The Grand Riviera Princess All Suites Resort & Spa is located in a prime location on the Mayan Riviera, just three miles north of Playa del Carmen. The 300 palm trees that line the coast of the resort enhance the natural spectacular beach. The resort takes advantage of all the natural beauty of the area, as the gentle sloping beach and abundant white sand creates a privileged setting.

Nice and clean

This was our first time in the Riviera Maya. The pictures of the hotel were true to fact. The hotel was impeccable and the staff extremely accomodating. The nightly shows were entertaining, but the star was the lead vocal for the hotel duo. Two complaints: (1) the hotel only offers two shuttles to downtown and they fill up rather fast. You have to make reservations at least two days in advance - which the hotel does not advertise. (2) When we made the reservation we made it for two queens beds, but once we got there we were told that there was a "clause" and that they could not accommodate our request. Our son had to sleep on the sofa the entire stay.

Great vacation

I could not say enough. This place was wonderful. Very clean and the staff was great. Great restaurants and entertainment nightly. We always venture out but if you are looking to stay put you will not be bored. Would go back tomorrow if I could.

Mayan Paradise

In celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary we booked a trip through Cheap Carribbean's website. Despite bad weather warnings our week in paradise was not interupted and was one of the most delightful vacations we have taken as a couple. The grounds are outstandingly beautiful with unique Mayan statues throughout. There are a variety of dining options and as always in Mexico the coffee and cappacino's are the best I have had. We looked forward to the entertainment each night and celebrated afterwards with dancing and drinks. The pools and beaches are both kept very clean and the service was noteworthy. The staff was pleasant with a smile and an Hola! to greet us..This is not the first nor the last vacation we have booked through Cheap Caribbean and we were very pleased that as iin our past travels the process couldn't have been any smoother.

Grand Riviera Princess Resort

We stayed at the Grand Riviera Princess Resort in April of 2010. All of our connections and reservations through Cheap Carribean went very smoothly and just as planned. We stayed in the Platinum Suites and were very satisfied with the accomodations and dining options. The private Platinum pool with top shelf liquor, bottle beer and waiter service was great. Also were were allowed to be more flexible in scheduling our dining options with the concierge service. The beach was walkable but the water was churned up and cloudy from heavy rains before we arrived. Maid and room service were great in our Platinum Suite. I would definitely recommend the Palinum Suites at the Grand Riviera Princess Resort.
