Gran Caribe Real Resort & Spa

Gran Caribe Real Resort & Spa gave me and my two best friends the opportunity to the see the very best of Cancun, with making everything we could possibly want assessable for us, from the hotel entertainment itself to having someone organize days out which we wished to participate in. This made our holiday what it should be- a time to relax, without having to worry about transport and all the other little extras you dread to cope with whilst in a foreign country . Gran Caribe Real Resort & Spa was packed with entertainment all day long until the early hours of the morning but if you did want to explore a little of Cancun away from the resort it is also possible, my friends and I enjoyed the evening entertainment of the hotels dance group which was brilliant talent but we also wanted to venture out into the nightlife of Cancun so the hotel organized for us to go to party hoppers which is a business which accompany you on your bar crawl to assist you evening runs smoothly with no hassle and an agreed price for the whole evening including drinks and club entry! If you would rather spend you money on a day trip then I recommend swimming with the dolphins a true once in a life time experience! And the hotel will arrange everything including your transport. There is just so much to do whether you wish to stay in the resort spending your time soaking up the sun on the beautiful white sand filled beach sipping on a Bahama Mamma cocktail from the beach bar or taking a dip into the turquoise ocean to cool off ! And if you’re feeling hungry there is a variety of extreemly tastey restaurants to choose from with great prices so there is no need to venture out into the busier Cancun evening streets. Real Resort & Spa brings everything you need right to you. I had the most unforgettable time and memories that will last forever, I came across no faults. A great travel agency to book this hotel with is Cheap Caribbean.com, we were greeted by their staff from the airport and they made themselves available to us whenever we had a question , it made our stay in Cancun a very pleasant one without us having to worry about anything- it was all done for us! I highly recommend the agency and the hotel , I have never experienced such a warm welcome from a hotel and such great assistance from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, if i am ever able to return to Cancun I will most definatly book with the same company and go to the same hotel. I want to Thank the staff for all the brilliant and hard work!

Service was amazing, everyone was so kind and always remembered our name. Every employee wants to be there and always says hello. The beach was amazing it was like we were in a magazine everyday. Totally worth the money. Walking distance to everything and easy to get around. The shows were entertaining and fun.

We were pleasantly surprised at the laid back comfort and classy style of the the Gran Caribe Real Resort. Except for the front desk woman who checked us in slowly while chatting loudly on the phone, the remainder of our experience was wonderful. The waiters, maids, and pool and beach attendants were exceptionally solicitous. And, they greeted us with kind smiles. The food and and ammenities were terrific. I never tasted such fresh salsa, ceviche, and guacamole. The hot dishes were tasty, as well. And... the beach and ocean are to die for. Sand and surf like in your wildest dreams. Never have we said we'll return to the same place on a future vacation.. in this case...we did.

The Gran Caribe Real was everything we hoped it would be. We celebrated our 25th anniversary while we stayed at the resort. It was wonderful. The resort was very well maintained, the staff was very helpful and courteous. The entertainment staff made sure there was plenty of activities for those who wanted to be involved. Or you could lay by the pool and veg. The food was excellent and we never had a problem getting into a restaurant. If you are avoiding children, I wouldn't suggest this resort. This is a very family friendly resort with an outstanding kids area. However, if some kids at the pool don't bother you I would highly recommend this resort.
