Good for the price

The resort was great for the prize however, I would clasify this resort as a place for families and couples to stay, not ideal for college age young adults looking for the "Cancun" experience. The resort offered wonderful services such as room service, transpotation to neighboring vilas and the dinning halls were impeccable. The wifi in the rooms could use some improvement. Everything else was wonderful.

Good Trip

Our 1st trip to Mexico. got back on the 23rd 2 days ago. Enjoyed the resort. Service was slow in all restaurants. Food was great in all restaurants. We were unable to make reservations in the restaurant that needed specific reservations. Were given bad information by front desk personnel about reservations. Received a lot of bad information but i really think a lot of it was because of language barriers. Once we learned how the systems worked everything was great. Eat early dinner and you have no wait. then eat a late dinner. order 2 or even 3 stakes on the same plate. Great ice drinks with no alcohol if you desire or for the kids. Love the bars in the pools. Main complaint is the free boats, snorkel, place on the beach incredibly long waits people working there are argumentative and not helpful. Overall I liked it and would return at some point, but for my next trip i will try somewhere else just so i have an accurate comparison.

Disappointed

The experience was not what I expected and would not recommend to stay there. The front office was not accommodating and every issue we had it was not taken care of in a timely manner. Tried to surprise my wife by renewing our vows and it seemed it was a hassle for them. they did not give us any options or even tried to accommodate this request. It took four days to change a light bulb in the room. Poor Wi-Fi and requested a pick up for check out and they forgot so we had to call again the same day and was late for our transportation. Mini bar had expired beer and dented cans as well.

What's to Love

It's all-inclusive and all-aahsome - drinking, noshing, you name it, they've got it.

Sinking into almost 2,500 feet of sun-kissed, white sand hugged by fringy palms.

The soothing waterfalls & delish treatments at the Zentropia Spa that's right next door.

If you have food allergies/intolerances, there's a special menu. Dig in.

There's a Kids' Clubs for every age group - drop off the munchkins and chill.

What We'd Change

You'll do a lot of walking on this 300-acre complex, so your legs might hurt after a few days. But it's worth it for all the things you can do, the epic natural beauty and harmonious design.

Why You Should Go

It's 50 miles south of Cancun airport. Though a drive, you'll be happy as a clam when you arrive.

You have access to three sister Grand Palladiums and there's a train to take you there. Hop on.

Don't miss BBQ and live music at the Grand Palladium White Sands on Friday nights.

You can tour the resort in their very own pontoon boat. Ahoy!

Wave after wave of watersports: kayaks & snorkeling. For a fee, scuba, windsurfing & more.
