From what I understand the cabanas are cozy, rustic and peaceful. Unfortunately Cheap Caribbean does not sell the cabanas, only the One Bedroom Villas.

One bedroom Villas offering many of the comforts of home in a spectacular island setting. These beautiful beach front units have a queen size bed in the bedroom, living room area with a full size foldout sofa, kitchenette, table and chairs, air conditioning, and a verandah. The sweeping unobstructed view of the sea will help to make the perfect romantic or family vacation. The kitchenette features a small refrigerator, microwave, stove top and coffee maker.
Theme nights, a stunning white sand beach and a lively atmosphere make Captain Morgan's Retreat in Belize a blast to visit, but it's the memorable staff members that brings us back.
What We'd Change
Meals at the resort are a little more expensive than meals in town, but the quality of the food, excellent service, and convenience of not leaving the hotel make up for the difference.

Escape into a gentler age with a stay at this resort, which can be reached only by water taxi or seaplane. San Pedro is not even four miles away, but it might as well be on another continent. Whether swaying lazily on a hammock stretched between two palm trees on the shimmering white beach or sunning yourself on a daybed beside the free-form pool, you can't help but delightfully sink into a slower pace.
Tranquility is only one reason to stay at Captain Morgan's Retreat. Snorkeling and diving are two others. The Hol Chan Marine Reserve at the southern tip of Ambergris Caye offers unparalleled underwater experiences. Plan ahead to arrange snorkeling trips to the reserve, where you'll be enchanted by brilliantly colored schools of rainbow parrot fish, horse eye jacks and blue tangs. You have the chance to swim with nurse sharks and southern stingrays in Shark Ray Alley, which is ranked among the seven best animal dives by Skin Diver magazine. You're sure to be hungry when you return from a day exploring the mysteries of the deep. Blackened snapper at the Buena Vista Restaurant is the dish for you, thanks to Cajun spices punching up the pan-seared boneless fillet served with linguini or the vegetable of the day.
A room is not just a room at Captain Morgan's Retreat, where you choose what fits your style. If you're seeking a rustic island feel, then the thatched-roof cabanas are perfect. You'll find basic amenities in each cabana, but you'll also find perks, like private verandas with personal hammocks. For luxury, though, you can't beat the condos. Breathe in the opulence of marble bathrooms, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, then unwind with an indulgent bath in a sunken hot tub.

Captain Morgan's Retreat features three full-sized, freshwater pools close to every room on the resort. A swim-up bar is available, and the resort provides complimentary towel service, lounge chairs and umbrellas.
