Great property for families.....bedding average
We just returned from Grand Palladium Riviera and we really had a greta vacation. We stayed in the Riviera section (building 60) and loved our location. Food was great and variety was wonderful. The only exception or miss with this facility would be the linens...very outdated bedspreads and cheap sheets...

Grand Palladium Resorts
México is truly a beautiful country. It is rich in culture and natural beauty. Es Paraíso! The Grand Palladium Resort is gorgeous, but it was the people that made it a more memorable experience. The staff, always smiling and upbeat, never missed an opportunity to help out and make recommendations. We were there during the low season and, yes, perhaps they had a little more time to attend to us. However, I can't imagine these people being any different all year round, especially the friends we made from the animation team and water sports activities.
We stayed at the White Sand Beach Resort. Our lovely and spacious junior suite room was close to the beach and 24-hour beach bar. There are many beautiful palm trees that provide shade and a natural atmosphere. We were surprised how easy it was to step off the resort for inexpensive sightseeing by taking the local bus to places that were at most 30 minutes away. I highly recommend the Grand Palladium Resorts because of the natural surroundings, beautiful beach, nice staff and convenient location.
We would recommend this facility. Would have given perfect 5 scores had it not been for the sorry pillows.

The beach was great. Food was pretty good but the most polular restaurants had quite a wait for dinner. Our suite was pretty nice, especially the open air center with fountain (although the room smelled a little musty).

Fifty miles from Cancun Airport and a 300-acre complex, distance can be an issue. But it's worth it for the natural beauty and harmonious design.

Guests enjoy access to four Grand Palladium resorts, and for tired trekkers, there is a free shuttle linking the complex. Start your stay at Renova Spa, situated at sister resort, Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa. The spa offers a relaxing escape with soothing waterfalls, hydromassage, cold and vapor baths, couple's massages and reflexology, just to name a few of the options.
Grab a palapa for shade, or hunker down for a solid bronzing session in one of the complimentary beach loungers complete with towel service. Poolside is equally luxurious with seven freshwater pools to choose from, including a lake-style pool with four built-in Jacuzzis and a swim-up bar, two "quiet" pools for adults only and a saltwater pool with an authentic "island" feel. If you're up for a cruise, hop aboard the resort's pontoon boat and tour the resort in style. Try one of the 11 restaurants which literally have something for everyone, including El Dorado Steakhouse and the Mediterranean stylings of Mare Nostrum. Guests have access to five pools in the complex. This resort has a large, lake-style freshwater pool with a swim-up bar and four Jacuzzis. There is also an adults-only pool and Jacuzzi at Grand Palladium Colonial. La Isla pool at Grand Palladium White Sand is a quiet pool with a Jacuzzi. El Rinconcito pool at Grand Palladium Kantenah features a Jacuzzi and a kids area. Las Rocas is a saltwater pool located near the sea.
