Galley Bay Resort & Spa is nestled amidst 40 secluded acres of beachfront tropical gardens, a lagoon & bird sanctuary, and a very private 3/4 -mile white-sand beach. DINING / BARS:

SEA GRAPE RESTAURANT - Open-air seating under pitched wood ceiling facing the boardwalk just above beach serving a la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner with exotic Caribbean flavors.
GAUGUIN RESTAURANT - Casual spot isolated on beach offering private tables situated under individual thatch shades with terra-cotta-tile floors. A la carte lunch of salads, sandwiches, and light fare. A la carte dinners. Reservations are required.
ISMAY'S - Stunning timber building situated at the southern end of 3/4 mile white sand beach, adjacent to beautiful shell bay. Menu offers best of islands local flavours with everything from classic west indian "roti" to seafood gumbo.
LOUNGE BAR - Open-air seating on thickly cushioned dark-bamboo chairs under ceiling fans next to the boardwalk above beach. Open evenings.
TEEPEE BAR - Open-air beachfront bar in conical thatch structure.
GAUGUIN BAR - Offering tropical drinks.

Dress code: In the restaurants, shoes are worn and bathing suits are covered. After 6:30 PM, men wear shirts with collars and short or long sleeves (no T-shirts or tank tops) and long pants or stylish jeans (no shorts, Capri or 3/4 pants); and women wear dresses, skirts, long pants or stylish jeans, culottes or in the summer tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no "short shorts" or cutoffs).

There is a 5 night minimum stay required at this resort, except for the following:
There is an 8 night minimum stay required for arrivals December 21, 2009 through January 2, 2010
There is a 7 night minimum stay required for arrivals February 7-21, 2010 and again from December 26-31, 2010.
Stays under the minimum requirement will be charged at the full minimum stay.
Exception: Due to availability and last minute bookings, shorter stays might be available on request and the above policy will be waived.

Changing cabanas are available for late check-outs at a fee. The fee is donated to a local animal charity.

Credit Card Requirements: All guests are required to provide a credit card at check-in for possible incidentals not included on the All Inclusive plan (i.e. phone calls, bottled beverages, gift shop and beauty treatments).

*No Children under 16 allowed (except during Christmas/New Year Holiday period). Infants and Children are charged the adult rate. Rates are based on a minimum of 2 adults in the room.

Please be aware there is a $20 per person departure tax at the airport, payable in cash only.
