Great Hotel and Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Princess. The location was ideal for us, right in the heart of the city. We rented a scooter and drove around everywhere, visited many of the wonderful beaches and historical sights. We walked from our hotel into the city to either eat, drink, or an activity. The Hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, and they upgraded us to a beautiful room looking over the water. I would go back tomorrow.

Fairmont Hamilton Princess

Only complaint is that hotel is not on the bus line and you have to walk each time you ride the bus, which is the best form of transportation. Their sister property Fairmont Southhampton is a newer and very nice property and is on the bus line. As far as the hotel itself, no complaints whatsoever.

Bermuda Hamilton Fairmont

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Hamilton! Great rooms, staff, and restaurant/lounge! The afternoon tea is fantastic and love that it is so close to town. Great views and staff is very friendly!

great location!!!

The best part of this hotel is the location. You can walk into town & browse restaurants & stores. The hotel is quite old & dated. Our room was OK, but not a 5 star by any means. Carpeting was dirty & old. Restaurants are very good, but very expensive. Drinks are very pricey. Took the ferry to the "sister hotel" to see the beach. The beach was VERY crowded. We had lunch & left on the next ferry back. We loved Bermuda...would not stay at the Fairmont. They did send a bottle of champagne to our room for our anniversary, which was a ver nice gesture!!!

How close you are to some of the best restaurants on island. What a great location and a perfect spot dining and shopping!

This is a toughy...Ok, I wish the ferry ride was a bit shorter from Hamilton to the Southampton Princess, but it's such a nice ride!

Great weather, short commute from the east coast, great food and some of the most incredible beaches I have ever seen!

The Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel is a historic business/vacation hotel on Hamilton Harbour. A symbol of all that Bermudians hold dear - old fashioned courtesy, timeless quality and genuine hospitality - that has remained in place since its opening in 1885.

Affectionately known as the Pink Palace, its harbour front situation offers nautical views, with the convenience of a city location - the shops and sights of Hamilton are just a few minutes walk away. From the delectable cuisine served overlooking beautiful Hamilton Harbor, The Fairmont Hamilton Princess offers a delightful selection of services and activities. Although not on a beach, the hotel features two 90-by-35-foot pools, one freshwater and the other saltwater, surrounded by terra-cotta sundecks furnished with lounge chairs. A lighted concrete path with teak deck chairs runs 400 yards along the harbor. From here, guests take a complimentary shuttle boat 25 minutes across the harbor to a companion resort, the Fairmont Southampton, where they enjoy access to a private beach; an 18-hole, par-3 executive golf course; a 30,000-square-foot health-and-beauty spa featuring a large indoor pool and spacious spa tubs on ocean-view sundecks; and nine restaurants, including one in a house dating from the mid-17th century.
