The Southwinds Beach & Raquet Club is located in Barbados' St. Lawrence Gap, known famously for its cuisine and exciting nightlife. The resort offers a secluded white sand beach among 20 acres of tropical gardens.

This resort property features three swimming pools, two tennis courts, access to a variety of watersports, excellent poolside restaurant and bar and a casual beachside bar for light meals and cocktails. This tropical retreat is ideal for every family member. The beach is a two-minute walk from the main building. Water gear can be rented on the beach. Centrally located, it provides access to all the diving and snorkeling areas nearby. Shop in quaint boutiques or dine in superb Bajan and Continental restaurants. Enjoy the lively and friendly atmosphere of the St Lawrence Gap area, numerous intimate nightclubs and pubs along the gap road. All within walking distance.

-All-inclusive meal plan can be used at the Bajan Breeze or Jocelyn's Beach Bar.
All-Inclusive meal plan includes all Theme Nights as well as Entertainment (Reservations not required, but recommended for theme nights). AI plan includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks (excludes premium brands) per day. Lastly, the AI plan includes non-motorized water sports. Minimum 3 night purchase required on AI meal plan. Surcharges may apply on certain menu items.

**Joslyn's Restaurant - Open-air, beachside restaurant. American and Bajan cuisine features local produce and flying fish, the island specialty. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily. Live entertainment offered several nights a week.
**Bajan Breeze Restaurant - Serves breakfast and dinner poolside, featuring International cuisine with fresh produce and Bajan treats. The breakfast buffet is a guest favorite, with both tropical fruits and made-to-order hot dishes. Thursday night at the Bajan Breeze is a popular theme night offering guests live local music and Barbados recipes. The flying fish is not to be missed!
