Need a change of scenery? How about the great views of the Pacific Ocean and Sierra Madre Mountains, and a modern sense of style at the Unlimited-Luxury(R) Dreams Villamagna in Nuevo Vallarta? FIRST TIME TRAVELERS
This will hopefully encourage all you first timers like us.
This was our first trip in 16 years of marriage!
I had felt an obligation and need to visit my aging Mother, much to my husbands extreme patience. So every vacation we traveled across country to visit. It's been about 3 yrs now, since she passed away.
SO time for US. I wanted to surprise my hubby, the pressure was on to come up with something great. I couldn't have even thought of this without the help of CheapCaribbean.com. Don't be shy..just call. I was trying to do it online, and getting confused. Remember first timer..dah!
I surprised my husband for his birthday. Booked, deal done all by myself.
I told the rep booking this trip about Birthday, and he said he would certaintly add that "this was a special occation." No promises he couldn't keep, the resort handled it they're way.
Hubby had a big Happy Birthday sign on the door and a birthday cake waiting inside. He was thrilled.
As first timers..I was nervous about "all inclusives and Mexico"
I can tell you before leaving to come back home, we have already agreed to come right back again. It was spectacular, to say the very least. Restaurants x 5 to choose from was so much fun, open till ridiculous hours to accomodate your wants. We did find ourselves going to one more frequently and the staff knew us well. The beach was to die for. The "drink waiters" came frequently to both the beach and poolside. Gratuities never expected but appreciated. Free entertainment every night, about 1/2 hour, not intrusive and well worth seeeing, although we chose to attend only 2 of the 6 night's we were there. Tons and tons of staff around to answer questions, guide you, supply you with anything you needed. A daily news letter left on your turned down bed at night listing the next days events. Very quiet and relaxing. Kids pools shallow and never really saw or heard them, as we were in the infinity pool area. If we had kids, lots of extended shallow water for the wee ones and we saw a kids activity area, all the kids looked like they were having a ball. Did I mention the infinity pool is to die for. Never had to look too far for lounge chairs both at beach and poolside. Don't think twice..JUST DO IT!
We never had any problems at all, which needed us to call CheapCaribbean.com while away, but I know they would have been right with us, no matter what the issue. Thanks again!
Dreams is just like a wonderful dream where you play, eat and laugh with your family without a care in the world, if only for just a week or so. . The staff is practically perfect in every way, the grounds are well kept and immaculately clean and there are enough restaurants and food options to keep you interested. The best part for our family was the wonderful boogie boarding on the private beach in front of the Dreams pool area. We had a blast learning to boogie board while my husband golfed at two of the wonderful courses nearby. When we felt we needed a little break from the luxury and easy living, we took a short cab ride to Bucerias where we wandered the streets and stopped at a beach front restaurant to enjoy the very best octopus ceviche that we have ever had; our 8 and 11 year old daughters ate the lion's share of the ample plate that was placed before us and that was just the appetizer, fresh caught prawns of the best quality were to follow. Puerta Vallarta is also just a quick cab away and you can spend the afternoon eating mangoes carved like sculptures on a stick while you take in the avant garde beach sculptures that are both to be viewed in bronze and in the sand art that amazes all who view it. Then back to the resort for reading a book poolside with a frosty bar drink threatening to melt before it cools you to wonder..."Where will I walk to get dinner?". Oh, I want to go there now! I think I will see if I can find a spot right now for this April:). Just go there if you have kids and like to do stuff!
OUR FAMILY OF FIFTEEN TRAVELED FROM ALL PARTS OF THE U.S. TO CELEBRATE A 50TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AT THE VILLAMAGNA NUEVO VALLARTA THIS DECEMBER. WOW....SPEECHLESS IN EVERY SINGLE ASPECT OF THE TRIP. THIS RESORT WAS A STEP AHEAD OF THE GUESTS WHEN IT CAME TO DINNING, RELAXING, ACTIVITIES, AND ENTERTAINMENT.
THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO NOT ONLY MEET BUT EXCEED ALL EXPECTATIONS. THE STAFF ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON THEIR FACES. THEY WERE ONE OF THE HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR FANTASTIC TRIP WITHOUT A DOUBT. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS IN ALL RESTAURANTS. THE ROOMS WERE VERY MODERN/BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. WE WOULD GO BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR RESORT MULTIPLE TIMES IF GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY AGAIN. ENJOY YOUR TRIP......YOUR DESTINED FOR YOUR BEST VACATION YET !
Rooms huge & Elegant. Very comfortable . Mini Fridge beverages & room service were excellent. All restaurants were great from casual to Gourmet! Pools, Entertainment & Staff service were excellent. I do not have one complaint & want to return. It is excellent for singles, couples or families.

Go for it! I suggest Ocean View room. Property has excellent security & I liked Nueva Vallarta area a lot. I want to go back when I can take my daughter.
