Great stay
Just got back from our week long stay at his place. It was one of our best vacations ever. Had a great time. Great value for money. Service and staff are the very best. Huge pool!! Even though we are vegetarians, there were enough options. I think this is one of the older hotels. Considering that, the rooms were not 100%, but were good.
I have been to Cancun 12 times, 3 times in the last 8 months. Love Cancun. First time at this resort. Staff was great. Biggest issue was Food was average at best. Room service was fast and tasty and warmer than the restaurants. Food isn't everything, but it's important to us. Jonathan at the swim up bar was great, but I tipped him on every drink a us dollar and sometimes two. Well worth paying at any all inclusive Cancun resorts if you like to be served before the line. Gratuities are included but lthe line can be long. I didn't see a single person tip but me and I was always served as soon as I stepped up near the bar regardles who had been waiting longer. Amazing, I know. The restaurant Rosato was the best by far. Rooms werre clean but tv reception was bad. I don't go to Cancun to watch tv, but if I'm in the room, I like good reception while I'm recovering from the sun or the tequila. Kidding, sorta! All in all, a great time, Of all the resorts I have stayed at, Palace resorts have been the best thus far, but as expected, more $$.

BEAUTIFUL RESORT
My boyfriend and i stayed here during our spring break and had an amazing time. Although it was Spring Break, the hotel was very calm and classy--which is what we were looking for. If you are looking for a wild spring break hotel, this is not the place. The Fiesta Americana Condesa was welcoming, relaxing, and the resort grounds were absolutely stunning. Service was great, bartenders were exceptional and the food was pretty good as well, especially the italian restaurant. The evening shows were pretty good as well, we went to see the circus one and a michael jackson one which were both pretty entertaining. All in all we had an amazing stay!!! When i come back to Cancun, there is no doubt in my mind that i would return to this Resort.
Went there with my wife for out one year anniversary. Very nice place with a very very nice staff. Perfect for the family if you have kids.
Food was actually very good, which I was not expecting it to be.

These credits can be used for things on property such as bottles of wine, spa treatments, etc - there are usually specific guidelines on exactly what the credit can be used for and exactly how much can be used at one time. Please note that to receive any added value which is offered, such as resort credits, you must meet the specified guidelines that are outlined for you from the hotel.
