great value

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt very secure staying at the hotel. The food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. I will return.

Great vacation value

While this property might not be upscale enough for some folks, we had a blast! It was a great value. Clean Rooms, GREAT beach and wonderful staff. Make sure that you take a snorkle trip and that it includes a lobster lunch at one of the little islands. And Rick's cafe is a must - just to see the cliff divers. Would go back again in a heartbeat!

Great value

I went on this trip with my boyfriend. We were one of only a few couples there, mostly families with young children, but that did not hinder our time in the slightest. Great staff, great beach. Food was very good, and there was a lot to do. Beds were a little uncomfortable and pool was only ok but all in all a wonderful vacation!

The Grand Pineapple is a great place to stay in Negril! We had a blast. The staff is very helpful and the food is excellent. Very quaint and a wonderful place to stay if you want to get away from crowds of people. Can't wait to go back!!

The rooms are categorized as "Garden" and "Beach" side and there are two types of accommodations; Cottages and Manor accommodations, contingent on location. Garden side rooms are located on the land side of the Norman Manley Boulevard, while beach side rooms are located on the beach side of the Boulevard. Beach side rooms are not necessarily ocean view or oceanfront.

This resort captures the essence of Jamaica in a beach front location. I was very impressed with the food, and the beach BBQ was just perfect. Very romantic. Since the resort is smaller than some of the other mega resorts, service was very friendly.

Gift shop prices were steep, so be sure to bring all the bathroom products that you will need.

The resort is moderately priced, catering to singles, couples and families alike but sits on exclusive 7 mile beach. You will get an upscale all inclusive vacation, for a great price. By the end of your vacation, people will know you by name.

DINING / BARS:

THE ORCHID TERRACE RESTAURANT - Located on the beach side of the resort is open air and offers guests an excellent view of the Caribbean Sea and the pleasure of spectacular Negril sunsets. The restaurant features tasty Jamaican specialties served buffet style and a post breakfast Continental breakfast cuisine. Cover up is required in the dining room at all times.
GRILL SERVICE - For afternoon snacks; hamburgers, hot dogs and grilled sandwiches are served from the Chef's kitchen.
SUNSET BEACH BAR - Located on the beach side of the resort, overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
