite as expansive as the Iberostar in Playa del Carmen, but was still very nice. Alsowith reciprocity we took the ferry over and enjoyed the Iberostar in Playa del Carmen too for no additional fee (except cost of ferry and $5 cab fare). We also dove several days with Dressel Divers, located at the Iberostar in Cozumel. The dive masters were excellent, and we enjoyed every dive. The reefs were as expected (damaged by hurricanes), but we saw a lot of larger than average reef fish, and turtles on each dive.

The hotel was great and beautiful! I very interesting idea and layout with the rooms! The beach and pool areas were awesome and relaxing! The only problem was with the main dinners. We had a short trip and were only allowed to book a dinner for one night....not really a big deal, but we didn't expect that so it caught us by surprise...and we were bummed out. lol. Otherwise the hotel was great! =)

Perfect Honeymoon

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Iberostar Cozumel for our honeymoon last year (Nov. 2009) and it was amazing. The food (and drink) was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the beach was awesome! They offer plenty of fun activities and entertainment as well. I can't recommend this place enough.

The Iberostar Cozumel has literally been carved out of the jungle at the edge of the sea. It's very tropical and lush. I really like the rooms here, they have great island/Mexican decor and lend well to the casual atmosphere here. This is a good place for families with kids as the comes complete with a playground and kids pool. Adults have lots of space just for them as well.

The property is a little remote but cabs into town are easy to find right at the front door of the resort.

Cozumel is a sun splashed, tropical getaway that offers golf, diving, snorkeling and plenty of relaxation. Iberostar offers the tropical escape and diving paradise you're looking for.

**El Cedral Steakhouse - An a la carte steakhouse and grill, the dress code is casual and reservations are required.
