Going on vacation is all about letting loose and having fun, so pack up and head for party central at Cancun Palace, a resort located in Cancun's popular hotel zone. Great design is integral to the 12-story complex (updated with a modern convention center and plans for exciting new presidential suites) that draws vacationers with its party atmosphere, fun nightlife and kid-friendly perks, like the waterslides in the kids' pool.

Great
Cheap Caribbean was amazing to use.......it was our first time using them and would definitely do it again.........they stepped up with our room. We had no view except for a wall and construction going on, we moved to a beautiul room with a view of the ocean and pool.
We didn't have to worry about our trip at all, Cheap Caribbean made traveling easy.

Great value and FUN!
The Palace exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with the service,staff (especially Martin V. in the lobby) and the number of available bars. Everything was perfect- the resort credit was a MUST have. I hope they continue the credit so we can keep coming back. The resort was overall perfect and we will 100% be back. We truly can not think of a single complaint other than a lack of options on the lunch buffets. Overall- Excellent!

Awesome time
The resort and the staff were great. They even put a cake in our room and put rose petals down because I proposed to my wife for her birthday as a surprise. We swam with the dolphins and did the bar tour - both of which were tons of fun. Definitely recommend it.

Worth our money & time
Me and my boyfriend visited Cancun Palace Oct. of 2009. It was the most gorgeous, clean, relaxing and lets not forgot FUN vacation!!! This resort offer so much activity that are including in the price which can not be found at any other resort. The food was awesome. The best part is that you can go to the other part Palace resort for free with your waist band and enjoy yourself there as well. Staff is very attentive to your needs. This is a much resort to visit in Cancun.

The resort is going to offer a variety of excursions, everything from tours of the ruins to swimming with dolphins. Typically, renting jet skis are at an additional charge, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Once you arrive, the Concierge will be able to give you all of the information and schedule it for you. Have a wonderful time in Mexico!

No, the only way we could get Jet Ski's was by taking the "vacation club" tour. But you can go to Coba, Chitchenitza, zip-line, etc...Go onto the Palace resorts site and it gives a complete listing. Have fun

601 beautifully appointed guestrooms with double Jacuzzis and balconies providing views of either the Caribbean or Nichupte Lagoon. Other amenities include turndown service, liquor dispenser, stocked mini-bar, flat screen satellite TV, bathrobes and slippers. Rooms are only available on the All-Inclusive Plan. Four rooms for the physically challenged are available on request and located in the Superior Deluxe Ocean View room category.
CONCIERGE LEVEL ROOMS: include everything from the all inclusive package plus ocean front room with a king bed, one (1) 25 minute back massages (per adult, per week with 14 night minimum stay), private check-in / check-out , late check-out / Early check-in (subject to availability), exclusive concierge phone service, upgraded brand of liquors in room dispensers, guaranteed nightly turn down service, nightly petit-fours, espresso machine, DVD/CD player, iPod dock, pillow menu, aromatherapy, L'Occitane En Provence body care products.

The beachfront infinity pool with two swim-up bars is huge and totally awesome for making new friends or just hanging out.
What We'd Change
The hotel zone location attracts lots of partiers, who can sometimes be pretty loud. But you're on vacation! It's okay to let loose and have fun.

Moon Spa & Golf Club features an 18-hole, Jack Nicklaus Signature course that challenges golfers to navigate through native vegetation, numerous wetlands, and strategically placed bunkers.
Playacar Spa and Golf Club, a par-72 course designed by Robert von Hagge, is carved out of the dense Mayan jungle, and set only a few hundred yards from the turquoise waters and the fine, white sands of the Mexican Caribbean Sea.
