The beach here is wide and long....great for sun and relaxation. The pool also offers great relief from the Mexican sunshine. There's also a number of restaurants and bars to enjoy and lively nightly shows sure to entertain.

The Gran Bahia Principe Akumal is fronted by a beach of white sand and in some sections, of rock. It lies between a green mangrove jungle and the turquoise water of the Caribbean. It welcomes families, couples, and singles. Comprised of three fabulous hotels (Tulum, Akumal & Coba), a commercial center and the "Hacienda Dona Isabel" entertainment center, the hotel offers an excellent variety of services.
Beach and poolside sundecks blend into one another, providing a large area for sunbathing on lounge chairs or napping on hammocks beneath thatch-roof palapas.
