Recommended To All

The Beach Palace is great. I beleive they have the best food of all inclusive deals to Cancun. The rooms are very comfortable and Nice. All of the staff were helpful with all of our needs. The Beach Palace is centrally located on the strip which is make it wonderful for walking. The only thing that would make it better, is when all of the cancun hotels get their sandy beachs back. In case you didn't know, a hurricane took a lot the the hotels beachs.

EXCELLANT

Please take this trip we had an amazing time, the service the food the all-inclusive was WONDERFUL!!! The resort is beautiful and it’s not far from the mall or local Cancun shops. We took the local bus to get around and the 1500 credits FANSATIC!!!!! Great Trip!!! Planning another one now

Just what we had in mind and more!

My husband and I took our son for his graduation present. We had a fabulous time and couldn't have asked for a better resort. If I had to complain about something, it was that we kind of got "dooped" into a timeshare presentation. This is why I only gave 4 stars for service...It was worth it because we got a complimentary swim with the dophins out of it....but we weren't leveled with up front what it was going to be about. Actually, we were told that it WOULD NOT be a timeshare....and that is exactly what it was. Other than that, we had a fabulous time. Next time, we will stay at the Cancun Palace....only because we will be bringing our two young twin daughters and Beach Palace cannot accommodate a party of 5 in one room. WE LOVED THIS PALACE FOR THE THREE OF US! PERFECT! We recommend the Selpatica Zip line and ATV tour, swim with the dolphins, and the snorkel jet skis. FABULOUS!

Fantastic!! all around

We had a FANTASTIC! time, the weather was perfect, the hotel was very clean, new ,elegant, very nice. The service was superb! the tours the hotel offered were amazing. We had an incredible time, we felt very safe and everything was just perfect. A really good place for the whole family. A lot to do, never a boring moment. We are coming back for sure!

287 guestrooms with private balcony and double Jacuzzi. Each suite features turndown service, liquor dispenser, flat screen satellite TV, stocked mini-bar, coffee maker, bathrobes & slippers, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and in-room safe. Rooms are only available in the All-Inclusive Plan. Two rooms for the physically challenged are available on request and located in the Superior Deluxe Lagoon View room category.

CONCIERGE LEVEL ROOMS: include everything from the all inclusive package plus ocean front room with a king bed, two 25 minute massages (per stay), private check-in / check-out, late check-out / early check-in (subject to availability), exclusive concierge phone service, upgraded brand of liquors in room dispensers, guaranteed nightly turn down service, nightly petit-fours, espresso machine, DVD/CD player, iPod dock, pillow menu, aromatherapy, L'Occitane En Provence body care products.

GOLF / SPA PACKAGE ROOMS: include one round of golf OR one select spa treatment per adult/per night. Golf/Spa package is interchangeable and can be used in any combination once per day (number of green fees and select spa treatments are based on number of nights booked). Rounds of golf include transportation to and from the golf courses, beverages, snacks, and shared cart.
Available spa treatments included in this golf/spa package are: Aroma Reflexology (50 min), Sport Massage (50 min), Zen Shiatsu (50 min), Invigorating Leg and Foot Massage (25 min) plus Refresher Facial (25 min), Face, Head, and Shoulder Accupressure (25 min) plus Refresher Facial (25 min), and Body Scrub (25 min) plus Manicure or Pedicure (25 min).

Unused rounds of golf or spa treatments for any reason, including weather conditions, are non-refundable and no rain checks will be provided. Golf/Spa package is non-transferable. Stays that combine golf/spa and non-golf/spa rates are only allowed to book included tee times and spa services during the dates of the golf/spa rate period.

NOTE: Golf/Spa package is not included in child or junior rate. Children ages 13-17 must be booked as adults in order to receive the golf/spa package. Select spa services apply for children ages 13-17 but they do not have access to the Hydrotherapy area. An adult MUST accompany children ages 13-15 for the duration of the treatment.

Tee times and spa treatments are subject to space and availability and can be reserved 90 days prior to arrival.
